Hazardous household waste containing lead in TPS Mulyorejo is a source of environmental contamination that can caused health effects in humans. Heavy metals in the body will accumulate in hair, bone and soft tissue. Continuous Pb exposure would cause impacts include neurological disorders, kidney function, reproductive system, haematopoietic system, and the nervous system. The aim of this study to hair Pb levels, duration of work and health complaints officer at the temporary dump site Mulyorejo Surabaya. In this study was used a descriptive design with cross-sectional approach. The sample was 15 officer of the transport dumper in TPS Mulyorejo Surabaya and drawn by simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was the hair Pb levels and work of duration. The dependent variable is the health complaints. Hair Pb levels on the waste workers were still in the normal range between 0.007 to 1.17 mg/Nm3, although normal hair Pb levels but officers waste feel a lot of health complaints. Period and duration of working hour a day will affect the pile of Pb in hair and health complaints. Many perceived health complaints include feeling weak, fatigue, shortness of breath, diarrhea, decreased appetite, feeling dizziness, throat irritation, dizziness and back pain. Its recommended that, DKP Surabaya and RT/RW increase cooperation in sorting and processing waste. For officers conduct periodic inspections to determine health problems early, eating nutritious foods, vitamins, and minerals to reduce the levels of Pb in the hair.

Based on data from the Jambi City Environmental Service, it is known that from 11 Districts in Jambi City, the percentage of landfills in Teluk Teluk District is in the first place, which is 71%. The research objective was to determine the factors associated with household waste management in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The research sample was 94 housewives who lived in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City using simple random sampling technique. This study was analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed that as many as 76.6% of respondents had good knowledge, 21.3% had sufficient knowledge and 2.1% had low knowledge, 91.5% of respondents had good facilities and infrastructure and 8.5% had good facilities and infrastructure. poor infrastructure, 75.5% of respondents have high motivation and 24.5% have low motivation and 60.6% have a role in the role of health workers while 39.4% do not play a role of health workers. The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is no relationship between knowledge (0.631) and facilities and infrastructure (0.911), while for the motivation variable (0.001) and the role of officers (0.002) there is a relationship with household waste management in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City in 2020. encouragement or support from family, closest people and health workers or the local government or local government to be able to advocate / invite the community to no longer be accustomed to littering or burning garbage to be behavior that pays more attention to the surrounding environment

One of the requirements of safe school snacks that safe to consume is protected from synthetic food additives such as cyclamate. Abuse of cyclamate as sweetener for food or beverages by traders frequently encountered. The purpose of this research was to identify cyclamate in school snacks and health complaints in PG Az-Zahra. This study was an observational descriptive with cross sectional design. The sample consisted of two parts, the food sample and the respondents. The sample consisted of two school snacks and 40 selected respondents using simple random sampling technique. Respondents were interviewed about sex, age, type of snacks consumed, and the frequency of snacks consumption. The sample of school snacks were tested with organoleptic and laboratory to determine cyclamate. The results showed among two snacks, there was a snack contained cyclamate with 218.75 ppm. The respondents who always consumed school snacks were the most experienced health complaints. The most health complaint that experienced by respondents was cough. The advices are regular monitoring of traders hygienic and snacks sanitation by the school and the formation of healthy cafeteria at school. Hoping that people will be more aware to choose safe school snacks for children and brougth healthy meal for children at school. The goverment needs to restrict cyclamate distribution for only selected manufactures so that it can not be abused.

Adolescents who experience nutritional status are more due to the behavior of eating a lot but not doing physical activity so what happens is that the energy that enters the body is not appropriate and far more than the energy used for activity and growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Frequency of "Snacking", Consumption of Junk Food, Screen Time with Overweight Incidence in UPN Veteran Jakarta Students. The method in this research was quantitative and used a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study was 38 samples with the simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was to use a questionnaire. Based on the results, there were 36.8% of subjects with more nutrition. Based on the results of the chi square test, it shows that there is a relationship between junk food consumption (p = 0,014) and screen time (p = 0,030) with the incidence of overweight. Meanwhile, the frequency of "snacking" there was no relationship with the incidence of overweight (p = 0,093). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between junk food consumption and screen time with the incidence of overweight in adolescents. There is no relationship between the frequencies of "snacking" with the incidence of overweight in adolescents.

Background: Nutrition is an important part of the body needs for growth and development of children. Childhood, especially toddler is a period of growth and development of the most rapidly. Toddler nutritional adequacy is depend on the child's mother. Lack of knowledge about nutrition will reduced ability to apply in everyday life, this is one of the causes of malnutrition in toddler. In addition, nutritional problems in toddler is also due to breastfeeding practices and complementary feeding was not appropriate in terms of both quantity and quality. Purpose: Objective of this research is to determine correlation between mother’s knowledge, exclusive breestfeeding and patterns time of complementary feeding with nutritional status of toddlers at Kembaran village, Kembaran district, Banyumas regency. Method: The research design use descriptive correlation with cross-sectional approach. Population in this study were all mothers who have toddlers age 6-24 months at Kembaran village as many as 148 people. Sampling technique use simple random sampling with 66 samples. Data analyze with Chi Square test. Instrumental research use questionnaires and nutritional status with weight/aged indicators. Result: There was significant correlation between mother’s knowledge (p value = 0,012), exclusive breastfeeding (p value = 0,039) and patterns time of complementary feeding (p value = 0,039) with the nutritional status of toddlers at Kembaran village. Conclusion: There was correlation between mother knowledge, exclusive breestfeeding and patterns time of complementary feeding with the nutritional status of toddlers. It is recommended to the toddler's mother to improve the quality of breastfeeding, complementary feeding and give breesfeeding to their babies up to 2 years in order to maintain the nutritional status  who have been good status.

Background: The elderly population in recent years has experienced a significant increase. The condition and function of the body in the elderly are decreasing so that a person will experience a decrease in physical abilities which can affect body shape. Changes in body composition in the elderly include an increase in fat mass, a decrease in fat-free mass and a decrease in bone mass. These changes can increase and decrease the Body Mass Index (BMI). Sleep disturbance that affects sleep quality is sleep disordered breathing (SDB) and is closely related to a person's BMI level. Subjective health complaints is identified is symptoms and uncomfortable feeling felt by the respondents. Health Complaint is the most common cause of acceptor stops using contraception. The aim of this study was to exsamine between of subjective health complaints related by contraception method and duration of contraception usage. This study was observational analytic with cross sectional design. The sample of study were acceptor living at RW 6 Kalitengah Sidoarjo district and using simple random sampling technique to collect the data. Statistical test using chi square to determine the relationship between variables. The study showed that most of the respondents were aged > 35 years old (62,5%), educated as high as high school (59,7%), were housewife (70,8%). Statistic test using chi square showed that there was relationship between contraception method (p = 0.0098) and the duration of contraception usage (p = 0.012) with subjective health complaints. Hormonal contraceptive methods may increase the risk of 4,05 times to experience subjective health complaints compared with respondents who use non-hormonal contraception. Respondents with long ≤ 5 years of contraceptive use may increase the risk of 7,82 times to experience subjective health complaints compared with respondents who used the contraceptive for > 5 years. It is concluded that contraception method and the duration of contraception usage are related to subjective health complaints. It is recommended for the midwives to educate respondents who were using hormonal contraception to change into using non hormonal contraception when have complaint.Keywords: contraception method, usage duration, subjective health complaints

Increased life expectancy is in line with the increase in the number of elderly people from year to year. Elderly has many changes in the body. Changes in the body's system cause a lot of decrease in physical ability. The most dangerous and high risk space for the elderly is the bathroom. The bathroom is dangerous due to a decrease in physical ability which causes the safety of the elderly during activities such as defecation using a squat Water closet (WC). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the characteristics of respondents and the satisfaction of the elderly using squat toilets. This research method uses descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The total population is 73 elderly in the Tanjung Pinang nursing home. The sample of this study was 43 elderly using simple random sampling technique. The analysis used is frequency, percentage and chisquare. This study also showed that sex and height were not related to satisfaction with the use of squatting lavatories, but age and weight had a relationship with the satisfaction of the elderly using squat toilets. The results of this study recommend the use of a sitting Water Closet that is comfortable and safe for the elderly. Background: Aan village is one of the villages where most of the people work as farmers. Farmer is one type of work that has a high risk of experiencing health and safety problems, one of which is musculoskeletal disorders. Aim: This study aimed to determine the prevalence and characteristics of musculoskeletal disorders among farmers in Aan Village, Klungkung Regency. Method: This researchs was a descriptive cross-sectional study. The population in this study was farmers in the Aan village, Banjarangkan, Klungkung, Bali. Data collection is done by filling in the NBM questionnaire by 80 respondents who were determined using simple random sampling technique. The study was conducted in May-September 2018. Results: The prevalence of farmers who experienced musculoskeletal disorders was 80%, and often felt in the right knee 40%, left knee 37.5%, waist 30.1%, right shoulder 15.1%, and left shoulder 12.6%. The age most experienced by musculoskeletal disorders is 46-55 years by 30%, which occurred in men (88%) and women (13%). Musculoskeletal disorders are more often experienced by farmers who have the last primary education (34%), not smoking (66%), have been a farmer for >10 years (89%), work >8 hours a day (55%), and work with the position of turning the body and holding back (100%). Conclusion: The prevalence of farmers who experience musculoskeletal disorders was 80%. Musculoskeletal disorders mostly occur in the right knee, left knee, waist, right shoulder, and left shoulder. Musculoskeletal disorders are more experienced by farmers aged 46-55 years, male farmers, having the last primary school education, not smoking, have been a farmer for >10 years, working >8 hours a day, and work with the position of turning the body and holding back.

Febrile convulsion often found in children 3-5 years old. This problem is a seizure that occurs when the body temperature rises and is caused by the extracranium process. This research was to decide the relationship between mother’s knowledge and management of febrile convulsion in children 1-5 years old in the Tengah village of Pancur Batu district 2020. This research is a cross-sectional study. We used to simple random sampling technique with 30 respondents. We used a questionnaire for the instrument. The final results showed that the majority of mother's knowledge regarding the management of febrile seizures was in the good category (86.7%) and the majority of febrile seizure management was in the category (90.0%). The results of chi-square statistical test show there is a relationship between knowledge of the mother with the handling of febrile seizures in children in the Tengah village of Pancur Batu District in 2020 (p value = 0,039). This study is expected to be an alternative for health workers to increase the promotion and prevention of problems related to the first treatment of febrile seizures. A person's knowledge is a factor that can influence a mother to take action, the better the mother's knowledge of diseases or health problems, the better the handling and vice versa, if the mother's knowledge is less, the handling of health problems will be better. Health education to the community will be a means to increase knowledge about handling health problems in the community.
