This study aims to determine the effect of career development toward employee performance at Aswin Hotels and Spa Makassar. The model used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. And the method of determining the sample used is a saturated sample with the total sample represented the total population of 53 people. The analytical method used is a simple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that career development had a positive and significant effect toward employee performance at the Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar. Career development affected the performance of Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar employees by 54.4%, while 45.6% of employee performance variables were affected by other variables who did not observe by researchers.

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Population on Rice Consumption in the District of Asparaga Gorontalo Regency can be fulfilled. The data used in this study Primary data obtained directly from the object of research either through interviews or from the observation (observation) in the community in District Asparaga Gorontalo and secondary data that is sourced from documents in related institutions in District Asparaga Regency Gorontalo. The objectives of this study are 1). to examine the effect of ethics on employee performance atthe Sematang Borang District Office. 2). to test the effect of employee competence onemployee performance at the Sematang Borang District office, 3). to examine the effect ofethics and employee competence on employee performance at the Sematang Borang Districtoffice. This research was conducted on 31 employees at the Sematang Boran sub-districtoffice in Palembang City using a questionnaire. A questionnaire consisting of Ethicalvariables and employee competence as independent variables and employee performance asthe dependent variable. This study uses simple regression analysis and multiple linearregression to see which variables are more influential and the size of the contribution of eachvariable in influencing performance. It is hoped that this research will contribute toemployees regarding the importance of ethics and competence in serving the community, sothat employee performance is maximized. The results of this study indicate that the variablesof ethics and employee competence have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Head Office of Sematang Borang, Palembang City.

This research Aims To Reveal: (1) Effect of Competence partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (2) Effect of Work Motivation partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (3) Effect of Work Discipline partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (4) Effect of Competence, Work Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously To Performance Officer at the Office of Communications Full River City. The study population was all the staff of Office of Communications River City Full totaling 34 people. Samples were taken from all of the population is 34 people. Methods of analysis using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results obtained (1) Partially Competence , Work Motivation and Work Discipline, positive and significant impact on employee performance of Communications River City Full (2) Simultaneously Influence of Competence (X1), work motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) is 0.003 with Sig. F 0.003 <0.05 and Fhitung value of 5.847, while the value of F table is 2,92 so that the value of F larger than F table, it can be said that the competence (X1) work motivation (X2) and the Discipline of the work (X3) proved positive and significant influence on employee performance of Office of Communications City Full River and regression equations for these three variables is Y = 52,271+ 0,190 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,412 X3. Finally the authors suggest the results of this study to increase competence, work motivation and work discipline in accordance with their respective indicators and for other researchers can continue this research in order that the limitations in this study could be refined.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation and Work Discipline and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of discipline on employee performance at the National Narcotics Agency (NNA) office in Tanjung Jabung Timur district. The variables tested in this study were the level of discipline and employee performance. The sample of this study is the Office of the National Narcotics Agency (NNA) of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The survey was conducted by all 37 NNA employees. Testing the hypothesis in this study using simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that the level of discipline affects employee performance.

The competition in this industry has become extremely tight as the number of star and non-star hotels in Bali increased in 2019, reaching 4,323 hotels. The goal of this study was to examine the impact of the leadership style on the work motivation of employees in the Hotel A Ubud's Housekeeping Department. The participants in this study were all employees of the Hotel A Ubud's Housekeeping Department. In this study, a saturated sample or census technique was used for sampling. In this study, simple regression analysis was used for data analysis. The analysis results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. As a result, the better the application of a leadership style in a company, the higher the work motivation. The findings of this study have implications for the development of hotel policies aimed at increasing employee work motivation by paying attention to the leader's style and character while leading his subordinates. However, it is expected that future research will examine the effect of these two variables on a broader scope using a longitudinal approach, so that the research results can be generalized.

This study aims to determine the influence of ethical leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance, as well as the influence of ethical leadership on organizational commitment. The rp was carried out as a survey. The population of this study were all employees in the city of Yogyakarta batik cooperatives. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Number of samples was 37 people, 8 people from enlisted KBTamtama, 9 people from KB Senopati, 6 people from KB PPBI, 7 people from Coral Single Family Planning, and 7 people from KB Mataram. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Scale measurements using 5-point Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis. The results showed: (1) ethical leadership had positive and significant effect on employee performance (b = 0755; p = 0.000 <0.05). The implication, the better implementation or application of ethical leadership from the head, then the employee's performance is likely to increase; (2) organizational commitment had positive and significant impact on employee performance (b = 0.490; p = 0.002 <0.05). The implication, the stronger the organizational commitment of employees, then the employee's performance is likely to increase; and (3) ethical leadership hadpositive and significant effect on organizational commitment (b = 0629; p = 0.000 <0.05). The implication, the better implementation or application of ethical leadership of the leadership, the organizational commitment of employees tend to increase. Keywords : ethical leadership, organizational commitment, employee performance, purposive sampling.

<p><em>This study aimed to examine the effect of private demandsto personal Internet use at workplace with four moderating variables and its influence on employee performance.The population in this study were 50 employees at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and 60 employees Perum Perhutani Wilayah Surakarta. Simple random sampling is used to select the sample and the sample obtained 107 employees. This study uses Moderated Regression Analysis and Simple Regression Analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results showed that the private demands affect the use of personal Internet at workplace and influence at the workplace also successfully predicted as a moderating variable in the relationship. In addition it was also found that the use of personal Internet at workplace affect employee performance. But for the other results, border strength, identification with and perceive the job of supervisor support for border crossing failure predicted as a moderating variable on the relationship of private demands on the use of personal Internet at workplace.</em></p>

This study aims to determine and test the Effect of Customer Service Services in Overcoming Customer Complaints of Customer Satisfaction in P. Sulutgo Bank Limboto Branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the customer at P. Sulutgo Bank Limboto Branch. The sample used in this study was 100 customers. The data used are primary data obtained through a questionnaire that is processed using the IBM SPSS 25 application. Data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of Customer Service on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Sulutgo Limboto Branch with a significance value of 0.040. the value of t count is greater than t table for customer service variables of 2,077> 1,660 and a significance value of 0.040. This significance value is still smaller than the alpha value (0.05) so that H_0 is rejected.

Abstract :This study aims to analyze the effect of the Adversity Quotient on students' entrepreneurial motivation at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The total population is 1,209 students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 300 students. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used as a technique for collecting it. Simple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect in increasing student entrepreneurial motivationAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efekAdversity Quotientterhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah populasi adalah 1.209 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random samplingdengan sampel berjumlah300 orang mahasiswa. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan angket sebagai teknik pengumulannya. Analisis regresi sederhana merupakan teknik analisis data yang dipakai dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa adversity quotient memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa.

<em>This research aims to know influence of product quality and after sales service on customer satisfaction using Xiaomi smartphones. The population and sample of this study were students of the economics faculty of the Krisnadwipayana University class of 2017 with a total of 58 students. Research analysis method using simple regression analysis technique and simultaneous regression analysis. The hypothesis test using the F test and t test. The results of the study state that partially, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.</em>
