The product's quality and price are two considerations that consumers weigh before making a purchase. With the Gebug milkfish micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME), as many as 17 businesses in Losari District, Brebes Regency, this study aims to evaluate the impact of product quality and price on customer satisfaction. The participants in this study were 212 Losari District buyers of MSME milkfish products. With a total sample size of 34 consumers, this analysis used the random sampling technique. Quantitative analysis using a survey approach was used in this study. The price variable received a T-count value of 4,196 with a significance value of 0.001 less than 0.05 (0.001 0.05) based on the results of the t-test statistic, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.715, so it can be inferred that the commodity price has a positive impact on buying decisions. The regression coefficient has a negative value of -0.148, and the T-test statistical results of the product quality variable obtained a t-value of -0.748 with a significant value of 0.459 greater than 0.05 (0.459 0.05) that the quality of a commodity has a positive impact on buying decisions. In this research, product quality and price influence buyer decisions for Gebug milkfish in Brebes Regency's Losari District. Since the regression coefficient is negative (-0.148), it can be inferred that product quality positively impacts buying decisions. This research has the purpose to reveal the impact which is caused by religiosity, knowledge and service quality on people's interest in implementing cash waqf. The method used in this research through a survey method. The research population was all the people who had done cash waqf with a total sample of 60 people. The research data used was primary data that gathered through distributing questionnaires to samples or research respondents. The analytical tool used was linear regression, correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results showed that: (1) The regression coefficient of religiosity on interest was -0.062, so the religiosity did not have a positive impact on employee performance. (2) The regression coefficient value of knowledge on interest was 0.265, so the knowledge had a positive impact on interest. (3) The value from service quality regression coefficient on interest was 0.292, so the service quality had a positive impact on interest. (4) The results showed that religiosity, knowledge and services quality simultaneously had an affects on the interest variable.

This study aims to determine the impact of Traditional Market Revitalization on marked trade Revenues (stud at the Traditional Market in Bulubrangsi Village, Laren District, Regency lamongan. The independent variabel sudied was Market Revitalization impact (X). With the dependent variable being Merchant income (Y) at the Traditional Market of the Bulubangsi Village. The population in this study is that all trades of the Bulubrangsi Traditional Market who are regularly selling on the market evry day. The sampling technikue used in this study is Jenu Sampling technique with a total sample of 98 resondents. Based on the results of testing through partial T test Revitalization variable has a significant effect on the income of traditional market trades in the village of Bulubrangsi t count =23,159>t table=0,254 with a signivicant value 0,000<0,05 From these result it can be concluded that Ho is rejected while Ha is acceoted. This shows that the Revitalization carried out in the Bulubrangsi village Tradistional Market is a positive effect on merchant income.

The present study was undertaken to investigate the impact of social networking on self-esteem of higher secondary school students. A total sample of 200 social networking users and non users of higher secondary school students were selected from four higher secondary schools by using simple random sampling technique. Information blank was employed for collecting data for social networking and Coopersmith's self-esteem inventory (1981) was used for measuring the self esteem of higher secondary school students. Statistical techniques such as mean, percentage and t-test were used for data analysis. The findings revealed that there is a positive impact of social networking on self-esteem of higher secondary school students. It was further revealed that the percentage of male social networking users is greater than the female social networking users.

This reasearch is conducted on MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academition and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MSME operated just to fullfil the life necessities. This program aims to improve the competence of entrepreneurship owned by MSME in term of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Increased in the entrepreneurial comptence will have an impact on MSME perfomance both on financial term by the increase in income and non-financial term namely by the increased of the knowledge and skills like simple accounting, managing the production process, how to market the product, and know the procedures for obtaining the venture capital. The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the entrepreneurial competence on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016.Researcher used quantitative research method. This research use sampling technique on non-probability sampling that is saturated sampling because the members of population less than 30 people and the entire population is a sample. Total sample in this research is 20 respondents. Data collecting in this research is done by distributing questionarries to all respondents that is MSME that pariticaped in PUSPA program 2016. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis.The result showed that entrepreneurial competenec affect the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficent of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of entrepreneurial compentence variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 61.7%. While the remaining 38.3 is influenced by other factors such as mentoring, motivation, and human resources.

Background: One of the great challenges facing today’s society is the need to combat overweight and obesity in schoolchildren. This study aimed to analyze the impact of a cycle of didactic talks—given to families by a specialist in pediatrics, a specialist in nutrition and dietetics and a specialist in physical exercise—on childrens’ snack choices and nutrition quality. Methods: A longitudinal, quasi-experimental and quantitative investigation was designed, working with a total sample of 50 students divided into control and experimental groups. The nutritional quality of daily snacks was recorded during the month before and the month after the cycle of talks given by health experts. Results: An increase in the nutritional quality of the snacks was observed in the days after the talk—but, after a week, values returned to normal. Conclusions: The giving of educational talks to promote healthy habits may have a positive impact on the nutritional quality of school snacks in the days immediately following the talks. However, some forgetfulness was detected over time, which reduced the nutritional quality of the snacks once more. For future work, it is recommended that researchers measure the impact produced by giving regular talks.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

Based on the observation of the writer it can be indicated that low level of ability of football player base of SSB SKB MuaraBungo. There are some factors caused this, such as exercise methods, physical conditions, nutritional status and infrastructure facilities. This study  aims to explain the influence of the self-inspection style and the convergent style of the dribbling ability of football. The population in this study is SSB players SKB MuaraBungo (U.13-U.15) which amounted to 75 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 30 samples.Moreover, the data of dribbling soccer capability is taken by the coach and the research team. The test instrument is dribbling test. Data analysis technique using t test. The result of data analysis shows that: 1) there is impact of self-check force toward dribbling ability of player SSB SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,132>ttable 2,145; 2) the impact of convergent style on dribbling ability of SSB players SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,613>ttable 2,145,3 ) self-check style is more effective than convergent style to increase dribbling ability of SSB SKB player with tcount of 7,132>ttable 2,145 for self check style and ttest result 7,613>ttable 2,145 for convergent style, which means there is difference between the two styles.

This research aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, analyze the effect of product quality on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, analyze the effect of brand image on purchase intention to the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, and to analyze the effect of purchase intention on purchase decision to the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball. This research is quantitative research that applies an associative descriptive approach. The research population is the people of Halim Perdanakusuma Village of East Jakarta who once consumed the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball with a total sample of 190 people. The research sampling was carried out using incidental sampling technique. The data collection was performed by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS 2 and SPSS. The analysis results showed that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, the brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, and purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball.

The more intense competition within the similar business as well as happened in the business of making sausages, especially in Denpasar city. PT. Aroma was one of the companies in Denpasar that produces sausages, corned beef, and nuggets. In an effort to attract consumers to buy sausages, companies pay attention to product quality, price, and promotion. The attitude of each consumer varies before buying and in buying products. Consumer considerations in buying the products that need to be considered by marketers, so that products that are marketed can be accepted and would be bought by the consumers. The linear regression line equation: Y = 0.1920 + 0.2145 X1 + 0.2592 X2 + 0.3828 X3 explains that there was a simultaneous positive influence between product quality, price, and promotion on the buying decision of sausage. The result of t-test of regression coefficient obtained t1-count was 3,3628, t2-count was 3,9879 and t3-count was 6,2641 bigger than t-table equal to 1,980 was in rejection region Ho, hence Ho rejected or Hi accepted. It meant it was true, that there was a positive influence simultaneously between the marketing mix and the consumer buying decision.
