This research is motivated by the unavailability of teaching materials module for students. This research is a research and development, which the aims to produce a product of teaching materials such as Literacy Al-Qur'an Module effectively and efficiently. The subjects of this study were 23 fifth grade students of SD Rogomulyo 02 Kaliwungu District and accompanied by two validation experts. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and test (Pretest and Posttest). The method for developing of literacy Al-Qur'an module uses Research and development steps developed by Borg and Gall. This steps are consist of 1) preliminary research, 2) product design, 3) validation, 4) product application, and 5) analysis. The results of this study indicate that, literacy al-Qur'an modules compiled by researchers, can improve learning achievement from the averages value of students above the KKM (Minimum completeness criteria). The conclusion is based on the processing of pre-test data of 64.52 and post-test of 77.86 using Paired Samples T-Test data resulting in an average correlation data of 0.806 and a significance value of 0,000. The results of the calculation of Paired Samples T-Test found the value of Sig. (2 tailed) is 0,000 ˂ 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence on using of literacy al-Qur'an module for students, it's proven any differences in the average between pre-test and post-test results of students or have comply the KKM (Minimum completeness criteria) in schools.

The offshore environment contains many sources of cyclic loading. Standard design S-N curves, such as those in DNVGL-RP-C203, are usually assigned to ensure a particular design life can be achieved for a particular set of anticipated loading conditions. Girth welds are often the ‘weak link’ in terms of fatigue strength and so it is important to show that girth welds made using new procedures for new projects that are intended to be used in fatigue sensitive risers or flowlines do indeed have the required fatigue performance. Alternatively, designers of new subsea connectors, used for example in tendons for tension leg platforms, mooring applications or well-heads which will experience cyclic loading in service, also wish to verify the fatigue performance of their new designs. Often operators require contractors to carry out resonance fatigue tests on representative girth welds in order to show that girth welds made using new procedures qualify to the required design S-N curve. Operators and contractors must then interpret the results, which is not necessarily straightforward if the fatigue lives are lower than expected. Many factors influence a component’s fatigue strength so there is usually scatter in results obtained when a number of fatigue tests are carried out on real, production standard components. This scatter means that it is important first to carry out the right number of tests in order to obtain a reasonable understanding of the component’s fatigue strength, and then to interpret the fatigue test results properly. A working knowledge of statistics is necessary for both specifying the test programme and interpreting the test results and there is often confusion over various aspects of test specification and interpretation. This paper describes relevant statistical concepts in a way that is accessible to non-experts and that can be used, practically, by designers. The paper illustrates the statistical analysis of test data with examples of the ‘target life’ approach (that is now included in BS7608:2014 + A1) and the equivalent approach in DNVGL-RP-C203, which uses the stress modification factor. It gives practical examples to designers of a pragmatic method that can be used when specifying test programmes and interpreting the results obtained from tests carried out during qualification programmes, which for example, aim to determine whether girth welds made using a new procedure qualify to a particular design curve. It will help designers who are tasked with specifying test programmes to choose a reasonable number of test specimens and stress ranges, and to understand the outcome when results have been obtained.

Background: The butterfly effect is an optical phenomenon seen in cross sections of roots. The teeth having butterfly effect had a higher density of dentinal tubules buccolingually than mesiodistally. Teeth with the butterfly effect may be weaker and thus more prone to vertical root fracture in the buccolingual direction. Aims and Objectives: To investigate the hardness of dentin and density of the dentinal tubules in cross sections of roots exhibiting the butterfly effect. Materials and Methods: 30 extracted single rooted teeth were selected and then divided into 3 groups of ten each. All the teeth were then cut into ten 1 mm thick cross sections and viewed under a light microscope. Teeth scored 1 or 2 according to presence of butterfly effect. The 2 teeth with lowest value were considered as control and 2 teeth from each group with highest value selected for further examination. Two adjacent cross sections were choose from the middle of the roots from each toothfor SEM to check density of dentinal tubules followed by Vickers test. Statistical Analysis: It was done using student t test. Results: The butterfly effect was seen at all levels in sectioned teeth. The dentine hardness observed more in mesiodistal than bucco-lingual direction and density found more in bucco-lingual direction. Conclusion: Hardness and densities of dentinal tubules in sectioned roots were variable in bothdirections.

This paper correlates as-received relief valve test results with current inspection intervals and presents conclusions based on statistical analysis. During the past three year period over 500 used valve proof test records from a site population of 3500 safety relief valves were acquired and reviewed. Collection and analysis of spring-loaded relief valve test data continues with the goal being to increase the test intervals within guidelines, reduce costs, and maintain safety margins. Based on current test intervals of 1–7 years, time in service appears to have a minimal effect on valve performance. Seat material and inlet size are identified as having a statistically significant impact on valve performance. An increase in TP/SP of 1–2% per year was noted for soft seated, small inlet sizes. Photographs of failed valve internals and discussion of failure causes are included.

Work culture is blend of an attitude, ideology and principles of between an organization & employees. Beliefs are the internal thinking set of mind and perceived in action and behavior. So, beliefs help in creation of work culture. In Indian culture and tradition Reincarnation beliefs one of the important phenomenon affected people. This research explores the effectiveness of Reincarnation Beliefs on work-culture on Government & Non-government employed people. A Between groups comparative method & design were carry out on the sample of 200 employed adult (50 government & 50 non-government people who beliefs in reincarnation and 50 government & 50 non-government people who do not beliefs in reincarnation) taken by Incidental sampling from Haridwar district and other nearest places. Self made questionnaire and check-list used for collection of data. Statistical analysis of data used “t-test.” Data clearly indicated highly significant at 0.01 level of confidence thus indicating that, those who beliefs in reincarnation they have better work culture or attitude than who do not beliefs in reincarnation phenomenon.

Objectives: This work sought to assess whether prior clinical experience provided any guide to likely course achievement from three completed cohorts of Physician Associates at the University of Sheffield. Methods: Sixty students who entered the PA course at TUoS since it began in 2016 were included in the study. Each students' original course application was reviewed for healthcare experience and mapped against first sit examination scores. Statistical analysis was undertaken with a two-tailed t-test. Results: No correlation was found between previous healthcare experience and performance in examinations. Students with previous healthcare experience performed slightly worse than those without in the OSCE examination but not at a level of statistical significance. Conclusions: The use of clinical experience as part of the criteria of entry does not predict success on a Physician Associate course. We support the position of the 2010 Ottawa conference that quality assured methodologies along with objective cut offs for previous academic attainment are the most appropriate way to select students for clinical courses.
