The importance of services for companies is significant and still increasing. Customers expect fulfil-ment of their requirements concerning not only the product, but also the quality of services relating to this product. The core of competitiveness is thus moving from the product itself to the supplier abili-ties created by the entire supply system with a dynamic structure. Therefore, it is necessary to under-stand the specific needs of each single customer concerning services within the entire supply system. On the basis of a comparison of the outcomes of a targeted literature review and an analysis of eval-uation of the service quality by the customers purchasing products of a selected company, the paper identifies the deciding parameters and methods of customer service quality assessment in the B2B market from the buyer’s perspective.

Individuals with psychotic disorders, such as schizophrenia, have been found to have less successful vocational rehabilitation outcomes than other disability groups. A contributing factor may be that existing traditional vocational assessment methods and tools simply lack characteristics that would make them most useful for individuals with schizophrenia. Specific symptomatology present in the schizophrenic disorders interferes with the individual's ability to properly complete traditional assessment tools. Alternative methods of assessment are therefore needed for individuals with schizophrenia to get the most benefit from the vocational rehabilitation process and reach their vocational potential. A five-stage model is proposed which attempts to address issues that arise during the vocational assessment process for people with schizophrenia.

Reselection of composite service is one of the core research issues in service computing field. In practical scenarios, because of business relations between service providers or the restrictions of service physical deployment environment, there may be correlation among services. Its existence affects the quality of services used together, makes corresponding abstract services potentially correlating with each other. This leads the QoS used to determine the bindings between abstract and concrete services to be inaccurate, and the selected services would not be the optimal one in actual execution environment. In this paper, the QoS-Correlation services are extracted from the execution log through Apriori data mining method. Then, the authors capture the correlated abstract services to present such correlations in a higher level of abstraction regardless of actual services. In the final, the correlated abstract services will be regarded as a task unit, and the corresponding correlation services of each task unit as its candidate services set. They also propose a correlation-aware service selection method in the paper. The method includes runtime reselection whenever the actual QoS largely deviates from the estimates.
