This study aims to determine the relationship between interest in working in the industry with industry practice learning achievement (prakerin) in class XI jurusa drawing technique building academic year 2011/2012 SMK Negeri 35 Jakarta. The study lasted for 3 months from August to November 2013.The place of research conducted at SMK Negeri 35 Jakarta. The population in this study were students of class XI academic year 2011/2012 majoring in engineering drawings are 39 people. The method used in this study is a method of filling a questionnaire survey to obtain primary data for the variables X and secondary data from prakerin value for the variable Y, the approach used is correlational approach. Trial questionnaire instrument conducted by 10 respondents majoring in engineering drawing class XI buildings. After the test phase results obtained valid instrument for data collection on a sample, the number of items valid statement after test instruments is 40 statement items.Data analysis techniques starts with finding the simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 93,64 + (- 0,062 X). While testing requirements analysis is to test the normality of the estimated regression error Y over X with Liliefors test produces a maximum of 0,1057 whereas Lcount, Ltable on stage at significance level (α) of 0,05 obtained a value of 0,1418 then obtained Lcount <Ltable or 0,1057 < 0,1418 thus it can be concluded that the estimated regression error Y over X is normally distributed. Linearity of regression test yield of Fcount = 1,45 while the Ftable = 2,72, then the results show that the Fcount < Ftable which means the linear regression, followed by testing the significance of regression produces that (Fcount = 0,789) < (Ftable = 4,11) so the regression by no means. The results of calculations conclude that there is negative relationship between the Interests Working in the Industry Achievement Industry Practice.

This study aims to determine the relation of National Exam Value in junior Mathematics courses with student learning outcomes in Engineering Mechanics Course at class XI majoring in drawing technique building academic year 2013/2014 SMK Negeri 35 Jakarta. The research lasted for 3 months from October to December 2014.The located of research was conducted at SMK Negeri 35 Jakarta. The population in this study were students of class XI academic year 2013/2014 majoring in engineering drawings are 51 people. The method used in this study is a method of ex post facto to obtain primary data for the variables Y and secondary data from National Exam Value for the variable X, the approach used is one shot model to research correlational. Trial questionnaire instrument conducted by 20 respondents majoring in engineering drawing class XI buildings. After the test phase results obtained valid, the number of items valid statement after test instruments is 30 statement items.Data analysis techniques starts with finding the simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 1,78 + 0,73X. While testing requirements analysis is to test the normality of the estimated regression error X over Y with Liliefors test produces a maximum of 0,119 whereas Lcount, Ltable on stage at significance level (α) of 0,05 obtained a value of 0,124 then obtained Lcount < Ltable or 0,119 < 0,124 thus it can be concluded that the estimated regression error X over Y is normally distributed. Significance of correlational test with correlation Product Moment formula the result coefficient correlation maximum 0,94, which means that there is a relationship between independent variable X with the dependent vriable Y. followed by testing the significance of correlation produces that (tcount = 19,29) > (ttable = 1,67) at α=0,05 with dk=49, This buffer is concluded that there is a relationship with the Junior National Exam Value learning outcomes Engineering Mechanics

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of VAT Incentive on the performance of EPZ firms in Kenya.Methodology: This research used correlation research design. Sample size of all the 86 registered EPZs firms was used in this study. Primary data was obtained using questionnaires. Secondary data from the registered firms was collected on; ROA, number and value of jobs and the length of stay of the firms. The study used both descriptive and inferential statistics to conduct data analysis. Results: The results of study revealed that at 5% significance level, VAT incentives had a positive and significant relationship with performance of EPZ firms measured using ROA. The results further revealed that at 5% significance level, VAT incentives were found to have positive and significant relationship with performance of EPZ firms measured using the number of total jobs created in Kenya. The results also revealed that at 5% significance level, VAT incentives were found to have positive and significant relationship with performance of EPZ firms measured using the number of years in operationUnique contribution to theory, practice and policy Based on the study findings, it was recommended that the government should reconsider its VAT policy by encouraging more VAT rebates to firms in order to boost their productivity and increase the volume of exports. The study also recommends that the government should introduce a strong monitoring unit to oversee the administration of tax incentives. Government should equally pay attention to the issue of security and infrastructure which are basic in order to maximize the benefits of tax incentives.
