Molecular and biochemical markers are used to analyze the intraspecific genetic diversity of crops.  Prolamincoding loci are highly effective for assessing this indicator. On the basis of the Laboratory of Varietal  Seed Identification of the State Agrarian University of the Northern Trans-Urals, 18 varieties of common oat  included in the State Register of Selection Achievements in the Tyumen Region from the 1930s to 2019 were  studied by electrophoresis in 2018–2019. The aim of the work was to study the dynamics of the genetic diversity  of oat va rieties at avenin-coding loci. For the analysis, 100 grains of each variety were used. Electrophoresis was  carried out in vertical plates of 13.2 % polyacrylamide gel at a constant vol tage of 500 V for 4.0–4.5 h. It was found  that 44.4 % of the varieties are heterogeneous, each consisting of two biotypes. For three loci, 20 alleles were  identified, 10 of which were detected for the first time. The allele frequency of avenin-coding loci varied with  time. In the process of variety exchange, alleles that are characteristic of varieties of non-Russian origin were replaced by alleles present in domestic varieties and then in the varieties developed by local breeding institutions.  The following alleles had the highest frequency in Tyumen varieties: Avn A4(50.0 %), A2(25.0 %), Avn B4(50.0 %),  Bnew6(37.5 %), Avn C1(37.5 %), C2 and C5(25.0 %). These alleles are of great value as markers of agronomically  and adaptively important characters for the region in question. The amount of genetic diversity of oats varied  with time from 0.33 in 1929–1950 to up to 0.75 in 2019. The high value of genetic diversity in modern breeding  varieties of the Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture of the Northern Trans-Urals and an increase in this  indicator over the past 20 years are associated with the use of genetically heterogeneous source material in the  breeding process. This allowed obtaining varieties with high adaptive potentials in the natural climatic conditions of the region.

The primary impetus behind this research was to provide a boost to the characterization of the Italian olive biodiversity by acquiring reliable and homogeneous data over the course of an eight-year trial on the floral and fruiting biology of 120 molecularly analyzed cultivars, most of which have either low or very low diffusion. The obtained data highlighted a considerable variability to almost all of the analyzed parameters, which given the uniformity of environment and crop management was indicative of a large genetic variability in the accessions under observation, as confirmed through the molecular analysis. Several cases of synonymy were reported for the first time, even among plants cultivated in different regions, whilst all of the varieties examined, with only one exception, showed very low percentages of self-fruit-set, indicating a need for the employment of suitable pollinator plants. Eventually, a fitted model allowed us to evaluate the clear effects of the thermal values on blossoming, particularly in the months of March and April, whereas the climatic conditions during the flowering time had only a modest effect on its duration.

The article analyzes the relations between various actors in agro-industrial production during the preparation, the execution of an attack by raiders, and after the attack, designed to collect and appropriate someone else’s harvest. The article aims to identify and provide a general description of raiders’ main actions during encroachments on the crop of agricultural producers. In Ukraine, raiders encroach on successful enterprises. Due to the quality and fertility of soils and natural and climatic conditions in the agricultural sector, conscientious producers can get a high yield. It is most often attacked by raiders during harvesting, using a set of actions. The article defines the main types of such actions: the seizure of a land plot with forged documents or without them; use of physical violence; involvement in their actions of unscrupulous notaries, state registrars, corrupt judges, and officials; the conclusion of lease agreements for shares or land plots with owners who have already leased them to another bona fide tenant; forgery of court decisions remaining in the temporarily occupied territories; registration of the right to lease land plots based on forged documents; appeal to the court with a claim to the enterprise for recovery of real or allegedly existing debt. These actions do not make up an exclusive list since the raiders are continually upgrading and diversifying the ways of encroaching on the harvest. The article briefly describes both the raiders’ actions and the practices to prevent raider attacks and protection after they have been committed. The innovations of the Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Countering Raiding» dated December 5, 2019 are also presented and analyzed, in particular in terms of introducing notarization of individual transactions; coordination of the moments of state registration of ownership of a land plot, the validity of a lease agreement and the time for harvesting; coordination of information from the State Land Cadastre and the State Register of Rights to Real Estate. The need to strengthen the fight against corruption is indicated by developing proposals to increase responsibility for corruption acts by representatives of public authorities. The article points to the future search for ways to counteract the actions described in the article and other raiders’ actions during the preparation and the attack to collect and appropriate someone else's harvest and after it.

"While Mustafa Kemal Ataturk claimed on reconciliation within his country and with the world, we are now witnessing Turkish conflicts and tensions with all the countries of the region and the Turkish interior, with various factions and with the Kurds in particular. After 30 years of costly war between the state and the Kurdish movement, for the first time public negotiations began between the two. The famous speech of Ocalan was announced in Diyarbakir (March 2013). The movement has invested in this relatively peaceful environment and has begun to promote the Cultural Nationalism for the Kurds and other minorities on a large scale. But this atmosphere of peace and freedom did not last long. The state abruptly overthrew the peace process with representatives of the Kurdish movement by detaining thousands of its leaders. The guerrilla war began again, in many areas. The army has chased activists in houses and streets in cities such as Sur, Jazira, Naseebin and Sirnak. Some parts of the Kurdish areas have been destroyed, displacing about one million civilians. This research has tried to explain why the state has returned to its old policy of security and military approach, although in the past few years it has repeatedly claimed that it is possible to deal with the Kurdish question through peace and reconciliation. The research tries to study the complex relationship between these two poles."

The paper analyzes hydrometeorological phenomena in the port of Chornomorsk. Changes in climatic conditions over the past 5 years have been identified. The most dangerous directions and speeds of winds, waves, which affect the operation of the port, have been determined. Analyzed the precipitation and the frequency of occurrence of various meteorological phenomena (thunderstorms, fogs, blizzards) in recent years. Conclusions were made on the unfavorable conditions of the port. Ensuring the safety of navigation during entry and exit from the port is one of the most pressing problems. Analysis of hydrometeorological conditions helps to reduce the number of accidents that occur due to ships grounding and bulkheads on the berth. Knowing the weather conditions in the port water area, you can ensure the safety of navigation. To compile a statistical analysis of the hydrometeorological characteristics in the port, a study of the logs of meteorological observations for every day over the past 10 years, as well as the cadastres of the seaports of Ukraine was carried out. The result of this analysis is the receipt of unfavorable factors that hinder the operation of the port in normal mode. It was also possible to establish the most unfavorable phenomena that limited the possibility of entering and leaving the port, as well as the months in which these phenomena are possible. Analysis of the parameters of the hydrometeorological situation allows us to conclude that the industrial activity of the port largely depends on the state of the weather and the sea. unfavorable meteorological phenomena reduce the efficiency of work and can pose a threat to the safety of their conduct. Various weather and sea phenomena affect port operations in different ways. The production activity of the port is largely dependent on the state of the weather and the sea, since unfavorable meteorological phenomena reduce the efficiency of work and can threaten the safety of their work. We consider such social phenomenon as narcotism. This concept goes back to the past. However, in modern conditions there is an activation of the process destroying society and the state. In itself, the concept of narcotism is very extensive and complex, due to its specificity and the set of circumstances that characterize this concept. We consider features of drug addiction, the reasons of emergence and development of this phenomenon are revealed. There are two groups of causes of narcotism: social and physiological. The first group is the most numerous, and the second group without interrelation with social conditions some scientists don't recognize. Narcotism is a very destructive phenomenon that destroys the human body and its social personality, causes dependence. We consider the mechanism of reliance on drugs in two aspects: human adaptation to drugs, physical and mental dependence. Physical and psychological dependence is the most dangerous for a person who has used drugs for the first time. In the future, they form harmful to humans, the habit of consumption of “poison”. We reveal and consider the aspects of society destruction under the influence of this phenomenon. Narcotism has a destructive impact on society, as it contributes to the development of diseases and crime.

This article introduces the cycle of essays of Kokhanovskaya “Trip to Volhynia” (1866–1867) published in I.S. Aksakov’s “Moscow” journal, that did not attract the attention of researches before. She made that trip to visit one of the Orthodox congregations in a village of Rovno region, where she was a “junior sister”. In her sketches the past glory of Volhynia and the state of desolation into which this land plunged during the period of Polish rule still present in the middle of the 19th century, is depicted in bright colors. In one of the essays the Belarusians of Polesie are also mentioned. For the first time the letter to M.P. Pogodin dated 1866 is published.

The paper presents the results of breeding work (1996-2017) on creation of the highly adaptive, polyvitaminic variety of sea-buckthorn Yakhontovaya. The variety testing was carried out in typical climatic conditions of the forest-steppe of Priobye of Novosibirsk region on medium-textured medium-humus medium-loamy leached chernozem. The sea-buckthorn variety Yakhontovaya was obtained as a result of free pollination from a selected form of the Katun population and was passed for the state variety testing in 2004. The plant is characterized by high adaptive capacity, winter hardiness, stable yield (> 8 t/ha), and wiltresistance. Berries are only slightly damaged by seabuckthorn fly (Rhagoletis batava obscuriosa Kol.). They have a late term of ripening with dry separation from branches. Due to the high content of sugars, carotenoids and good technological properties, berries are suitable for processing, freezing and fresh consumption. The berry pulp may contain oils up to 4.2%, carotenoids 45.5 mg%, sugars 7.9%, vitamin C 222.7 mg%. A distinctive feature of the variety is the compactness of the crown, which provides for the high density of the yield (1.32 kg/m3) and the possibility of using compact space for planting in the garden of 1.5 (1.2) x 4.0 (3.0) m. The high coefficient of productivity (36 g/10cm) makes it possible to recommend the Yakhontovaya variety for semi-mechanical harvesting – selective cutting of branches with berries. According to the assessment results of distinctiveness, homogeneity and stability, the variety was included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements in 2013. According to the results of the state variety testing in 2017, the variety Yakhontovaya was acknowledged as suitable for cultivation in the West Siberian region.
