To realize the quality of learning and the quality of graduates at SDN Tiyaran 02, especially class IV, it is necessary to use one of the recommended HOTS-oriented learning models in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, namely the Cooperative Learning model. Cooperative Learning learning model is a teaching and learning strategy that works on attitudes or helping among others in an organized organization in groups, consisting of two or more people. After implementing integrated thematic learning with the Cooperative Learning model, the authors found that the process and student learning outcomes improved. Better than the previous lesson. When the Cooperative Learning model is applied to other learning materials, it turns out that the process and student learning outcomes are just as good. The writer concludes that this cooperative learning learning practice is successful as a best practice for HOTS learning with the Cooperative Learning model.

The phenomenon of low student learning outcomes from observations of researchers in the field is caused by several factors, such as: (1) The learning carried out by the teacher still uses conventional learning, namely the teacher lectures in delivering material, questions and answers and assignments, so it does not provide encouragement for students to study seriously ; (2) In delivering learning, the teacher still places students as recipients so that students are passive and only wait for information from the teacher without trying to find it. This can be seen when the teacher asks for students' opinions, only a few students give opinions and ask questions about things that are not understood; (3) This is also due to the lack of teacher knowledge about learning strategies that can activate students; (4) Teachers do not provide opportunities for students to work together in doing their assignments with their friends. This makes researchers feel the need to improve the learning process with efforts made to apply an appropriate learning model, namely the Think Pair Share Type cooperative learning model. This type gives students time to think and respond and help each other. Cooperative learning Think Pair Share is a cooperative learning model that allows students to help each other and cooperate with one another. Through this model students are more enthusiastic in learning so that they can increase the achievement of optimal learning outcomes. The formulation of the problem is as follows: "Does the student learning outcomes increase through the application of the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Sukajadi, Pekanbaru City?". The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of social studies learning outcomes through the application of the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative learning model for class IV SDN 6 Sukajadi, Pekanbaru City. Based on the data that has been presented above, it is concluded that the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Sukajadi (the average student learning outcomes through cycle I is 62.25, while in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes of 76.25)

The effective learning model is a cornerstone of learning practices that make it easy for students to learn and give students knowledge, values and skills. One learning model is the Make a match type cooperative learning model. Make a match gives students the opportunity to ask questions, have opinions and interact with students who are active in class. The teacher acts as a facilitator. Make a match model is a technique to find a partner using a card that contains the answers to these questions. Therefore, learning the Quran hadith makes it easy for students to memorize the meanings and verses of the Holy Qur'an, one of them by the method of Make a match. The focus of this research is on: a) How is the application of the Make a match cooperative learning model? b) What is the student's interest in learning? c) What are the student learning outcomes? and d) What is the response of students ?. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research, a means for researching, perfecting and evaluating the implementation of teacher assignments. The method for initiating this research data, observation sheets, tests and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the interests and learning outcomes of students of the Quran hadith subjects in class IV students are said to be still lacking, indicated by the results of observations in class IV students from pre-cycle 61.15%, after the first cycle of 74.07% and the second cycle increased 85.00%. The application of the Make a match type of cooperative learning model for grade IV students at MI Darul Ulum, Wringinom Gresik, was positive because it was seen from the questionnaire percentage of 88%. With this method, student learning outcomes from pre-cycle of 61.15% then increased by 73.9% in the first cycle and held the second cycle increased by 80.5% seen from an increase in each cycle of student learning outcomes has been maximized because it exceeds the target Minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The purpose of this writing is to provide innovation in learning in the classroom by using varied learning models. So that the quality of learning in the classroom increases and is more interesting. In addition, it can also improve student activity, foster a spirit of learning and completing tasks well. The problem of learning in Indonesia is a problem that must be taken seriously, especially by the teacher. Therefore, teachers must be able to inspire students to be actively involved in the learning process of selection and determination of learning strategies that are most appropriate to the characteristics of students. With the existence of this writing, the background of the difficulties in understanding the material is also the lack of enthusiasm of students in learning the material and completing the assignments given by the teacher which have an impact on student learning outcomes that are still low. The low student learning outcomes, of course, many factors that cause, for example the classic problem about the application of learning methods that are still teacher-centered, so students tend to passively listen to the teacher's explanation. So, the choice of methods and strategies in teaching and learning in class is very important because it can affect the results of teaching and learning in the classroom and obtain the desired learning goals. For this reason, the teacher can use the Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning method which is modified by the task strategy and force. The learning model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) is a method that is focused on providing direct and enjoyable learning experiences. Experience learning directly by learning to listen or listen (auditory), learn intellectually and learn with repetition. Meanwhile, the Task and Forces strategy is a learning strategy that has little effect on students to complete tasks until they are completed and on time. If it does not complete the assignment given by the teacher, then there is a penalty for students who do not do their duties according to the previous agreement. So that students will be motivated in listening, understanding the material conveyed by the teacher and doing the task on time. This strategy can also improve the quality of student learning to reduce the level of student laziness and provide good learning outcomes. By combining this method it is hoped that it can make students become more disciplined and responsible for the tasks given. Therefore, combining these models and strategies is needed in the learning process so that the learning process is interesting and the quality of learning increases.
