The long-term objective of previous research that has focused on issues of innovation and information in manufacturing companies and service companies. Research conducted at companies including Anttila J., Jussila K., 2018, Ramayah T. While in this study focused on research conducted at UMKM Banjarmasin City. and information partially has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Analyzing and knowing innovation and information simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Based on the observations of researchers, the problem is that innovation and information have not been optimal on the performance of MSMEs. This research method uses a quantitative approach. This research is an expalanatory research, namely testing the influence between the variables of innovation, information, while the dependent variable is the performance of MSMEs, data collection techniques conducted by researchers, namely interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Hypothesis Testing. The statistical method used is multiple regression. The results of this study prove that innovation has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs of 0.350. The results of this study also indicate that information has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs of 0.388. Innovation and information simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs of 0.537. This study aims to provide information that better interactions and relationships are a side effect of providing space for MSMEs.Keywords: Innovation, Information, UMKM’s Performance

ABSTRACT The long-term objective of this research is the birth of a process of describing women's involvement in the bureaucratic decision-making process, and the model of gender strengthening in bureaucratic decision-making in Gorontalo City. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through: interviews, documentation, and FGD. Then the collected data will be analyzed by triangulation data. The results show that: first, so far the existence of women in the Gorontalo City government in the bureaucratic decision-making process is still less than optimal, although the potential quantity of women is 3,023 (66.97%) compared to 1,491 men (33.03%). The progress of the role of women in the bureaucratic leadership only 6 people occupied the heads of regional apparatus organizations and 24 others were men. This symptom certainly has an impact on demands. women must play their role in realizing democracy that is not gender biased as well as proof of the maturity of a nation. Keuda, the Gender Strengthening Model in the decision making of the bureaucracy in Gorontalo City is the zero-sum and positive-sum models.

<p><em>This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance.</em></p><p><em>The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.</em></p><p><em>The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824&gt; 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931&gt; 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.</em></p>

The long-term goal of this research is the birth of the process of drawing women's involvement in the bureaucratic decision-making process, and the gender reinforcement model in bureaucratic decision making in Bone Bolango District. The target of the research will be done by stages: 1) identify the problem of constraints faced; and 2) to formulate a model of gender reinforcement in bureaucratic decision making. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through: interview, documentation, and FGD. Further data collected will be analyzed data triangulation. The result of the research is the birth of a model of gender reinforcement in decision making bureaucracy. The impact of the study will provide answers on women's partisifasi in decision making. During this time the existence of women is very much ruled out. The presence of female figures in the public dimension brings new trends in the context of government. Women want to be treated proportionally. This tendency has implications for the inclusion of women to compete with men to become leaders.

This research investigates the causes of work stress among public accountant in public accountant official of Yogyakarta. Specifically, it identifies role overload, family conflict and pay satisfaction. The research constitutes a correlated research with interview and questionnaires. Data for this research was obtained from a 5-points Likert scale questionnaire mailed to 60 public accountant. The statistical method for analysis and hypothesis testing employed in this research was multiple regression based on SPSS program. Results show that there was a positive relationship between workload and work stress. Meanwhile, family conflict and pay satisfaction factor were not related to work stress.

This study aims to determine the effect of Attitudes, Organizational Commitments, Severity of Cheating Levels, Personal Cost of Reporting and Professional Commitment to whistleblowing intentions. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. The population in this study were all Village government apparatus in Subang Regency and the sample in this study were 200 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) attitude influences the intention to conduct whistleblowing; (2) organizational commitment does not affect the intention to conduct whistleblowing; (3) Fraud severity level influences the intention to conduct whistleblowing; Personal Cost of Reporting has a negative effect on the intention to do a whistleblowing; (5) Job commitment influences the intention to conduct whistleblowing

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Diamond Fraud on academic fraud with student behavior as a moderating variable. The research method used was a quantitative research method by using questionnaire as data collection technique. The population of this study was all active students at Polytechnic LP3I Medan as many as 559 students. The sampling technique used saturated samples, which obtained a sample of 418 students.  The gathered data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, multiple regression and moderating regression analysis. The result of this study showed that Diamond Fraud simultaneously affected academic fraud. However, partially the component of diamond fraud such as pressure, opportunity and rationalization had a significant effect on academic fraud, while the capability had no effect on fraud academic. Furthermore, the result of the moderating test were known that student behavior becomes a moderating variable between the influence of diamond fraud on academic fraud.

The purpose of this study is to find out the commitment and work environment will affect the engagement of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational employees. The research method used in this research is explanatory research. The use of this method is because the researcher does not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intends to analyze and explain the influence between variables. Data collection is obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were employees of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational High School. Methods Analysis of the data used is the Multiple Regression Analysis, where data is processed with the help of SPSS. The results of testing the data using the regression equation showed the results of a positive and significant effect of commitment to engagement variables with a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05, while the work environment was not significant with a value of 0.563.Keywords: Commitment, work environment, employee engagement.

Clothing is very popular these days. Advertising and Personal Sales are very important for companies to promote and influence people to be interested in buying products. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of advertising on interest, to determine the effect of personal selling on buying interest, and to determine the effect of advertising and personal selling on Dr. Ricks Denim. The research method used is descriptive verification, a population of 19,500 people, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results obtained from advertising affect buying interest in Dr. Ricks Denim. Overall respondents indicated that Dr. Ricks Denim Advertising still needs to be improved because there are still some ranks below the average such as information about product clothing models, clothing sizes according to information. Personal sales affect Dr. buying interest Ricks Denim. Overall respondents are considered quite good, this shows that Personal Selling still needs to be improved because there are still a number of ratings below the average. Advertising and personal selling affect Dr.'s buying interest Denim Ricks simultaneously show that Ho was rejected. Thus Personal Advertising and sales can increase consumer buying interest.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the direct influence of promotion and service quality on purchase decision to order Nasi Penggoda via Ojek Online (Ojol) during the Covid-19 quarantine period in Pontianak.  The research method was carried out causally by measuring the strength of the relationship between two or more variables. Through the distribution of interviews and questionnaires (Google Form),a total of 85 respondents were randomly selected for data collection. Multiple regression was used when conductiong data analysis from the said responses.  The results of this research carried out, the hypothesis was clearly accepted. It proved that both promotion (X1) and service quality (X2) influenced simultaneously and partially to purchase decision on ordering Nasi Penggoda through Ojek Online (Ojol).  On the other hand, partial research variables showed that service quality dominates more than promotion on the making of purchase decision.

ABSTRACT  The research objective was to determine the effect of differentiation strategies and prices on the competitive advantage of Elzatta Royal Plaza Surabaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method using questionnaire techniques in data collection. The population in this study were all visitors who came and bought Elzatta products at the Royal Plaza Surabaya. The number of samples is 100 respondents. Data processed using the SPSS program. The results of hypothesis testing, based on the F test conducted can be seen that differentiation strategies and prices simultaneously influence competitive advantage. The results of the t test in this study indicate that the strategy of product differentiation, service quality, and price has a partial effect on competitive advantage. Whereas, image differentiation strategies and distribution channel differentiation strategies have no effect on competitive advantage. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik angket dalam pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengunjung yang datang dan membeli produk Elzatta di Royal Plaza Surabaya. Jumlah sampel adalah 100 responden. Data diproses menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, berdasarkan uji F yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa strategi diferensiasi dan harga secara simultan mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif. Hasil uji t dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi diferensiasi produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Sedangkan, strategi diferensiasi gambar dan strategi diferensiasi saluran distribusi tidak berpengaruh pada keunggulan kompetitif.
