Relevance. Modern trends in the athletes’ training need to find new ways to improve the structure and content of different structural units of the training process. One of the most effective theoretical and methodological approaches in the athletes’ training is programming. The purpose is to launch structural units program of the training process and, on this basis, to increase the efficiency of qualified football players training in the annual macrocycle in terms of higher educational establishments. Results. Research was conducted in student football team. Age of players is 18–23 years old. Sports qualification – candidate masters, athletes of the first category. The study had been conducting during two years. In the first year, a confirmatory experiment was conducted, in the second – forming. Structural units programs of qualified football players training process were launched and experimentally grounded. On the basis of the main competitions calendar, the replayed training cycle of qualified football players was planned. The program of each cycle of the annual macro cycle consists of four blocks: the duration of the preparation, competitive periods and the transition phase; quantitative indicators of trainings; the ratio of training work means and training loads of different orientations; criteria of athletes’ preparation. Conclusions: it is established that the construction of the training process on the basis of structural units programming of the training process allows optimizing managerial influences at different stages of the annual macro cycles, depending on the three phases of the sports form of skillful football players.

Russian Federal State Educational Standards of 3+ generation impose serious requirements to resource support of educational and training process, including electronic information-educational environment of the University. In the Southwest State University (SWSU), a unified multimedia information and educational environment based on Internet-broadband access technologies was created; it successfully operates and keeps developing. The main concept of this environment construction is the idea of integrating data, applications, and business processes. SWSU Electronic information-educational environment (EIEE) is designed to provide information transparency of the University activities in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of education, to organize educational activities of the University and to ensure access of students and research and academic-staff of the University to information and educational resources. The main components of SWSU EIEE are: the actors of the education and training process (teachers, students, etc.), external digital library systems, internal automated information library system, “SWSU academic courses” subsystem, “Southwest State University Web portal” subsystem, and the official web site of the Southwest State University. “Southwest State University Web portal" subsystem makes it possible to automate traditional basic functions of Dean's office of the University, such as managing student conduct systems for students of Bachelor and Master Degree Programs of full-time and correspondence forms of training; recording and statistical processing of the data on students’ progress; recording students’ achievements; managing Dean's office workflow. As prescribed in Federal State Educational Standards of 3+ generation, Portal Modules are used to record the results of formative and summative assessment of students in accordance with SWSU current score rating system for learning outcomes.

Digitalization has transformed all aspects of life, from social interactions to the working environment and education, something that accelerated with the emergence of COVID-19. The same stands for education and training activities, where the use of digital tools has been gradually advancing and become merely online because of the virus. This brought forth the need to discuss further the applications, benefits, and challenges of digital tools within the framework of the education and training process, and the need to study examples of successful applications. This study aims to support both these requirements by presenting the case study of REFUGEEClassAssistance4Teachers project and its outcomes.

The purpose of the article is to get and summarize the data obtained in the new study, namely the change in the indicators of the functional state of 11-12 year-old players having different typological peculiarities of the nervous system. The leading methods to research this problem are ascertaining and formative pedagogical experiment, theoretical analysis and summarizing of methodological literature and methods of mathematical statistics. The result is a change in the indicators of the functional status of 11-12 year-old children who play football, after using the methodology of the differential development of coordination abilities of players 11-12 years with different typology of the nervous system. Conclusion - the article can be useful for improving the outdated forms of coach’s training and instructors in football and other sports, and also can be used in the training process of football players with different skills. The urgency of the theme is caused by the search of modernization of training process in football reserve, which would increase the functional status of the children and improve their results in football.

Football 7 and Football 9 are worldwide famous – sport-game for children and adolescents from 7 to 12 Years. In this relation, the need for an in-depth analysis of the football training - in particular with the younger football players in our country - is of interest and current, by seeking new forms and diversifying the activities in the physical education and sports lessons that are in line with the national traditions, socio-economic conditions and leading European practices. Such an opportunity is provided by the gaming approach that seeks to explore, summarize and propose effective solutions to optimize football education. This study aims to identify and compare changes in indicators that inform on the specific preparation of pupils from the initial stage of primary education after applying a gaming approach to football education. After the end of the experimental period under the influence of normal biological development and under the influence of the applied gameplay approach with the students from the experimental group, there were significant positive changes. The developed gaming approach should be offered as an opportunity to diversify the organization of the physical education and sports training process in the initial stage of the primary education.

The aim - to substantiate and experimentally test the method of teaching gymnastic exercises to students engaged in sports aerobics.

Material and methods. The study involved 20 students of Kharkiv institutions of higher education engaged in sports aerobics in groups of sports improvements. At the time of the experiment, the subjects were 17 to 20 years old. Method of research. Theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature; analysis of rules and videos of competitions; pedagogical experiment; expert evaluation; methods of mathematical statistics.

Results. As a result of the study, a method of teaching and improving the technique of performing gymnastic exercises for students of higher educational institutions specializing in sports aerobics was developed. It is proved that the introduction in the educational and training process of students engaged in sports aerobics, special exercises that gradually lead to the implementation of gymnastic elements, and at the same time partially develop the necessary physical abilities contribute to their more effective assimilation and improvement. In particular, the execution quality control all gymnastic exercises (emphasis angle flairs out with 360° rotation; emphasis high angle; planche apart the legs; sagittal balance with the grip on the leg and rotate 360°; libel spin with the prop hands on the floor) in the experimental group, unlike the control, increased on average by 50%.

Conclusions. Thus, the paper highlights the main groups of gymnastic elements provided by the current rules of competition in sports aerobics. The method of training students specializing in sports aerobics to perform these elements is developed. Experimental verification of the effectiveness of the developed technique was carried out.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to highlight e-recruitment and training comprehensiveness as the untapped antecedents of employer branding (EB) in the relevant literature, which might enhance the employer’s knowledge and lead to organisational development.Design/methodology/approachThis study adopts an exploratory conceptual modelling approach based on the extant literature from 1964 to 2017 using the databases of Emerald, EBSCO, Scopus, Proquest, JSTOR and search engines such as Google Scholar to ensure the reliability of the literature.FindingsThis paper suggests that e-recruitment and training comprehensiveness might be the untapped antecedents of EB as compared to traditional recruitment and training process explored in earlier studies.Research limitations/implicationsThe viewpoint can be further refined through academic conceptualisation and empirical validation.Practical implicationsThis paper lays a conceptual foundation in the emerging area of EB. Ideas expressed herein can be approached by academicians.Originality/valuePast studies have not explored e-recruitment and training comprehensiveness as the antecedents of EB. This work provides knowledge that candidly contributes to the conceptualisation of e-recruitment and training comprehensiveness. Further, this research has the potential to help academicians to understand the antecedents of EB leading to organisational development.
