<p>A good society can be seen by the positive characteristics displayed by its people. A person with positive characteristic is a product of a good quality of education. It is said that education quality is influenced by the quality of teachers. Low-qualified teachers are mostly related with the system of teacher development and the low-qualified institutions whose aim is to educate the future teachers. This article discusses the orientation of teacher education that has been programmed by government for several years. It is listed in 10 basic competences of professional teacher. The program of certification as the professional guarantee is also one of parts of this article. It can be assumed that to solve any kinds of educational problems, the renewal of orientation in developing education paradigm is highly needed.</p><p> </p><p>Masyarakat yang baik hanya dapat dibentuk dengan menampilkan individu-individu dengan karakter baik. Individu yang berkarakter baik dapat dibentuk melalui pendidikan yang berkualitas. Sedangkan, kualitas pendidikan banyak dipengaruhi oleh kualitas guru. Rendahnya kualitas guru banyak berkaitan dengan pola pengembangan guru dan banyaknya lembaga pendidikan berkualitas rendah yang menghasilkan guru. Artikel ini membahas orientasi pendidikan guru yang dicanangkan pemerintah beberapa tahun ini. Program-program tersebut tercakup dalam 10 kompetensi dasar untuk profesionalisme guru. Program sertifikasi sebagai penjamin juga menjadi salah satu bahasan di sini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah pendidikan, pembaharuan orientasi dalam pengembangan paradigma pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan.</p><p> </p>

Abstrak—The purpose of making article are can see how the education supervision process, stages of the education supervision process, the impotance of educational supervision carried out, can see how educational supervision techniques, educational supervision techniques, and the last the importance of educational supervision techniques. The result of making this article we can find out there are some advantages such as educational supervision process in education quality assurance. The importance of educational supervision techniques is known ao that education can run well. School personnel with adequate abilities are major concern for every eduvational institution. Among the existing personnel, teachers are the frontline in determining the quality of education. Teachers everyday face to face with students in the learning process. Therefore qualified teachers was need by every school. Improving the quality of education in schools requires professional and systematic education in achieving their goals. The effectiveness of educational activities in a school influenced by the number of variables (both related to personal, operational, and material aspects) that need to get continuous coaching and development. The process of coaching and developing the whole situation is an education supervision study. The principal as the school leader has the obligation to foster the ability of the teachers. In other words the headmaster should be able to carry out supervision effectively.

Masa sekarang ini, pendidikan menjadi prioritas menanamkan nilai-nilai moral pada generasi di Indonesia, sehingga menjadi urgen menemukan cara bagaimana meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Oleh karenanya dalam meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan harus menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang mampu memecahkan masalah global dalam dunia pendidikan. Total Quality Management (TQM) adalah konsep manajemen sekolah dalam melaksanakan pendidikan serta diharapkan bisa memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik sesuai dengan pembangunan, tuntutan dan dinamika masyarakat. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Mamba’ul Hisan Sidayu Gresik telah menerapkan empat konsep dalam TQM untuk meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan: pertama, mutu dalam proses penerimaan siswa di lembaga ini; kedua, kepuasan pelanggan yaitu memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik; ketiga, perbaikan terus menerus dalam rekrutmen guru yang berkualitas dan mempunyai keahlian lainnya dan setiap akhir semester melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil kinerja guru, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran; dan keempat, melibatkan seluruh komponen yang ada di lembaga pendidikan. Kata Kunci: total quality management, mutu pendidikan, madrasah Nowadays, education is a priority to instill moral values ??in generations in Indonesia. So it becomes urgent to find ways to improve the quality of education. Therefore, in improving the quality of education, it must create human resources capable of solving global problems in the world of education. Total Quality Management (TQM) is the concept of school management in implementing education and is expected to provide a better change in accordance with the development, demands, and dynamics of the community. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Mamba'ul Hisan Sidayu Gresik has applied four concepts in TQM to improve the quality of education quality, first, the quality of the student admission process at this institution; second, customer satisfaction is to meet the needs of students; third, continuous improvement in the recruitment of qualified teachers and other experts and at the end of each semester evaluates the performance of teachers, improving the quality of learning; and fourth, it is involving all components in educational institutions.

The problem of this research is the need to improve the quality of Education, which in the analysis obtained by a base to enhance the quality of Education. Knowledge lies in the sub-system of teachers because basically, the teacher is learning agent. And how the efforts to upgrade the quality of Education is then, by invitation Act s item of national Education and law teacher and lecturer, is it relieved l formal that teachers must have a teaching certificate, or known as a teacher's certificate (sergu). The essence of teacher certification award "teaching certificate" on teachers, which meets the standards of professional, considering teacher professionals is a prerequisite for creating quality education. The purpose of this study is shortly analysis implementation of teacher certification through Professional Teacher Education In Position (PPGJ). The research method was done by qualitative descriptive, where researcher as a key instrument, which begins from preliminary studies, followed by collecting the data by using a technique sheets observation, interviews and documentation, then triangulation, and the reduction of the data. This research was conducted at PT Muhammadiyah, which held PPG Daljab in 2018 for two periods, and in 2019 for three periods. Results from this study that professional teachers can be evidenced by the Certified Master (Gr) can be obtained one through I Professional Teacher Education in the office, with the provision begins academic selection and administration, and only after the deepening of the material model of hybrid learning on Spada and ID REN the amount of 10 credits, diving three months. Workshops and Pearteaching execution of this study in Unmuh Gresik as LPTK amount of load are 8 credits for five weeks, continue VING PPL in school partners LPTK number 6 credits for three weeks, to end activities do SMEs of PPG consisting is test-related the implementation of learning carried out in partner schools and UP is a centralized online knowledge test, a maximum graduation grace period of 2 years with six times the UP retest. Furthermore, for teachers who have passed the PPG Daljab can meng ask Teacher Certification (sergur) to receive allowances, and got the facilities that support achievement for teachers, including structural positions provided by the school. The d nature of learning and mastery learning do teachers better, so Influence of Community belief against schools with teachers who already have a teacher's certificate (Gr) is large enough, can make one-factor improvement of the accreditation status of the school. Thus, schools should be able to provide support to teachers to have the opportunity to take part in the PPG in Position Program

This paper aims to provide an understanding that Christian Education teachers have a significant role in improving the quality of education and the future of national morality. The development of globalization and modernization makes teachers must be ready and contribute in preparing the nation's young generation in entering the era of globalization and modernization. At least there are two roles that must be possessed by the Christian Religious Education teacher, namely participating in realizing quality education and maintaining the nation's morality. Abstrak. Human resource development demands from time to time are increasing. Therefore education services must be able to keep up with these developments. Besides family and school, the community has its own role in education. The role of the community in madrasah education must be carried out jointly to improve the quality of education. So the role in education is not only educators but also the community must contribute to improving the quality of education for the betterment of the nation. Therefore, the community has an important role in achieving a quality education goal. Education as a process requires synergy between components and requires an understanding of the vision of all stakeholders involved. Support from the community is very necessary for the implementation of good education because of the community so that madrasas will become more qualified, because of the support from the community, of course the progress of the madrasa will be reaped through the future of children in the future by involving their role in improving the quality of education services which include planning, supervision and evaluation of education programs including the field of religious education. AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to reveal how the quality of education in this Islamic boarding school is, particularly related to education facilities, curriculum and strategies of education quality improve­ments. This study used the qualitative method. Findings of this study are: first, education infrastructure and facilities are relatively complete and adequate, which are supported by the atmosphere of the Islamic boarding school that is full of simplicity and modesty by habituation in implementing clean and healthy lifestyle. Second, the tafaqquh fi-al din (understanding of religion)-based curriculum compiled by the Islamic boarding school occupies the same degree (equal) to the curriculum prepared by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, so that both tafaqquh fi-al din (understanding of religion) studies and general studi­es have high electability, which is able to increase the quality of education and also generates interest and motivation of the people (parents) to put their children to the Islamic boarding school. Third, education in the Islamic boarding school has a strong independency because it is supported by substantial financial resources.AbstrakTujuan tulisan ini untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana mutu pendidikan di pondok pesantren ini, khususnya berkaitan dengan sarana pendidikan, kurikulum dan sterategi peningkatan mutu pendidik­an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil temuan studi ini adalah: Pertama, sarana dan fasilitas pendidikan relatif lengkap dan memadai, ini didukung oleh suasana kehidupan pondok pesan­tren yang penuh kesederhanaan dan kebersahajaan dengan pembiasaan menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Kedua, kurikulum yang berbasis tafaqquh fi-al din yang disusun oleh pondok pesantren ini menempati derajat yang sama (equal) dengan kurikulum yang disusun Kementerian Agama, sehinga baik kajian tafaqquh fi al-din maupun pelajaran umum memiliki electabilitas yang tinggi, hal ini mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan sekaligus membangkitkan animo dan motivasi masyarakat (orangtua) untuk memasukkan anaknya ke pesantren ini. Ketiga, penyelenggaraan pendidikan di pon­dok pesantren ini memiliki kemandirian yang kuat, karena didukung oleh sumber dana yang besar.

The purpose are (1) to know the school committee to improve the quality of education at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Ternate; ( 2 ) to know the work achievement of school committee to improve the education quality  at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Ternate.The approaches used in this research is a qualitative approach.Research result indicates that ( 1 ) a school committee at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Ternate has formed by 2012 in accordance with the decree no. 325 / B-III / SMP.BP. Alkh / 11 / 2010 and has the school committee structure, namely; chief; secretaries, and the treasury; ( 2 ) the school committee meeting periodically, that is four times in a year. Involved in the talks is the principal, the teacher, student parents, Al-Khairaat foundation and the school committee. Things had been spoken in the meeting are; the school fee, standards graduation, the school programs plan ; ( 3 ) the school committee does not make a written report yet orally. This is a form of violations Kepmendiknas number 044 / u / 2002 about the school committee.( 4 ) the school committee ' s active, this could influence the development of education at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Tenate.It is a part breach Kepmendiknas number 044 / u / 2002 about the school committee. The keywords:  performance, the quality, the school committee

This paper discusses the importance of the students ‘character building in the level of primary school/Islamic elementary school to face the globalization and information era. Education is the process of determining the nation’s character. Good or bad character of the nation in the future will be determined by the present quality of education. Building the character through Tahfidzul Quran learning approach is expected to be the main foundation to improve the degree and prestige of learners as the asset of the nation. This study aimed to describe the process of Tahfidzul Quran learning which included planning, organizing, doing action and monitoring the important role of learning itself to build the learners’ character, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga.

The article deals with the world rating of Ukrainian educational sphere according to The Global Competitiveness Report and UNESCO Science Report. It shows comparative indices of Ukraine in contrast to the other countries of these world ratings according to the “Quality of primary education”, “Penetration of primary education”, “Penetration of secondary education”, “Quality of secondary education”, “Quality of education in Sciences”, “Quality of school management”, “School access to the internet” and others. The article also defines strategic directions of reforming Ukrainian education system to improve its position in the world international ratings.
