This study aims to describe language errors made by the Klaten police officers when giving speeches. The method used in this study is qualitative. The data collection technique used is refer to and record. The data analysis method used is the Agih method. Data analysis techniques use extending techniques and reading merkah techniques. The results of this study were (1) phonological errors 5. (2) spelling field errors 1. (3) morphological errors, 1 pleonasms, and 9 prepositions. (4) syntax errors, 6 word waste errors, 6 repetition errors and 1 sentence ineffectiveness. (5) sociolinguistic errors, 3 code switching errors.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

Fenomena kedwibahasaan dapat ditemukan dalam drama “Pak Bhabin” produksi Polisi Motret. Drama “Pak Bhabin” tersebut merupakan drama berbahasa Jawa, tetapi terkadang terdapat sisipan kata berbahasa Indonesia. Hal ini merupakan gejala campur kode. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji wujud campur kode kata berbahasa Indonesia dalam drama “Pak Bhabin”. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Adapun metode analisis data menggunakan metode agih dengan teknik lesap dan teknik ganti. Peneliti menyimak tayangan drama “Pak Bhabin” di kanal YouTube Polisi Motret yang tayang pada tahun 2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan penyisipan kata berbahasa Indonesia dengan jenis 1) kata benda yang utuh, misalnya: jalan, pakaian, dan sangkar; serta penyisipan campuran, misalnya: uange, cita-citane, dan cobaane; 2) kata kerja yang utuh, misalnya: ulangi, mengkhianati, dan percaya; serta penyisipan campuran, misalnya: nglempar-lempar; 3) kata keadaan, antara lain: bawel, rajin, dan cengeng. Bilingual phenomenon can be found in the drama "Pak Bhabin" produced by the Motret Police. Pak Bhabin is a drama spoken in Javanese, but sometimes inserted by Indonesian words. This is a symptom of code mixing. The purpose of this research is to examine the code mixing used in Pak Bhabin drama. The data collection technique used was the observation and note-taking technique. The data analysis method used was the agih method with delesion techniques and substitution techniques. The researcher watched the "Pak Bhabin" program on the Motret Police YouTube channel which aired in 2019. Based on the results of the study, there are insertion of Indonesian words with type 1) complete nouns, for example: jalan, pakaian, and sangkar; as well as the insertion of mixtures, for example: uange, cita-citane, and cobaane; 2) complete verbs, for example: ulangi, mengkhianati, and percaya; as well as the insertion of mixtures, for example: nglempar-lempar; 3) adjective, among others: bawel, rajin, and cengeng.

This research intends to describe the types of deviations contained in the collection of poems Calligrammes by Guillaume Apollinaire. The approach used is a qualitative approach with content analysis method. The data collection technique used is Miles and Huberman. The theory used as the main reference is the deviation theory according to Geoffrey N. Leech which divides the deviation into eight types, namely lexical deviation, phonological deviation, grammatical deviation which includes morphological and syntactic, graphological deviation, semantic deviation, dialectal deviation, deviation of register, and deviation of historical period. The result of data analysis from 7 poems found 5 out of 8 types of deviation which are diffused in each poem, including 24 semantic deviations, 18 graphological deviations, 4 deviations of register, 3 syntactic deviations and 2 lexical deviations. While the types of phonological deviation, morphological deviation, dialectal deviation, and deviation of historical period are not found in any of the data in this collection of poems Calligrammes.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi citra perempuan pada kumpulan puisi Milk and Honey karya Rupi Kaur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan kritik sastra feminisme. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simak catat. Sedangkan tahapan penelitian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data. Citra perempuan diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga aspek, yaitu fisik, psikis, dan sosial. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa citra perempuan tidak hanya memberikan gambaran mengenai tingkah laku, mental, dan sosial perempuan, tetapi juga memperlihatkan gambaran mengenai berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi perempuan di dalam masyarakat patriarki. The purpose of this study was to describe and identify the image of women in the collection of poetry Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur. The research method used is a qualitative method using feminist literary criticism. The data collection technique was carried out using the note-taking technique. While the data research stages are carried out using data analysis techniques. The image of women is classified into three aspects, namely physical, psychological, and social. The results of the research and discussion show that the image of women not only provides an overview of women's behavior, mental and social, but also shows an overview of the various problems faced by women in a patriarchal society.

This study aims to describe the style of language used by the novel Tanah Langit Merah and the Comet novel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data collection technique is the documentation technique. Data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Novel Comet contains a comparative language style of 109 citations, contrasting 39 quotations, linking 31 quotations, and repeating 10 quotations. (2) The novel Tanah Langit Merah contains comparative language styles, 97 parable parables, 117 metaphor quotations, 25 personification quotations, and 1 quote antithesis. (3) antagonism, hyperbole 74 citations, oxymoron 6 quotations, sarcasm 24 quotations, satire 15 quotations, paradox 10 quotations. (4) linkages, 8 excerpt metonemicals, 3 excerpts euphemisms, and 15 citation elepsis. (5) iteration, alliteration of 11 citations, anaphora 4 quotations, and efficiency of 2 quotations. The problem in this thesis is figurative language in Shakespeare's poetry. The reason for choosing the figurative language in William Shakespeare's poetry is because all of his works contain many literary qualities, which are figurative and each of these poems has a beautiful story that is translated into a beautiful figurative form.The purpose of this study is to analyze types of figurative language, figurative language formulas, and figurative language functions in Shakespeare's poetry. In this writing, library research is taken as a data collection method. As for the data analysis method, the researcher describes literary work as a not-based structure that forms it as an internal factor of literature. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques to find data relevant to the research. In data analysis techniques, the author uses a formalist approach, all elements needed to understand the work contained in the work itself. The main purpose for formalist criticism is to determine how elements in Shakespeare's poetry work together with text content to form meaning to the reader.The findings in this thesis are: 1) figurative language in Shakespeare's poetry can be divided into simile, metaphor, hyperbole, personification, and repetition. Simile can be found in Madrigal poetry; Metaphorical figurative languages ​​can be found in four Shakespearean poems, A Fairy Song, Song Bridal, Dirge, and Sonnet 116; personification can be found in two poems Shakespeare, A Madrigal and Dirge; hyperbole can be seen A Fairy Song, Dirge, and Sonnet 116; and Repetition can be seen in three poems of Shakespeare, A Fairy Song, A Madrigal, and Dirge.

The current phenomenon in the education system only emphasizes cognitive abilities. In connection with this, the researchers conducted research by developing the creativity of children in the 3-4 year age group at PPT Madani. The purpose of this study is to increase the creativity of students using POPING (banana tree) media.The type of research used was the design of Kemmis and Mc Taggart and carried out in two cycles. The data collection technique used was observation to determine the fluency and originality aspects and interviews to find out flexibility and elaboration. Data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative descriptive and quantitative description of percentages.The improvement results are shown in cycle I and cycle II are known to increase from 50% to 85%. It can be concluded that students' creativity in making toys from POPING (banana tree) is very high. Keywords: creativity, POPING (banana tree)

The purpose of this study is to get a picture of the application of environmental media in the development of child study at kindergarten. The kind of research used in this study is qualitative. The object of research used in this study is the teachers of group B, children, and the principal of the elementary school. The data-collection technique used was observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are the reduction of data, the presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Research indicates that practices use the environmental media of natural and artificial environments to develop a child's interest in learning with Expressed interest (a verbal expression expressed whether a child likes or dislikes an object), Manifest interest (interest expressed by actions or actions in which the child participates in an activity and the child participates in activities), tested interest (interest expressed from the child's knowledge or skill test conclusion in an activity), and interest inventoried (interest measured in answering questions given).

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance.
