ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengetahuan Produk Bank Syariah, Pelayanan Bank Syariah, dan Pendapatan terhadap Preferensi Menabung Mahasiswa di Bank Syariah dengan Persepsi sebagai Variabel Moderating. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data. Pengujian kuesioner dilakukan dengan aplikasi Soland 2.1. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Universitas Airlangga, dan Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya, dengan program studi pendidikan akuntansi, ekonomi syariah, dan ekonomi Islam. Sampel berjumlah 100 mahasiswa dengan teknik quota sampling. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier dan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini, secara parsial Pengetahuan Produk Bank Syariah, Pelayanan Bank Syariah, Pendapatan, dan Persepsi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan terhadap Preferensi Menabung Mahasiswa di Bank Syariah. Secara simultan, semua variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan serta positif terhadap variabel dependen. Persepsi sebagai variabel moderating Pengetahuan Produk Bank Syariah memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Preferensi Menabung Mahasiswa di Bank Syariah, sedangkan Pelayanan Bank Syariah dan Pendapatan yang dimoderasi oleh Persepsi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Preferensi Menabung Mahasiswa di Bank Syariah.Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Produk Bank Syariah, Pelayanan Bank Syariah, Pendapatan, Persepsi, Preferensi Menabung. ABSTRACTThis study intends to analyze the effect Sharia banking product knowledge, Sharia banking services, and income towards preference saving students on Sharia banks with perception as a moderating variables.  The research method used is quantitative research, using questionnaire in data collection. The questionnaire was tested using the Soland 2.1. The research population was students of the Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Universitas Airlangga, and Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya, with study programs of accounting education, sharia economics, and Islamic economics. The sample used was 100 students with a quota sampling technique. Hypothesis testing uses linear regression analysis and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study, partially, Sharia banking product knowledge, Sharia banking services, and Income, and Perception have a positive and significant effect on Saving Preferences in Sharia Bank. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant and positive influence on the dependent variable. Perception as a moderating variable Sharia Bank Product Knowledge has a significant effect on Saving Preference in Sharia Banks, while Sharia Banking Services and Income moderated by Perception do not have a positive and significant effect on Saving Preference in Sharia Banks.Keywords: Knowledge of Sharia Bank Products, Sharia Bank Services, Income, Perception, Savings Preferences.

This research was conducted with the background that the family is the main and appropriate place to cultivate the potential of children's spiritual intelligence. Children who are raised in a family environment with high spiritual intelligence will become individuals with high spiritual intelligence. The purpose of this study is to see how the parenting style is, to see how the child's spiritual intelligence is described, and to see how to do it. related to parenting patterns of parents with spiritual intelligence of children in Toaya Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency. The research method used by researchers in this thesis is quantitative research with simple linear regression analysis. The study population was 240 children, for this study sample took a total of 60 samples, using a quota sampling technique. The data technique is in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire and uses interviews. Thus, based on the data processing that can be shown, there is no between parenting or parenting towards the spiritual intelligence of children in Toaya Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency.

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

<p>This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.</p>

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Price on consumers purchasing decisions in PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado. The population that used is all of the consumers’ of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado where the population size is unknown. The sample which is taken in this research is 96 respondents who had used Toyota Avanza and used the simple random sampling technique. The sample based on respondent level techniques and the data collection method with using questionnaire. The statistical analysis that used in this research in linear regression analysis with using SPSS 25 for windows. The result of this research demonstrate that the Brand Image and Price have a positive influence and have significant influence on purchasing decisions. The amounts of Brand Image and Price influence on purchasing decisions are 59,5% and 40,5% which are influenced by other variables. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that the brand image and price variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of the research is identifying the influence of financial mindset and entrepreneurial mindset to personal finance. This is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The research’s respondents are eighty one (81) students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT. The sampling technique is random sampling with questionnaire as data collection method. The research instrument for financial mindset is adopted from “OTM The Knew Rules of Building Wealth (CNBC)’ by Rhodes (2010) and the entrepreneurship mindset’s instrument is adopted from ‘Building E-Businesses series and Personal finance’ by Spinela, Yang & Laster (2007). The results imply that both financial mindset and entrepreneurial mindset have significant and simultaneous influence to personal finance.

The purpose of this research aims to find out and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of brand image, lifestyle, and location on the purchasing decisions of the three tjeret café in Surakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative research design. The population of all visitors to café Tiga Tjeret and having samples using the Sugiyono formula is 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling, a questionnaire used for data collection of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the test f brand image, lifestyle and location simultaneously and significantly influence the purchasing decision of the café three tjeret in Surakarta. The results of the t test show that the brand image, lifestyle and location have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of the three tjeret café in Surakarta. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that brand image, lifestyle and location have an effect of 60.9% on the purchasing decisions of the three teretas café in Surakarta. The dominant influence in café three tjeret purchasing decisions is that lifestyle variables have a t count of 10, 423. Keywords: Brand image, Lifestyle, Location, Purchase decision.

The development of the tourism and hospitality industry has encouraged the food industry to use edible flowers as an appetizing dish. The growth of gastronomy should stimulate its use to increase the value of local products, lifestyle, culture and even nutrition. Edible flowers, which are currently only used for garnishes, can actually be consumed. Hotels, restaurants, cake and pastry entrepreneurs have started using edible flowers as raw material for production. Apart from providing aesthetic value, flowers can create unique flavors to food. Purchase intention is influenced by product knowledge. Low product knowledge can lead to low purchase intention. This study aims to determine product knowledge, the purchase intention and the effect of product knowledge on purchase intention of edible flower restaurants in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification research methods. In this study, the population is the restaurants in the city of Bandung. Technique sampling used in this study is proportional random sampling technique. To test the research hypothesis, a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS was used. The results showed that the product knowledge of edible flower in restaurants at Bandung in the average category. Likewise, the purchase intention of edible flower restaurants in the city of Bandung is in the sufficient category too. The result of the regression analysis shows that product knowledge has a significant effect on the purchase intention of edible flower restaurants in the city of Bandung. The determinant coefficient value of 0.828 shows that the effect of product knowledge on purchase intention edible flower restaurants in Bandung is 82.8% and the remaining 17.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of the e-filling system, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. Purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique used in this study using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. This type of research is quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that the E-Feling system had no effect on taxpayer compliance at the Padang 1 Primary Tax Service Office, while taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions partially had an effect on Taxpayer Compliance at the Primary Tax Service Office Padang 1.

<p>This research aim to test the effect of critical sosiology, creativity, and mentality on accounting education, simultaneously and partially. The respondents of the research are accounting students at Trunojoyo University. Purposive sampling technique is chosen with criteria respondents have done critical sosiology, creativity, and mentality. Data has gathered by questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis to test hypothesis is done with multiple linear regression analysis. The result of simultaneously regression indicate that critical sosiology, creativity, and mentality has significantly effect on accounting education. For examine of partially regression indicate only creativity that has significantly effect on accounting education. This shows that creativity still priority in accounting education than critical sosiology and mentality.</p> <p> </p>
