<p><em>Purpose of </em><em>research</em><em> to improve the quality of </em><em>C</em><em>ivic </em><em>Education </em><em>Instructional Quality Throught  </em><em>Make a Match</em><em>  Model Assisted </em><em>Picture Card Media</em><em>. </em><em>Research design</em><em> </em><em>used</em><em> </em><em>classroom action research</em><em>, it</em><em> </em><em>conducted</em><em> </em><em>of</em><em> </em><em>three</em><em> cycles with four stages</em><em>:</em><em> </em><em>planning</em><em>,</em><em> running,</em><em> </em><em>observ</em><em>ing</em><em>, and reflecti</em><em>ng</em><em>. The techniques data collection used </em><em>observation, </em><em>test</em><em>, documentation, interview and field notes</em><em>. The techniques of data analized used Qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The research findings showed: (1) the </em><em>skill</em><em> of teacher improved in every cycle. In cycle I, the score was </em><em>28</em><em> with good criteria. In cycle II, the score was </em><em>32</em><em> with good criteria. In cycle III, the score was </em><em>35</em><em> with very good criteria, (2) Students activity showed improvement in every cycle. In cycle I, the score was </em><em>21,7</em><em> with </em><em>enough</em><em> criteria In cycle II, the score was </em><em>25,13</em><em> with good criteria. In cycle III, the score was </em><em>28,21</em><em> with good criteria, (3) Students learning </em><em>outcome</em><em> showed improvement in every cycle with classical comprehension in cycle I </em><em>63</em><em>%, cycle II 76</em><em>,32</em><em>%, and cycle III 86</em><em>,84</em><em>%. Conclusion of the research is </em><em>make a match</em><em>  Model Assisted </em><em>Picture Card Media</em><em> can improve the quality of civic </em><em>education </em><em>instructional.</em></p>

This study aims to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of Social Studies students in grade IV SDI Watujara Ende. This research includes Classroom Action Research (CAR) by applying two cycles. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires, tests, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the carousel feedback learning model can improve motivation and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of students' motivation to achieve high and very high categories, which is 75% in the first cycle to 83% in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes have also increased, seen from the percentage of classical completeness that is 75% in the first cycle to 92% in the second cycle. Conclusions, that after applying carousel feedback learning can increase motivation and social studies learning outcomes of students. Keywords: Carousel Feedback, Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Development research is research that produces a new product, in the form of concepts, theories, models, methods, strategies, and media in a learning process. The product is expected to provide benefits both theoretically and practically in improving the quality of learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the card-based learning model with constructivist approaches in improving learning outcomes and learning activeness. The study used an experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design with descriptive qualitative and quantitative narrative approaches. Procedural development model consisting of; potential and problems, data collection, productdesign, validation and revision, testing and final products. Data collection techniques and instruments used observation and test techniques with observation sheet instruments and question exercises (pretest-posttest). Analysis of qualitative and quantitative descriptive narrative data. The results of data analysis found 40% of students with a difference in learning outcomes after actions above 10 points, 46.66% difference in learning outcomes below 10 points, 6.66% stagnant, and 6.66% decreased. While the activeness of learning before the action is 33.33% and 66.66% after the action. This means that learning outcomes and activeness increase significantly from  the previous condition. So it can be concluded that the card-based learning model witha constructivist approach can improve learning outcomes and student learningactiveness.

The purpose of this reseach is to increase the students’ participation and learning result of Class VIII.c SMP Negeri 23 Simbang on IPS subjects. This type of research was a classroom action research. Data collection techniques used students' participant observation sheets, evaluation of learning outcomes, documentation, and field notes. The research was hold in 2 cycles with the main subject was population. Each cycle included four stages: (i) planning (ii) implementation of action (iii) observation (iv) reflection. Data were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that the students’ participations had increased classically from the beginning of the cycle I until the end of cycle II, ranging from 50% to 80.8% passed the the criteria of 75% as the high category that had been  established. While the students’ learning result classically also increased from 57.7% at the beginning of the first cycle to 84.6% at the end of cycle II,it means that the result has passed the classical learning completion that was defined by 80% as the high category. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Make a Match learning model can improve the students’ participation and learning result of class VIII.c SMP Negeri 23 Simbang on Social Studies subjects.Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas VIII.c SMP Negeri 23 Simbang pada mata pelajaran IPS. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi partisipasi peserta didik, lembar evaluasi hasil belajar, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus dengan materi pokok kependudukan. Setiap siklus meliputi 4 tahap: (i) perencanaan (ii) pelaksanaan tindakan (iii) observasi (iv) refleksi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan partisipasi peserta didik secara klasikal diawal siklus I sampai diakhir siklus II mengalami peningkatan, mulai dari angka 50% sampai dengan 80,8% melewati syarat keberhasilan yang ditetapkan yaitu 75% dengan kategori tinggi. Sedangkan hasil belajar  peserta didik secara klasikal juga mengalami peningkatan dari angka 57,7% diawal siklus I menjadi 84,6% diakhir siklus II, artinya sudah melewati syarat ketuntasan belajar klasikal yang ditetapkan yaitu 80% dengan kategori tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Make a Match dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII.c SMP Negeri 23 Simbang pada mata pelajaran IPS.

This study aimed to describe the improvement of the quality of the report writing learning process and the improvement of students’ report writing skills through the contextual approach. This study was an action research study employing John Elliott’s model consisting of two cycles. The subjects were Year VIII E studentsof SMP Negeri 1 Juwana. The data were collected through tests, observations, field notes, and interviews and were analyzed by means of the qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that: (1) the learning of report writing was better than that conducted before; (2) students’ writing skills at the end of Cycle II (9.03) were better (mean = 9.03) than those before the action (mean = 7.71). Therefore, it was concluded that the application of CTL was capable of improving the quality of the report writing learning and the report writing skills of Year VIII Estudents of SMP Negeri 1 Juwana.

Currently some areas of Indonesia are being developed Badan Usaha Milik Petani (BUMP) as a form of institutional agribusiness, especially in the central area of rice production. Karawang regency is one of the regions in Indonesia who have great potential in rice production. BUMP PT Padi Energi Proklamasi is one that stands in the Karawang regency, West Java. This research aims to identify environmental external factors into opportunities and threats as well as the company's internal environmental factors that the company's strengths and weaknesses, formulate alternative strategies that the company can run according to environmental conditions and analyze the company's strategic priorities that can be run by enterprises in accordance with the company's environmental conditions. Data analysis was carried out qualitative and quantitative descriptive with EFE matrix-IFE, IE Matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM. EFE matrix evaluation results in a score of 3.148 indicates that the BUMP PT Padi Energi Proklamasi respond both opportunities and threats that exist in the industry well. Based on the matrix IFE total weighted score is 3.684. The results obtained from processing QSPM priority strategies that can be run by BUMP PT Padi Energi Proklamasi is improving the quality of services to members through the existing facilities and infrastructure as well as government policies and others who support the business with the highest value that is equal to TAS 7.147. Resumo: O estudo objetivou verificar o atendimento prestado pela equipe de enfermagem durante o trabalho de parto e parto. Optou-se pelo método quantitativo, descritivo, transversal e prospectivo. A coleta de dados foi realizada no período de maio a junho de 2011, abrangendo uma amostra de 30 puérperas de parto normal. Os resultados evidenciam que algumas atividades ainda estão em discordância com o que é recomendado pelo Programa de Humanização. This research aims to improve the thematic learning outcomes of grade 1 students of SDN Salatiga 05 by implementing the Make a Match model based on scientific. Type of this research is class action research with Stringer model includes look, think and act. Data collection instruments used formative tests, observation, and field notes. Analysis techniques using comparative descriptive. The subjects of research were students of grade 1 SDN Salatiga 05. The results of the study found an increase in the percentage of the students learning activities in the first cycle of 79,35% and the second cycle increased to 84,71%. Students activities increased have an impact on thematic learning outcomes completeness shown in the first cycle of 71%, and increased to 86% in the second cycle. Based on these results, the Make a Match model based on scientific can improve students thematic learning outcomes.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the low student storytelling skills. This study aims to describe storytelling skills using discovery learning and pop up book media models. This research technique uses classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles and used the research design of Kemmis & McTaggart. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research conducted at Purbadana 2 Elementary School showed that learning using discovery learning assisted with pop up book media went well. The results of the knowledge skills in the first cycle reached an average of 3.1 with a percentage of completeness of 46%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were still included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle, the average was 3.9 with a percentage of completeness of 84%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were included in the criteria of good. Based on the results of the study, the application of the discovery learning learning model assisted by pop up book media can improve the skills of the fourth grade students in Purbadana 2 Elementary School.

The result or outcome of an entity for its deliberate operational success is the outcome or outcome of an institution with regard to the desired objectives and targets. Operational output the study utilizes the analytical data collection process. For analysis, though, it will use both primary and secondary information. The main statistics is information that the author gathers through surveys or questionnaires and the secondary data is the data collected from prior studies and research. The study examined the effect of change management on the quality of workers, taking into account many factors such as ethics, productivity, morale and interaction among others. The research findings have shown that the greater the integrity of workers and the better the interaction, the higher the productivity and the lower the attrition. The study analyzed the impact of change management on employees’ performance, taking into account many factors such as organizational ethics, recruitment, morale and interaction. The research results demonstrate that the higher the moral and communication standards of employees are at work, the greater the retention and the lower the turnover.

Human resource management is oriented to optimizing a working system in an organization. Kindergarten teacher development management is needed to meet the qualifications so that all teachers are able to have competence in the field of early childhood education so as to improve the quality of educational institutions, Early childhood is a golden age or golden age, so in learning kindergarten teachers do not only act as a conveyer of information to students However, teachers are required to have the ability and understand the uniqueness of each student in order to help them in various difficulties in developing creativity and learning. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of Miles and Huberman's model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding become the data analysis techniques in this study. The research findings show that teacher development at TK IT Nur Al Izhar is done by coaching, counseling, mentoring, motivating, and empowering through; 1) professional training, 2) collective activities of teachers such as Clusters, IGTKI, KKG, and PGRI, 3) participation in scientific forums in the form of technical guidance, workshops, seminars, 4) mentoring the learning process.
