<p><em>This study aimed to examine the effect of private demandsto personal Internet use at workplace with four moderating variables and its influence on employee performance.The population in this study were 50 employees at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and 60 employees Perum Perhutani Wilayah Surakarta. Simple random sampling is used to select the sample and the sample obtained 107 employees. This study uses Moderated Regression Analysis and Simple Regression Analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results showed that the private demands affect the use of personal Internet at workplace and influence at the workplace also successfully predicted as a moderating variable in the relationship. In addition it was also found that the use of personal Internet at workplace affect employee performance. But for the other results, border strength, identification with and perceive the job of supervisor support for border crossing failure predicted as a moderating variable on the relationship of private demands on the use of personal Internet at workplace.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and employee performance and the influence of motivation on the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline is an attitude that is indispensable for everyone to improve performance in order to achieve organizational goals. Motivation leads to disciplinary attitudes, high motivation for work discipline can affect employee performance. This study uses simple regression analysis and interaction test or Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) The population in this study includes employees at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency. The sample of this study amounted to 68 employees, selected using a saturated sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the value t_count for the Work Discipline variable (X_1) is greater than the t-table value. This indicates a significant influence between Work Discipline (X_1) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency. So it can be said that the hypothesis is accepted. The next result is that the motivation variable is a moderating moderating variable in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Motivation as a moderation variable affects the relationship between Work Discipline (X_1) and Employee Performance (Y). So, Motivation (X_2) as a Moderation variable has an effect on the relationship of Work Discipline (X_1) and Employee Performance (Y) at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be said that the Motivation variable (X_2) as a Moderation variable affects the relationship between the Work Discipline variable (X_1) on Employee Performance (Y). Motivation as a moderation variable has an influence on the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. So, giving motivation to employees is important so that giving motivation should be further improved at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency so that employee performance can increase even more.

      The aim of this study is to analyzed the influence of leadership style on managerial performance and the reward system as the moderating variable that may affect the relationship of leadership style on managerial performance. The type of this research is associative. Respondents are managers and staff with the lowest level of supervisor in the entire supermarket in Mataram, as many as 66 respondents. Sampling technique is census. Using simple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) as analysis.      The results showed that leadership style negative significantly influence on managerial performance and the reward system influence negatively significant the relationship of leadership style on managerial performance.

This study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge about zakatalerts maal to the perception of economic development based on zakat funds. This research uses simple regression analysis. The study was tested on 30 respondents in the city of Bengkulu using two questionnaire models. Namely tests for knowledge and scale 1-5 for perception. From the results of the analysis note that the variables are positively related. The regression equation of X to Y is Y = 60.489 + 1,176X1.The implication of the results of this study is the importance of continuing BAZNAS socialization to increase public knowledge and understanding of zakat alerts and the need for concrete efforts from the government and related parties in improving the performance of the National Zakat Board (BAZNAS) to foster public trust in zakat management by institutions BAZNAS so that his perception of economic development based on zakat funds is getting better and optimistic.

This study aims to find out the influence of money ethics on tax evasion with intrinsic religiosity, extrinsic religiosity, and materialism as moderating variables. The sample is selected by using convinience sampling method with sample size of a 100 respondents as primary data. This study uses simple regression and moderated regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The result of this study shows that money ethics has an effect on tax evasion, intrinsic religiosity moderarates the relationship between money ethics and tax evasion. Extrinsic religiosity does not moderate the relationship bertween money ethics and tax evasion. Materialism moderates the relationship between money ethics and tax evasion.

The objectives of this study are 1). to examine the effect of ethics on employee performance atthe Sematang Borang District Office. 2). to test the effect of employee competence onemployee performance at the Sematang Borang District office, 3). to examine the effect ofethics and employee competence on employee performance at the Sematang Borang Districtoffice. This research was conducted on 31 employees at the Sematang Boran sub-districtoffice in Palembang City using a questionnaire. A questionnaire consisting of Ethicalvariables and employee competence as independent variables and employee performance asthe dependent variable. This study uses simple regression analysis and multiple linearregression to see which variables are more influential and the size of the contribution of eachvariable in influencing performance. It is hoped that this research will contribute toemployees regarding the importance of ethics and competence in serving the community, sothat employee performance is maximized. The results of this study indicate that the variablesof ethics and employee competence have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Head Office of Sematang Borang, Palembang City.

Nowadays, a company should be able to survive and compete against a changes in the business, therefore companies must be competitive in order to survive from changes that happen. One of actions that company takes to survive and compete is to improve the ability of major assets of the company itself, human resources. Job training in a company is the company's actions to improve the ability of employees to be able perform the duties and obligations as an employee, so the company's objectives will be achieved. One of job training often done by company is on-the-job training. Training the work which is done by the company will have an impact on both the poor level of the employee's performance. This research aims to determine the relationship between on-the-job training and employee performance. In this research , the object is PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bandung Head Office which is a state-owned company engaged in the field of land transportation services. To know the relationship of both, the research method that is used is quantitative with interview techniques, questionnaires, literature, and calculations using SPSS for testing the hypothesis that using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and test R square.

The problem in this study, first is whether there is an influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on morale. Second, whether there is an influence of leadership style, compensation and work spirit together or partially on employee performance. This study aims to find answers to the problem formulation. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach that is associative. This study will explain the relationship of influencing and influenced by the variables to be examined, namely the influence of leadership style and compensation to work morale and its impact on employee performance and does not violate the law, morals, and ethics. The population was 130 respondents, which were sampled in this study were 99 respondents to represent the population of OKU District Panwaslu staff. The sampling technique used in this study is the simple random sampling technique, which is the research sample taken using simple random methods. Analyzing the data in this study used path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study concluded the first positive and significant influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on work morale. Second, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, compensation and working spirit together or partially on the performance of employees in the Oversight Panwaslu Office in OKU Regency. Researchers still suggest that the Panwaslu leadership should pay attention to compensation, encouragement and motivation so that employee performance increases

This study aims to determine the effect of career development toward employee performance at Aswin Hotels and Spa Makassar. The model used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. And the method of determining the sample used is a saturated sample with the total sample represented the total population of 53 people. The analytical method used is a simple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that career development had a positive and significant effect toward employee performance at the Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar. Career development affected the performance of Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar employees by 54.4%, while 45.6% of employee performance variables were affected by other variables who did not observe by researchers.

This research Aims To Reveal: (1) Effect of Competence partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (2) Effect of Work Motivation partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (3) Effect of Work Discipline partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (4) Effect of Competence, Work Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously To Performance Officer at the Office of Communications Full River City. The study population was all the staff of Office of Communications River City Full totaling 34 people. Samples were taken from all of the population is 34 people. Methods of analysis using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results obtained (1) Partially Competence , Work Motivation and Work Discipline, positive and significant impact on employee performance of Communications River City Full (2) Simultaneously Influence of Competence (X1), work motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) is 0.003 with Sig. F 0.003 <0.05 and Fhitung value of 5.847, while the value of F table is 2,92 so that the value of F larger than F table, it can be said that the competence (X1) work motivation (X2) and the Discipline of the work (X3) proved positive and significant influence on employee performance of Office of Communications City Full River and regression equations for these three variables is Y = 52,271+ 0,190 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,412 X3. Finally the authors suggest the results of this study to increase competence, work motivation and work discipline in accordance with their respective indicators and for other researchers can continue this research in order that the limitations in this study could be refined.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation and Work Discipline and Employee Performance
