In recent years, the world demand for a low fat and high protein content lean meat had increased to meet the needs of the organism in proteins. This article presents the results of an expedient scientific-research analysis on establishing the influence of Poll Dorset and Texel breed on the particular growth variability, development of both meat and wool productivity of Kazakh mutton-semifine-wool breed of sheep. Results of the study were obtained under the same grazing conditions of 110 head of purebred and 110 crossbreed Texel and Poll-Dorset sheep of second generation. It was found that peers of the experimental group exceeded their peers in the control group on the dynamics of growth in body weight (P£0.05), i.e. crossing helped to improve the performance of daily gain (P£0.05). In terms of slaughter indicators, such as the slaughter and carcass weight, crossbreed male lambs also surpassed purebred male lambs (P£0.05). Herein, it was found that crossbreed lambs of Texel breed observe the superiority in terms of meat output (fat free) in relation to purebred male lambs (P£0.01). The study of longissimus muscle chemical composition showed that crossbreed male lambs of Texel breed in protein content in this very muscle are superior to purebred peers (P£0.05). A study of wool characteristics of experimental sheep showed that at the age of 12 months the high wool clip was observed in male lambs of Texel second generation (P£0.05). The high yield of washed wool was also observed in Texel male lambs (P£0.05) as compared to purebred peers.

Under modern and intensive feeding livestock and poultry density has increased, and brought a deterioration of the farm environment. The livestock and their excrement generate harmful gases such as ammonia, etc. which restricted the sustainable development and improvement of production efficiency of animal husbandry. In this paper, a new kind of far infrared porous ceramics was prepared to activate the animal drinking water. The activated water and common water were then supplied to pigs, and the fresh pig feces of experimental group and control group were collected on a regular basis. The residual protein content in feces was tested by Kjeldahl nitrogen method to study the influence law of the porous ceramics on absorbing nitrogen element in animal feces. The results showed that compared with the control group, the protein content in the experimental group decreased on average by 39.2%. The activated drinking water was conducive to the absorption of nitrogen in pig feed. The clusters of water molecules became smaller under the action of the porous ceramics. Hence, they were easy to pass through the water protein channel on the cell membrane for speeding up the metabolism.

Abstract. Title of the Paper: Investigation on N-reduced feeding and use of free amino acids in fattening pigs The aim of the present study was to investigate the N-reduced feeding by fattening pigs feed by cereals rieh feedmixture supplemented with the free amino-acids L-lysine, DL-methionine, L-threonine, L-tryptophane, Lleucine, L-isoleucine, L-histidine and L-valine. It was to test extreme low crude protein content by requirement sufficient supply on amino-aeid. The reaction of the animals in growth, carcass quality and the reduction of Nexeretion was to investigate. The pigs were divided in two groups (control and experimental group) with 24 animals per group (12 females and 12 castrates). The experiment was divided into three periods (25–60, 60–85 and 85–110 kg body weight). The protein content of the feedmixture was by the control group 18.3, 15.6 and 13.6% and by the experimental group 14.0, 11.8 and 10.7%, respectively. The lysine-energy ratio of the feedmixture was by all three feeding periods by 0.72 or 0.74, 0.61 or 0.62 and 0.55 or 0.57 g lysine per MJ ME in control feedmixture or experimental feedmixture, respectively. By a high Performance are the average daily life weight gain (control group 869 and experimental group 863 g) and the lean meat rate (control group 55.2 and experimental group 55:0%) not influenced by the high of crude protein supply. The calculated N-excretion were by the control group 4.16 kg (as 100%) and by experimental group 2.60 kg (62.5%) per 100 kg body weight gain.

The objective of the investigations presented in this paper was to establish the frequency of the incidence of subacute acidosis in the rumen of cows (SARA) in the first three months of lactation and the possibilities for its prevention using a mineral mix based on bentonite, zeolite, magnesium oxide, and sodium bicarbonate (Mix plus). The values obtained for the rumen pH content show that subacute rumen acidosis occurs in in 20 percent of the examined cows in the early stage of lactation. For these investigations, cows in early stages of lactation were chosen and divided into 2 groups. Cows of the experimental group were administered a fodder mix which contained the mineral mix for a buffer effect (Mix plus). The average values of the rumen pH content in the control and the experimental group of cows at the beginning and on the 30th day of the experiment were approximately the same and did not differ significantly (p>0.05). On the 60th day of the experiment, the values for the electrochemical reaction of the rumen content for the control group amounted to an average of 6.219?0.18, and for the experimental group of cows it was 6.772?0.23. The obtained difference was statistically very significant (p<0.001). At the end of the experiment, on the 90th day, the average pH value of the rumen content of cows of the control group was 6.308?0.16, while this value in the experimental group of cows was significantly higher and amounted to 6.676?0.29 (p<0.01).

The effect of Bisolbi drug based on Bacillus subtilis on the physiological, biochemical and productive parameters of calves was studied. The research and production experiment was carried out in a dairy farm “Kupinskoe” of Samara Region on 30 calves of the Holstein-Frisian breed. The drug increases the intensity of the anabolic processes in animals: the amount of total protein in blood serum of calves of the experimental group at 120 days of age was higher by 8.9% (p≤0.05), albumin 9.2% (p≤0.01), compared with control animals. The purpose of Bisolbi contributed to the increase in the intensity of carbohydrate-lipid metabolism: cholesterol was higher by 23% (p≤0.01), glucose 0.4 mmol/l (p≤0.05) in blood 120-day calves of the experimental group, relative to the data of the control group. It was found that the body weight of calves in the control group at 100 days of age was 105.23±2.11 kg, in the experimental group -108.6±2.19 kg. The average daily gain in the experimental group was significantly higher by 0.075 kg (p≤0.01). At 120 days of age, the body weight of the experimental calves was higher by 4.19 kg (p≤0.05), the average daily increase by 0.080 kg (p≤0.05), relative to the control animals.

Aimed to study the effective use of different doses of cuprum proteinate in the diet of broiler chickens, three groups of animals were formed with 50 chicks in each. Chickens from the 1st control group received cuprum sulphate as a part of compound feed, and animals from the 2nd and 3rd experimental groups received cuprum proteinate. The concentration of Cuprum in the feed in the 1st and 2nd groups was identical, and in the 3rd experimental group the amount of Cuprum was reduced by 25% compared to the control. During scientific and economic experiment, it was found that the replacement of cuprum sulphate with its proteinate with the same concentration in the feed has a positive effect on the average daily gain of broiler chickens, and therefore a live weight. Thus, the animals from the 2nd experimental group exceeded control analogues by 7.5% in average daily gain and by 9.4% in body mass at the end of the experiment. Reducing the concentration of Cuprum in the feed of chickens from the 3rd experimental group by 25% (the source of the microelement is cuprum proteinate) compared to the control also had a positive effect on the productivity of these animals. They exceeded control analogues in terms of average daily weight gain by 3.8%, and in terms of live weight by 5.8%. At the same time the direct correlation between animal productivity and quantity of the consumed feed was noted. Thus, broilers from the 2nd experimental group consumed more feed by 3.3% compared to control peers. The chickens from the 3rd experimental group exceeded controls by 1.5% in this index. Thus, cuprum proteinate is a more efficient source of Cuprum for broiler feed. The concentration of this microelement in the feed of these animals aged 5-21 days should be 18.2 g/t, 22–35 days - 16.8 g/t, 36–42 days - 12 g/t or 16.5 g/t on average during the experiment.

When balancing ration it is necessary to remember that the active factors of feeding are not the feed itself, but the content of nutrients and biologically active substances in them. It has been developed and physiologically justified feeding rations of cows during increasing the milk yield period, which are based on succulent feed, hay, grain and rapeseed presscake and a source of minerals and vitamins PVMA have been used. The experimental part of the work has been carried out in the winterstall period in the educational and experimental farm in the State Agrarian University of the Northern Trans-Urals. It has been found that from cows of the experimental group during the increasing the milk yield period 1503 kg of milk containing 3,98 % fat and 2,87 % protein has been obtained. Animals of the experimental group exceeded cows of the control group in milk yield by 90 kg (P > 0,95), in terms of fat and protein content in milk their superiority was 0,37 abs.% (P > 0,999) and 0,21 abs.% (P> 0,999). Input into the rations of lactating cows rapeseed presscake in the amount of 2 kg/ head/day and PVMA in the amount of 100 g during 3 months of lactation gives an increase in productivity for the entire lactation in the experimental group by 572 kg of milk with additional products by 2745,2 Rubles can be obtained more. The positive effect of the input of rapeseed presscake in the rations of lactating cows in the amount of 2 kg/head has been established/day and PVMA in the amount of 100 g in the period of following on the subsequent productivity of animals.

The purpose of the researches was to study the influence of different doses of smectic kizelgur and calf skim milk replacer in the recipes of compound feed for young pigs under the conditions of industrial pork production technology. The experimental part of the work has been performed under the conditions of the pig complex of LLC “BMPK” in the Karachevsky area in the Bryansk region. The research materials were compound feed for young pigs on fattening in the inclusion of different doses of smectic kizelgur. The infl uence of feeding compound feed with different doses of smectic kizelgur and calf skim milk replacer to young pigs on productivity, digestibility of nutrients and use of nitrogen, morphological and biochemical parameters of blood, fattening and meat traits of young pigs has been studied. Effective recipes for feeding compound feeds to young pigs prepared with the inclusion of different doses of smectic kizelgur and calf skim milk replacer have been identified. The data have been obtained from the first experiment of young pigs when them fed compound feed with different doses of smectic kizelgur; it has been followed that at the end of fattening the biggest live weight of gilts had in the 4th experimental group fed compound feed, which included 3 % smectic kizelgur. The influence of the additive on changes in live weight and daily gains when adding smectic kizelgur to compound feed in doses of 1,5 and 2,0 % was less, but the trend to increase these indicators over the period of fattening has remained. In the second experiment young pigs have been fed by compound feed, which included different doses of smectic kizelgur and calf skim milk replacer the average daily gain in live weight was higher in the 3rd experimental group, where they fed compound feed with the addition of 2,5 % smectic kizelgur and 2,5 % calf skim milk replacer by 2,2 %, than in the control group. The highest efficiency has been also obtained in the 3rd experimental group, where the monetary revenue has been received by 2160 rubles more in comparison with the control group of pigs.

The article reflects observations on calves with different ways of keeping. Two groups of newborn calves were selected at the dairy complex (n=33). The calves of the control group were raised indoors in the traditional way in individual cages, and the experimental group was outdoors in the houses. The experiment was conducted from March to June. For the first 10 days, all calves were measured body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood samples for 1, 5, 10, 20 and 30 days of life were studied, incidence was taken into account. The heart rate in both groups gradually decreased by day 10. In the experimental group, this decrease was less pronounced and on average over the observation period, the pulse rate was 128 or 8 beats higher than in the control. The respiratory rate in calves of both groups had a general tendency to decrease. In experimental calves, this indicator was more constant than in controls. In calves of the experimental group, the average daily gain was 69.0 g higher, and the incidence was 14.9% lower compared to the calves of the control group. Authors established activation of metabolism, increase in natural resistance, weight gain and decrease in the incidence of disease in calves bred in the open air in individual houses.
