This study aims to knowing the influence of marketing mix in Bali convection business on cunsomer satisfaction and loyalty in PT. Eka Jaya Makmur Bali. This study is explanatory research. Population is all tourism who visited and bought clothing product in outlet Eka Jaya Makmur Bali who didn't come from travel agent. The sampling method for this study was doing with accidental sampling technique and it got 126 respondents. Data analysis method is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of research are marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have affected significantly towards customer's satisfaction. It indicated that selling product same as customer's needs and wants, the giving price is reached by consumers, location of buying product is strategic, and promotion same as consumer's hope. Marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have not affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that the selling product, the giving price, strategic location, and completed promotion could not change consumer to become loyalty at PT. Eka Jaya Makmur Bali. Customer's satisfaction have affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that loyal customer is always feels satisfy with anything they received.Keywords: Customer's Satisfaction, Customer's Loyalty, Marketing mix, SEM.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the capabilities of business performance in creative culinary ventures in Makassar City, Indonesia. Data were obtained from sources using a questionnaire distributed to 1,402 entrepreneurs in the small and medium business category. The sampling method is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was determined using the Slovin formula of 311 people, totalling 197 respondents who received the questionnaire in full. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with structural equation modelling techniques. The research findings explain dynamic capabilities that are important for enhancing innovation and business performance, as well as to assist future researchers to examine other factors that are predictors in improving business performance.

This study aims to see and determine the direct effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Research site at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all customers who made repeat purchases at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using the simple random sampling method, because the sampling of members from the population was done randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. Determining the number of samples 5 times the number of variable indicators as many as 30 are used. Thus, the number of samples to be studied in this study was 150 people. In this study, researchers will use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix and purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are able to positively and significantly mediate between marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.

This research aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, analyze the effect of product quality on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, analyze the effect of brand image on purchase intention to the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, and to analyze the effect of purchase intention on purchase decision to the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball. This research is quantitative research that applies an associative descriptive approach. The research population is the people of Halim Perdanakusuma Village of East Jakarta who once consumed the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball with a total sample of 190 people. The research sampling was carried out using incidental sampling technique. The data collection was performed by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS 2 and SPSS. The analysis results showed that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, the brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, and purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball.

This study aimed to find out the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, innovation and marketing capabilities on competitive advantage. The research population comprised Fish Processing Business in Semarang City. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using AMOS 24.0 analysis tool. The test results using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques indicate that the model is in accordance with population data. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurship oriented , innovation and marketing capabilities had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. Used by analyzer for example validity test, test reliabilitas, and hipotesis test use modelling equation structural (SEM).

This study aims to examine the relationship between the factors that forming the institutions in Production Forest Management Unit (KPHP) Model Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The analysis used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM is a multivariate analysis were used to analyze the relationship between variables. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling method with 83 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that the institutionality is signicantly inuenced by the factors of human resources, institutional variables and linkage.

Great Indonesian Milagros. Test and analyze the effect of the marketing mix on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Great Indonesian Milagros. Test and analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Great Indonesian Milagros. Test and analyze the influence of trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Great Indonesian Milagros. To achieve this research, questionnaires were distributed and documents were collected using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis. The total population is all customers who have registered in 2015–2019, amounting to 558 subscribers. The numbers of samples in this study were 233 customers. The results of this study found that the marketing mix and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. The marketing mix, service quality, and Trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Marketing mix and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Customers 'interest in owning a house through a KPR, apart from the urge to fulfill their need for a comfortable and nice place to live, is also related to how the KPR is marketed so that it attracts customers' interest. Or in other words, how is the marketing mix strategy implemented to attract buyers to the mortgage offered. The marketing mix includes products, prices, promotions, locations, people, processes and physical evidence.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors including: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence on customer interest in KPR at PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The research data comes from a questionnaire distributed to 86 respondents who are KPR BNI Griya customers, using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test.The results of this study indicate that the results of the t test on each research variable concluded that partially accepting the hypothesis point 1 and rejecting some of the hypothesis point 1, because it is proven that the location factor has a significant influence, while the product, price, promotion, people, process and Physical evidence does not have a significant effect on customer interest in the KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The results of the F test on all the variables studied conclude that accepting the hypothesis point 2, because it is proven that the factors which include: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence together have a significant influence on customer interest in KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch

Train system is one of the transportation modes with some special characteristics that make it becomes an effective and efficient transportation system to increase the service quality. Although the AC economy class of Majapahit Railway has been officially opened by the government, it has not been able to fulfill the people’s need. It is proved with the decrease of number of passenger, and the increase of critics related to the service quality. This research aims to analyze the principal elements and the effect of service qualities towards the customer’s loyalty. The research was conducted through survey on the Majapahit railway users consisting of 200 respondents. The used sampling technique was non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. It applied Structural Equation Modelling in which the previous test was the classical assumptions. Based on the calculations, it is indicated that the variables of service quality in customer satisfaction and loyalty is significant. The principal elements that influence satisfaction and loyalty are the operational schedule, the rolling stock condition, station’s comfort and security, safety, ticket price, and how the passengers enjoy the travelling. Adjusted R square of 0.8246 shows that 82 percent of consumer’ loyalty can give impact on service quality and customer satisfaction.

Customer loyalty is a commitment that customers hold deeply to buy the product or service being offered. In order for customers to have high loyalty, a company needs to pay attention to the factors that determine customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, marketing mix and brand image on customer loyalty. This research was conducted at McDonald's company in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken was 100 customers, with probability sampling method, especially simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation study, literature study and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis, it is found that service quality, marketing mix and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Partially service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, marketing mix has a significant effect on customer loyalty, and brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
