 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anggota Organisasi Mapala Piranha Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran kepemimpinan terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan subjek dengan purposive sampling. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Organisasi Mapala Piranha yang memiliki nomor register keanggotaan sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala peran kepemimpinan dan skala perilaku pro-lingkungan. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,350 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,002 (p < 0,05) > t tabel sebesar 2,048, yang memiliki arti bahwa adanya pengaruh positif peran kepemimpinan terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan pada anggota Mapala Piranha Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Pengaruh peran kepemimpinan terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan anggota Mapala Piranha sebesar 28,6% dengan klasifikasi besar persentase indikator peran interpersonal sebesar 9,7%, indikator peran informasional sebesar 9.45%, dan indikator peran pengambilan keputusan sebesar 9,45%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semakin baik peran kepemimpinan yang dijalankan, maka semakin baik pula perilaku pro-lingkungan anggota Organisasi Mapala Piranha Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Kata Kunci : Peran Kepemimpinan, Perilaku Pro-lingkungan, Organisasi Pecinta Alam. ABSTRACT The Student Organization of Nature Lovers (Mapala) has activities which are pro-environment-oriented such as reforestation, preservation of environment and conservation of natural resources. Pro-environmental behavior within the organization can be influenced by the the role of leadership. This study was conducted in the members of MAPALA Piranha at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Lambung Mangkurat University and aimed to find out the influence of leadership role on pro-environmental behavior. The method used in this study was the subject selection technique with purposive sampling. The subjects were 30 members of Mapala Piranha having membership registration numbers. Data were collected using a scale of leadership role and a scale of pro-environmental behavior. Based on simple linear regression analysis of the data, it obtained that the value of t count was 3.350 with significance level 0.002 (p < 0.05) > t table of 2.048, which meant that there was a positive influence of leadership role on pro-environmental behavior in the members of Mapala Piranha at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Lambung Mangkurat University. The influence of leadership role on pro-environmental behavior in the members of Mapala Piranha was 28.6% with the classification of indicator percentage of interpersonal role by 9.7%, informational role by 9.45%, and decision-making role by 9.45%. It can be concluded from this study that the better the leadership role, the better the pro-environmental behavior in the members of Mapala Piranha at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Lambung Mangkurat University. Keywords : leadership role, pro-environmental behaviour, organization of nature love

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan atraksi interpersonal terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah warga yang tinggal di wilayah Seberang Masjid Pasar Lama Banjarmasin sebanyak 85 orang. Subjek penelitian berusia ≥ 17 tahun. Subjek dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur, yaitu skala atraksi interpersonal dan skala perilaku pro-lingkungan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peranan yang positif sebesar 35,5% antara atraksi interpersonal terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan, sehingga semakin tinggi atraksi interpersonal maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku pro-lingkungan warga di Wilayah Seberang Masjid Pasar Lama Banjarmasin.  Kata kunci: atraksi interpersonal, perilaku pro-lingkungan This study aims to determine the role of interpersonal attraction toward pro-environmental behavior. Subjects in this study were residents who live in territory Seberang Masjid Pasar Lama Banjarmasin as many as 85 people. Research subjects aged ≥ 17 years. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique. This study uses two measuring devices, namely the interpersonal attraction scale and the scale of pro-environmental behavior. Analysis of data using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed there was a positive role by 35.5% between interpersonal attraction toward pro-environmental behavior, so the higher interpersonal attraction, the higher pro-environmental behavior citizen in the area across Pasar Lama Mosque Banjarmasin.Keywords: interpersonal attraction, pro-environmental behavior

This research was conducted to examine the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Population, and Hotel Tax on Local Revenue. Sample of this research uses Regency and City in Java Province from 2014 until 2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling (purposive sampling method). There is 100 sample of Regency and City in Java Province, resulted in 98 Regency and City that are acceptable. Testing the hypothesis in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS 23 and a significance level of 5%. The result of partial test showed that: (1) Gross Domestic Regional Product has a significant positive influence on Local Revenue with a significance level of 0,000. (2) Population has a significant positive influence on Local Revenue with a significance level of 0,000. In the research result, analysis and discussion about the problem of influence between independent variable and dependent by using methodology of multiple regression analysis, the number of respondents 78 people from the total population, can be explained as follows: Communication Variables (X1) partially significant effect on variable Satisfaction employee work (Y). With the t test on the Communication variable produces: t count of 3.202 and significance of 0.002. t arithmetic 3.202 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis that Communications have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. So that communication take the role of doniman in employee job satisfaction. Variable of Industrial Relations (X2) partially significant result t count equal to 5,349 and significance equal to 0,000. t count 5.349 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis expressing industrial relations have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, this proves industrial relations run harmonious .. Hypothesis accepted by t arithmetic 1.377 t table 0.663, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between communication and industrial relations with employee job satisfaction. With the good relationship to the two variables so that employee job satisfaction can run well, further research can be done on other occasions with variables outside this research.

The aim this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style (transformational and transactional) on employee behavior (in-role and extra-role), which mediated a political organization. The sample is 120 employees of Bank BRI in Madiun, a random sampling technique based on stem number of employees. Data analysis using SEM with LISREL program. The results of this study indicate that 1) Transformational leadership style has positive influence on behavior in the role of employees, 2) Transformational leadership style has no effect on extra-role behavior (Organizational citizenship behavior, OCB), 3) Transactional leadership style did not affect employees' behavior in role , 4) Transactional leadership style has positive influence on OCB behaviors (extra-role) of employees, 5) Transformational leadership style has positive influence on employees 'political organization, 6) Transactional leadership style has positive influence on employees' political organization, 7) Political organization negatively affect the behavior in the role of employees, 8) Political organization negatively affect the behavior of OCB (extra-role) of employees, 9) Political organization to mediate the influence of transformational leadership behaviors in the role of employees, 10 Political organizations mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB behavior (extra-role) employees, 11) Political organization to mediate the effect of transactional leadership role behavior in employees, and 12) Political organization to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB behaviors (extra-role) of employees at Bank BRI in Madiun.Keywords: Transformational leadership style, Transactional Leadership Style, Political Organization, in-role behavior, extra-role behavior, and OCB

This research aims is to analyze the effect of the application of accounting information systems on employee performance in the Denpasar City Rural Credit Institute. Accounting information system is a system that designed to helping data and information processing in the economic or financial sector of a company. This is because companies really need information to be able to make a decision, so there needs to be a system that can provide the required information accurately, relevant, and timely. The sustainability and success of an organization can be determined by the performance of employees. This research was conducted on 35 LPDs in Denpasar City, with a total population of 527 employees. The method used is purposive sampling method that is determining the sample based on the suitability of certain characteristics so as to obtain as many as 105 respondents. The respondents in this research were the head of the LPD, treasury and administrative staff. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analysis by multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS program. The results showed that the effectiveness of the accounting information system and job suitability had a positive influence on employee performance at the Village Credit Institution in Denpasar City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi pada kinerja karyawan di Lembaga Perkreditan Desa Kota Denpasar. Sistem informasi akuntansi adalah suatu sistem yang dirancang dengan tujuan untuk membantu pengolahan data dan informasi dalam bidang ekonomi atau keuangan perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan sangat membutuhkan informasi untuk dapat mengambil sebuah keputusan, sehingga perlu ada suatu sistem yang dapat menyediakan informasi yang diperlukan tersebut secara akurat, relevan, dan tepat waktu. Keberlangsungan dan suksesnya organisasi dapat ditentukan oleh kinerja yang dimiliki karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 35 LPD di Kota Denpasar, dengan jumlah populasi 527 karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu penentuan sampel berdasarkan kesesuaian karakteristik tertentu sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 105 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala LPD, karyawan bagian bendahara dan tata usaha. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, dan kesesuaian tugas memiliki pengaruh yang positif pada kinerja karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa di Kota Denpasar.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) is one important part of the economy of a country or region. This important role has encouraged many countries including Indonesia to continue to develop UMKM. Although small in scale the number of workers, assets and turnover, but because of the large enough amount, the role of UMKM is quite important in supporting the economy. The success of UMKM is a factor supporting the improvement of various businesses, both micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in Gresik City. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and business location on the business success. of UKM. The method used in this research is quantitative method, the population of this research is 51 UKM. The analysis techn ique used is multiple linear regression analysis followed by t test with significance level 0,05. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit , creativity and business locat ions individually and simultaneous significantly affect the business success.

Abstract Background. There was a paucity of valid information on how to discriminate between different patterns of convex coronal imbalance (CCI>3cm) in dystrophic scoliosis secondary to Type I neurofibromatosis (DS-NF1), while aggravated postoperative CCI occurred regularly with the causes being insufficiently investigated. We aimed to develop a new classification of CCI in DS-NF1, and to optimize the coronal rebalancing strategies.Methods. NF1-related scoliosis database was reviewed and different types of CCI were identified, and the outcomes of coronal rebalance were analyzed. Results. Two main CCI patterns were defined: thoracic CCI (Type 1) and thoracolumbar/lumbar CCI (Type 2), and were further subtyped by the compensatory behavior of the upper hemi-curve (straight or curved morphology). The incidence of immediate post-op CCI was 0.0% and 63.6% for Type1 and Type 2 groups, respectively. Mismatch of both translation and inclination correction between the upper and lower hemi-curve was significant in the post-op coronal imbalanced group (△Upper Arc Translation/△Lower Arc Translation: 109.6±60.0% vs. 31.8±34.4%, p=0.008; △Upper Arc Inclination/△Lower Arc Inclination: 89.8±36.6% vs. 33.5±37.3%, p=0.012). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that △UAT/△LAT significantly correlated with the correction of coronal balance distance (β=-21.567; p=0.018). A surgical rebalancing algorithm was proposed to treat each subtype.Conclusion. Thoracolumbar/lumbar CCI in dystrophic scoliosis was prone to suffer high risk of persistent post-op CCI. Satisfying coronal rebalance should rely on maximal translational correction of lower hemi-curve, while the upper hemi-curve played the role of fine-tuning for coronal realignment rather than radical Cobb correction, straight morphology in particular.

Abstrak. Panglima Laot lhok adalah pemimpin nelayan yang secara hukum adat laut (hukum adat laot) bertugas mengkoordinasikan satu atau lebih wilayah operasional nelayan, dan minimal satu pemukiman nelayan. Panglima Laot lhok mempunyai fungsi untuk mengatur pengaturan penangkapan ikan dan mempunyai kewenangan untuk menyelesaikan sengketa, perselisihan dan pelanggaran yang terjadi diantara nelayan dan memberikan sanksi kepada si pelanggar sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum adat laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting panglima laot lhok, untuk mengetahui peranan panglima laot lhok dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya laut berbasis adat dan mengidentifikasi faktor –faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi nelayan terhadap peran panglima laot lhok. Lokasi penelitian  yaitu di Kecamatan Masjid raya Kabupaten Aceh Besar . Jumlah sample ditentukan secara purposive sampling yaitu 40 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Skala Likert, deskriptif dan analisis  regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa keradaan Panglima Laot Di Kecamatan Masjid Raya masih aktif, dapat kita lihat hukum adat masih dijalani oleh para nelayan. Peranan panglima laot lhok di kecamatan masjid raya berada pada kategori berperan . Faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi nelayan terhadap peran Panglima Laot Lhok yaitu variabel Kapasitas panglima laot lhok (X1), kepribadian (X2), hubungan sosial (X4) dan lingkungan (X5), secara simultan semua faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi peran panglima laot lhok.The Role Of Panglima Laot Lhok In The Management Marine Resources Based On Custom In Kecamatan Mesjid Raya Kabupaten Aceh BesarAbstract. Panglima Laot lhok is a fisherman leader who is legally marine (laot customary law) in charge of coordinating one or more fishermen's operational areas, and at least one fisherman's settlement. Panglima Laot lhok has a function to regulate fishing arrangements and has the authority to resolve disputes, disputes and violations that occur between fishermen and sanction the offenders in accordance with the provisions of customary law of the sea. This study aims to determine the existing condition of commander laot lhok, to know the role of commander laot lhok in the management of marine resources based on adat and identify factors influencing perception of fisherman to role of commander of laot lhok. The research location is in kecamatan Masjid raya kabupaten Aceh Besar. The number of samples is determined by purposive sampling that is 40 samples. This research uses Likert Scale method, descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained that the presence of Panglima Laot In kecamatan Masjid Raya is still active, we can see the customary law is still undertaken by the fishermen. The role of commander of laot lhok in sub-district of mosque is in the role category. Factors influencing the perception of fishermen on the role Panglima Laot Lhok are the variables Capacity panglima laot lhok (X1), personality (X2), social relations (X4) and environment (X5), simultaneously all these factors affect the role of panglima laot lhok.

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between self-efficacy and e-learning-based learning results in students of semester 4 of Flores university mathematics education study program. The research method used in this study is quantitative research, with linear regression analysis using SPSS with a random sample of 40 fourth semester students. The data analysis techniques used are the Prerequisite Test (Kolmogorov–Smirnov Normality Test) and its research Hypothesis test using Pearson Bivariate correlation analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study show self-efficacy (X) has a positive influence on e-learning based Learning Results (Y) known from the results of correlation analysis obtained from the value of R count to X to Y of 0.895 and the value of significance between X to Y obtained two asterisks (**) so that there is a positive influence with a significance level of 1%. In other words, better or better self-efficacy will increase the learning outcomes of the students themselves.

Purchasing decisions are influenced by various factors, both internal and external factors. Face-to-face selling and sales promotion are two factors that can influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of face-to-face sales and sales promotions on purchasing decisions for gold jewelry. This research is a a quantitative approach research. The population used in this study amounted to 1,193 consumers. The sampling method used was accidental sampling, in order to obtain a sample of 92 people. The data were collected using interview techniques and questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 22 statistical tools. The results showed that face-to-face sales and sales promotion variables together had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This can be proven from the results of F-count 195.569&gt; F-table 3.10 with a significance level of 0.000 &lt;0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant and positive influence between face-to-face sales and sales promotion on gold jewelry purchasing decisions.
