The aim of this study is to know whether or not the implementation of contract of murabahah and musyarakah mutanaqisah is appropriate to literatures and fatwa dewan syariah Nasional about murabahah and musyarakah mutanaqisah. Qualitative research method is employed in this study. Both primary and scondary data are used in this research. Primary data is obtained by interviewing the unit of marketing of bank muamalat surabaya. Secondary data is obtained by studying the literatures and browsing on the official website of bank muamalat. The result of this study shows that the implementation of the contract of murabahah and musyarakah mutanaqisah is appropriate to fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No:73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008 about musyarakah mutanaqisah and Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No:04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about Murabahah. Inexpediency of the contract of muabahah can be seen on determining the advance which is not based on the agreement between bank and client. The decision of the amount of the advance is based on bank’s policy. The acceptance of submission of financing application is based on client’s ability to pay the loan; it is obtained by accounting 35-40% of take home pay.concerning on the rate margin, of the contract of musyarakah mutanaqisah is 12.5% which is revised by ALCO (Asset and Liabilities Commitee) for every 1-2 year. The contract of murabahah, however, has three degrees of rate margin; 11.5% for 1-5 years, 15.5% for 6-10 years, and 16.5% for 11-15 years. Risk encountered by bank muamalat are financing risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, pursuance risk, strategic risk, reputation risk and law risk. The village chief as the leader who is directly elected by the villagers and it is believed and also claimed to have good leadership for the development of rural infrastructure as well as to invite the community to participate in the advancement of the village. An organization will succeed or fail is determined by the leadership. This study raises the issue: (1) How is the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? (2) What are the factors that affect the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (literature). The primary data sources are direct observation, interviews and recording the data in the seaside village office. Then, it is analyzed with related theories. The conclusion of this research was the leadership of the village chief in developing of infrastructure field in Pantai village, west Kapuas subdistrict, Kapuas district. This study aims to determine the political situation in Afghanistan which is now occupied by the Taliban. This qualitative research method is often called "naturalistic research method" because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting). In this study, researchers used two kinds of data, namely primary data and secondary data. To determine the validity of the data, an inspection technique is needed. The implementation of the inspection technique is based on a number of certain criteria. There are four criteria used, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependence (dependability), and certainty. The conclusions of this study are; 1) The Taliban insists that it is committed to peace talks with the Afghan government. The implementation of the original Islamic system will be something they strive for. 2) The Taliban is committed to accommodating all the rights of citizens, whether male or female, based on the noble religious rules of Islam and the noble traditions of Afghan society. The Taliban will allow women to carry out public roles. 3) Advancing a better Afghanistan.

The purpose of this research is to know how the distribution of inheritance and the position of daughters in the distribution of inheritance in Batak Toba and Minangkabau communities. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The data of this research consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was taken from the interview result of researcher with informant from both tribes, while secondary data was taken through literature study from journals, books and literature related to the problem under study. The results of this research show that in the Batak Toba community, daughters do not get a share of inheritance. The kinship system of the Batak Toba community embraces the patrilineal system, in which the lineage is withdrawn from the father's clan so that the inheritance belongs only to the sons. All heritages can only be passed on to the sons. But daughters can get the inheritance that is called holong ate. Holong ate is only given to married girls. The wealth gift is considered a gift of a father to his daughter. While in the Minangkabau community that embraces the matrilineal family system, where the familial system is withdrawn from the mother line, the heritage treasures are only given to daughters. Sons do not have high treasures and the low treasure (search treasure) is given to children and wives.

Bergabung ke dalam organisasi sebagai seorang relawan menjadi fenomena unik di kalangan anak muda, mengingat, seorang relawan harus rela untuk mengorbankan materi serta energinya demi kepentingan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap alasan dari ketertarikan anak muda untuk bergabung sebagai relawan di organisasi Sinergi Muda. Teori yang digunakan ialah Theory of Needs dari David McClelland dan konsep sharing. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan empat narasumber untuk memperoleh data primer dan data-data terkait untuk memperoleh data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa anak muda yang bergabung sebagai relawan di organisasi Sinergi Muda bermotif kebutuhan akan pengakuan diri yang diperoleh melalui aktivitas sharing di media sosial.Kata kunci:  organisasi, relawan, pengakuan diri, sharingJoining into the organization as a volunteer becomes a unique phenomenon among young people, remembering, a volunteer must be willing to sacrifice his material and energy for the sake of the organization. This study aims to reveal the reasons for the interest of young people to join as volunteers at the Sinergi Muda organization. The theory used is David McClelland's Theory of Needs and the concept of sharing. The method used is a qualitative research method by interviewing four informants to obtain primary data and related data to obtain secondary data. The result shows that young people who join as volunteers in the Sinergi Muda organization are motivated by the need for self-recognition obtained through sharing activities on social media.Keywords: Organization, volunteer, self recognition, sharing

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of crossing ticket sales services from Bangsal to three Gili and to find out what factors hinder the service from Bangsal to the three Gilis. The problems in this study are (a) how the effectiveness of crossing ticket sales services from Ward to three Gilis and (b) any factors that hinder the service of ticket sales attacks from Bangsal to three Gili. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Data in this study were obtained from primary data, namely data obtained directly from the object of research and secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly. Data collection through these two sources to obtain data on effectiveness and service inhibiting factors. The results of this study can be concluded that the effectiveness of crossing ticket sales service from Ward to three Gilis has been said to be quite effective as seen from public service supporting indicators, namely reliability, tangibles, responsiveness and assurance.

Analysis of Journalism Photo of Sinabung Mountain Disaster (Study On SINDOnews.com News Site) was analyzed by using Pierce semiotics that was about sign, object, and interpretant. Data sources were primary data sources (photographs) and secondary data sources (literature that supports primary data such as dictionaries, internet, theses, books). The method used in this study is a qualitative research method that is descriptive analysis, ie research that provides an objective picture, with Pierce analysis of photojournalism. Of the total images posted since April 2, 2015 to May 5, 2015. This study chose 11 representative journalistic photos. Photo journalism classified from the category of preaching photo before Mount Sinabung erupted, when the volcano erupted, the impact of the eruption of Mount Sinabung and the response from the Sinabung disaster. The conclusion of the research showed that 1. From every area rubric, most of the news published was spot news. This can be seen from the rubric of North Sumatera about Sinabung mountain disaster. 2. From the results of Pierce's semiotics analysis on the SINDOnews.com news site about Sinabung mountain disaster, obtained that each photo displayed must have their respective elements, especially for the caption element, should be more.

The deletion of property belonging to this area is carried out in the absence of the ruler or the power of the user of the goods who has been transferred to the ownership of the destruction that has occurred or for other reasons, this deletion is carried out in the presence of a regional head who makes a decision and acts as the manager of the goods. Regional ownership (BMD) is a problem that is considered insignificant. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the elimination of regional property on finance at the Secretariat of the DPRD City of Bandung, the obstacles and efforts to minimize these problems or obstacles. The theory used by Dunn for adequacy and responsiveness. Researchers used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources used were field surveys and interviews; secondary data used is directly from the Head of Asset and Household Section and Asset and Household Staff. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Hubberman model. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the elimination of regional property in finance is eliminated by means of an auction / tender; barriers to delivery of goods are severely damaged, lost or unknown, the goods to be written off are no longer intact; efforts have been made to minimize these obstacles or problems. namely the same as the explanation in the first point by way of the auction / tender.

Disaster representation of series photo “Toilet stories after earthquake –tsunami Palu (Analysis Study On series photo by Beawiharta)  analyzed by using Barthes semiotics that was about denotation, connotation and myth. Data sources were primary data sources (photographs) and secondary data sources (literature that supports primary data such as dictionaries, internet, thesis, books). The method used in this study is a qualitative research method that is descriptive analysis, i.e. research that provides an objective picture, with Barthes analysis of photo series.  This study chose 1 representative photo from 10 photos at the series. The photo showed toilet among debris at Mamboro and Talisse Beach, Palu, Central Sulawesi. The conclusion of the research showed that 1. Photo visualized aftermath by showing contrast between toilet and debris. 2. Photo visualized massive destruction that force citizen to rebuild their life. 3. There is myth cause of earthquake and tsunami.

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit all countries including Indonesia, it has an impact on all business sectors including MSMEs. The condition of the Micro Businesses in the Sidoarjo Regency is not much different from the Micro Enterprises in other areas. The purpose of this research is to describe the Micro Business Empowerment Strategy Fostered during the pandemic at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. The location of this research is in the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Sidoarjo Regency. The focus of this research is on the Strategy for Empowerment of Fostered Micro Enterprises in the Pandemic Period at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Sidoarjo Regency. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation relating to existing information in the field. The results of the research can be said that the empowerment of Fostered Micro Enterprises during the pandemic carried out by the Sidoarjo Regency Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises has been running by following the applicable rules. And there is a need for better data collection for the Micro Businesses that exist in each sub-district in Sidoarjo Regency

The purpose of this article is to analyze business risk in Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from Sharia Banking Statistics (SBS). The conclusions of this article are ten business risks that must be managed by Islamic banks in carrying out their functions, namely financing risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, legal risk, reputation risk, strategic risk, compliance risk, yield risk, yield risk, and investment risk. Four business risks affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia, namely financing risk as measured by NPF, the rupiah exchange rate measures market risk against the USD and inflation, return NCD measures risk on total deposits and investment risk measured by the percentage potential loss profit-sharing financing for mudharabah and musyarakah investment portfolios.
