AbstractThe use of teleconferencing facilities in courts in Indonesia is actually not an absolute new thing. Long before, the model for examining witnesses with the help of multimedia technology was first carried out in 2002. However, teleconferencing has not been recognized in the Criminal Procedure Code, because at the time the Act was enacted it could not be practiced. Regarding reading the decision by teleconference, there has also been no reading regarding whether it is legal or not. The formulation of the problem reviewed in this study is whether reading a criminal verdict read out virtually or electronically is against Article 195 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The research method used is legal research with an approach and an approach to laws and regulations to examine existing legal problems. The results of this research can be seen that reading a criminal reading that is read out virtual or electronically does not conflict with Article 195 of the Criminal Procedure Code because it refers to the principle of Salus Polupi Suprema lex Esto and refers to the relevant laws.Keywords: Trial; Teleconference; Decision.AbstrakPenggunaan sarana teleconference di dalam persidangan di Indonesia sebenarnya bukan merupakan hal yang mutlak baru. Jauh sebelumnya, model pemeriksaan saksi dengan bantuan teknologi multimedia pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun 2002. Tetapi teleconference belum diakui dalam Kitab Undang-Undang¬ Hukum Acara Pidana, karena pada masa Undang-Undang dibuat hal demikian itu tidak dapat dipraktikkan. Terkait dengan pembacaan putusan pidana secara teleconference juga belum ada kejelasan terkait sah atau tidaknya. Rumusan masalah yang diulas dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pembacaan putusan pidana yang dibacakan secara virtual atau elektronik bertentangan dengan Pasal 195 KUHAP. Mmetode penelitian yang digunakan adalah legal research dengan melalui pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan untuk mengkaji permasalahan hukum yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa pembacaan putusan pidana yang dibacakan secara virtual atau elektronik tidak bertentangan dengan Pasal 195 KUHAP karena mengacu kepada asas Salus Polupi Suprema lex Esto serta mengacu kepada Undang-Undang yang terkait.Kata Kunci: Persidangan; Teleconference; Putusan.

AbstractPornography has become a material for sale and purchase transactions. Pornographic transactions on the internet have many processes , so that there are many laws and regulations that can be applied. This creates legal uncertainty. The formulation of the problem in this research is the qualification of criminal acts related to pornography selling and buying transactions on the internet media and the accountability of criminals in selling and buying pornography on the internet media. The research method used is legal research through a conceptual approach and a statutory approach to assess existing legal problems. The results of this study show that the sale and purchase of pornography via the internet can be applied to the ITE and pornography laws. Transaksi pornografi di media internet memiliki banyak proses seperti penawaran, kesepakatan, penyerahan barang, dan pembayaran sehingga terdapat banyak peraturan perundang-undangan yang dapat diterapkan. Hal ini membuat ketidak pastian hukum. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualifikasi tindak pidana terkait transaksi jualbeli pornografi di media internet dan pertanggungjawaban pelaku tindak pidana dalam transaksi jualbeli pornografi di media internet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah legal research dengan melalui pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan untuk mengkaji permasalahan hukum yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa transaksi jualbeli pornografi melalui internet dapat diterapkan Undang-Undang ITE dan Pornografi. kemudian pertanggungjawabannya tergantung dari pembuktian dalam proses pembuktian di dalam persidangan apakah bentuk dari pornografi tersebut.Kata Kunci: Pertanggungjawaban Pidana; Transaksi; Jual Beli, Pornografi; Internet.

Health is essentially one of the supports for the welfare of human life, therefore, in order to create an increase in the degree of health, a law is needed to regulate and foster everything about health. In the process of getting a decent job several agencies or companies apply a health test at the stage of completion of work acceptance. Health checks before work are health checks carried out by doctors before a worker is accepted to do the jobs. Problems arise when the results of a medikal examination or medikal record in the form of a file containing records and documents about the patient's identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients out are fully provided to the agency or employer. This type of research is a normative legal research method. Normative legal research means that the existing problems are examined based on existing laws and regulations and the literature relating to the existing problems. Based on the results of the study that the authors describe, it can be concluded that in the implementation of health tests carried out by the agency or company are not allowed to take the results of the medikal record unilaterally without giving access to prospective workers as parties who are the object of examination at the health test.

The purpose of this study is to determine legal certainty regarding the use of electric vehicles. The legal research used is a normative research method which focuses on positive laws that exist in laws and regulations as well as library materials and literature. Regarding driving licenses, as the researchers described above, of course, the application for electric vehicles is still not fully covered. For now, the driving license for electric vehicles is temporarily applied to electric motorcycles which need to be recalled in Article 7 of Law no. 22-2009 is one category of motorized vehicles. As for the license for this 4-wheeled vehicle, the researcher concludes that the temporary 4-wheeled vehicle driving license is no different from 4-wheeled vehicles in general because, as the researcher explained above, this autopilot vehicle has a system called a decision. Penelitian hukum yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian normatif yang dimana berfokuskan pada hukum positif yang ada pada peraturan perundang-undangan serta bahan pustaka dan juga literatur. Mengenai surat ijin mengemudi seperti yang peneliti paparkan di atas tentu saja penerapan untuk kendaraan elektrik ini masih belum tercakup semua. Untuk saat ini surat ijin mengemudi untuk kendaraan elektrik ini sementara diterapkan pada sepeda motor listrik yang dimana perlu diingat kembali pada Pasal 7 UU No. 22-2009  merupakan salah satu kategori kendaraan bermotor. Sedangkan untuk surat izin untuk kendaraan beroda 4 ini peneliti mempunyai kesimpulan bahwa surat ijin mengemudi kendaraan roda 4 untuk sementara, tidak berbeda dengan kendaraan roda 4 pada umumnya dikarenakan seperti peneliti paparkan diatas bahwa kendaraan autopilot ini memiliki sebuah sistem bernama keputusan yang terdiri dari dari pihak yang dimana pihak manusia selaku pengedara dan kendaraan.

The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyze whether or not it is permissible to transfer HT objects and about the type of agreement used to transfer some HT objects. The writing method used in this research is empirical legal research method with qualitative analysis, with a sociological juridical approach. The data sources used consisted of primary data through interviews with several Notaries / PPAT and secondary data including laws and regulations, books and journals. The results showed, first, that the transfer of HT objects is allowed even though it was not previously agreed in the APHT. Second, the types of agreements used consist of the agreement to carry out the sale and purchase of some HT objects in the form of PPJB and subsequently AJB, agreements related to the purchase and sale of HT objects, agreements related to the process of breaking and separating HT objects, making SKMHT and APHT . Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah diperbolehkan atau tidaknya pengalihan objek HT dan mengenai jenis perjanjian yang dipakai untuk mengalihkan sebagian objek HT. Metode penulisan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan analisis kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer melalui wawancara ke beberapa Notaris/PPAT dan data sekunder meliputi peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, bahwa pengalihan obyek HT diperbolehkan meskipun sebelumnya tidak diperjanjikan dalam APHT. Kedua, Jenis-jenis perjanjian yang dipergunakan terdiri dari perjanjian kesepakatan untuk melakukan jual beli atas objek sebagian objek HT berupa PPJB dan selanjutnya AJB, perjanjian terkait pembayaran hasil jual beli objek HT, perjanjian terkait proses pemecahan dan pemisahan objek HT, perjanjian pembuatan SKMHT dan APHT

One of the legal products made by notary as a part of their authorities is a deed, both authentic deeds and underhand-made deeds. In addition to these deeds, a notary also has the authority to issue a certificate which is commonly referred to as a covernote. A certificate or covernote is a statement or note in the form of information confirming that a land ownership deed is in the process of a certificate making that is due to a process of roya, transfer of name of land ownership and splitting of one certificate into two. This study examines two issues related to notary authority, namely the basis for the notary’s authority in issuing a covernote and the legal consequences of making the covernote. This study uses a normative legal research method and a conceptual approach as well as a statutory approach. The results showed that the covernote issued by a notary was actually an ordinary certificate, not a legal product of a notary. Covernote only contains an explanation of the deed that is in the process of certification which has not been completed and will be completed within a period determined by the notary itself, so the covernote is not legally binding. The notary is authorized to make a covernote, but it is not regulated in the laws and regulations so that, if it is concluded, the covernote is not a legal product of a notary. The legal consequences for the notary if they fail to carry out the covernote, they can be held liable to solve them immediately. The legal consequence of not fulfilling the contents of the covernote is a violation of Article 1366 of the Criminal Code because notaries are considered negligent in carrying out their duties and authorities.

Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage has regulated the registration of marriages, detailed in Article 2 of Law Number 1 of 1974. Provisions regarding this registration are further regulated in detail in Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975 as a regulation for implementing Law Law No. 1/1974. Registration of marriages of those who are Muslim is carried out by Registrar as interpreted in Law Number 32 of 1954. The fact is that in the midst of the community many people still do not register their marriages at the authorized institutions. Resulting in unfavorable consequences for women or the wife and children born. The research method used is normative juridical legal research. The registration of a marriage is intended as an authentic means of proof with the evidence that a marriage can be prevented or canceled. This painting is not a valid marriage or not a marriage that occurs is only for administrative order only. The law requires each marriage to be recorded according to the applicable laws and regulations which means that a marriage is an important social event, therefore it is necessary to be recorded in a record provided specifically for that and to make the event an clear events for the concerned person or others.

The success of the performance of the political recruitment function by Political Parties departs from its cadre mechanism. This is supported by the regeneration of a good and responsible wing organization of political parties. This study aims to determine legal problems related to the function of the wing organization of political parties. The type of research in this writing is normative legal research, with a statutory approach and a literature approach. This research examines the laws and regulations on political parties and related legal norms. The data used are secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. Primary legal materials are in the form of Law Number 2 of 2008 concerning Political Parties, while secondary legal materials are in the form of books, journals and articles related to the topic of the problem. The results showed that there were still several problems, such as the lack of rules governing the Organization of the Political Party Wing and the activities of cadres related to their location and background.

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the authority of the Lhokseumawe City Government in the Management of Tourism Destinations based on Aceh Qanun Number 8 of 2013 concerning Tourism. This research method is a qualitative method in the form of normative legal research, namely research that puts the law in place to answer legal problems faced through a statutory approach contained in related articles. The nature of this research is descriptive-analytic by using library research. Based on this research, it is explained that the Lhokseumawe City Government as the person in charge and plays a very important role in the management of tourist attractions must control the tourist environment. Barriers to managing tourism destinations are due to the government's lack of firmness to impose sanctions on the community. Efforts are being made by the Government by frequently conducting raids at tourist attractions in Lhokseumawe City. The writer's suggestion in this study is that it is hoped that the Lhokseumawe City Government will further improve supervision of tourist attractions and it is advisable to immediately impose sanctions on people who do and allow Lhokseumawe City Regional tourist attractions to be polluted by acts that are not polite and violate the Shari'a. Supervision of regional regulations is a new authority possessed by the Regional Representative Council. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the implications of regional regulation oversight arrangements by the Regional Representative Council. This article uses a normative legal research method with a statue approach, a legal concept analysis approach, and a historical approach. The results of the study show that the implications of regional regulation oversight by the Regional Representative Council as Article 249 paragraph (1), letter j, Law number 2 of 2018, namely: cause legal uncertainty due to unclear regulation; raises legal problems if related to article 31 of Law number 3 of 2009, article 245 of Law number 9 of 2015, articles 15 and 16 of Law number 6 of 2014; and raises the problem of constitutionality. Pengawasan terhadap peraturan daerah merupakan wewenang baru yang dimiliki oleh Dewan Perwakilan Daerah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implikasi pengaturan  pengawasan peraturan daerah oleh Dewan  Perwakilan  Daerah. Artikel ini memakai metode penelitian hukum normative sebagai jenis penelitian, yang dikaji melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan,  analisis konsep hukum, dan juga sejarah. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Implikasi pengaturan pengawasan peraturan daerah oleh Dewan Perwakilan Daerah sebagaimana tertuang pada  Pasal 249 ayat (1), huruf j, Undang-Undang nomor 2 tahun 2018, yakni: menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum karena pengaturannya yang tidak jelas; menimbulkan masalah hukum apabila dikaitkan dengan pasal 31 Undang-Undang nomor 3 tahun 2009, pasal 245 Undang-Undang nomor 9 tahun2015,  pasal  15 dan 16 undang-undang no. 6 tahun 2014; serta menimbulkan problem konstitusionalitas.
