Abstract The research of unloading response characteristics of caverns with weak structure has important engineering value for the development and construction of underground space. In this paper, firstly, the cross fault cavity model is established based on particle flow code (PFC) software, considering different fault dip angles. The parallel bond model (PBM) is used in the cavern model and the smooth joint model (SJM) is used in the fault model. Then, the mechanical, acoustic emission (AE), energy response characteristics and failure modes of the cavern model with different fault angles are explored. The research result show that the fault angle has a great influence on the stress distribution and failure modes of surrounding rock.The existence of faults does not change the overall law of AE evolution curve, that is, the number of AE hits increases first and then decreases. However, the existence of faults changes the maximum number of AE hits and the duration of AE. When the cavern is unloaded, the strain energy of the model first decreases and then increases.

Investigating the micro-parameters of rock is vital for understanding the macro-properties of rock, such as the uniaxial compressive strength (UCS), Young’s modulus, failure patterns, etc. In this paper, based on the experimental results of rock material, a parallel-bond model in three-dimensional particle flow code (PFC3D) was applied to investigate the effects of the joint action of bond stiffness ratio and bond stress ratio on macro-properties of rock. The uniaxial compressive strength, stress–strain relationships, and failure characteristics, as well as underlying compression and failure mechanisms, in the process of parameter calibration, were systematically studied. The results indicated that the interaction of several micro-parameters would obviously change the response characteristics of the macro-properties of the model. The mechanism of the effects of various micro-parameters on the macro-properties of the model was further revealed. The change of the micro-parameters would change the strength and stress state of the bond between particles. The research results could promote the understanding of the failure mechanism of rock and improve the efficiency of micro-parameter calibration and the accuracy of calibration results.

The joint arrangement in rock masses is the critical factor controlling the stability of rock structures in underground geotechnical engineering. In this study, the influence of the joint inclination angle on the mechanical behavior of jointed rock masses under uniaxial compression was investigated. Physical model laboratory experiments were conducted on jointed specimens with a single pre-existing flaw inclined at 0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° and on intact specimens. The acoustic emission (AE) signals were monitored during the loading process, which revealed that there is a correlation between the AE characteristics and the failure modes of the jointed specimens with different inclination angles. In addition, particle flow code (PFC) modeling was carried out to reproduce the phenomena observed in the physical experiments. According to the numerical results, the AE phenomenon was basically the same as that observed in the physical experiments. The response of the pre-existing joint mainly involved three stages: (I) the closing of the joint; (II) the strength mobilization of the joint; and (III) the reopening of the joint. Moreover, the response of the pre-existing joint was closely related to the joint’s inclination. As the joint inclination angle increased, the strength mobilization stage of the joint gradually shifted from the pre-peak stage of the stress–strain curve to the post-peak stage. In addition, the instantaneous drop in the average joint system aperture (aave) in the specimens with medium and high inclination angles corresponded to a rapid increase in the form of the pulse of the AE activity during the strength mobilization stage.

Sumber pendapatan Desa Mojorejo pada tahun 2020 yang berjumlah Rp. 1. 880.871.300 dengan adanya rencana pembangunan pada berbagai sektor terutama pada pembangunan jalan di beberapa  dusun dengan total jumlah anggaran mencapai ±Rp. 900.000.000 kemudian pembangunan gedung BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) sebesar Rp. 100.000.000 dan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Mojorejo dengan sebagian besar anggaran berasal dari DD (Dana Desa) mampu memberikan peluang berupa tindakan penimpangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pembinaan dan pengawasan keuangan Desa oleh Pemerintah Derah Kabupaten Lamongan di Desa Mojorejo Kecamatan Modo khususnya dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa yang mana peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya pembinaan dan pengawasan oleh Pemerintah Daerah yang dilaksanakan Inspektorat Kabupaten Lamongan dan Dinas PMD (Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa) Kabupaten Lamongan memberikan dampak yang jelas terkait pengelolaan keuangan Desa Mojorejo dimana pengelolaan keuangan desa menjadi terkontrol dan disiplin melalui upaya monitoring dan evaluasi seacara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Kata Kunci: Pembinaan dan Pengawasan, Pemerintah Daerah, Keuangan, Desa, Inspektorat, Dinas PMD, BPD.     Mojorejo village’s income sources in 2020 amounting to 1.880.871.300 Rupiahs with development plansin various sectors, especially in road construction in several hamlets with a total ±Rp. 900.000.000 Rupiahs and then the construction of BUMDES (Village Owned Enterprise) building of 100.000.000 Rupiahs and public empowerment with a large portion of the budget coming from Village Fund (Dana Desa) could provide opportunities in the form of irregularities in village financial management. This research was conducted to determine how the form of guidance and supervision of Village finances by the Regional Government of Lamongan Regency in Mojorejo Village, Modo District, especially in village financial management where the researcher uses a qualitative research approach and this type of descriptive research. The research result show the role of guidance and supervision by the Regional Government carried out by the Inspectorate of  Lamongan Regency, the Dinas PMD Kabupaten Lamongan, and financial supervisory agencies (Inspectorate) have had a clear impact on the financial management of Mojorejo Village where the financial management becomes controlled and disciplined through direct and indirect monitoring and evaluation efforts. The purpose of this study, namely to obtain empirical evidence that the implementation of corporate governance affect the performance of “Bank Perkreditan Rakyat” ( rural banks), and the role of local culture “Tri Hita Karana “to the BPR’s performance. The population is all BPR located in Badung and Denpasar. The samples using purposive sampling method. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire are distributed directly to the object of research. “BPR” number into the sample in this study was 65 Banks. Data analyzed by model Multiple Regression Analysis. The research result show that the principles of corporate governance and the local cultural effect on the performance of BPR in Badung and Denpasar. “Bank Perkreditan Rakyat”. The implication of the study is important for the government to solve the economic problem using Corporate Governance and Tri Hita Karana concept.

ABSTRACT   This research is aimed to find out the most appropriate propagation method of Siamese Pontianak orange plant vegetatively. This research was done on 31st January 2019 until 31st March 2019 in experimentan garden of Punten, Sidomulyo village, Batu City. The method used in propagation of Siamese Pontianak orange planf vegetatively are insert grafting, side grafting, and top grafting. The research method used is Randomized Block Design (RAK) with non factorial experiment method that consist of 3 level that are insert grafting, side grafting, and top grafting that was repeated 9 times, so that obtained 27 experiment units. Data analysis used is ANNOVA and if there is real difference then it will be further tested using BNT. Parameters that are observed are: growing time of shoots, length of shoots, and the number of leaves. The research result show that insert grafting is an appropriate method in propagation of Siamese Pontianak orange plant with better result growing time of shoots, length of shoots, and number of leaves.   Keywords: Vegetatif Propagation Method, Siamese Pontianak Orange   ABSTRAK   Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode perbanyakan tanaman jeruk Siam Pontianak yang tepat dilaksanakan pada 31 Januari 2019 sampai dengan 31 Maret 2019 di Kebun Percobaan Punten Desa Sidomulyo Kota Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam perbanyakan tanaman jeruk Siam Pontianak Secara vegetatif yaitu okulasi sisip, sambung samping, dan sambung pucuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan metode percobaan non faktorial yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu okulasi sisip, sambung samping, dan sambung pucuk yang diulang sebanyak 9 kali, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 27 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa okulasi sisip merupakan metode yang tepat dalam perbanyakan tanaman jeruk Siam Pontianak dengan hasil waktu tumbuh tunas, panjang tunas, dan jumlah daun yang lebih baik.   Kata kunci: Metode Perbanyakan Vegetatif, Jeruk Siam Pontianak

The very fast development of information technology which is characterized by an influx of industry 4.0 has changed the way of human and behavior in language. The grammar which is a phenomenon of interest to language is examined along with behavior change language in the internet world. A phenomenon in language online is the emergence of the use of visual language emoji in conducting conversations in social media. This paper aims to discuss the phenomenon of visual language emoji among internet users in social media (WhatsApp). The aspects that will be emphasized are language (grammar) of emoji. Research methods carried out is observation and descriptive. Method of data collection is the division of the questionnaire online, and communications in WA screenshot that uses emoji icons. The research result show that emoji is a language (grammar) used in communicating in social media. Emoji language has dominated the conversation or message written on the social media and emoji (WA) as a language (syntax, semantics, and pragmatics) is part of the sentence, punctuation, expression, expressing feelings and thoughts to the opponent talk. The language of emoji expression indicates that the emoji can represent the thoughts and feelings instead of using verbal language. Thus, emoji is composed of two directions, i.e. language and parole. The language of emoji is the social institution of emoji (grammar) in social media, and the individual is the parole act, an actualized manifestation of the function of the emoticons language in syntactic, semantic and pragmatic.

One of the implementations of the smart city concept is by making use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based applications in providing public services. The Regency of Blora is one of the Indonesian regencies belonging to the 100-Smart-City. The aims of the research are identifying the applications contained in the programs in the smart city master plan on each dimension, identifying the applications most used to support smart city implementation, analyzing The Use of Aplication, and recommending applications required for implementing smart city. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research includes an application-based Blora Smart City development program implemented in six smart city dimensions. Applications that have been used properly are selected through focus group discussions (FGD). Application provider informants were selected purposively, while for application users five informants were selected. Data processing was carried out using in-depth interview transcripts. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive qualitative. The research result show that various applications have been used to support the realization of the Regency of Blora as a smart city. Some of the society members have been making use of the applications to deserve public services. However, to support the uses of ICTbased applications in an optimum level, it is necessary to make it easy to access internet, to socialize the existence of applications, and to obtain aspiration from local people for the policy of applying the applications. Evaluation of application utilization is recommended as a follow-up research through structured interview surveys of application users with a larger number of respondents.

Understanding the failure mechanism and failure modes of multiface slopes in the Wenchuan earthquake can provide a scientific guideline for the slope seismic design. In this paper, the two-dimensional particle flow code (PFC2D) and shaking table tests are used to study the failure mechanism of multiface slopes. The results show that the failure modes of slopes with different moisture content are different under seismic loads. The failure modes of slopes with the moisture content of 5%, 8%, and 12% are shattering-shallow slip, tension-shear slip, and shattering-collapse slip, respectively. The failure mechanism of slopes with different water content is different. In the initial stage of vibration, the slope with 5% moisture content produces tensile cracks on the upper surface of the slope; local shear slip occurs at the foot of the slope and develops rapidly; however, a tensile failure finally occurs. In the slope with 8% moisture content, local shear cracks first develop and then are connected into the slip plane, leading to the formation of the unstable slope. A fracture network first forms in the slope with 12% moisture content under the shear action; uneven dislocation then occurs in the slope during vibration; the whole instability failure finally occurs. In the case of low moisture content, the tensile crack plays a leading role in the failure of the slope. But the influence of shear failure becomes greater with the increase of the moisture content.

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran menggunakan media Kantong Ajaib Doraemon dalam model OMEAKE dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan membuat kalimat tanya, (2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan media Kantong Ajaib Doraemon dengan model OMEAKE dalam rangka  meningkatkan kemampuan membuat kalimat tanya, dan (3) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam membuat kalimat tanya dalam pembelajaran menggunakan media Kantong Ajaib Doraemon dengan model OMEAKE. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Sukoanyar 01 Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang, dengan jumlah 19 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 12 orang laki-laki dan 5 orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Penelitian dilaksankan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi sesuai dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan pembelajaran yang dibuat mengalami peningkatan disetiap siklusnya, (2) dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, aktivitas guru dan siswa mengalami peningkatan di setiap siklusnya, (3) pada siklus I kemampuan membuat kalimat tanya dengan menggunakan media Kantung Ajaib Doraemon dengan Model OMEAKE mencapai 63% siswa tuntas belajarnya dan  meningkat menjadi 89% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media Kantung Ajaib Doraemon dengan Model OMEAKE dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membuat kalimat tanya di kelas V SDN Sukoanyar 01 Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang.Kata Kunci: media kantung ajaib Doraemon, model OMEAKE, kemampuan membuat kalimat tanyaAbstract The purposes of  this research are  (1) describe learning planning using Doraemons’s Magic Pocket in OMEAKE Model for increase making question sentence ability, (2) describe learning implementation using Doraemons’s Magic Pocket with OMEAKE Model for increase making question sentence ability, and (3) describe enhancement of student ability to make question sentence in learning activity using  Doraemon’s Magic Pocket media with OMEAKE model. Cause it this research use Class Action Study (PTK). This research subject is fifth-grade student of Sukoanyar 01 Primary School in Wajak District Malang, with total 19 students that contain 12 male and 5 female. Data Collecting Technique that used include observation, interview, documentation and making some test. The research held in two cycles, every cycle consist of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection according to Kemmis and Taggart model. The research result show that: (1) leraning planning that made increase in every cycle, (2) teacher and students activity learning implementation increase in every cycle, (3) at first cycle, ability to make question sentence using Doraemon’s magic pocket media with OMEAKE Model reach 63% students have complete the study target and increased to 89% at second cycle. According to the research result can be conclude that application of Doraemon’s Magic Pocket media with OMEAKE model can increase student ability making question sentence in the fifth-grade class of Sukoanyar 01 Primary School in Wajak District Malang.Keyword: Doraemon’s Magic Pocket media, OMEAKE model, making question sentences ability of student

In this paper, numerical study results using ABAQUS are presents to demonstrate the failure modes and the behaviour of endplate connection with different parameters at elevated temperature. Numerical models and simulation methodology are first validated by the comparison to experimental data. Then the behaviour of beam and the failure modes endplate connection with different parameters- including beam span, beam load ratio, column cross section, endplate type- are studied. It can be concluded that all these parameters has a effects on the behaviour of the connection, while some parameters has a great influence on the survivability of the joint.
