Abstrak. Human resource development demands from time to time are increasing. Therefore education services must be able to keep up with these developments. Besides family and school, the community has its own role in education. The role of the community in madrasah education must be carried out jointly to improve the quality of education. So the role in education is not only educators but also the community must contribute to improving the quality of education for the betterment of the nation. Therefore, the community has an important role in achieving a quality education goal. Education as a process requires synergy between components and requires an understanding of the vision of all stakeholders involved. Support from the community is very necessary for the implementation of good education because of the community so that madrasas will become more qualified, because of the support from the community, of course the progress of the madrasa will be reaped through the future of children in the future by involving their role in improving the quality of education services which include planning, supervision and evaluation of education programs including the field of religious education. This paper aims to provide an understanding that Christian Education teachers have a significant role in improving the quality of education and the future of national morality. The development of globalization and modernization makes teachers must be ready and contribute in preparing the nation's young generation in entering the era of globalization and modernization. At least there are two roles that must be possessed by the Christian Religious Education teacher, namely participating in realizing quality education and maintaining the nation's morality. With this writing, it is expected that every Christian Education teacher will become more aware and more enthusiastic in carrying out his duties and vocation as a teacher of Christian Religious Education.

This paper discusses the importance of the students ‘character building in the level of primary school/Islamic elementary school to face the globalization and information era. Education is the process of determining the nation’s character. Good or bad character of the nation in the future will be determined by the present quality of education. Building the character through Tahfidzul Quran learning approach is expected to be the main foundation to improve the degree and prestige of learners as the asset of the nation. This study aimed to describe the process of Tahfidzul Quran learning which included planning, organizing, doing action and monitoring the important role of learning itself to build the learners’ character, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga.

The purpose of this study is to see how the form of empowerment of school committees in improving the quality of education especially in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Research findings The existence of a school committee is an important element in improving the quality of school education services, its existence with all the tasks and functions it has can play a role in realizing better quality education services. Efforts to empower school committees are carried out in various ways although they are still not ideal as stated in the regulations related to school committees. In principle, so far the participation of school committee members and the form of empowerment of school committees is still limited to routine meetings and the fulfillment of supporting facilities for student learning facilities that are done voluntarily by school committees. Based on this, the efforts to empower school committees have been made but are still limited to routine agendas that are not yet optimal as the actual duties and functions of school committees.

In modern society, the importance of quality education is steadily increasing, and the spiritual, cultural and moral potential of society is associated with its development. Based on a study of the civic education model, we will present elements related to the country’s commitment to open government at the international level and propose strategies for implementing specific policies that support these commitments regarding education and global citizenship. Therefore, our goal is to provide the scientific community with practical tools for quality education in the mechanism of openness of state bodies based on Al-Farabi’s research. The need of society and the state for the innovative development of the economy in a rapidly developing world is continuously associated with the improvement of universities in the formation of vocational training for graduates - future specialists. The country needs such personnel who are ready to create and introduce innovations in the field of open government, with the possibility of control by society, as well as the dynamic cooperation in active way of participation of citizens themselves in management and to monitor government initiatives and their legitimacy. Continuous improvement of the quality of education should be the goal not only of the country’s leadership, but also of each citizen individually and of society as a whole.

<p>A good society can be seen by the positive characteristics displayed by its people. A person with positive characteristic is a product of a good quality of education. It is said that education quality is influenced by the quality of teachers. Low-qualified teachers are mostly related with the system of teacher development and the low-qualified institutions whose aim is to educate the future teachers. This article discusses the orientation of teacher education that has been programmed by government for several years. It is listed in 10 basic competences of professional teacher. The program of certification as the professional guarantee is also one of parts of this article. It can be assumed that to solve any kinds of educational problems, the renewal of orientation in developing education paradigm is highly needed.</p><p> </p><p>Masyarakat yang baik hanya dapat dibentuk dengan menampilkan individu-individu dengan karakter baik. Individu yang berkarakter baik dapat dibentuk melalui pendidikan yang berkualitas. Sedangkan, kualitas pendidikan banyak dipengaruhi oleh kualitas guru. Rendahnya kualitas guru banyak berkaitan dengan pola pengembangan guru dan banyaknya lembaga pendidikan berkualitas rendah yang menghasilkan guru. Artikel ini membahas orientasi pendidikan guru yang dicanangkan pemerintah beberapa tahun ini. Program-program tersebut tercakup dalam 10 kompetensi dasar untuk profesionalisme guru. Program sertifikasi sebagai penjamin juga menjadi salah satu bahasan di sini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah pendidikan, pembaharuan orientasi dalam pengembangan paradigma pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan.</p><p> </p>

The article is devoted to the study of the quality management system of education in a modern school. In researching this direction, the author relies on the main characteristics of the quality that education must correspond to. Attention is focused on what should be the criteria in solving the problem of education quality. It is concluded that the teacher today has lost the role of a person transferring knowledge, who acts by authoritarian or totalitarian methods, trying to give as much factual information as possible. A teacher today is a mentor who guides and organises educational and upbringing work with students at school. Consequently, the quality of education is aimed at meeting the public demand for the formation of a personality that is ready to actively respond to permanent changes in the social environment and the challenges that education faces today.

This study employs qualitative research methods to explore the performance of school students in reading motivation, sincerity, and achievement and the perceived role of a school social worker in Tanguar Haor inhabitants of rural Sunamganj in Bangladesh. Findings of the study suggest that the stakeholders in rural education in haor areas are keen to see the students’ achievements in reading, motivation, and academic performance but unaware of how to improve. This paper argues that social workers have a significant role to play in rural areas, particularly in remote places like haor areas, to enhance students’ performances and academic achievements in the school as well as to improve the quality of education services in those areas.

ABSTRAKManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu bidang manajemen khusus yang mempelajari hubungandan peranan manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Manusia adalah tenaga kerja yang bekerja dalam suatuperusahaan. Salah satu faktor suatu pendidikan bisa berkembang adalah adanya manajemen sumber dayamanusia yang baik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitasakan dapat berpengaruh pada proses dan kemajuan yang lebih baik dalam bidang pendidikan tersebut.Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin penting untuk institusi yang digunakan untukmendapatkan kontrol yang lebih baik melalui lembaga mereka sendiri. Lembaga harus menunjukkan bahwamereka mampu memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk pelajar. Untuk setiap institusi, kualitas adalahagenda dan kualitas utama perbaikan adalah tugas yang paling penting. Salah satu yang harus di perhatikandalam Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Indonesia ini adalah peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan dengantujuan untuk mengubah institusi yang mengoperasikannya menjadi tim yang tulus, tanpa konflik dan persainganinternal, untuk mencapai satu tujuan, yaitu untuk kemajuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikanseleksi dan orientasi, serta penempatan sumber daya manusia secara profesional. Pelaksanaan sumber dayadilakukan dengan kegiatan pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daa manusia yang berperan dalampeningkatan mutu pendidikan yang berkualitas sesuai nilai-nilai islam.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Sumber Daya Manusia, Peningkatan dan Kualitas mutu pendidikanAbstractHuman resource management is a specialized management field that studies the relationships and roles ofhumans in an organization. Humans are workers who work in a company. One of the factors that can developeducation is the existence of good and appropriate human resource management in accordance with Islamicvalues. With the existence of quality human resources will be able to influence the process and better progress inthe field of education. Increasing human resources is becoming increasingly important for institutions that areused to gain better control through their own institutions. Institutions must show that they are able to providequality education for students. For each institution, quality is the agenda and the main quality of improvement isthe most important task. One of the things that must be considered in human resource management in Indonesiais to improve the quality of education with the aim of changing the institutions that operate it into a sincereteam, without conflict and internal competition, to achieve a goal, namely for the betterment of education.The results of this study indicate that: Planning resources to improve the quality of education selection andorientation, as well as the placement of human resources in a professional manner.
