This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. Keywords: Leadership style, non-physical work environment, job satisfaction, employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze studies on the effect of teamwork on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 51 respondents, while the sampling technique uses probability sampling method using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the teamwork variable was obtained by t count (13,170)> t table (2,011). Then the teamwork variable partially influences the employee performance variable, with a sig value of 0,000 <from the value of 0.05. With the value of R Square obtained results of 0.783, this means that teamwork variables influence the change in Y of 0.783 or in other words the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 78.3% while the remaining 21.7% is caused by other variables not included researched within a research framework. Conclusion, the value of the Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) obtained a value of 0.885 shows that there is a very strong joint relationship between the independent variables of Team Cooperation to the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. The purpose of this study is the purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a review of the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Sinar Galesong Mandiri Manado. The benefits of this research are expected that the results of this study can contribute to a broader knowledge of company performance and to be used as reference materials or comparison materials for other researchers. This is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 35 respondents obtained using the non-probability (accidental sampling) method. To test how the influence of quality is used instruments, validity and reliability tests, while the data were analyzed using a simple linear regression method with the t test and the coefficient of determination (multiple correlations). Therefore H1 is accepted, which means that the independent variable (compensation) influences the dependent variable (employee performance), positively and strongly influences. The results of the determination coefficient show that the adjusted R square rate is 0.592 or 59.2% which means that the employee performance variance can be explained by compensation. While the remaining 40.8 can be explained by other variables outside the research variable.
