The research aims to analyze influence of work discipline, Work Environment and Work Stress variables to employee performance Akademi Kebidanan Dr. Soebandi Jember. Data is used in this study was primary data obtained from a questionnaire that was given to the respondent. The sampling method used in this study was issaturated with a total sample of 44 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that discipline significant positive operating environment performance employees Akademi Kebidanan Dr. Soebandi Jember, physical sgnificant positive operating environment performance employees Akademi Kebidanan Dr. Soebandi Jember. The business of making goods, the business of repairing goods, to the electronic and electrical credit businesses are found all around us. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, communication, and work environment on employee performance. The phenomenon of increased public demand for electronic and electrical goods, increased work stress, ineffective communication, and an uncomfortable working environment underlie this research. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The sample in this study was 80 employees. The results showed work stress, communication, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the lower the work stress, the better the communication and work environment will be able to improve employee performance. This research was conducted to test work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance. The research sample was 50 respondents and used a total sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a research questionnaire that was filled out by predetermined respondents. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using SPSS V20 tools with multiple linear regression analysis methods.The findings about the effect of work stress, work motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of UD. Patama Karya city of Kedirir. First, work stress and work motivation have no significant impact on employee performance. Second, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Third, the work stress silmultually variable work motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for developing new strategies in an effort to improve work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance.

This study is to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance at PT. Benua Penta Global Medan. The research approach here is based on a quantitative approach. Sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly. The population used is employees as many as 137 people and the sample of this study amounted to 102 people obtained from the slovin formula. This research model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and workload partially had a significant effect on employee performance and work environment partially had no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation, work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination seen from the adjusted R square is 0.283 which means that it implies that the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance is 28.3% and the remaining 71.7% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study such as competence, work stress, etc. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Workload, Employee Performance.

<em>This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. This is a quantitative descriptive study using primary data by giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk, located in the Pulo Gadung Industrial Estate, Jakarta, discussed on Jl. Goat Island II Kav.I-II.No.33. From a population of 1,500 employees, a total sample of 94 respondents was obtained using the Slovin formula. The technique used to take samples is the random sampling method and the type of data used is heterogeneous. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between competence and work environment on employee performance. Partially, competence has a significant influence on employee performance, as well as work environment variables.</em>

<em>This study aims to analyze the effect of commitment of organization, competence of village fund management officers, and utilization of information technology on accaountability of village financial management</em><em>  either partially or simultaneously.The data used in the study are primary data in the form of questionnaires with a total sample of 96 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis which determined by purposive sampling method. The findings from this research indicate that (1) partially commitment of organization, competence of village fund management officers and utilization of information technology  has a positive effect and significant impact on the accountability of village financial management (2) commitment of organization, competence of village fund management officers and utilization of information technology  has simultaneous effect on the  accountability of village financial management.</em>

Kinerja adalah merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang dituntut setiap organisasi. Sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja merupakan hal yang berperan dalam pencapaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. HYUNDAI MOBIL INDONESIA (PT. HMI). Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Sejauh mana pengaruh sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. HMI. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. HMI, sifat penelitian kausalitas kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dimana seluruh populasi karyawan PT. HMI dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan satuan pengukuran skala Likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. : Performance is one of the main factors demanded by each organization. The recruitment system and work environment are factors that play a role in achieving employee performance at PT. HYUNDAI MOBIL INDONESIA (PT. HMI). The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent to which the influence of the recruitment system and work environment on employee performance at PT. HMI. This research was conducted at PT. HMI, the nature of quantitative causality research using the survey method, where the entire population of employees of PT. HMI was sampled in this study. In conducting this research the data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done through a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement unit. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis methods.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Pratama Tax Office in Bantul. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents using accidental sampling. By using a questionnaire to collect primary data, and respondents were 45. The technique used regression analysis to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and the Work Environment on employee performance. The results show multiple linear regression analysis, namely the T test shows that competency has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results show knowledge sharing, competence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge sharing, competence, work environment, employee performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh kayawan kantor pelayanan pajak pratama Bantul. Sampel dalam penelitan ini berjumlah 45 responden dengan menggunakan accidental sampling.  Dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data primer, dan responden adalah 45. Teknik yang digunakan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil menunjukkan analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu pada uji T menunjukkan knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,017 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Sedangkan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,048 dimana nilai ini dibawah 0,05. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0,895 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Kata kunci : knowledge Sharing, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, jumlah sampel yaitu 30 orang. Pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan olah data SPSS 21 untuk membuktikan tiga hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasemua variable bebas secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Diartikansemakin baik suasana dalam lingkungan kerja, serta adanya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja tinggi akan memberikan dampak baik bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang lebih baik. This study aims to (1) determine the influence of work environment on employee performance, (2) determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the head office of cenrana district, Maros Regency. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, with the total sample of 30 people. This study used a quantitative approach and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance in the Cenrana District Office, Maros Regency. Thus it can be interpreted that the better the atmosphere in the work environment, as well as the existence of work motivation and high work discipline, the more likely this will have a good impact on employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that will also affect their performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Finance Board of the West Sumatra Provincial Government. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y), and the independent variable consisting of work environment (X1) and organizational culture (X2). The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. Accumulated data used in this study were primary data from questionnaires and used a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The population in this study were all employees of the regional financial agency of the province of West Sumatra, the sample in this study was 72 employees or respondents. The research data were collected from the respondents' results and analyzed using linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of (3,342 > 2,000) and organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of (3,336 > 2,000).

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at the Sidoarjo sub-district office. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 54 employees at the Sidoarjo sub-district office. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale which were tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that work discipline affects employee performance, compensation affects employee performance, work environment also affects employee performance, besides discipline work, compensation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance.
