Tourism is a natural resources utilization with low environmental impact. Tourism development and sustainability must be reciprocal. This research is aim to (1) inventory the tourism potential at Betung, (2) Analyze the Land Suitability and (3) design management strategy that can support the existence of Tourism at Dukuh Betung. This research is a survey research with in-depth interview techniques, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are (1) Qualitative Descriptive, (2) Scoring, (3) SWOT. The results show that tourism potential at Betung includes the potential of natural resources, cultural, education, and human resources. Meanwhile, on observations of the Land Suitability shows that this area is feasible to be developed as a natural tourism area with the high scoring result (80). On SWOT Analysis, major internal factor for strength is natural and beautiful panorama and major internal factor for weaknesses is lack of human resources with appropriate competency. The major external factor for opportunity is this area can be treated as natural tourism, conservation, and education area. Meanwhile, major external factor for threats is the existence of other tourism attractions. Concluded based on the result study is :(1) Dukuh Betung area has various kinds of potential; (2) Land Suitability analysis shows that Dukuh Betung suitable to be developed as a natural tourism; (3 )On SWOT analysis, management strategy design that suitable to Dukuh Betung is WO (Weakness-Opportunity), strategy that fixed the weakness with improve the quality of human resources, improve and develop supporting facilities  increasing community participation and increase in financial aspect.

Ayunan Village has a variety of tourism potentials, which are worthy of being developed as an attractive tourist destination in the future. To achieve this, an appropriate management strategy is needed to develop the tourist area of the Ayunan village.  The objective of this research was: 1) Exploring and assessing local resources in Ayunan village, 2) Identify and analyze community perceptions about the development of tourist villages, 3) Formulating a local resource-based tourism village development strategy. The research method was used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. SWOT analysis is used to determine the tourism village development strategy and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis was used to rank development priorities.  There are eight alternative strategies to develop Ayunan village as a tourist destination: a) Destination planning, b) Development of tourist attractions, c) Development of tourist facilities, d) Travel promotion or marketing, e) Community approach, f) Mapping tourism potential, g) Establishment of Tourism village community groups, h) Increase in human resources. The priority strategies base on QSPM analysis were: rank 1st was marketing or promoting. The Rank 2st Approach to the community to participate in supporting the development of tourism villages. Rank 3st Planning tourist destinations and rank 4th were increasing human resources.

Ndao Regency is one of the regencies that prioritizes the direction of development for 2019-2024 in the tourism sector. The problem in Rote Ndao District is the absence of asset management that focuses on potential tourism assets. In this study, the formulation of the problem is to place a tourism asset management strategy in Rote Ndao Regency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate, identify and describe the management of regional assets. This study also formulates priority strategies to improve local asset management of the Rote Ndao District Government. The data consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct observation, interviews and questionnaires using purposive sampling method. While secondary data obtained from literature and documents relevant to the research. The analysis in this study uses a SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that the weak competence of human resources in asset management is due to the lack of guidance, supervision, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure and the lack of cooperation involving the private sector and the community to develop tourism potential. The control system affects the performance of regional asset management. The prioritized strategy is to improve the quality of human resources in managing and reporting local government assets.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 13.05pt 6pt 17.85pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 26.95pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The aim of this study was to analyze the potential resources and management of fisheries during the periods of 2003–2007 at the coastal zone of West Lampung. Primary and secondary data </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;" lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">was</span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> analyzed using SWOT. SWOT analysis is a technique used to identify various factors systematically in order to formulate a management strategy.  The result showed that the total score for internal factor (strengths-weaknesses) was 0.23 and the total score for external factor was -0.32 (opportunities-threats); which placed the fisheries management at the coastal zone of West Lampung regency in the second quadrant position. The priority of alternative strategy carried out for optimum and sustainable fisheries management was to develop aquaculture (fresh water and estuary), to resolve conflicts of interest on natural resources used at the coastal zone of West Lampung, and to improve the involvement of formal and non formal institutions in implementing environment friendly efforts as well as in resolving environmental degradation problems.</span></p>

The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

This study aims to determine the cost, revenue and profit in potato cultivation in  Ngablak  subdistrict,  analyze  internal  and  external  factors,  formulate  strategic alternatives, prioritize strategies that can be applied in developing in potato cultivation in  the  Ngablak  subdistrict.  The  basic  method  of  research  is  descriptive  analysis.  The research location in Ngablak subdistrict  Magelang regency. The data used are primary and  secondary  data.  Analysis  of  the  data  were  used:  (1)  Cost,  Revenue,  Income  and Profit, (2) Analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation, (3) External Factor Evaluation, (4) SWOT  Analysis,  (5)  QSPM.  The  Results  showed,  the  cost  potato  cultivationis Rp.11,413,271.00,  revenue  is  Rp.18,631,117.00.  income  to  Rp.7,217,846.00  and  the profit received Rp.4,827,071.00. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) showed that there are four strengths and six weaknesses. External Factor Evaluation (EFE) shows that there are six opportunities and three threats. SWOT Analysis generate alternative strategies that  can  be  applied  is  to  maintain  the  quality  and  increase  the  quantity  of  potato cultivation  with  agricultural  intensification,  maximizing  land  for  planting  potato through  monoculture  cropping  systems  and  crop  rotation  as  well  as  utilizing  existing technology and marketing cooperation relationship with more than a middleman. QSPM analysis showed that the priority of strategy can be applied is to maintain the quality and increasing the quantity of potato cultivation with agricultural intensification.

This study is aimed to find out an alternative strategies of creative industry development of pearl jewelry craft sector in Mataram city. The research uses descriptive research design. The data collected by interview and observation methods which is analyzed by using Internal Factor Analysis (IFE), External Factor Analysis (EFE), and SWOT analysis. The results shows that the internal environment of the industry has a strong position where the strength has a total value of 2.46 compared to the weakness of 0.64. The industry’s position of the outside environment also has strong position where the industry ‘s opportunity has a total value of 1.80 versus threat 1.04. Based on the value of IFE and EFE can be obtained coordinate point in the axis system is 0.91,0.38. This research aims to determine the potential of tourism based on supporting and inhibiting factors of rural tourism development in Desa Kemetul and analyzing the strategy of community-based tourism in Desa Kemetul. The research was conducted in Desa Kemetul Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Semarang. This study uses qualitative method which the data obtained through depth interviews with Kepala Desa Kemetul, Chairman of POKDARWIS Sekar Kanthil, Local Communities, and Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Semarang, and then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The study concluded that Desa Kemetul has a lot of tourism potential to become tourist attraction. Desa Kemetul needs to consider strengthening flagship product, the strategy of sustainable development of a tourist attraction, and strategies for institutional development and human resources.

ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan di Kelompok Usaha Bersama Karya Mina Lestari selama 2 bulan yaitu dari bulan Juni – Juli 2019. Penelitian bertujuan untuk :  1) Mengetahui strategi pemasaran ikan kakap merah KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) Karya Mina Lestari 2)  Mengetahui peluang pasar usaha ikan kakap merah KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) Karya Mina Lestari di Kelurahan Lantora Kecamatan Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor internal dapat disimpulkan faktor kekuatan adalah 2,35 lebih besar dibandingkan faktor kelemahan adalah 1,45 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor kekuatan dapat mendukung pengembangan usaha pemasaran ikan kakap merah di KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) Kayra Mina Lestari sedangkan untuk faktor eksternal dapat disimpukan nilai faktor peluang adalah 2,1 lebih besar dari nilai total faktor ancaman 0,80 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok Usaha Bersama Karya Mina Lestari memiliki potensi peluang yang besar.  Keyword : KUB, SWOT, Kakap Merah ABSTRACT The present study was conducted in Joint Business Group of Mina Lestari from June to July 2019 (two months). The objectives of the present study were to determine the marketing strategy and the market opportunity of red snapper fish in Joint Business Group (KUB) of Mina Lestari, Lantora, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. A case study with SWOT analysis was applied for the analysis technique. The results showed that internal factor consists of strength factor (2,35) and weakness factor (1,45) in which the strength factor is able to promote the business marketing development of red snapper fish in KUB Mina Lestari. Meanwhile, the external factor indicated 2,1 of opportunity value which is greater than 0,080 of threat factor. This research was conducted to find out the most precise management strategy to enhance competitiveness of Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall. This study applies a qualitative method, by conducting interviews and also observation by directly reviewing the subject of the study. The analytical method consists Input Stage consisting of Internal Factor Evaluation and External Factor Evaluation, Matching Stage consisting of Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat Matrix and Internal External Matrix, and Decision Stage consisting of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. After analyzing from the existing data, it is known that the Market Penetration strategy is the most appropriate to be implemented for Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall and Market Development strategy can be used as a support.
