The article is devoted to understanding the processes of higher education modernization associated with the forced mass transition of Russian universities to a distance learning format in connection with measures to prevent a new coronavirus infection. The purpose of this article is to analyze the foundations and meanings of modernizing didactic solutions for distance learning. From the point of view of post-non-classical methodology, the grounds for modernizing didactic solutions in distance educational interaction are analyzed. The analysis of the challenges of the era of universal distance and the answers to these challenges by domestic and foreign scientific and pedagogical research and educational practices was carried out. The opinion is justified that modern challenges set up new issues that can only partially be solved using the classical didactic theory. The formation of the boundaries of applicability of traditional didactic solutions and pedagogical means is updated, the analysis of the directions of their change is carried out. The article describes the authors' own experience in organizing distance learning, on the basis of which it is concluded that the key aspect of the education content in distance learning is not remembering and reproducing information, but its understanding and interpretation. In accordance with this conclusion, new digital didactic solutions for traditional educational formats are presented. The analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of distance learning focuses on the fundamental nonlinearity of the modern educational process, on the possibility of the individual choosing the strategy and tactics of his educational activities. The article continues the discussion on the methodology and practice in the field of didactics of teacher education, which was presented earlier on the pages of the journal «Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin» and as part of the activities of the inter-university research center «New Didactics».

The purpose and tasks of the work are to analyze the contemporary Ukrainian mass culture in terms of its value and humanistic components, as well as the importance of cultural studies and Ukrainian studies in educational disciplines for the formation of a holistic worldview of modern youth.Analysis of research and publications. Scientists repeatedly turned to the problems of the role of spirituality in the formation of society and its culture. This problem is highlighted in the publications by O. Losev, V. Lytvyn, D. Likhachev, S. Avierintsev, M. Zakovych, I. Stepanenko and E. Kostyshyn.Experts see the main negative impact of mass culture on the quality approach, which determines mass culture through the market, because mass culture, from our point of view, is everything that is sold and used in mass demand. One of the most interesting studies on this issue was the work by the representatives of Frankfurt School M. Horkheimer and T. Adorno «Dialectics of Enlightenment» (1947), devoted to a detailed analysis of mass culture. Propaganda at all socio-cultural levels in the form is similar in both totalitarian and democratic countries. It is connected, according to the authors, with the direction of European enlightenment. The tendency to unify people is a manifestation of the influence of mass culture, from cinema to pop. Mass culture is a phenomenon whose existence is associated with commerce (accumulation in any form – this is the main feature of education), in general, the fact that it exists in this form is related to the direction of the history of civilization.Modern mass culture, with its externally attractive and easily assimilated ideas and symbols, appealing to the trends of modern fashion, becomes a standard of prestigious consumption, does not require intense reflection, allows you to relax, distract, not teach, but entertains, preaches hedonism as the main spiritual value. And as a consequence, there are socio-cultural risks: an active rejection of other people, which leads to the formation of indifference; cruelty as a character trait; increase of violent and mercenary crime; increase in the number of alcohol and drug addicts; anti-patriotism; indifference to the values of the family and as a result of social orphanhood and prostitution. Conclusions, perspectives of research. Thus, we can conclude that modern Ukrainian education is predominantly formed by the values of mass culture. Namely, according to the «Dialectic» by Horkheimer and Adorno, «semi-enlightenment becomes an objective spirit» of our modern society. It is concluded that only high-quality education can create the opposite of the onset of mass culture and the destruction of spirituality in our society. It is proved that only by realizing the importance of cultivating disciplines in the educational process and the spiritual upbringing of the nation, through educational reforms, humanitarian knowledge will gradually return to student audiences.Formation of youth occurs under the influence of social environment, culture, education and self-education. The optimal combination of these factors determines both the process of socialization itself and how successful it will be. In this context, one can see the leading role of education and upbringing. It turns out that the main task of modern education is to spread its influence on the development of spiritual culture of the individual, which eventually becomes a solid foundation for the formation of the individual. Such a subject requires both philosophical and humanitarian approaches in further integrated interdisciplinary research, since the availability of such research will provide the theoretical foundation for truly modern educational and personal development.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the digital tools that a modern teacher should possess to implement the educational process using distance learning technologies. Based on the conducted research, the main competencies that a teacher should have to conduct professional activities from the point of view of students were established. Digital tools are urgently needed to implement these competencies. In this paper, we will show our view on the algorithm for using digital tools in the educational process. A teacher should have a wide arsenal of digital tools: be able to use office programs, be able to search, to select, to analyze and to interpret information. To be able to create a teacher’s website, record digital audio and video content, to be able to place it for easy access for students, and, of course, be able to use the University’s learning management system.

The research and development on spoken dialog systems embraces technical, user-centered and business-related perspectives. It brings together stakeholders belonging to distinct job families, therefore prone to different traditions and practices. When assessing their contributions, as well as the final solution, they conduct very nomadic evaluation protocols. As a result, the field is eager to set up norms for evaluation. Contributions abound in this way. However, despite standardization exercises, we believe that the absence of common conceptual foundations and dedicated “knowledge creation spaces” frustrates the effort of convergence. The chapter therefore presents an application framework meant to rationalize the design of evaluation protocols inside and across project teams. This Multi Point Of VieW Evaluation Refine Studio (MPOWERS) enforces common models for the design of evaluation protocols. It aims at facilitating, on the one hand, the individual evaluator-users task and, on the second hand, the emergence of (first virtual, then maybe real) communities of practice and multidisciplinary communities of interest. It illustrates how implementing shared knowledge frameworks and vocabulary for non-ambiguous asynchronous discussions can support the emergence of such virtual communities.

Although the World Scientific Society of Educators does not yet have sufficient evidence to measure the impact of school attendance on the risk of disease transmission, the harmful effects of a full transition to distance education are indisputable and affect the safety, well-being and education of children / students. and documents of many states. The purpose of the article is to determine the risks of the absence of a traditional educational process in educational institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic using the materials of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. The study was based on the following theoretical methods: analytical and descriptive methods of developing theoretical and critical sources and resources related to the implementation of the educational process, in order to determine the risks associated with providing distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Analysis of contextual benefits and risks allows to determine the priority of educational institutions (or their components) to resume their work; priority of measures to reduce the risk of infection in educational institutions and communities; and focus areas for distance learning. Direct funding for education institutions most affected by the crisis, for example through formula-based funding, which gives priority to the most marginalized groups of pupils / students. From the point of view of mechanisms, scholarships for certain blocks and remittances (conditional or unconditional) to pupils / students should be considered. Tuition and other costs (school uniforms, etc.) should be waived where possible and other barriers to entry should be removed to maximize re-enrollment. We see prospects for further research in the analysis of ensuring the availability of educational materials / platforms, information, services and learning tools for people with disabilities in the process of obtaining education.

The introduction of distance learning into the practice of educational process at the Military Medical Academy named after S.M. Kirov is justified in the context of the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The modern principles of distance learning are presented. The experience of distance learning at the Department of Hospital Therapy of the Military Medical Academy named after S.M. Kirov during the COVID-19 pandemic is described. Aspects of the organization and teaching of the discipline Hospital Therapy in cadets and students of the 6th year in distance learning are considered. Practical training using an electronic information environment included studying theoretical material using an electronic textbook, watching a lecture presentation, and testing. Solving situational problems with pre-diagnosis, appointment of a plan of examination and treatment of patients allowed to preserve the practical component of the classes. The positive and negative aspects of distance learning are discussed. The data of the anonymous questionnaire of 70 cadets and students of the 6th year of the Faculty of Medicine on satisfaction with the educational process in the distance learning mode are given. The questions concerned the organization, merits and disadvantages of distance learning at the department in conditions of self-isolation of teachers and students. The experience of teaching has shown that cadets and students have high motivation, organization, good enough skills to work in the mode of distance learning. This has contributed to rapid adaptation to a new form of training in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. In general, teachers and students are satisfied with the remote learning process. However, distance learning, according to most teachers and students, cannot fully provide a practical part of the future doctors training program. Positive experience of the department has shown that distance learning can be considered as an alternative to traditional learning in the conditions of self-isolation of teachers and students in the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19.
