This study aims to scrutinize the projection of Tourism Potential Development which applied Sharia concepts in Indonesia. The results of this present study indicates that: firstly, sharia hotels is an accommodation service adheres to the principles of Islamic teaching guidelines. Secondly, `some authorities stated that the development of sharia hotels in Indonesia is still dawdling, although the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) has issued requirement standard for syariah labeling to the hospitality business. However, the form and stage for management of this sharia system is still uncertain. As a result, many sharia hotel businessmen are intended to implement their own concept and do not legalize it. This lead to the low quality of management. It is suggested that sharia hotels should be supported by such Sharia Supervisory Board.

The main goal of development reduces the gap in society, the main challenge of development in our time is the challenge of inclusion. The concept of development for Bali should be adapted to the potential and conditions of Bali itself, always looking closely at the changing gaps that occur all the time. The tourism sector is a potential development to develop. The tourism sector in Bali province is the income-generating sector. The development of tourism sector in Bali spread throughout the district / city, one of which is Gianyar regency. Development of development in tourism sector should be done continuously (sustainable) by utilizing local community as a manager, so as not to shift the tourism paradigm in areas rich in customs, natural potential (rice fields, mountains and sea).                Analytical technique used is the analysis of structural equations with alternative Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of research shows that the R Square coefficient value of 0.685 means that 68.5 percent of the variation in the quality of Community Based Tourism can be explained by the variation of the quality of social capital, tourism potential, and community empowerment, while the rest of 31.5 percent is explained by other variables not included in the model. Social capital, empowerment and tourism potential has a positive and significant impact on the quality of Community Based Tourism (CBT). The sports tourism sector is receiving increasing attention from different social actors, having a high impact on different spheres of society. Tourism not only affects residents' attitudes towards their development, but also their quality of life in general. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyse the perceptions of the residents of Gran Canaria towards the effects of sports tourism, in areas such as its impact, quality of life and support for the sector. The results of the study indicate that, at higher levels of positive perception by residents of the social, cultural, environmental and economic impacts, there is greater support for the development of tourism. On the other hand, there is also a significant mediating effect of the variable quality of life of the residents, between the relationship of perceived impacts and the support for the development of active and sports tourism in Gran Canaria. These results make it possible to better understand the perspective that residents have towards the sports tourism sector, something that can help guide future decisions on the practice, development and planning of sports tourism. There is considerable research on people with vision impairment (PwVI) in the transport, travel and tourism sectors, which highlights the significance of real-time information and consistency in services to accessibility. Based on interviews with guide dog owners in the United Kingdom, this paper contributes an additional dimension to our understanding of transport accessibility for PwVI by focusing specifically on guide dog owners’ experiences in the travel and tourism sector. A guide dog is more than a mobility tool, but a human–dog partnership that improves the quality of life for PwVI; however, it also introduces constraints related to the dog’s welfare and safety. Further, lack of understanding of guide dog owners’ rights to reasonable accommodation leads to discrimination through service refusals and challenges to service access. This paper concludes that the limited and inconsistent public knowledge of disability diversity has serious ramifications for transport accessibility and suggests specific industry and legislative interventions in response.

The full involvement of local communities in the tourism sector, not only benefits them and the environment in general, but also improves the quality of the tourism experience. Projects imposed from outside and motivated by the pursuit of rapid economic growth often override local needs, conditions and resources, and result in unacceptable environmental, social and cultural costs. Local involvement is crucial to sustainable and appropriate development, which meets the needs of the local people and safeguards their natural and cultural environments. Thus a local development strategy is essential, especially in disadvantaged areas and countries.
