This study aims to determine the effect of self-esteem to buying intention a fake football jersey of adolescents in Bogor city. The subject of this study is amounted to 70 respondents. The sample character of this study is adolescents aged from 15-18 years old, and the gender is man or women and football fans. The type of this study is quantitative study and the technique that researched use is non-probability purposive sampling.
The researched used questionnaire technique to collect all data , the questionnaire that researched used is instrument of self-esteem, which is adapted from the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory-School form and instrument of intention of buying Shukla with add three items of another buying intention, static analyst that used Based on research result, showing that there is significant influence between self-esteem against buying intention , at the R square value, the result of this study researched earned a value amounted of 0,150(15%),that means is self-esteem give influence amounted 15% against buying intention.

AbstractAddiction to social media is an issue that many people, especially college students, experienced today and it is facilitated by technological advancements. There are several things that can predict social media addiction, which is loneliness and fear of missing out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of loneliness and fear of missing out simultaneously on social media addiction among college students. This research was a quantitative study using the loneliness scale by Gierveld and Tilburg with a reliability score of 0,83, fear of missing out scale by Przybylski et al., with a reliability score of 0,79 and social media addiction scale by Al-Menayes with a reliability score of 0,77. The subject in this study was selected using purposive sampling with a total of 166 college students who were actively using social media. The hypothesis was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed that social media addiction among college students was significantly affected by loneliness and fear of missing out. Negative antecedents such as loneliness and fear of missing out can influence students to get involved in something that is also negative, which is social media addiction.Keywords: Fear of missing out (fomo); College students; Loneliness; Social media addiction. AbstrakKecanduan media sosial merupakan masalah yang saat ini dialami oleh banyak orang, khususnya mahasiswa, dan difasilitasi oleh kemajuan teknologi. Terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat mendorong terjadinya kecanduan media sosial, salah satunya adalah kesepian dan fear of missing out. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh kesepian dan fear of missing out secara simultan terhadap kecanduan media sosial di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan skala kesepian dari Gierveld dan Tilburg dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,83, skala fear of missing out dari Przybylski dkk., dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,79 dan skala kecanduan media sosial dari Al-Menayes dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,77. Subjek dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 166 orang mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan media sosial. Hipotesis dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan media sosial di kalangan mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh kesepian dan fear of missing out. Anteseden yang bersifat negatif seperti kesepian dan fear of missing out dapat mempengaruhi individu untuk terlibat dalam hal yang juga bersifat negatif yaitu kecanduan media sosial.Kata kunci: Fear of missing out (FoMO); Kecanduan media sosial; Kesepian; Mahasiswa.

Purpose of this research is to know the influence of sales growth to profitability in PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The population of this research is the financial report of sales growth and net profit in PT. Gudang Garam TBK, for 10 years IE 2009-2018. The sample will be the financial report of sales growth and net profit in PT. Gudang Garam, for 5 years which is 2014 – 2018. This is an associative research with sampling techniques that is purposive sampling. The test results showed that there was no significant influence between sales growth on profitability at PT Gudang Garam Tbk. With a value of R2 of 16.1%.

Bittersweet By Najla is known as a marketer who uses influencer marketing and viral marketing methods. Although this method is known as a powerful marketing method, sales of new products marketed using influencer marketing and viral marketing are not in line with the old products that people are familiar with. This study aims to prove the influence of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions and viral marketing on purchasing decisions. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with the object of research being Bittersweet By Najla consumers in Jabodetabek. The sample is 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis of this study was tested using SmartPLS 3.0 with the results (1) There is a significant influence of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions of 0.425. (2) There is a significant effect of viral marketing on purchasing decisions of 0.346 (3) There is a contribution from influencer marketing and viral marketing of 51.9%, and the difference of 48.1% is obtained from other variables. (4) There is an influence of influencer marketing and viral marketing on purchasing decisions. Bittersweet By Najla dikenal sebagai pemasar yang menggunakan metode influencer marketing dan viral marketing. Meskipun metode tersebut dikenal sebagai metode pemasaran yang ampuh, penjualan pada produk baru yang dipasarkan menggunakan influencer marketing dan viral marketing tidak selaris produk lama yang telah dikenal orang-orang. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membuktikan pengaruh dari influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian dan viral marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini berupa sebuah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan objek penelitian konsumen Bittersweet By Najla se Jabodetabek. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini diuji menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 dengan hasil (1) Terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dari influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0.425. (2) Terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dari viral marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0.346 (3) Terdapat kontribusi dari influencer marketing dan viral marketing sebesar 51.9%, dan selisihnya berupa 48.1% didapatkan dari variabel yang lain. (4) Terdapat pengaruh influencer marketing dan viral marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian.

This research is using quantitative study aimed to see whether there are influence of dividend policy, leverage and profitability to firm value. The population used in this study is a manufacturer firm listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2014-2017. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many as 53 firm as the study sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linier regression with a significant level of 0.05 (5%). In this research also include the classical assumption that normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of these test indicate that (1) there is significant influence of  dividend policy to firm value. (2) there is significant influence of leverage to firm value and (3) there is no significant influence of profitability to firm value. This research was about Monitor Comprehension Strategy (MCS) to the reading comprehension of students in class 8 SMPN 9 Batam in academic year 2015/2016. The purpose of this study was to find the influence of strategy on reading comprehension of students. To get the purpose of the study, researchers conducted research experiments. 5QAAnumber of students is 210. Researchers used a purposive sampling technique to determine the grade of research. The subject was VIII.4 and VIII.7 classes totaling 30 students each class. Researchers conduct research in two classes. The first class (VIII.4) as experimental class and the second class (VIII.7) as the control class. In analyzing the data researchers used quantitative calculation to find the result. Data were analyzed showed significant differences before getting treatment for an average of 67.50 and 67.17 for the control class. The average score obtained student after getting treatment in the experimental class are 82.50 and 78.50. Based on these result, the use of Monitor comprehension strategy gives significant influence on student’s reading comprehension. Keywords: students’ reading comprehension, monitor comprehension strategy

Abstract: Hedging is an alternative of risk management that aims to protect the assets of company from losses caused by the risk. This research was aimed to analyze the influence of corporate value, liquidity, leverage, growth opportunity, financial distress and firm size to the hedging decision on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples were 24 manufacturing companies which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2017 which had been selected by using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used logistic regression. The research result showed that corporate value, liquidity and growth opportunity did not give any significant influence to the hedging decision whereas leverage, financial distress and firm size had significant influence to the hedging decision. Hedging adalah alternatif manajemen risiko yang bertujuan untuk melindungi aset perusahaan dari kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate value, liquidity, leverage, growth opportunity, financial distress dan firm size terhadap keputusan hedging pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 24 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2017 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel corporate value, liquidity, dan growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan hedging, sedangkan variabel leverage, financial distress dan firm size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan hedging.

Abstract: This stuady aimed to investigate the relationship between age of menarche to menopause in women of District Kakas of North Sulawesi in year 2014. This was a cross sectional analytic approach. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling method, in which only the samples that met the inclusion criteria that can be the subject of this study. The results showed that the value of Sig. is 0043 with a value of α = 0.05 so it could be concluded that the Sig. <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. It is claimed that there is a relationship between age of menarche to menopause. Correlation value (R) is 0.274 can be interpreted that the relationship between age of menarche to menopause age in the weak category because the value of the correlation <0.5. Regression models obtained Y = 58.364 to 0.879 x (y = age of menopause, x = age of menarche). Conclusion: There was a relationship between the ages of menarche to the age of menopause in women. The earlier menarche occurs, the slower the menopause arises. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. adalah 0.043 dengan nilai α = 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sig. < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara usia menarche dengan usia menopause. Nilai korelasi (R) adalah 0,274 dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa hubungan antara usia menarche dengan usia menopause ada di kategori lemah karena nilai korelasi < 0,5. Model regresi yang diperoleh Y = 58,364 – 0,879 X (y = usia menopause, x = usia menarche)Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara usia menarche dengan usia menopause pada wanita. Makin dini menarche terjadi, makin lambat menopause timbul dan sebaliknya.Kata kunci : usia, menarche, menopause

Bunuh diri merupakan salah satu fenomena masalah kesehatan mental yang meningkat pesat pada usia 15 tahun dan terus meningkat hingga menginjak dewasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh signifikan perceived stress dan religiusitas terhadap intensi bunuh diri pada dewasa awal, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Tipe penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei secara online. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah PSS, DRS, dan SBQ-R. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 104 subjek berusia 18-24 tahun dengan perbandingan 85 perempuan dan 19 laki-laki. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa perceived stress dan religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi bunuh diri pada dewasa awal, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Selain itu juga ditemukan bahwa perceived stress berpengaruh positif, sedangkan religiusitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap bunuh diri pada dewasa awal. This research aimed to determine the significant influence of perceived stress and religiosity on suicide intention in emerging adults simultaneously and partially. Our research was a quantitative research with online survey method as a way to collect the data. The tools of data collection are PSS, DRS, dan SBQ-R. The subject being chosen by purposive sampling method. Our participants were 18-24 aged with a total of 104 subjects which 85 females and 19 males. To analyze the data, multiple regression techniques was used. Based on the data analysis, it is known that perceived stress and religiosity had a significant influence on suicide intention in emerging adults, simultaneously and partially. Perceived stress strongly affects suicidal intention, while religiosity is correlated negatively on suicide intention in emerging adults.

This research purpose is to know the influence of targeted profitability and company size to income smoothing in manufacture companies listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2015-2017. Method that used for sample target is purposive sampling method. Population of this research are 57 manufacture companies listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2015-2017 which already fulfill the sample criteria that used in this research. To identify companies that did income smoothing practical with using Eckel Index. Result from Eckel Index shown that income smoothing practical also did by a certain companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Statistic method using multiple linear regression, which are; multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, autocorrelation testing, and normality testing. Testing did to proof any significant influence targeted profitability and company size to income smoothing. Research result shown that there is no influence of targeted profitability and company size to income smoothing in manufacture companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2015-2017.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan menggambar ilustrasi teknik arsir yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil karya gambar ilustrasi teknik arsir berdasarkan aspek penilaian ilustrasi yaitu penempatan, konsep, karakter, dan konsistensi menurut prinsip penilaian ilustrasi oleh Andrew Loomis. Waktu penelitian berlangsung selama 2 bulan, yang dilaksanakan dari bulan Oktober hingga Desember. Lokasi penelitian adalah jalan Batang Kuis Desa Tanjung Sari Kecamatan Batang Kuis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menguraikan masing-masing subjek yang diteliti. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sample 29 karya siswa. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa nilai rata-rata karya siswa secara keseluruhan dikaregorikan baik dengan rata-rata nilai 79,8 (baik). Hasil karya gambar ilustrasi dikategorikan baik yaitu 27 karya dengan nilai rata-rata 80,8. Hasil karya gambar ilustrasi teknik arsir dikategorikan cukup baik yaitu 1 karya dengan nilai 66,3. Hasil karya gambar ilustrasi tenik arsir dikategorikan kurang baik yaitu 1 karya dengan nilai 64,9. Maka dari 29 karya gambar ilustrasi teknik arsir yang mencapai nilai KKM sebanyak 28 karya dari karya gambar Ilustrasi Teknik Arsir yang dibuat oleh siswa kelas VIII SMP Swasta Tunas Karya Batang Kuis.Kata Kunci: analisis, gambar, ilustrasi, teknik, arsir.AbstractThe Study aims to determine the ability to illustrate shading techniques that are used to obtain the illustrations of shading techniques based on the assessment aspects of the technique, namely placement, concept, character, and consistency according to the illustration by Andrew Loomis. The time of the study lasted for two months, wich was held from October to Desember. The location of the research is at Batang Kuis St. Tanjung Sari village Batang Kuis sub-dictrict. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing the subject studied. In this study,the researcher used purposive sampling with a sample of 29 student works. The result of the study explain that the average value of students as a whole can be categorized as good with an average calue of 79,8 (good). Illustration works are categorized as good, namely 27 works with an average value of 80,8. The drawing artwork of the shading technique is categorized quite well, namely 1 work with a value of 66,3. The results of the experimental work of the shading technique are categorized as poor, namely 1 work with a value 64,9. Then of the 29 images of shading drawing technique wich reached KKM values as many as 28 students’ work from the work of the drawing technique of the shading technique made by students of class VIII Private Junior High School Tunas Karya Batang Kuis.
