<p><em>The objectives of the study were: (1) to describe the steps in application of snowball throwing model, (2) to improve social science learning outcomes about human interaction with the environment, and (3) to describe obstacles and solutions in the application of snowball throwing model.</em><em> It was Collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data was in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and tests. The results of this study were: </em><em>1) the steps in application of snowball throwing model were: (a) teacher conveyed material, (b) teacher divided students into groups and conveyed material, (c) group leader conveyed material to group members, (d) teacher asked the students to write questions in worksheets, (e) the students made a ball from paper containing questions and threw it to another group, (f) student received the ball and answered the questions alternately, and (g) teacher evaluated and made closing; 2) the application of snowball throwing model improved social science learning outcomes about human interaction with environment; (3) the obstacle was that the </em><em> students were passive in giving response to the result of discussion and the solution was giving rewards to the students who gave response so that they were more motivated.</em></p>

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Independence is one of the factors determining student’s success, so that it is crucial for anyone who wants to be successful in life. The study aimed to analyze the correlation and the contribution of independence in learning on social science learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. It was correlational quantitative method. Sampling method was cluster random sampling techniques. Data analysis used SPSS 21 Version. The results showed that the correlation between independence in learning and social science learning outcomes had a correlation coefficient of 0.412. It indicated moderate correlation. Independence in learning contributed 17% on social science learning outcomes and the remaining 83% is influenced by other factors such as intelligence, interest, attention, learning motivation, perseverance, attitude, study habits, talent, environment, physical condition, and health. It concludes that there is a positive correlation between independence in learning and social science learning outcomes to fifth grade students. It meant that the higher student's independence in learning, the higher student's social science learning outcomes and vice versa. </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: learning independence, social science learning outcomes</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Kemandirian merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa, sehingga sikap mandiri ini sangat penting dimiliki oleh siapa saja yang ingin sukses dalam hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan sumbangan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SDN se-Kecamatan Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dengan metode korelasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik <em>cluster</em> <em>random</em> <em>sampling</em>. Peneliti menggunakan bantuan aplikasi <em>SPSS</em> versi 21 dalam menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar IPS memiliki koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,412, dengan tingkat hubungan moderat/sedang. Besarnya sumbangan variabel kemandirian belajar pada hasil belajar IPS yaitu sebesar 17% dan 83% dipengaruhinoleh faktornlain seperti kecerdasan, minat, perhatian, motivasi belajar, ketekunan, sikap, kebiasaan belajar, bakat, lingkungan, kondisi fisik dan kesehatan. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V memiliki hubungan positif di mana semakin tinggi kemandirian belajar siswa, maka akan semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar IPS siswa.</p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>kemandirian belajar, hasil belajar IPS

This research is motivated by the fact that the still low learning outcomes of Social Sciences subjects in fifth grade MI Miftahul Huda Pucangan students. Possible learning methods that can affect student achievement are the cooperative jigsaw model. The problem of this research is to explain the efforts to improve learning outcomes of social science by applying the cooperative jigsaw method. The theories used in the conduct of this research include LAN about learning outcomes, social science and the cooperative jigsaw model method. This research is expected to provide answers to the formulation of the problem (1) How is the application of the jigsaw cooperative method in the learning process of social science in class V MI Miftahul Huda Pucangan Montong Tuban in the academic year 2017/2018? and (2) Can the cooperative jigsaw method improve social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade MI Miftahul Huda Pucangan Montong Tuban students in the 2017/2018 academic year? This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 36 grade V students, consisting of 18 boys and 18 girls. This research lasted for 2 cycles. For data collection techniques used observation techniques and data collection tools in the form of test questions. The collected data is then analyzed using a data processing method with descriptive statistical analysis which presents the data in the form of tables and bar charts. Then presented in each cycle to get information (observations), both from data collected from observation sheets and written tests. The results of the study in the first cycle showed the average percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle meeting 1 78% and 2% meetings 86%, while in the second cycle 1 meeting 90% and 95% meetings 2. In addition to teacher activity, student activity in groups also increased, in cycle I meeting 1 the percentage of student activity was 68% and meeting 2 was 77%, whereas in cycle II at meeting 1 the percentage increased 80% and meeting 2 90%. Social studies learning outcomes in pre-cycle with an average value of 68.94 and classical completeness of 42%, the first cycle obtained an average value of 78.27 with classical completeness of 78%. In the second cycle learning outcomes increased with an average value of 82.61 with 92% mastery learning. Means that at the end of the second cycle it has been shown that classical learning completeness is in accordance with indicators of success. The results of these studies can be concluded, that by using the cooperative jigsaw model can increase teacher activity in managing learning and student activities in the learning process. Student learning outcomes in social studies lessons increase in accordance with predetermined minimal completeness criteria standards.

This research aimed at finding out the significant difference of science learning outcomes among the group of students who were taught by Quantum learning model aided three dimensional media and the group of students who were taught by conventional learning model on fifth grade students at Cluster I Sukasada Sub-district, Buleleng Regency in Academic Year 2017/2018. This research was a quasi-experimental research with the non-equivalent post-test only control group design. The population of this research was the entire fifth grade students at Cluster I Sukasada Sub-district, Buleleng Regency in Academic Year 2017/2018 which amounted to 175 people. The sample of this research was fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Wanagiri which was selected as the experimental group and fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Wanagiri which was selected as the control group. The obtained data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The result of this research showed there was a significant difference of science learning outcomes among the group of students who were taught by Quantum learning model-aided three-dimensional media and the group of students who were taught by conventional learning model on fifth grade students at Cluster I Sukasada Sub-district, Buleleng Regency in Academic Year 2017/2018. Therefore, it can be concluded that Quantum learning model aided three dimensional media has a positive effect on fifth grade students’ learning outcomes at Cluster I Sukasada Sub-district Buleleng Regency in Academic Year 2017/2018

Good learning is created because of the good motivation given by a teacher to students. Motivation already exists in humans but it emerges because of encouragement, one of which is from a teacher who always provides direction, attention and always encourages students so that students always learn to be successfull people later. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Bukit Tiga Aceh Timur with the sample of the study were fifth grade students of SDN Bukit Tiga. The method used in this research is descriptive survey technique. The data collection instruments used in this study were validation instrument sheet, learning outcomes test, quetionnaires and observation sheets. The result showed that the most chosen motivation given by teachers to students in science learning at SDN Bukit Tiga was the giving of prizes (Rewards) with veri high learning motivation (MBST) followed by attention that had high learning motivation (MBT) and giving punishmant with hig learning motivation (MBT). Abstrak Pembelajaran yang baik tercipta karena adanya motivasi yang baik yang diberikan oleh seorang guru kepada siswa. Motivasi memang sudah ada dalam diri manusia tetapi kemunculannya terjadi karena adanya dorongan, salah satunya dari seorang guru yang selalu memberikan arahan, perhatian dan selalu memberikan semangat kepada siswa agar siswa selalu belajar menjadi orang yang berhasil nantinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Bukit Tiga Aceh Timur dengan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Bukit Tiga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan teknik survey. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar instrumen  validasi, tes hasil belajar, angket dan lembar observasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi yang paling banyak dipilih yang diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA di SDN Bukit Tiga adalah pemberian hadiah (Reward) yang memiliki motivasi belajar sangat tinggi (MBST) disusul dengan perhatian yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi (MBT), dan pemberian hukuman (Punishment) yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi (MBT). The research was aimed at determining the significant correlation between the interpersonal intelligence and the social science learning achievement of the fifth-grade students in Elementary School of Gugus IV Abiansemal in the academic year 2017/2018. The type of this research was ex-post facto using asymmetric correlation.The population of this research was the fifth-grade students of Elementary School Gugus IV Abiansemal in the academic year 2017/2018 which consisted of 145 students.  The sample was decided by the proportional random sampling technique in which the significance level was 5% and 106 students were obtained from the population. The data collection was conducted through the documentation of students’ learning achievement in social science and the questionnaire about the students’ interpersonal intelligence. The prerequisite test used the normality test of data distribution. After conducting prerequisite test,  the hypothesis test using correlation analysis Product Moment was carried out. Based on the analysis result, it was obtained that = 0,484. In the significance level of 5% in which n = 106, it was obtained that  = 0,195. As >  = 0,484 > 0,195, it can be mentioned that  stating that there is no significant correlation between the interpersonal intelligence and the social science learning achievement in the fifth-grade in Elementary School Gugus IV Abiansemal in the academic year 2017/2018 was rejected and  was accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the interpersonal intelligence and the social science learning achievement of the fifth-grade students in Elementary School Gugus IV Abiansemal in the academic year 2017/2018. For the result obtained the positive scatterplot of positive correlation, it can be stated that the higher interpersonal intelligence that the students have, the higher social science learning achievement that they will obtain

<em>The study aimed to improve cooperation and learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD N Kemiri in academic year of 2019/2020.It was classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects were fifth grade students of SD N Kemiri. Data collection techniques were tests and non-tests. The data validity used technique triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing.The results showed that the Scientific Reading Based Project improved cooperation and student learning outcomes. Thecooperation improved because the students were confident to deliver their opinion, the students helped their friends finding difficulty, and the students had self-control for not interrupting discussion and cooperation. The learning outcomes improved because the students mastered about heat transfer and answered the cognitive question correctly in the level of C1-C4. It concludes that the implementation of Scientific Reading Based Project model improves cooperation and learning outcomes for fifth grade students of SD N Kemiri in academic year of 2019/2020.</em>

The low of student learning outcomes in learning physics because the response to science learning still low and lack of availability of physics module SMP/MTs which connect Qur’an with science. It is necessary for research that aims to determine the feasibility of physics module class VII SMP/MTs based interrelation of the Qur'an and science. The special purpose, namely: (1) the validity of the module, (2) implemented of RPP, (3) student learning outcomes, and (4) student’s response. The development of physics module refers to the ADDIE model, namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. Subjects were 33 students of class VII B SMP State 17 Banjarmasin academic year 2013/2014 as a test grade. Data collection technique used instrument validation module, observations, test results of students’ learning and questionnaire responses. The results of research and development showed that: (1) the validity of modules on validation material is excellent category, validation media is excellent category, and validation interrelation is good category, (2) implemented of RPP in the excellent category, (3) student learning outcomes at the first meeting in quite effective category, second meeting in quite effective category, and third meeting in less effective category, (4) students’ response in good category. We concluded that the feasibility of the physics module class VII SMP/MTs based interrelation of the Qur'an and science in the worthy category.

<p><em>This study aims to prove the correlation between scientific attitudes and science learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Alian sub-district in the academic year 2019/2020 and the magnitude of the effective contribution of scientific attitude towards science learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative study using the correlation method. Sampling was randomly taken by cluster sampling technique. Correlation test results of scientific attitudes and science learning outcomes indicate that the value of Sig. of 0,000 and the correlation coefficient of 0.316. The contribution of scientific attitude towards the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences is 9.98%. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between scientific attitudes and learning outcomes of science to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Alian sub-district in academic year of 2019/2020</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of pop-up book learning media on the motivation and learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 3 KAWO in the 2020/2021 academic year. The population in this study were all students of class V at SDN 3 KAWO, while the samples were students of class VA as the experimental class and students of class VB as the control class. Data analysis begins with a normality test using the One-Sample Kolmogrov Smirnov formula with a significance level of 5% (0.05) and continues with a homogeneity test further testing the research hypothesis and further testing with a gain-score test. Then the motivational data and learning outcomes were analyzed by Independent t-test. Samples Test to determine the research hypothesis, the results of data analysis obtained a t-count value of 3,241 while the t-table at a significance level of 5% was 2,048 so that the t-count value> t-table, which means that Ha, which states there is an effect of application pop-up book learning media on science learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 3 KAWO in the 2020/2021 academic year, was accepted and H0 rejected. And the obtained t-count is 2.209 while the t-table at the 5% significance level is 2.048 so that the t-count value is >t-table, which means that Ha which states that there is an effect of the application of pop-up book learning media on participants' science learning outcomes fifth grade students of SDN 3 KAWO for the academic year 2020/2021, were accepted and H0 was rejected. Then a follow-up test was carried out using gain-score test, the value of learning motivation is 0.403 which is included in the medium category, while the learning outcomes of 0.576 are included in the medium category.

This study was aimed to determine the differences between of the science learning outcomes of students who take the learning to Inside Outside Circle model with students who take the conventional learning of the fifth grade of SD Cluster III, Jembrana Subdistrict, Jembrana Regency in the academic year 2017/2018. The study was quasi-experimental. The population of this study was the all of the students that was 149 students in the fifth grade of of SD Cluster III, Jembrana Subdistrict, Jembrana Regency in the academic year 2017/2018. The Samples of this research are students of class V SDN 2 Dauhwaru, which amounted to 20 students and students of class V SDN 4 Dauhwaru, which amounted to 25 students. Science student learning outcomes data collected by multiple choice tests. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis and inferential statistics (t-test). Judging from the t-test results obtained t count = 3,06 and t table (db = 50 at a significance level of 5%) = 2,021. It is means that tcount>t table, while the result of the average calculation science learning outcomes that learning to Inside Outside Circle model is 19,35 greater than that learned with the conventional learning is 15,32. It means that inside Outside Cicrle model has an effect of students’ achievement in science lesson in the 5th Grade of SD Cluster III, Jembrana Subdistrict, Jembrana Regency in the academic year 2017/2018.
