This study aims to analyze the Effect of Policy Implementation, Investment, and Business Executors on the Effectiveness of Tourism Potential Development in Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type, with a population of 74,660 people and a sample of 100 people determined by the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study were using documentation, observation, questionnaire, and literature techniques. The results of the study prove that Policy Implementation has an effect of 51.3%, Investment has an effect of 15.5%, Business executors have an effect of 52.6%, Policy Implementation, Investment and Entrepreneurs together have a 52.8% effect on the Effectiveness of Tourism Development. Recommendations from the results of this study are that the implementation of the policy must be supported by a law on tourism and RIPPARDA. Thus, mapping the tourism area which is supported by multi-stakeholder policies and cooperation, will open up large investment opportunities in the tourism sector. Organizational restructuring of the regional tourism office as a business executor from a structural dimension. These three variables must get attention, so they can form quality human resources for the benefit of tourism development in Sarolangun Regency. Resolving issues of tourism development needed to be supporting and resolved with the help of local government. Currently, the problem of regional tourism development did not base on the development of environment and ecosystem. National economic development is neither regional nor local. Nevertheless, the role of community involvement in tourism activities is necessary. In addition, it needed to develop of transportation infrastructure related to regional activities. Coastal ecotourism has proven to be the largest foreign exchange contributor to a region or country. For that reason, applying this concept, it could improve coastal tourism performance. In the long term, this tourism sector can defeat the mining, oil and gas sectors. Furthermore, the Ministry of Tourism states that Indonesia's tourism potential is prospective. This one-year quantitative and qualitative study conducted on the coast of Ora, Maluku, Indonesia. Randomly data obtained and distributed over questionnaires among stakeholders. The data has tabulated by using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that three of the six sub-concept’s attributes are the main priorities. The rest of the attributes show that there are some culinary, fishery, cultural and marine ism potentials. They can contribute economically to local communities and local governments.

Tourism in the ASEAN context is considered substantial in supporting the economic growth acceleration in each ASEAN country. Therefore, ASEAN has formed a joint strategy to support tourism development in each ASEAN member country through the formation of the ATSP (ASEAN Tourism Strategic Plan). Indonesia is one of the ASEAN member countries also has focus on the tourism sector. One of the provinces with good tourism opportunities in Indonesia is West Sumatra. This study will analyze how West Sumatra maximizes tourism potential through the implementation of ATSP. The method chosen to explain and analyze the problem in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytic type of research. Through a qualitative approach allows researchers to be able to produce a detailed description of the policies taken by the Government of West Sumatra within the framework of the ATSP for regional tourism development. The findings of this study indicate that the government of West Sumatra has not yet maximized the potential of the region in the tourism sector and has not implemented ATSP thoroughly.

Lampung is one of the provinces that has a considerable tourism potential in which each region has tourism potential with its own unique attraction in South Lampung regency. However, the Tsunami disaster that struck the coastal areas of Banten and South Lampung on 22 Desemeber 2018, impacted the decline in the number of tourists visiting the archipelago and abroad to tourist destinations by the end of year 2018. Based on the problems raised above, the purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the strategy conducted by the Tourism and culture Office of South Lampung Regency in the effort to develop tourism sector in South Lampung district after Tsunami disaster. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research informant is determined purpossive. Data collection techniques are conducted with observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data triangulation. Data is presented and in a descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research is known that the Tourism and culture Department of South Lampung district has a strategy to develop tourism potential in South Lampung regency. In determining a strategy for tourism development in South Lampung District after the Tsunami disaster pay attention to four basic factors. These four factors are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with some sectors involved in the tourism development process. The conclusion of this research is based on the SWOT anilisis which produces four strategies i.e. SO strategy, WO Strategy, Strategy ST, and WT strategy

The article deals with the current state and the implementation prospects of the RF’s state policy for tourism. The authors demonstrate that an effective implementation of events aimed at developing Russia’s tourism potential will give an impetus to the country’s economy. The authors identify the key constrains to tourism development in the Russian Federation, and insist that more emphasis be laid on promoting public-private partnership in the sphere of tourism.

The article is devoted to the study of the urgent topic of the development of tourism potential as a basis for youth events. A model of the system of tourism potential components is presented, which includes the natural resource potential of the tourism sector, historical and cultural potential, infrastructure potential, financial potential, information potential, investment potential, managerial potential, social potential of the tourism sector, labor potential. Due to the fact that the tourism potential of the territories is a system, its main features are distinguished: dynamism, hierarchy, ability to transform, inversion, development, etc. Due to the fact that at the present stage, potential management problems are becoming more complicated, included in the tourist potential of the territories, the management of territories in the field of tourism development, including its potentials, should develop as a synthesis of two aspects: improving scientific and practical activities and developing management phenomena as art. A special role is given to youth events, highlighting the largest and most important ones that are developing in certain parts of Russia. These regions have the most powerful tourism potential and tourist infrastructure.

This study aims to explain the local government's strategy in tourism development in East Nusa Tenggara Province, with a focus on: identifying tourism potential; leading tourism areas and destinations; identification of tourism problems; and local government strategies to achieve successful tourism development. This research uses descriptive analysis method. Data were collected through literature studies and documentation studies. Data obtained from secondary data through internet footprints based on the website of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government and other related institutions. The results of the study concluded that first, West Nusa Tenggara Province was able to achieve the success of tourism development through a tourism potential identification strategy; determination of leading tourism destinations; stipulation of regional tourism strategy areas; and formulation of Regional Tourism Development Master Plans; The Tourism Office's Strategic Plan and the Tourism Office's Performance Plan, second, the tourism development planning system is formulated in stages, synergies and involves multi-stakeholders; third, sustainable tourism development through changing poor villages into tourist villages; fourth, developing tourism infrastructure and supporting facilities; marketing through tourism promotion; establish partnerships; improving the quality of tourism human resources; increasing the number and quality of tourism attractions. This research has a specific purpose: (i) determine the potential of coastal area can be developed as a tourism product, (ii) Knowing constraints are faced in developing the tourism potential, and (iii) determine strategies that can be used in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism products Yeh Gangga Beach, Sudimara village, Tabanan Bali. The general objective to be achieved is to improve the performance of the tourism sector in the welfare of society Tabanan through sustainable tourism development by developing creative potential.. The research found that (i) Yeh Gangga Beach has some potential creativity attraction, such as : art market, handycraft,video and photography, music and art performance, scenery, and accomodation; (ii) The main problems encountered are (i)Most strategic land has been switched ownership to investors. The strategy should be applied is (i) Maintain Yeh Gangga Beach as tourist attraction developed Tabanan through local regulations, (ii) increasing public awareness of tourism. The implications are (i) theoretically enriching literature of sustainability in tourism coastal area, (ii)practically could enhance the government to develop coastal tourism in Tabanan Bali.

The tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a business of local revenues, the program of development and utilization of resources and regional tourism potential is expected to contribute to economic development. One of the tours that can support the regional economy in Riau is Cinta Island, which is located in the Jering Bay Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The number of visitors to Pulau Cinta reaches 9000 people every month. To maintain the number of visits with the achievement of the desired target, it is necessary to analyze factors that influence promotion and information so that visitors still visit the island of love. Promotion and information are factors that will be an important role and support for adding visitors to Cinta Island. Thus, the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) model can be used to determine the factors that influence promotion and information that are featured on the island of Cinta. The results showed that the SEM model that was built could be accepted because it fulfilled several model feasibility tests stating that the model was good-fit. The results of hypothesis testing show that attractiveness factors such as natural beauty and cleanliness and supporting factors in the form of facilities and infrastructure have a positive effect on promotion and information. While the factors of safety, accessibility, and infrastructure deserve the attention of tourism managers.

The development of marine tourism area is one of the forms of tourist management areas which strive and aim to provide benefits, especially for the protection, preservation and utilization of tourism potential and environmental services of natural resources, specifically in coastal areas. In the development of marine tourism areas, it is necessary to determine the exact location of each region so that there is no imbalance between the residential growth with marine tourism areas which being managed and utilized for recreational activities. The welfare of the community can be seen from various components that can describe whether the community is already in a prosperous life or not. Visible components include the state of housing in which they live, the level of education, and health. The role of the tourism sector, especially marine tourism in Lamongan City, can be seen from its contribution to gross regional domestic product (PDRB) in terms of labor absorption and business opportunities. The increasing contribution of the trade sector, hotels, and restaurants donated to gross regional domestic product (PDRB), are an overview of the role of the tourism sector. The purpose of this study can be described as follows: 1). To find out how extent the influence of marine tourism development on community welfare in Lamongan District. 2). To find out how extent the influence of marine tourism development on GDRP growth in Lamongan District. For the method of the study, primary data collection was conducted by interview and observation, while secondary data was obtained from Lamongan Tourism Office as well as literature study, who’s the data is in the form of general conditions and the number of visitors in the area.
