This study aims to determine the satisfaction of farmers with the organizational aspects of Gapoktan (Farmers Groups Association) in Regency of Blitar. This study uses the RAL method (Completely Randomized Design). The number of respondents was 27 people, which were  taken by proportional random sampling from 10 farmer groups registered in the Regency of Blitar. Respondents were given 7 point questions related to organizational aspects of Gapoktan. Each question has a cumulative assessment score that was represented by scoring level from 1  to 5 (very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, somewhat satisfied, satisfied, and very satisfied). The obtained result shows that farmers quite satisfied the organizational aspects of each respective farmer groups. Many factors affect the final results of the questionnaire given to respondents. The main factor is the understanding of respondents about the given problem and this understanding factor is strongly influenced by their level of education and age. This study to obtain data on the number and type of FMA. Obtained amount and types of FMA in each treatment of addition of organic fertilizer dosage level. Find out whether the combination of organic fertilizer and the given organic fertilizer dose affect the amount and type of FMA. The experiment design used was Completely Randomized Design 2 Factor and 3 replications. The first factor is 4 types of organic fertilizer (P), namely: Humat acid (P) and cow manure (D), and the second factor is 4 levels of organic fertilizer dose: D0: 0%, D1: 10 tons of organic fertilizer / ha (50 g per polybag, D2: 20 ton / ha (100 g per polybag), and D3: 30 ton / ha (150 g per polybag) There were 16 experimental units and 3 total replications of 48 experimental unit plots. Myorizas were observed using binocular microscopy and digital camera, observed spores were then grouped by morphological characters including shape, color, and spore ornaments. Identification of indigenous mycorrhizae was done using manual and confirmed by using INVAM website The result of spore count on the application of organic fertilizer containing humic acid, compost fertilizer and the combination of both the highest mycorrhizae is 3,700 in the dosage of humic acid humic fertilizer 50 g + 100 g manure. 2,300 spores in organic humic acid 100 g + 100 g of fertilizer. The number of spores was moderate, ie 1,541 on humic acid fertilizer 50 g + 150 g manure, 1,323 spores at P3D3, 1,203 at treatment of P0D2, and at treatment of P2D0 mycorrhiza reached 1.096. The smallest number mycorrhizal spores of 79 spores in the dosage of manure dose 50 g. There are 4 genera of spore that found the most commonly Genus is Glomus and Acaulospora.

Abstract: This research aims to test the influence of model comparison study with a Rotating Trio of Exchange with Jigsaw II towards social skills learners at IPS subjects in SMP Negeri 3 Pemali. As for the formulation of the problem: "If there are differences influence the learning model with a Rotating Trio of Exchange with Jigsaw II towards social skills learners At IPS subjects in SMP Negeri 3 Pemali?". This research is a comparative study, which uses a randomized design, completely design with the shape of the pre-post observations. The population in this research is the entire class VIII in SMP Negeri 3 Pemali. Research samples using cluster random sampling, so elected to class VIII. B as the experimental class 1 and class VIII. and as class experiment 2, each numbered 27 students. Data collection techniques are used namely observation. The hypothesis using statistics parameters i.e. two sample t-test is independent and obtained the value ? , hypothesis then rejected and accepted. Then there is the influence of the differences can be summed up with a Rotating Trio of Exchange model with the model Jigsaw II towards social skills learners at IPS subjects in SMP Negeri 3 Pemali. Based on the constraints in this research, it is recommended that teachers will apply the model of the Rotating Trio of Exchange and model Jigsaw II can guide learners in discussion, can control the condition in the classroom, the teacher pointed at and encourage learners to brave asking and asking opinions even though answers given lessprecise. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbandingan pengaruh model pembelajaran Rotating Trio Exchange dengan Jigsaw II terhadap keterampilan sosial peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 3 Pemali. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu “Apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model pembelajaran Rotating Trio Exchange dengan Jigsaw II terhadap keterampilan sosial peserta didik Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 3 Pemali?”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif, yang menggunakan desain completely randomized design, dengan bentuk pre-post observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Pemali. Sampel penelitian menggunakan cluster random sampling, sehingga terpilih kelas VIII.B sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas VIII.A sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 yang masing-masing berjumlah 27 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi. Hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametris yaitu uji-t dua sampel independen dan diperoleh nilai ? maka hipotesis ditolak dan diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model Rotating Trio Exchange dengan model Jigsaw II terhadap keterampilan sosial peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 3 Pemali. Berdasarkan kendala dalam penelitian ini, disarankan guru yang akan menerapkan model Rotating Trio Exchange dan model Jigsaw II dapat membimbing peserta didik dalam melakukan diskusi, dapat mengendalikan kondisi di dalam kelas, guru menunjuk dan mendorong peserta didik untuk berani bertanya dan mengajukan pendapat meskipun jawaban yang diberikan kurang tepat.

Abstract : This research aims to know about comparison effect of learning strategy of Index Card Match with Giving Questions and Getting Answers to students' learning outcomes on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. The problem formulation is "whether there is comparison effect of learning strategy of Index Card Match with Giving Questions and Getting Answers to students' learning outcomes on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja". This is an experimental research, using completely randomized design, with pretest posttest. Population in this research are all class X in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. The sample of this research used cluster random sampling, so chosen X2 class as experiment class 1 and X3 as experiment class 2 which each amounted to 36 students. Data collection techniques used tests and observations.Data analysis techniques used to use regression analysis and partial correlation. Hypothesis used parametric statistic that is one way anova and obtained value of F count bigger than F table hence hypothesis of Ho refused and Ha accepted. Then it could be concluded that there was a difference influence Index Card Match strategy with Giving Questions and Getting Answers to students' learning outcomes. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Index Card Match dengan Giving Questions and Getting Answers terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu “apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Index Card Match dengan Giving Questions and Getting Answers terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, menggunakan desain completely randomized design, dengan bentuk pretest posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametris yaitu anova satu jalan dan diperoleh nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel maka hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh strategi Index Card Match dengan Giving Questions and Geting Answers terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

A research with the aim of obtaining an effective combination pattern of fertilization management was done on mulato grass plants (Brachiaria Hybrid cv "Mulato"). The used fertilizers were of cow dung that serves to maintain the quality of soil and urea that is useful to increase the growth and production of plants. The method used was Completely Randomized Design where the treatments were mixed dairy cattle dung at 10, 17 and 24 tons per hectare per defoliation and urea fertilizer at doses of 75, 150 and 225 kg per hectare per defoliation. Each treatment was repeated 3 times so that there were 27 plots of research. The parameters studied were plant height, tiller number, leaf number, weed population and fresh forage production. The collected data were analyzed based on Completely Randomized Design, between Orthogonal tested treatment and regression analyzed dose. The results showed that the combined treatment of cow dung as much as 24 tons per hectare per defoliation with urea of 225 kg per hectare per defoliation (K3U3) showed the best growth and production of Mulato grass, while for the given dosage yielded a linear regression equation

ABSTRACT. The effect of sex and old to carcass and offal of swamp Bufallo at Rumah Potong Hewan Banda Aceh, have been done in Banda Aceh as long as 10 days. The material that was used were swamp bufalloes from Banda Aceh regency, as much as 36 bufalloes, that was sparated 18 females and 19 males. The aim of this study was to know the partial and interaction effect of sex and old to carcass percentage and offal of swamp bufalloes. The method used of this study was direct observation at Rumah Potong Hewan. The variable that was knowed were; the heavy of: weight, carcass, head, hide, heart, feet, liver, lungs, spleen, full digestive tract, and the carcass percentage. The data collected was Analyzed by completely Randomized Design (CRD), wich 3x2 factorial pattern and six times replication. As a main factor was old, that was sparated by 3 – 4 years, 4 – 5 years, and 5 years. The data was tested by Duncan’s test. The result of this study showed that was not any interaction effect of old and sex to carcass percentage and offal. Also, that not any effect of sex to carcass percentage, but effect of sex was significance different to offal. The other hand, not any effect of old to carcass percentage and offal.

The quality of feed is the Main factor in supporting the production of kampong chickens, Water lettuce meal (WLM) (Pistia stratiotes) is one of the plants that contain nutrients needed by kampong chickens because WLM  has high crude protein content (23,57%). This study was conducted on the effect of giving WLM flour to the percentage of carcass and protein of kampong chicken meat. The method used in this study was a completely randomized design, consisting of five treatments and three replications. Each test consisted of 3 kampong chickens. The total number of chickens used was 45 with treatment (P).  The use of WLM  flour in each treatment was different, namely P0 0%, P1 5%, P2 10%, P3 15%, and P4 20%. The results of variance showed that the average carcass percentage was P0 (67.51%), P1 (69.33%), P2 (69.47%), P3 (68.76%), and P4 (70.88%) while for protein content in breast meat was P0 (25.21%), P1 (26.03%), P2 (25.43%), P3 (25.86%), and P4 (25.35%).  The provision of  WLM flour did not have a significant effect (P> 0.05) on carcass percentage and protein content of kampong chicken meat. Still, it could be used as feed ingredients that could substitute other feed ingredients.

This research aims to obtain the proper nutrient concentration and the best nutrient concentration and increase the growth and yield of pakcoy through the floating hydroponic system. The research was conducted in the Experimental Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau from October to November 2019. The research used a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replications. The given treatment was the nutrient concentration of AB Mix consisting of 5 levels: AB Mix 1000 ppm, AB Mix 1200 ppm, AB Mix 1400 ppm, AB Mix 1600 ppm, and AB Mix 1800 ppm. The parameters observed were plant height, leaf number, leaf area, root volume, plant fresh weight, and worthy weight consumption. The result showed that all the given treatments did not have significant towards all parameters. The concentration of 1000 ppm is the best concentration of some else, because more efficient, economic and saves the solution uses of nutrien in concentration. Based on the results of a study that has been conducted, to gain growth and the results of white pakcoy plant are both hydroponic can usea concentration of AB Mix 1000 ppm.

Traditional medicine in Indonesia has been known by the public before formal health services using modern medicine. Indonesia has many type of herbal plants which have medicinal properties including dadap (Erythrina orientalis). This study aims to utilized dadap herbal liniment by modifying heating in Vigin Cocanut Oil. The study conducted in the laboratory of Agricultural Product Processing using a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is the addition of 250 ml (M1), 375 ml (m2), and 400 ml (M3) Virgin Cocanut Oil treatment. The second factor is the heating tim of 5 minutes (L1), 10 minutes (L2), and 15 minutes (L3). Observation variable consisted of yield, Specific gravity, and organoleptic test of aroma and colored. The result showed an average yield of 87.70-91.88%. The highest yield was found in the treatment of adding 400 ml Virgin Cocanut Oil and 15 minutes of heating time. The highest type of weight was found in the treatment of addition of 325 ml Virgin Cocanut Oil and 5 minutes heating time. Based on the organoleptic scent test, the everage penalist gives a like answer. Organoleptic colors of reudeuep herbal products is according to SNI number 06-23-2006.

The use of colorants in the dried noodle manufactures is an effort of product diversification. Besides of being used as a natural coloring agent, this peel extract is also used to improve nutritional value of the expected product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of red dragon fruit peel extract on the physical quality of dried noodle.  The study was conducted by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with one factor, namely concentration of red dragon fruit peel extract (N1 = 10 ml, N2 = 15 ml, N3 = 20 ml, N4 = 25 ml, N5 = 30 ml).  The observations of its physical quality consisted of water absorption, solid loss during cooking, and organoleptic tests (aroma and color).  The best quality of dried noodle was obtained by using 30 ml red dragon fruit peel extract (N5) with physical properties, namely DSA levels of 351.92%, solid loss during cooking 4.78%, aroma 3.79 (like) and color 3.89 (like).

Ikan asin adalah metode untuk pengawetan makanan menggunakan kombinasi penggaraman dan pengeringan matahari. Di kalangan masyarakat, pembuatan ikan asin banyak menggunakan bahan kimia berbahaya seperti formalin. Penambahan bahan berbahaya mempengaruhi kualitas terutama keamanan. Makanan yang aman didefinisikan sebagai makanan yang terbebas dari cemaran biologi, kimia, mikrobiologi, yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan. Karbon aktif diduga bersifat polar yang mampu mengadsorpsi formalin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian karbon aktif dalam mengurangi cemaran formalin pada “jambal roti”. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan untuk percobaan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 2 faktorial, dengan faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi karbon aktif 0, 3, dan 6% serta perlakuan kedua yaitu lama perebusan selama 5, 10, dan 15 menit. Penelitian ini dimulai dari pembuatan “jambal roti” dengan penambahan formalin dan perebusan dengan karbon aktif kemudian dianalisis uji kadar formalin, NaCl, protein, dan air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi karbon aktif dan lama perebusan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kualitas jambal roti. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi karbon aktif dan lama perebusan maka semakin berkurangnya kadar formalin pada jambal roti. Hasil terbaik penelitian ini adalah karbon aktif 6% dan lama perebusan 15 menit. Menghasilkan formalin 3.21 ppm, NaCl 9.40%, protein 42.00%, dan air 30.02%. Kata kunci: Karbon Aktif, Formalin, Jambal Roti, Lama Perebusan. ABSTRACT                 Salted fish was a method for food preservation using combination of salting and sun drying. Among the people, the manufacture of salted fish use hazardous chemical material such as formaldehyde. The addition of hazardous substances affects the quality especially the safety. Safe food define as food that free from biological, chemical, microbiological contaminants that can affect health. Active carbon suspected to be polar which able to adsorb formaldehyde. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of active carbon in reducing formaldehyde in salted fish “jambal roti”. The research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors, the first factor was the concentration of active carbon 0, 3, and 6% and the second was the boiling time (for 5, 10, and 15 min). This research was started from making “jambal roti” with the addition of formaldehyde and boiling with active carbon then analyzed for formaldehyde content, NaCl, protein, and moisture. The result showed that the concentration of active carbon and boiling time had a significant effect in quality salted fish “jambal roti”. The higher the concentration of active carbon and boiling time the more formaldehyde in “jambal roti” were removed. The best results of the research was 6% active carbon and 15 min of boiling time. Resulting 3.21 ppm of formaldehyde, 9.40% of NaCl, 42.00% of protein, and 30.02% of moisture. Keywords: Active Carbon, Formaldehyde, Jambal Roti, Boiling Time
