<p><em>The term suburban school emerged as a result of the polarization between schools located in cities and suburban areas. Negative stigma is often attached to suburban schools, with all their limitations.Therefore, the skills of the principal as a leader are highly demanded in school administration in order to create a golden generation in 2045. The eight values of Astha Brata's leadership are ideal values that must be possessed by a leader. The actualization of Astha Brata's leadership values by the principal in suburban schools is absolutely necessary, because of the peculiarities of the problem. This study describes the form of actualization of Astha Brata's values on the leadership management of the principal at a suburban school in Central Aceh. Data collection techniques come from written sources such as books, as well as scientific articles, as well as photos from documentation of school activities. The form of actualization is analyzed based on the problem and the solution to the problem is proven by school documentation in the form of photographs, so that an overview of the actualization of the value of Astha Brata's leadership in the leadership management of school principals in suburban schools can be comprehensively summarized.</em></p>

The purpose of this research is to find out; (1) leadership management of school principals with entrepreneurial competence, (2) barriers to conducting leadership management of entrepreneurial competent principals, (3) solutions in overcoming obstacles. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at the Al Falah Gedongan Baki Sukoharjo Foundation, May-June 2021. Research subjects: Principals and Al Falah Foundation. Informants : (1) employees (2) committee (3) guardians (4) students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses triangulation with the source. Data analysis techniques using interactive methods include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study; (1) The leadership management of school principals with entrepreneurial competence at the Al Falah Foundation; The ability to create effective, efficient, and unique schools is carried out through innovative management. One-roof schools that are managed starting from KB, Kindergarten, MI/SD, MTs/SMP, MA/SMA and Pondok. Excellent school activity programs and expertise such as Tahsin and Tahfidz, memorizing prayers and dhikr, memorizing selected verses and hadith, muhadaroh (speech), Arabic, Computer (IT), English and character culture. (2); There are still teachers who are not yet optimal in doing entrepreneurship, and it is still impressed that there is a frequency of delays for teachers in following technological developments, being less active in developing their potential. (3) Solutions; Cooperating with various parties including BMT financial institutions, providing motivation to educators to become entrepreneurs; conduct regular coaching with regard to entrepreneurial insight; conduct a screening on the experience of developing work.

The purpose of this study is to know : (1). entrepreneurship competencies of the principal of SD Muhammadiyah Kleco 2 Kotagede Yogyakarta. (2). programs that carried out by school principals in developing school potential, and (3) the competence of principals increases school independence. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Conclusions are drawn in a variety of extrapolations based on the reliability of research findings. While the validity of the data is carried out in terms of credibility, transferability, and confirmation. The results of the study are as follows (1). The principal of the Muhammadiyah Kleco 2 Elementary School has good entrepreneurial competence, as evidenced by (a). innovations made. (b). work hard to achieve school success. (c). strong motivation for success. (d). always looking for the best solution in facing obstacles faced by schools. (e). The principal has an entrepreneurial instinct in managing school activities as a source of learning for students (2). Able to plan and run school programs and develop school potential. (3). Able to increase school independence.

Jalaris Aboriginal Corporation in Western Australia was established in 1994 to look after the needs of an Aboriginal community. The organisation's most recent project is the ‘Kids Future Club’, an after-school activities program. Jalaris has a history of evaluating their work using a participatory action research approach, but decided to approach evaluation of the Kids Future Club in a slightly different way. This article discusses the reasons for the changed approach, the efforts made to develop culturally appropriate tools for data collection, and the challenges encountered in undertaking evaluation of outcomes for individual children in the context of Jalaris and their Aboriginal community. The tensions between ethical approaches to working within the Aboriginal kinship network and undertaking evaluation that required detailed observation and data collection of individuals proved to be irreconcilable for Jalaris. Lessons learnt from this evaluation process may inform future efforts to evaluate Aboriginal community initiatives.

This study reveals the correlations between high diploma student’s perceptions of the level of organisational justice exhibited by Jordanian school principals and their own level of organisational commitment. To achieve these objectives, the researchers employed a descriptive correlation design. A 44-item questionnaire comprising four fields was administered to a sample of (354) high diploma students working as teachers in (15) public schools. The results show there is evidence of perceived justice and a high level of commitment among teachers; additionally, it identified a strong connection between teachers’ commitment and all aspects of organisational justice. These findings have implications for Jordanian school administration; accordingly, the researchers propose relevant recommendations for further investigation.   Keywords: organisational justice (OJ); organisational commitment (OC); high diploma.

This study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers Perspectives in the Directorate of Education in the Zarqa Region study sample consisted of (72) male teachers and (88) female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study,  The descriptive approach was used a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection; The result showed that the level of the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers was High with (3.71) score the stander of planning gets the highest score with (4.85) degree then the stander of implementation the lesson was also high with (3.83) score finally the stander of the evaluation was moderate with (3.56) score The finding also showed there are no statistically significant differences between the level of Islamic Education teachers sex (male and female) in addition there were statistically significant differences refers to years of experience in favor of the five and less. - In light of these results, there are a set of recommendations and suggestions to maintain quality standards in teaching and to improve evaluation quality in Zarqa School and in the whole of the kingdom of Jordan and Arab countries.

 Penelitian ini berjudul “Seni Bordir Tasikmalaya dalam Konstelasi Estetik dan Identitas”. Penelitian ini mengkaji seni bordir Tasikmalaya dilihat dari aspek estetik dan identitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-analitik. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah survei ke lapangan melalui wawancara, pengamatan secara langsung, dan pengambilan sumber-sumber tertulis dari masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data lapangan melalui participant observation sebagai data primer dan sumber kepustakan sebagai data sekunder. Objek penelitian ini adalah kerajinan bordir di Tasikmalaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa latar kultural yang mengawali lahir dan berkembangnya kerajinan bordir Tasikmalaya adalah kondisi kultural Tasikmalaya yang identik dengan aspek religi. Perkembangan kerajinan bordir Tasikmalaya telah mengalami perluasan ke arah dimensi pemaknaan, tujuan, hingga pengaruh estetika modern, pada masanya nanti telah berpengaruh pada adanya bauran estetik antara estetika tradisional dan estetika modern.This study entitled "Tasikmalaya Embroidery Art in Estetic Constelation and Identity". This study reviewed Tasikmalaya embroidery art from the aspects of aesthetic and identity. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytic method. Data collection techniques in this study is a survey of the field through interviews, direct observations, and taking written sources from the community and local government.The object of this study is embroidery in Tasikmalaya.The results obtained from this study is that the cultural background that started the birth embroidery cultural conditions of Tasikmalaya is identical with the religious aspect. Tasikmalaya embroidery developments have expanded toward the dimension of meaning, purpose, to the influence of modern aesthetics, in his time later have an effect on their aesthetic mix between traditional aesthetics and modern aesthetics.

This article is motivated by the results of research on how children's independence in PAUD Alam Minangkabau. Independence is one aspect of human personality that cannot stand alone, this means that independence is related to other aspects of personality such as social aspects, emotional aspects, physical and psychological aspects. The purpose of this study is to describe how the independence of children in PAUD Alam Minangkabau. Data collection techniques used are the format of observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations focused on children and interviews were conducted with school principals and teachers on how to instill independence. From the results of this study, it is illustrated that almost all children have good independence where independence has been well developed through the collaboration of parents and teachers in the development of children's independence. With the existence of such cooperation the development of independence can be carried out maximally. Seen when the child can be left by parents at school and do various activities for him without having to be helped by teachers or other adult.

This article reports on the use of a visual methods approach to collecting and analysing data in relation to the area of leadership curriculum development. The focus of the study is the structure of the current leadership curriculum for the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) in England. In particular, the authors explore the extent to which a visual method of data collection enhances their understanding of underlying structures of the NPQs, and the extent to which they can adopt findings from the study to influence the planning and preparation of future programmes. Participants in the study volunteered to attend an international conference workshop on leadership, management and administration. This was the forum for data collection. Purposive sampling ensured a prior knowledge of the theoretical framework underpinning our work and objectivity in that none of the participants were involved in the delivery of NPQ programmes in England. Findings suggest that the current NPQ programme structure lacks the flexibility required in order to provide a meaningful professional development experience. In relation to the theoretical underpinnings of this study, findings also highlight areas to be addressed when undertaking new NPQ programme development and delivery.


ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الإدارات المدرسية بمدارس المرحلة الأساسية بمحافظة غزة للانضباط الذاتي وعلاقته بمستوى إدراك المعلمين لمفهوم النظام المدرسي. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، مستخدمة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من قبل عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في معلمي مدارس المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا التابعة لوكالة الغوث بمحافظة غزة والبالغ عددهم (250) معلم ومعلمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإدارات المدرسية في المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا التابعة لوكالة الغوث بمحافظة غزة يمارسون مبادئ الانضباط الذاتي في سلوكهم وأعمالهم بنسبة (68.56). كما بينت النتائج أن معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي يدركون مفهوم النظام المدرسي بدرجة كبيرة وبنسبة(78.68). وأن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين الانضباط الذاتي الذي تمارسه إدارة المدرسة وإدراك المعلمين لمفهوم النظام. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة الإدارات المدرسية بمدارس المرحلة الأساسية التابعة لوكالة الغوث بمحافظة غزة للانضباط الذاتي تعزى لمتغيرات ( الجنس – سنوات الخدمة ). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام إدارة المدرسة بتوفير البنية الأساسية المناسبة للانضباط الذاتي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الانضباط الذاتي – الإدارة المدرسية- مفهوم النظام المدرسي- المرحلة الأساسية. Abstract The study aims to identify the degree of practice of self-discipline by school principals in the primary stage schools in Gaza Governorate and its relationship with the level of teachers’ awareness of the concept of the School discipline. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method, using the questionnaire as a data collection tool by the study sample represented by(250) of teachers of the basic elementary schools of UNRWA in Gaza Governorate. The study concluded that the the school administrations in the primary stage schools of UNRWA in Gaza Governorate are practicing self discipline in their behavior and work. the average weight was(78.68). The results also showed that the teachers of the basic education stage are very familiar with the concept of the School system. And that there is a positive correlation between self-discipline practiced by the school administration and teachers’ perception of the concept of the School system. There are no statistically significant differences between the average of the sample of the sample of the study of the degree of the practice of the school departments in the elementary schools of UNRWA in Gaza Governorate for self-discipline due to the variables(gender – years of service). The study recommended that the school administration provide adequate infrastructure for self-discipline. ABSTRACTThis research discussed the form and meaning of the Canthang Balung kris in the Grebeg Mulud ceremony at the Kasunanan Palace in Surakarta. The method of this research was a descriptive qualitative research. The datum were obtainned through interviews with primary informants from the Surakarta Palace, written sources in the form of reference books, photos, and videos. In order to obtain the expected data, researcher used data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, library research and documentation. The process of data analysis was completed into several steps, those are data collection, data analysis, data display and conclusions. From the results of the study it was concluded that the existence of the Canthang Balung kris was not only used to be a prerequisite instrument in the Grebeg Mulud ceremony at the Kasunanan Palace in Surakarta but also as  a cultural product in which had full of symbolic meaning and a mystical, sacred, and beautiful values derived from traditional roots based on Javanese religion, cosmology and mythology. Canthang Balung kris contained the teachings / philosopy of ethics and beauty in the form of visual appearance and life symbols which can lead humans to perfection and the real identity. The form on the Canthang Balung kris became a media for the expression of religious and aesthetics. It was to communicate noble teachings so that they could be understood and grasped by their supporting communities. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Data-data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan narasumber primer dari Keraton Surakarta, sumber tertulis berupa buku referensi, foto dan video. Untuk memperoleh data yang diinginkan, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka dan pendokumentasian. Proses analisis data melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data, analisis data, sajian data serta kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa keberadaan keris Canthang Balung selain sebagai kelengkapan dalam upacara Grebeg Mulud di Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta juga merupakan produk budaya yang di dalamnya sarat dengan makna simbolis serta memiliki muatan nilai yang bersifat mistis atau sakral, spiritual dan indah bersumber dari akar tradisi yang berpijak pada religi, kosmologi dan mitologi Jawa. Dalam keris Canthang Balung juga termuat ajaran etika dan keindahan berupa penampilan visual dan simbol pandangan hidup yang dapat menuntun manusia menuju kesempurnaan dan jati diri yang sejati. Bentuk pada keris Canthang Balung menjadi wadah pengungkapan ekspresi yang bersifat religius dan estetis, yakni sebagai sarana untuk mengkomunikasikan ajaran-ajaran luhur sehingga dapat dipahami dan ditangkap maksudnya oleh masyarakat pendukungnya. Makna simbolis tersebut dapat ditafsirkan antara lain sebagai berikut: keselamatan, ketentraman, keharmonisan, dan kesuburan. Kata Kunci: Keris, Canthang Balung, bentuk dan makna
