<p><span class="fontstyle0">Prophet Muhammad PBUH is a role model in every aspect of life. Many valuable lessons can be learned from his life. From the point of view of strategic management, every strategic decision that has been made by Prophet Muhammad PBUH in his dakwah in all kinds of diverse internal and external environment conditions is very much in line with modern strategy management science. This article tries to explain how strategic management applied by Prophet Muhammad PBUH especially in his da'wah so that now the Islamic religion spread all over the world. </span></p><p><span class="fontstyle2">Keywords: </span><span class="fontstyle0">Prophet Muhammad, Strategic Management.</span></p>

Strategic management have gained popularity in the public institutions to foster good delivery service to the public. The strategic planning enables organizations to establish a strategic match between the internal competency, resources and external environment. Majority of the successful organizations across the world use strategic management and planning as a tool that enables to optimize the operations and achieve maximum productivity with the resources. This paper reviewed on strategic management for organisations in Abu Dhabi especially for Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) force. It presents three strategic management theories which can be adopted by an organisation. This would help the organisation such as police department to reduce the increasing crime rate and mortality rate in UAE.

Talking about strategic management (MS), automatic also talks about TOWS and SWOT analysis. TOWS-K analysis is often equated with a SWOT analysis, because they pay attention to internal variables, namely Strength (S) and Weakness (W) and external variables, namely Opportunities (O) and Threats (T). Seen from the historical point of view, can be found two types of analysis, the TOWS-K analysis was first in the 1960s while the SWOT analysis was in the 1990s. Institute of  Islamic Religion Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam (STAIMA Al-Hikam Malang) is a higher education institution (institute) who had stood 17 years ago in 2003. Researcher had not received the study discussed strategic management. The study about this institution in facing the future, especially in the industrial era 4.0. In the Malang city, in the last 10 years many higher education institutions (universities / PT) have been established, which until now there are 50 universities. This research examines and explores the S-W-O-T variable owned by STAIMA Al-Hikam Malang, whose results can be used in determining future policies.

The chapter focuses on a problem that business schools all over the world face and which is connected with the necessity to include concepts and instruments of strategic management valuable for the managers into the syllabi of the courses. It is necessary to define the requirements and expectations of the managers for the syllabus development and methods of studying. The purpose of the study is to determine the existing conformity of strategic management course syllabus and the Russian managers' perceptions of sources of competitive advantage. During the empirical study, a survey of the students of the EMBA program has been conducted. The results of the analysis indicate that managers link the sources of competitive advantage with better position of the company in the external environment that leads to greater interest in learning strategic tools which are appropriate for its detecting. The findings raise serious challenges for strategic management teaching and put into question the usefulness of proactive development of competences in strategic management education.

The article explains the concepts of literacy and functional literacy. The concept of "literacy" is widely studied, its meaning is revealed. To explain the contemporary meaning of literacy, it is necessary to look at historical changes in the concept of literacy. However, it focuses not on the process of changing the concept of literacy, but on the modern meaning of literacy, based on the concept of literacy presented in various materials. The importance of functional literacy in the modern education system is explained. The article highlights the specifics of education and training on the formation of functional literacy. Functional literacy is a measure of a person's ability to interact with the external environment and the level of the ability to adapt and communicate with this environment as quickly as possible. Thus, functional literacy consists of a set of knowledge, skills and abilities that are considered necessary for a person to live in a particular cultural environment and ensure his social interaction. And in a broad sense, this is not just a way to get into the world of 4 skills and knowledge, it is an indicator of the cultural and social development of a nation, country or group of people. From the point of view of such a qualitative nature, functional literacy is used as a mechanism for personal development.

The article describes the problems of introducing innovations in Russia from the point of view of the development of standardization processes in the field of risk management and the psychological development of the profession of a risk manager. The features of the development of innovative development of the enterprise, taking into account the state of social well-being of people, are considered. Innovation strategy, above all, implies strategic management, as an activity of forming and implementing the mission, the main goals of the company, which guarantee its development in an environment of constant competition and instability. Strategic management is an ongoing process of selecting and executing the organization’s activities, taking into account the social well-being of employees, based on predicting changes in the external environment, predicting problems based on expert decisions aimed at maintaining the company's created advantage.

The article examines the priorities and opportunities for the development of the strategic management system of an entrepreneurial conglomerate in modern conditions. Principles are proposed that describe the process of interaction between an entrepreneurial conglomerate and the external environment. The key challenges to the competitiveness of entrepreneurial conglomerates in the digital economy are considered. Shows the basic principles that must comply with the strategic management system. The key factors that led to a significant adjustment of the basic system of strategic decision-making in business conglomerates were identified. The priority directions have been substantiated, in accordance with which it is necessary to develop theoretical proposals and practical tools for strategic management in modern conditions. The importance of setting up relations in accordance with the rules of corporate governance is substantiated. It can become an important element of improving the quality of the strategic management system in the context of globalization. The scenarios for the implementation of the strategic management system under the influence of various factors of globalization are concretized.

This paper discusses the work of Ibn Hajar al-Asqalany, which has been discussed by Islamic scholars around the world. His description of the pandemic was quite comprehensive, including the encyclopedia data of the plague that occurred during the Shahabah, Umayyad and Abbasid dynasties. By departing from the questions: first, how does Islamic literature talk about a pandemic; secondly, what are the factors that cause pandemic emerged in Islamic history literature? Third how is the credibility of Bażl al-Mā’ūn and others in dealing with pandemics such as COVID-19? This paper shows that Bażl al-Mā'ūn is an important reference in discussing pandemics in the Islamic world.Besides, there are indeed other books that appeared before al-Asqalany's work which also shows that basically the Islamic religion has strong credibility for talking about a pandemic in many perspectives, not only from a religious point of view, but from an empirical and scientific point of view.

A cikk központi kérdése a vállalati versenyképesség. Két meghatározó menedzsmentmegközelítés – a vevői érték és az erőforrás-, képességalapú stratégiai menedzsment – fogalmi rendszerére, illetve koncepcióira alapozva a szerzők kialakítottak és a "Versenyben a világgal 2004–2006 – gazdasági versenyképességünk vállalati nézőpontból" című kutatás adatbázisát használva teszteltek egy a vállalati versenyképesség belső struktúrájára rávilágító elméleti modellt. A modell empirikus tesztelésének eredménye szerint a kialakított koncepció a vállalati versenyképesség elemzésének hasznos eszköze, mely alkalmas arra, hogy a vizsgált vállalatok esetében igazolja, vagy éppen megcáfolja a meghatározott, ún. összehangolt kompetenciák meglétét. ________The main issue of this article is the competitiveness of firms. Based on conceptual system and concepts of two determinant management approaches – the customer value and the resource and capability based strategic management – the authors have developed and tested a theoretical model of the inside structure of the competitiveness of firms using the database of Competing with the World 2004-2006 – the competitiveness of the Hungarian economy from enterprise point of view. According to the result of the empiric test of the model the developed concept has been a profitable tool of the analysis of the enterprise competitiveness and it has been suited for confirming or confuting determinated so called aligned competencies being in the case of examined firms.

Annotation. Introduction. Strategic management is able to ensure the effective functioning of the enterprise in the external environment, which is constantly and unpredictably changing and is an important management technology. In these conditions, the quality of enterprise management begins to play a major and decisive role not only in achieving the goals, but also in the survival of the enterprise in conditions of fierce competition. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and systematize the features of strategic management of the enterprise in the context of global influences. Results. Thus, strategic management is a special technology in the management of the enterprise in today’s unstable conditions and many other factors that have a significant impact on the enterprise as a whole. Strategic management has a positive effect on ensuring long-term increase in the value of the business, the achieving the main goal of business development. In this regard, even during the crisis, which covered both the production and financial spheres, it is extremely important to find additional reserves of innovation of the enterprise, to find new ways of technical and technological modernization to increase competitiveness in domestic and global markets. Conclusions. Summarizing the above, we note that the main advantage of strategic management is to minimize the negative consequences of the uncertainty of the future. Also, when using strategic management, the company focuses on the study of external factors, to change which must be adapted quickly enough. Due to the study of the external environment and forecasting the behavior of the enterprise in different conditions, an appropriate basis for strategic and practical decisions is formed. With the application of strategic management, the company becomes more manageable by comparing the results with strategic plans.
