Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang hubungan asertivitas dan motivasi dengan keterampilan manajemen waktu dalam penyusunan skripsi pada mahasiswa akhir. Terdapat mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang masih belum lulus dalam 4 tahun salah satunya kurangnya mengatur waktu dalam  menyusun skripsi, hal itu disebabkan karena kurangnya ketegasan diri dan motivasi dalam diri. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa fakultas teknik di Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 177 responden. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling. Uji hipotesis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi koefisien product moment dengan 2 hasil yang disimpulkan >  dari assertivitas dengan keterampilan manajemen waktu yaitu sebesar 0,274 > 0,143 dan >  dari motivasi dengan keterampilan manajemen waktu yaitu sebesar 0,455 > 0,143. Hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh >  yaitu 6,74 > 1,65 dari variabel assertivitas dengan keterampilan manajemen waktu dan >  yaitu 3,64 > 1,65 dari variabel motivasi dengan keterampilan manajemen waktu, hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif dan hubungan yang signifikan antara assertivitas dan motivasi dengan keterampilan manajemen waktu. Assertivitas dan motivasi memberikan sumbangan efektif masing-masing dengan keterampilan manajemen waktu sebesar 21,3% dari assertivitas dan 32,9% dari motivasi sedangkan sisanya 45,8% ditentukan factor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci: assertivitas, keterampilan manajemen waktu, motivasi, penyusunan skripsi   The Relationship of Asertivity and Motivation with Time Management Skills in Undergraduate Thesis Preparation Abstract This study aims to obtain a description of the relationship between assertiveness and motivation with time management skills in thesis preparation for college. The students are from the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The researcher is not graduated yet in 4 years, one of which is the lack of time management in preparing an undergraduate thesis, it is caused by a lack of self-determination and motivation. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. This type of research is associative quantitative. The population in this study were 317 student respondents at the end of 2013 and 2014 at the Faculty of Engineering with a total sample of 177 respondents. Data collection techniques using probability sampling is simple random sampling. The prerequisite test in this study uses the liliefors for the normality test and the linearity regression test. The results show that the data are normally distributed and linear. Hypothesis test data used is the product-moment correlation coefficient with 2 results concluded >   from assertivity with time management skills that is equal to 0,274 > 0,143 and  > from support with management by 0,455 > 0,143. T test results with a significance level of 0,05 obtained > is 6,74 > 1,65 from the assertivity variable with time management skills and >   is 3,64 > 1,65 from the help variable with management skills time, these results explain the positive relationship and the significant relationship between assertiveness and motivation with time management skills. Assertive and motivation contribute each with time management skills of 21,3% of assertive and 32,9% of motivation while receiving 45,8% are determined by factors not examined.   Keywords: assertive, motivation, thesis preparation, time management skills

This research aims to determine of the relationship between motivation being a teacher and the value of PKM students teaching skills. In this research using quantitative approach with descriptive-correlative method. The population and sample in this research is the students in Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The technique of data collection is hypothesis test, t-test with previously performed prerequisite analysis test: normality test and linearity test.The calculation  results shows that hypothesis test with significance level of 5% obtained rcount = 0,4685 and rtable = 0,230 rcalculated > rtable then the value that of tcalculated = 4,04652 and ttabel = 1,998 which tcalculated > ttabel  then its shows that there is positive and significant relationship between motivation being a teacher and the value of PKM students teaching skills. This research contributes to the world of education about the relationship between motivation being a teacher and the value of PKM students teaching skills and being a reference material for the next research, so the learning that gives is able to encourage or increase motivation being a teacher for students. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi menjadi guru dengan nilai keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PKM. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Univeristas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dan uji-t yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh nilai rhitung = 0,4685 dan nilai rtabel = 0,230, kemudian nilai thitung sebesar = 4,04652 dan nilai ttabel sebesar = 1,998 dimana thitung  >  ttabel  maka menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi menjadi guru dengan nilai keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PKM. Penelitiam ini memberikan kontribusi pada dunia pendidikan mengenai hubungan antara motivasi menjadi guru dengan nilai keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PKM dan menjadi bahan referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya, sehingga pembelajaran yang diberikan mampu mendorong atau meningkatkan motivasi menjadi guru pada mahasiswa.

The purposed to find out the relationship between the knowledge about implant and implant contraceptive used of acceptors at BPS Farohah Gresik. Implant is one of hormone contraceptive methode with high effectiveness. But, know fact that there were acceptors refused to use implant. The caused factor is the less off acceptors knowledge about implant. Therefore, this research was purposed to find out the relationship between the knowledge about implant and implant contraceptive used of acceptors at BPS Farohah Gresik. The type of this research was analytic by cross sectional methode. The population involved 42 acceptors of hormonal contraceptive who attended on June at BPS Farohah Gresik. 38 respondents were taken as the samples using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was knowledge where as, the dependent one was the used of implant. Questionnaires was used to collect the data. Analyzed by using MannWhitney test with the significance level α = 0,05. The result of this research showed that most of respondents (60,5%) had less knowledge and almost all respondents (89,5%) did not use implant. Furthermore, the statistic test has obtarned p = 0,039 < α = 0,05. So H0 was refused that there was a relationship between knowledge about implant and the used of implant contraceptive at BPS Farohah Gresik. The research concluded that the less of acceptors knowledge about implant. The used of this contraceptive is vower. Hence, the health workers should improve the counselling and implant extension to people.

Indonesia is currently experiencing many problems, the trigger is the COVID-19 outbreak so that many workers have been laid off and cause poverty. The effort made to solve this is to increase student resources who are interested in entrepreneurship. In the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang, there are lessons that support interest in entrepreneurship, namely the Industrial Field Experience Course (PLI). This research will look for the influence of PLI on Entrepreneurial Interest, this is done to see the entrepreneurial values that grow after the implementation of PLI. Correlational descriptive research method with a population of 83 people from the total population taken 33 people for testing, while the 50 people for research, sampling technique (simple random sampling). The results showed that there was a significant influence between variables, 84% of PLI Implementation, 77% Entrepreneurial Interest and the Influence of PLI on Entrepreneurial Interest 28.4%. Indonesia saat ini mengalami banyak permasalahan, pemicunya adalah Wabah COVID-19 sehingga banyak tenaga kerja yang di PHK dan menyebabkan kemiskinan. Usaha yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan ini yaitu meningkatkan Sumber Daya Mahasiswa yang berminat untuk Berwirausaha. Di fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang ada Pembelajaran yang menunjang minat berwirausaha yaitu Mata Kuliah Pengalaman Lapangan Industri (PLI). Pada penelitian ini akan di cari Pengaruh PLI terhadap Minat Berwirausah, ini dilakukan untuk melihat nilai-nilai wirausaha yang tumbuh setelah pelaksanaan PLI. Metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan Populasi sebanyak 83 orang dari jumlah populasi di ambil 33 orang untuk ujicoba, sedangkan yang 50 orang untuk Penelitian, Teknik sampling (simple random sampling). Hasil penelitian adanya pengaruh siknifikan antar variabel, 84% Pelaksanaan PLI, Minat Berwirausaha 77% dan Pengaruh PLI terhadap Minat Berwirausaha 28,4%.

<p class="abstrak"><em>Social media is used to express someone's personal image and connect with anyone. Not only that, many people play social media to display their advantages. So it is undeniable that everyone can compare each other like physical insults or body shaming like social media. This study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of body shaming on Instagram on the trust of female students in the Communication Studies program, State University of Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an explanatory format. The researcher collected data using a questionnaire distributed through a link to 37 respondents, and the sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate an effect of body shaming on Instagram on female students' self-confidence. The regression coefficient value obtained in this study is Y= 22.788 + 0.285X with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the X variable affects the Y variable. Body shaming on Instagram on female students' self-confidence by 6.9% with a shallow category and the rest is influenced by other things outside of this study, such as the psychological component.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p class="abstrak"> </p><p class="abstrak">Media sosial digunakan sebagai wadah untuk mengekspresikan diri dan berhubungan dengan siapapun itu. Tak hanya itu, banyak orang yang memainkan media sosial hanya untuk memajang kelebihannya. Sehingga tak bisa dipungkiri, layaknya media sosial, setiap orang pasti bisa membandingkan satu sama lain seperti penghinaan fisik atau <em>body shaming</em>. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh <em>body shamming</em> di Instagram terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswi di program studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang idigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan format <em>explanatory</em>. Peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui <em>link</em> kepada 37 responden dan Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Teknik <em>simple random sampling</em>. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh <em>body shaming</em> di <em>Instagram</em> terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswi, nilai koefisien regresi yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah Y= 22,788 + 0,285 X dengan tingkat signifikans 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh <em>body shaming</em> di <em>Instagram</em> terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswi sebesar 6,9% dengan kategori sangat rendah dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh hal-hal lain di luar dari penelitian ini, seperti komponen psikologi</p>

AbstrakLatar Belakang: Pada tahun 2012, persentase BBLR di Jawa Tengah sebesar 3,75%, naik menjadi sebesar 5,10% pada tahun 2015, dan kemudian turun menjadi 4,40% pada tahun 2016. Hal serupa juga terjadi di Kota Pekalongan. Namun angka kejadian gizi buruk di Kota Pekalongan mengalami kenaikan. Pada tahun 2015, di Kota Pekalongan ditemukan 29 kasus gizi buruk pada balita, dan menjadi 37 kasus pada tahun 2016. BBLR merupakan growth channels pada pertumbuhan anak. Pertumbuhan ini akan mempengaruhi status gizi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan hubungan berat badan lahir dengan status gizi bayi umur 1-6 bulan berdasarkan indeks BB/U. Metode: Penelitian cross sectional ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Buaran, Kota Pekalongan. Variabel bebasnya adalah berat badan lahir dan variabel terikatnya adalah status gizi bayi umur 1-6 bulan berdasarkan indeks BB/U. Sampel penelitian ini adalah bayi umur 1-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Buaran yang terpilih dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Sampel diambil selama Maret-April 2019 dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penilaian yang dilakukan menggunakan berat badan dan umur untuk menghitung nilai Z-score dari indeks BB/U berdasarkan standar WHO 2005. Penentuan hubungan kedua variabel dengan menggunakan Uji Pearson pada tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil: Sebesar 93,4% bayi memiliki berat badan lahir cukup. Prevalensi status gizi baik pada bayi umur 1-6 bulan berdasarkan BB/U adalah sebesar 92,1%. Berat badan lahir berhubungan dengan status gizi bayi umur 1-6 bulan berdasarkan indeks BB/U (p=0,004). Kesimpulan: Berat badan lahir berhubungan dengan status gizi bayi umur 1-6 bulan berdasarkan indeks BB/U. Abstract Background: In 2012, the percentage of LBW in Central Java was 3.75%, up to 5.10% in 2015, and then rose to 4.40% in 2016. The same thing happened in Pekalongan City. However, the number of malnutrition in Pekalongan City is increasing. In 2015, in Pekalongan City there were 29 cases of underweight in children under five, and 37 cases in 2016. LBW was a channel of growth in the growth of children. This change will improve nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between birth weight and nutritional status of infants aged 1-6 months. Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted in the working area of the Buaran Community Health Center, Pekalongan City. The independent variable is birth weight and the independent variable is the nutritional status of infants aged 1-6 months. The samples of this study were infants aged 1-6 months in the work area of the selected Buaran Health Center and fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Samples were taken during March-April 2019 using a simple random sampling technique. The assessment was carried out using body weight and age to calculate the Z-score from the WAZ index based on the 2005 WHO standard. Determination of the relationship between the two variables using the Pearson Test at the significance level α = 0.05. Results: 93.4% of babies have adequate birth weight. The prevalence of good nutritional status in infants aged 1-6 months based on WAZ is 92.1%. Birth weight is related to the nutritional status of infants aged 1-6 months based on the WAZ index (p = 0.004). Conclusion: Birth weight related to the nutritional status of infants aged 1-6 months based on index WAZ.

Gymnastic is important for health. In fact many people who do not do gymnastic for a variety of the reasons. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between the gymnastic osteoporosis and osteoporosis and osteoporosis in the Surabaya Islamic General Hospital.The design of study was analytic correlational – crosss sectional. The population involved all participant of gymnastic osteoporosis in the Surabaya Islamic General Hospital, totally 55 people, 48 respondents were chosen as the samples by using simple random sampling technique. The independent variabel used in this study was gymnastic osteoporosis and the dependent variabel was the osteoporosis. Questionnaire and bone mass density was used to collect the data which were then analyzed by using Rank Spearman test with the significance level α = 0,05.The resulf of study showed that among 48 respondents almost antirely respondents were (79,2%) Follow exercise according the rules, and most of the respondents (68,8%) osteopenia. Moreover, the result of the statistics test showed that ρ = 0,00 < α = 0,05. So that H0 was rejected which meant that there was a coralation between gymnastic osteoporosis and osteoporosis in the Surabaya Islamic General Hospital.The conclusion is gymnastic beneficial to bone and other health aspec. Gymnastic can be slow the drop of bone mass dencity due to age and increase the general healt, so that decrease osteoporosis.

This Study aims to see the relationship between leadership style and the loyalty of active members of the organization in the tudent Cooperative, Padang State University. This type of research is correlational research. Population on this study included 109 active members and 54 samples using the simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The result of this study was that there was siginificant relationship between the leadership style of the daily administrators and the loyalty of active members of the organization in the Student Cooperative, Padang State University.

This study examines the significance level of teaching factory learning model to the occupational readiness of the students. Using the research design of a quantitative approach with causal comparative, the study included the following variables: teaching factory learning model (X) and occupational readiness (Y).The population consisted of 30 students of the study program of Automotive Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Semarang. They were selected using proportional random sampling technique. The data was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The findings shows the implemetation of teaching factory learning models (X) contributes significantly with the percentage of 22.80% to the occupational-readiness (Y). These results suggest that the implementation of teaching factory in the learning process is strongly recommended for the vocational educators both lecturers and teachers. The implementation can be adjusted to suit the conditions and the learning resources available in the educational institution.

Background: The knowledge and experience sharing of faculty and staff at universities and research institutes with their communities is a key element of success in achieving the organizational goals. Faculty members play a key role in universities. Accordingly, recognizing the importance of this capability in faculty members, this study aimed to investigate the status of knowledge and experience sharing based on the Ajzen model in faculty members at the ShahidBeheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2018. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted with 300 faculty members at the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences using stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. Data was gathered using a researcher created questionnaire and the analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 and LISREL 8.8. Results: The results showed that the significance level of a test for the relationship between knowledge and experience sharing components was less than α = 0.05, and there was a positive and significant correlation between knowledge and experience sharing components in faculty members at the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. Most of the respondents’agreement regarding "knowledge and experience sharing" were related to behavioral control(mean=3.87; SD=0.353), behavior (mean=3.56; SD=0.328), attitude (mean=3.30; SD=0.344)subjective norm (mean=3.16; SD=0.435) and intention (mean=2.76; SD=0.284). Conclusion: This tool can be used by managers and university presidents to manage and translate knowledge in medical sciences universities.
