Murid sekolah dasar adalah sasaran strategis upaya promosi kesehatan, karena mereka berjumlah besar serta berada pada tahap awal perkembangan kepribadian. Mereka seharusnya berperilaku sehat, tetapi di Cisalak memperlihatkan keadaan yang sebaliknya. Studi intervensi yang dilakukan terhadap anak-anak sekolah dasar menunjukkan bahwa observasi sebelum intervensi memperlihatkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan praktik mereka adalah ren- dah. Namun, pada akhir studi, skor pengetahuan dan praktek mereka terlihat lebih tinggi daripada sebelumnya. Uji non parametric seperti Wilcoxon sam- pel berpasangan dan korelasi Spearman digunakan dalam analisis. Studi ini menyimpulkan : a) intervensi promosi kesehatan yang dilakukan pada anak sekolah dasar terbukti dapat meningkatkan perilaku murid pada kisaran 30% - 240 %. b) pengetahuan anak sekolah berkorelasi kuat dengan praktek. Oleh sebab itu, disarankan agar pemerintah menyelenggarakan upaya promosi kesehatan PHBS secara berkesinambungan melalui sekolah-sekolah dasar.Kata kunci : PHBS, cuci tangan, promosi kesehatan, murid sekolah dasarAbstractElementary school children is a strategic target of health promotion, because of their proportion in the population and considering that they are in the early stage of personality development. They ought to have a healthy behaviour, however evidence in Cisalak showed the contrary. An intervention study con- ducted to elementary school children showed that before the intervention, both knowledge and practice were poor. But, in the end of the intervention the knowledge and practice score was considerably higher than before. Non parametric test such as Wilcoxon paired sample test and Spearman correlation were used to analyze the data. Conclusion of the study were: a) health promotion intervention has been proven to improve pupil’s behavior around 30 – 240 %, b) the knowledge among school children has strong correlation with their practice. For those reason we suggest the government to conduct sustainable promotion of clean and healthy behavior through elementary schools.Key words : Clean and healthy behavior, hand washing, health promotion, elementary school children

The urgency of the research issue is due to the tendency of an increase in the number of children with disorders of the muscle-skeleton system and motor skills. In this regard, these children have problems in learning activities, relationships with peers and adults. The purpose of the research presented in the paper was to study the social and psychological peculiarities of the personality of elementary school children with motor activity (motor skills) disorder. To solve the tasks set in the study and test the hypothesis, a number of methods and techniques were used: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, empirical methods: observation, experiment, questionnaire, technique of N.I. Ozeretsky; children's version of S. Rosenzweig's test; "school-based anxiety” test. The study revealed that two options are possible in the development of the personality of elementary school children with motor activity disorders: favorable and unfavorable. An unfavorable variant of the child's personality development is associated with “non-constructive” behavior, which manifests in the inability to withstand difficult social situations. A favorable variant of personal development is characterized by the predominance of “constructive” behavior, which allows one to overcome life difficulties.

The Teachers of Islamic education today are often confused with the behavior of learners who are increasingly worried about morals. Petaling villages, especially teachers often complain about the behavior of elementary school children who are not praised, are they will not the obey the teacher’s, rebuked, fighting even some who up against the teacher. The purpose of this study is to reduce or at least the development of negative morals in elementary school. As for the result of this research was found there are three the main factors that cause deterioration attitude a son, namely.1. Factors family 2.Environmental factor and 3.Factors the act of government on violence children.While the results of the efforts the teacher's Islamic education of the three elements are is, from the family: teachers diligent socialization the parents with appeal more attention to their children each especially in intercourse and learn. Edify their children. From the environment: teachers giving an appeal to school tuition that is not weary of he warns against careful in sociable.From the act of the government: the teachers continue to trying to find methods creatif capable of comply with the act the government about child protection and regulations.

Worms will cause many problems to children, such as intelligence, other infections and nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health promotion using snakes and ladders and film media in increasing awareness and attitudes of elementary school children in Tanoh Mirah Peusangan, Bireuen Regency. This study used a quasi-experimental design. The research sample was 40 elementary school children and divided them into two groups, namely 20 children with snake and ladder media intervention and 20 children with film media intervention. Wilcoxon analysis used to see the increase in knowledge and attitudes before and after media intervention.</p><p>Results: The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that the media of film and the media of snakes and ladders succeeded in increasing the scores of elementary students' knowledge and attitudes regarding the prevention of worm disease. Health promotion using snake and ladder media was proven to be more effective in increasing the scores of elementary students' knowledge and attitudes about preventing worm disease compared to using film media.</p><p>Snakes and ladders and films media have been shown to increase knowledge and attitudes towards preventing worm disease. The Bireuen District Health Office and the Bireuen District Education Office expected to carry out various health promotion activities to prevent worm disease by using the snake and ladder game; it has been proven effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of elementary school students.</p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>

During this pandemic, the government appealed to social distancing as an effort to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. However, children actually do not understand what is happening and this understanding of social distancing is not fully understood by children because during childhood it is a play phase so that children activities and gather with their friends this will pose a risk of virus transmission. greater than. Therefore, during the Covid-19 pandemic, proper education is needed regarding the prevention of transmission of the virus to children. Providing children with an understanding of Covid-19 is very necessary so that children can prevent the transmission of the virus. Providing education to children about the corona virus or Covid-19 requires creativity and the delivery of information that is easily understood by children. Based on this, counseling activities on the prevention of covid-19 transmission were carried out through social distancing education for elementary school children in Nyelak Hamlet. This PKM aims to provide education and understanding to children and parents so that they can reduce gathering activities outside the home and avoid crowds while playing to prevent transmission of the virus. The content of this counseling is an understanding of the importance of effective social distance in preventing corona transmission, the reason for prohibiting social interaction with friends during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the implementation of this activity, it can provide understanding to children and parents so that they can avoid the transmission of Covid-19.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of awareness regarding particulate matter, perceived respiratory symptoms, and physical activities on health promotion behavior in elementary school children. Methods: Data were collected from 639 4th~6th grades students from 8 elementary schools in Busan and analyzed using independent t-test and ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: The average for awareness regarding particulate matter was 29.84±5.63, for perceived respiratory symptoms, 0.66±0.95, and for health promotion behavior, 7.85±1.76. The mean amount of time the students spent in sleeping or sitting on an easy chair and/or activity while sitting were 10.71±3.04 and 6.60±2.84 hours a day. Factors influencing health promotion behavior in elementary school children were being a girl (β=.09, <i>p</i>=.015), in 4th grade (β=-.09, <i>p</i>=.025), residence in Busanjingu (β=-.10, <i>p</i>=.005), residence in Bukgu (β=-.12, <i>p</i>=.001), more than 10 years residence period (β=-.09, <i>p</i>=.020) and awareness regarding particulate matter (β=.42, <i>p</i><.001). The explanation power of these variables was 23% (F=22.21, <i>p</i><.001). Conclusion: It is recommended that for health education programs, gender, grade, length of residence and area’s air pollution level be considered and education program including guideline for particulate matter be provided continuously to elementary students to increase their level of awareness regarding particulate matter and proper physical activity.
