É uma técnica que vem sendo difundida e utilizada na endodontia contemporânea com o intuito de realizar um procedimento eficaz.---Abstract: Analyze the use of instruments to prepare the Glide Path and understand how this endodontic instrument brought advantages in instrumentation techniques. This is a literature review with selected articles from the last 10 years, in order to achieve the objectives proposed by the theme. Articles in English and Portuguese were used, with all information pertinent to the topic extracted. Through this study, it is possible to analyze that the instrumentation of root canals after the use of the Glide Path brings numerous benefits, including better sliding of the instruments, reduction in the number of fractures and less intra-radicular complications. In addition, this initial preparation of the root canal using the Glide Path performs clearance, creating a clear “path” for the best glide of the instruments in the root canal. The instruments have characteristics and particularities that lead to the same objective of preparing the conduit for safe instrumentation, the Wave One Gold, R-Pilot and PathFile stand out here. It is a technique that has been disseminated and used in contemporary endodontics with the aim of performing an effective procedure. Through this bibliographical study, it is possible to consider that the use of the Glide Path favors the preparation of the root canal and proves to be effective and safe when used before instrumentation, thus, with the creation of a more favorable environment for instrumentation, the chances of success in endodontic treatment.

Effective preparation systems are critical for preparing teachers and school leaders who have the knowledge and skills to educate students with disabilities to achieve college and career ready standards. These systems must provide teachers and leaders with effective practice-based opportunities to learn about evidence-based and high-leverage practices in their initial preparation and throughout their careers. Creating such systems, however, depends on comprehensive systems change where aligned research-based policy and preparation/induction practices are implemented in higher education and k-12 schools. This article describes the ingredients of effective systems change, and how the CEEDAR Center TA approach is informed by implementation drivers, as articulated by the National Implementation Research Network. The outcomes achieved by the Center thus far are also articulated as are challenges encountered.

Ancient art is typically studied in terms of its aesthetic or historical value. This article presents an alternative approach, examining ancient Egyptian wall reliefs from a chaîne opératoire perspective. The reliefs assessed here adorn the walls of the Chapel of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari in Thebes. The analysis reveals, for the first time, the sequence of the artists’ work, from the initial preparation of the wall surface to the master sculptor's final touches. This enables a reconstruction of the ergonomic organisation of the work, distinguishing the contributions of individual hands and revealing often intangible phenomena, such as master-apprentice interactions. A similar approach may be useful when examining carved reliefs in other parts of the world.

Handling an event requires a repetitive and complex task; from initial preparation until its conclusion. One of the important elements in an innovation event is the jurying process. The jurying process usually involves tasks with higher priority and must be completed in limited duration, usually within 4 to 5 days. The inexistence of inexpensive jurying information systems leads to the development of the i-Jury management system (i-Jury). The i-jury management system was developed based on PHP programming language, MySQL database, and jQuery. The development of the information system follows the System Development Lifecycle methodology.  The findings show that the development of the information system speeds up the process of managing jury, project management, as well as speeding up the disbursement of results, comparing to previous traditional evaluation methods

The recreation of bone structures from the human body has very complex geometry and a lack of symmetry. A small series of vertebrae replications, digitized by computed tomography, could serve in exercises for medical students to help them perform operational planning for inserting implant structures, cage type implants, or screws and rods implants. Additionally, these replications could be used in the planning of extraordinary clinical cases, for example complex vertebrae deformities. The replicated structure could be fulfilled in a 1:1 ratio or scaled. For the selection of an appropriate production technology a block diagram is followed which considers suitable technologies for the production of polymer parts, compared to the series size and the complexity of the geometry. Both criteria must be taken into account when considering which technology should be used in the production of polymer parts. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of additive technologies and replication in silicone mold, the best choice for technology is set to be replication in silicone mold. The initial preparation for the manufacture of the silicone mold includes a detailed analysis of the geometry of the model for replication. The first step includes defining the runner place as well as mounting the runner to the model. To ensure the mold is completely filled while casting, positive-shaped vents in the mold are defined. Because of the complex shapes of the spinal vertebrae and the need to take out elements in many directions, the mold is divided into multiple parts. A block-diagram that summarizes the entire manufacturing cycle for replication in a silicone mold is developed.

Attention to educational diversity in educational centers has become an important topic, so it is necessary to address challenges to offer an individualized educational response. Thus, specialist teachers must adopt a leading role in order that education systems move towards inclusion. The objective of this study is to measure Spanish primary school teachers’ perceptions about their preparation for inclusive education, considering possible differences between specialist teachers (therapeutic pedagogy and hearing and speech) and non-specialist teachers. The sample was made up of 284 teachers who work in the primary education stage in public Spanish schools, who responded to the Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Teacher Preparation for Inclusion (CEFI-R). Significant differences were found according to the specialism of the participants. It can be concluded that teachers consider their initial preparation in this subject insufficient but show positive conception towards educational inclusion.
