This study is aimed 1. to examine cultural destinations attribute, 2. to examine factor of tourist travel behavior characteristics and 3. to develop tourist satisfaction in Saung Angklung Udjo Bandung.The sampling using an incidental technique with the number of respondents as many as 400 tourists. The variables used, first is tourist satisfaction as a dependent variable, and the independent's variables are cultural destination attribute and tourist travel behavior characteristic. The correlational analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and multivariate analysis of variance are conducted to analyze this research.The cultural destination attribute has positive effects on tourists satisfaction and significant differences between experience visit Saung Angklung Udjo for interest re-visit Saung Angklung Udjo as the cultural destination with overall respondents’ satisfaction.From this research, researchers can add the knowledge and experience related tourist satisfaction, and it is also expected that the researcher in practice can use the existing theories in this study. Otherwise, cultural destination especially Saung Angklung Udjo in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia get more knowledge regarding tourist satisfaction, from that satisfaction can help administrators and marketers to more understand customers and ensure their want are fully meet. For the readers: The result of this research can be used as a reference and can be useful for scientific documentation for the readers. This research also helps for readers increase the knowledge and insight visitor's satisfaction with experience cultural tourism especially SaungAngklungUdjo, Bandung, West Java.There are some limitations of research: 1. The research period used in this study relative short and 2. Most of the tourist in Saung Angklung Udjo is a student under 15 years old.Considering the high development of tourism in Indonesia, especially in the field of cultural destination, bringing many marketers who preserve the culture in Indonesia, one of them Saung Angklung Udjo. The owner of a tourist destination to have knowledge about the importance of promoting a culture that they provide to tourists, they should know the destination attributes and tourist satisfaction, they also should know the effect both of that case. Thus, on the basis of these researchers conducted the study by taking the title“Analysis cultural destination attribute and tourist travel behavior characteristics on tourist satisfaction: A case Saung Angklung Udjo, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia”.

The syariah banking industry in Indonesia is experiencing various growth in accordance with national economic growth. One indicator of the growth of syariah banks can be seen from the growth in assets. The phenomenon of decreasing asset growth that occurs in syariah banks encourages the need for further research. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the number of office networks, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio, returns on third party funds and the BI rate on the growth of syariah bank assets in West Java Province. This study uses secondary data published by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. The research period is January 2016 to December 2019. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, which previously tested the classical assumptions and then tested the hypothesis. The results showed that only the return on third party funds had an effect on asset growth, while the number of office networks, Non-Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and BI rate had no effect on the growth of syariah bank assets in West Java Province.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and growth on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2019 period. This paper involved the population is 189 companies with a total of 55 companies purposively selected as the samples. For the five-year data observation, we have collected 165 sample data. The multiple linear regression analysis shows that return on assets and company growth bring positive effects on company value. This implies that the level of profitability through return on assets and company growth realizes shareholder prosperity and improves company performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, trust in leaders on employee engagement at PT.Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. The number of samples in this study were 75 employees with a simple random sampling method. Data collection used questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that there are positive and partial positive effects of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and trust in leaders in increasing employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. The results showed that the transformational leadership regression coefficient (X1) was 0.268 with a value that meant that each increase in transformational leadership variables could increase employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. Job satisfaction regression coefficient (X2) is equal to 0.303, which means that every increase in job satisfaction variables can increase employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. Regression coefficient value to leader (X3) is equal to 0.256, which means that every increase in the trust variable in the leader can increase employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. As  the results of the determination coefficient of 0.657, its means that 65.7% can explain the model or influence of each variable on work engagement, while the rest (100% -65.7% = 34,3%) is explained by other reasons outside research model.

This study aims to analyze and examine the Influence of Company Size, Profitability, Liquidity, and Financial Leverage on Income Smoothing Actions. This study uses four independent variables such as Company Size, Profitability, Liquidity, and Financial Leverage and the dependent variable that is income smoothing actions. Index Excel is used to determine the income smoothing practice. Types of data are secondary data and the method of analysis used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis the results of the study concluded company size and profitability don't affect income smoothing. While liquidity and financial leverage affect income smoothing. For further research, it is recommended to add relevant variables in influencing income smoothing actions, consider the research period, and add to the research sample.

Creative accounting is an ethical dilemma because it does not seem to violate the rules but causes users of financial statements to make wrong decisions. With the occurrence of various accounting scandals abroad and in Indonesia that has committed creative accounting actions, it is evident that there are still many accountants who violate the basic principles of professional accounting ethics and from creative accounting actions that have resulted in companies collapsing. This study aims to examine whether there is a relationship between ethical knowledge, religiosity, ethical sensitivity, and ethical orientation to accounting students' perceptions of creative accounting practices. The subjects of this study were students of higher education accounting study programs in West Java. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a questionnaire. The survey was conducted on 320 respondents of higher education accounting students in West Java. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that: ethical knowledge has a positive effect on accounting students' perceptions of creative accounting practices, religiosity does not affect accounting students' perceptions of creative accounting practices, ethical sensitivity has a positive effect on accounting students' perceptions of creative accounting practices, ethical orientation does not affect perceptions. accounting students regarding creative accounting practices. And simultaneously ethical knowledge, religiosity, ethical sensitivity, and ethical orientation affect the perceptions of accounting students regarding creative accounting practices as evidenced by the F value of 62.587> F table 2,4003 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05.

This research is a case study of retail companies, namely PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk / Alfamidi related ordinances in order to meet the four right purchase is the right price, time, quantity and quality and how to get the optimum model of purchasing goods. The research method in the form of descriptive analysis through questionnaire surveys and interviews with employees of the company that as many as 153 employees with a sample of 111 respondents. Data processed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which are of significant value is the standard total purchase the total purchase 0.061 and 0.000, and results of SWOT states need to do a strategy that focuses on process improvement purchases. The results that the process of re-engineering process involves the purchase of goods with the GA department to better ensure the availability of goods to be ordered, so the purchase is really controlled.

<p><em>This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of relationship marketing in the form of understanding customer expectations, building service partnership and trust simultaneously and partially to customer satisfaction on choosing banking products, a case study of priority customers on public Banks in Banjarmasin. The study was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis to find the influence of the independent variable (X) to the dependent variable (Y), simultaneously and partially. The results showed that simultaneously relationship marketing variables significantly influenced customer. Partially, understanding customer expectations has no significant effects to customer satisfaction. Building service partnership and trust significanly influence customer satisfaction and trust is a dominant variable in achieving customer satisfaction. Public Bank in Banjarmasin should be able to increase trust its customers with all efforts.</em></p>

<p><em>Marketing is the process of selling goods and services that aims to meet and satisfy customer wants. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of product quality, word of mouth, and store image on purchasing decisions in Amigo Pedan store, Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. The population in this study is the visitors of Amigo Pedan with a sample of 91 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was incidental sampling. Primary data was collected using questionnaires. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that product quality, word of mouth, and store image have significant and positive effects on purchasing decisions in the store, simultaneously. But, only the word of mouth has a significant effect on customers’ purchasing decisions in the store, partially.</em></p>

This study aimed to explain the effect of service quality and brand image on the satisfaction of domestic tourists who used Grab online transportation in Kuta, Bali. The research method used in this research was quantitative and qualitative research methods (mix methods). Questionnaires were distributed to 150 domestic tourists with a sample determination method using purposive sampling. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study stated that partially the quality of service had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of domestic tourists with the dominant dimension being the tangible dimension and brand I mage giving a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of domestic tourists with the dominating dimension being the support of the brand association. Simultaneously, the quality of service and brand image had a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of domestic tourists. The R Square value of 0.672 meant that 67,2% of tourist satisfaction could be explained by the variable service quality and brand image, while the remaining 32,8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Readiness, Human Resources, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality on Individual Taxpayers in using e-filing (Case Study of Individual Taxpayers in South Badung KPP). This research was conducted at the KPP Pratama Selatan Badung. The population number that will be examined in this research in 2017 is 115,324 taxpayers, while the number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers, with the nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the readiness of technology, human resources, security and confidentiality has a positive effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing, while the complexity has a negative effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing.
