Traffic signs are one of the things road equipment which consists of symbols, numbers, letters, sentences or a combination of them serves for prohibitions, orders, warnings, and instructions for road users. The younger generation often neglects even many who do not obey the traffic rules, as a result, accidents often occur. From a research Rahmi concluded that 84.5% of students ride motorbikes to school and get 56.8% respondents and have criteria for less safe actions in two-wheeled driving and 43.3% safe criteria including driving while communicating with a mobile phone 51% (Rahmi, 2009 ). An innovation that is suitable for Indonesian youth in studying traffic signs is the game method. Because teenagers tend to like to play and learn. so the game method with game media is very suitable to be applied to make it easier for teenagers to learn about traffic signs. Therefore, the purpose of this research is one of them can attract the interest of the younger generation to be able to learn to recognize traffic signs in order to reduce accidents while driving. The data collection methods that we use in this study include: Interviews, Field Observations, Functional Requirements Analysis, System Design, System Testing, Application Testing Design. The practice of brokering is one of the concerns felt by the community at immigration services. The Directorate General of Immigration immediately followed up on the report, and appealed to all technical units of immigration to eradicate brokering practices and the practice of extortion (illegal levies) on immigration services. In line with this appeal, the Directorate General of Immigration made an online application called APAPO. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non-TPI Kediri in follow-up to the practice of extortion and brokering also built the Flip Barrier Gate system. This system utilizes the use of RFID (Radio Frequent Identification) technology embedded in the access card. However, over time, this system began to find some problems. Among the obstacles that have arisen are the inactivity of this system because it is feared that it will become the center of the spread of COVID-19 due to the alternating use of access cards. In this research, development planning is carried out for the Flip Barrier Gate Class II Non-TPI Kediri Immigration Office. Flip Barrier Gate is integrated with APAPO through the use of QR code booking code as an access reader. In development planning, this study uses the system development theory described by Tata Sutabri. This phase consists of 5 stages, namely, system investigation, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system maintenance.

The purpose of this work has been to develop a quasi-three-dimensional blade design and analysis system incorporating fully linked throughflow, blade-to-blade and blade section stacking programs. In Part I of the paper, the throughflow analysis is developed. This is based on a rigorous passage averaging technique to derive throughflow equations valid inside a blade row. The advantages of this approach are that the meridional streamsurface does not have to be of a prescribed shape, and by introducing density weighted averages the continuity equation is of an exact form. Included in the equations are the effects of blade blockage, blade forces, blade-to-blade variations and loss. The solution of the equations is developed for the well-known streamline curvature method, and the contributions from these extra effects on the radial equilibrium equation are discussed. Part II of the paper incorporates the analysis into a quasi-three-dimensional computing system and demonstrates its operational feasibility.

One effort to prevent traffic accidents is to look at the character of road users in the tendency to interpret traffic rules. This study aims to see the influence between experience, decision making and self-justification of the attitude of violation against the flow of traffic in adolescents of high school students in the Capital Special Region of Jakarta. This study used a theoretical study of cognitive dissonance. The conclusion obtained is that the dominant factor in cognitive dissonance is more on the element of behavior change, self experience and the attitude of the decision to commit a violation against the flow of traffic. In contrast to the cognitive dissonance of trust and self-justification, it has a negative effect on the contribution of violating behavior to adolescents in driving. Recommendations that can be used as references by Traffic Police in changing violation behavior against traffic flow in adolescents, by using intimate central parties with them, such as close friends, parents and teachers in their daily interactions.

Various history books as media to learn the history of Indonesia people are actually quite complete and adequate. However, the interest of younger generation, especially the children, to read the books is quite low. Additionally, the advance of computer technology makes kids and students more interested playing game than reading books. The game trend backgrounds the need for research on the use of computer game application as a medium to learn the history of the building through a game. As the special purpose of this research is to obtain a game application that can be a medium of learning historical buildings. The research is divided into two stages: the first stage is to identify gaming software that can be used as an educational game for historical buildings and to develop the model of 3D gaming applications; the second phase is the application trial and implementation at schools.

This paper introduces a methodology that guides the modularization of work task for global engineering. Global engineering is a new collaboration model of co-developing engineering design systems with distributed teams. We consider the decision of allocating subsystem designs to engineering teams as modularization of work tasks. Previous efforts have reviewed the different approaches to analyzing product modularization, but few studies have investigated developing a methodology that focuses on process applications. We begin this paper with an overview of current modularization methods and of the definitions of Global Engineering. Then we present the three-step modularization methodology in detail: 1.) decompose the design system and its functional specifications by a flow down technique, 2.) identify the couplings between the system parts and the functional requirements, and plot the interactions in a matrix, and 3.) modularize design work based on the identified couplings for worksharing. As a case study, we apply the method to a vehicle interior design. We conclude the paper by discussing the case study findings and the appropriate application of this analysis. We also explain the methodology’s limitations and propose future research opportunities.
