The biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges or changes around it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sentra Jaya Distribution Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative with a population of 120, determining the sample using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% obtained 54 respondents. Data collection methods using primary data and secondary data. Test the instrument using the validity and reliability test, the prerequisite data test uses the normality test, the autocorrelation test, the multi-collinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test, while the statistical tests use the multiple regression equation, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test and the significance test. The Effect of Training and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Distribution of Sentra Jaya Tangerang, the analysis of the data that the researchers concluded that the regression equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 which was found was Y = 15.454 + 0.387 X1 + 0.265 X2, with the multiple correlation coefficient R was 0.563, this showed a positive effect. Then get the equation Tcount> T table (2.478> 2.008) in the hypothesis test at α = 0.05 or 5% (significance 0.003 <0.05) then, thereby indicating the hypothesis proposed is accepted, or in other words, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus there is a positive and significant effect between the provision of training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sentra Jaya Distribution Tangerang

The research instruments used test is the test of validity and reliability test. The Classical assumption test used is normality test, test multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. As for the review hypothesis test, F test and t test. The analysis tool used to review the planning and Control Testing the effect of lending against soundness ratio of non-performing loans is a regression WITH 17:00 help SPSS version for windows. Research shows that the planning lending On The Level NOT affect the health of non-performing loans. It indicated WITH Singer t Namely -0176 and 0642 sig&gt; 0.05 And The significant influences of the loan portfolio BETWEEN Control Against Health Level of non performing loan ratio indicated WITH HAL singer t_hitung That 0012 And 0793 sig &lt;0.05. There is a significant influence BETWEEN The Planning and Control lending Against soundness ratio of non-performing loans is shown WITH HAL singer F_hitung 3,448 and sig (0.023 &lt;0.05) and the coefficient of determination R square shows the figure 0327 OR 32.7%. So it can be said that the 32.7% rate of non-performing loans ratio of health is affected by Planning and Control of credit. While the remaining 67.3% is influenced by variables studied hearts lie Yang NOT Singer Research.

<p>This study aims to find evidence, the influence of Audit Quality Attributes, Client Satisfaction and Client Loyalty, which are moderated by Fraud Confirmation. The research was conducted at the BKM, a community-based organization, formed by the Government, through the <em>Kotaku</em> Program. The research used Regression statistical analysis and conducted a hypothesis test. Regression analysis used includes Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and MRA Regression Analysis, and Path Model Linear Regression Analysis. This study also pays attention to the calculation of the coefficient of determination to give an idea of the ability of the model in explaining the phenomenon of Client Satisfaction and Client Loyalty. The result that both partially and simultaneously, Audit Quality Attributes, Fraud Confirmation affected Client Satisfaction and Loyalty. The research also succeeded in proving that Client Satisfaction mediates the effect of Audit Quality Attributes on Client Loyalty, but failed to provide empirical evidence, that the Fraud Confirmation moderated the effect of Audit Quality Attributes on Client Satisfaction and Loyalty. Contribution to audit practices, where it is important to realize Client Satisfaction through Audit Quality Attributes and Fraud Confirmation, especially in situations where Fraud acts are suspected.</p>
