The problems that often arise in the neighborhood of Neighborhood Unit (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW) are the distribution of information on citizen activities, administration, transparent financial management, and management of citizen databases as an effort to improve services and information facilities for residents. The purpose of this study is to support the government in implementing e-Government-based government systems, by developing Good Local Governance. The specific target of innovation to be achieved is the development of innovation in the form of a web-based Citizen Information System (SiWarga) application at the RT / RW level. The method used in this study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC Waterfall) method, starting from the first is analyzing the needs by conducting a survey and the feasibility of developing the system, second is to make a detailed list according to system requirements specifications, third is to design the system by creating workflow designs and programming design, the fourth is the development of information systems with coding, the fifth is system testing, the sixth is the implementation and maintenance of the system

Daerah Istimewa (Special Region of) Yogyakarta has 3,186 km2 wide area with 3,020,837 populations. Yogyakarta is well-known as an education city and a new student destination. Until 2005, it was reached number of 229,761 students (DIY Education Department, 2006). Finding boarding houses which are as needed and desired by students and learners is not easy. The obstacle that is often faced is do not know the area, or do not have friends who can give suggestion of appropriate boarding houses for students and learners. Therefore, it is necessary to create boarding house information system to facilitate students when looking for a place to stay. This information system is expected to help students finding a boarding house and also help boarding house owners to publish an empty boarding house room. System development method in this study is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) using a waterfall model. The waterfall model is a systematic approach and sequential starting of the level of system requirements, then to the analyzing data, designing, coding, and testing / verification. The boarding house information system is capable of informing the boarding line with the criteria sought by searchers. This information system is also capable of displaying the boarding house location utilizing Google Maps API to ease the boarding house location searching.

Recommendations are application models from previous measurement of data and information. To process data that is quite a lot is used the right method. Association rules are one technique that can be used in associating indirect data from a data. The purpose of this study is to create a system that can be used to provide information on goods in accordance with consumer combinations. The method used is direct interviews with staff to get information in the form of sales data and system requirements. The design model uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), namely Analysis, Design, Construction, Implementation, and Testing. The system design method used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The system used is an algorithm that is made web-based using the language PHP and MySQL as databases. The results used in this study are to stop at the specified 2-item iteration and two rules that meet minimum 30% support rules and a minimum confidence of 70%, namely Cofemix → Sugar and Sugar → Sugar.

ABSTRAK Perkembangan Teknologi dalam era globalisasi saat ini melaju dengan sangat pesat dan informasi yang beredar semakin banyak dan kompleks sehingga dunia pendidikan harus dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi terutama dalam bidang teknologi komputer, Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Kebutuhan manusia akan informasi pada saat ini menjadi begitu mudah terpenuhi dengan hadirnya internet, yang memungkinkan melakukan transfer informasi hanya dengan hitungan detik.Namun seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi ditambah dengan meningkatnya gaya hidup mobile. Proses pemantauan nilai akademik siswa pada sistem yang sedang berjalan pada MI Al-Mursyidiyyah Al-’Asyirotussyafi’iyyah dilakukan dengan cara yang konvesional, dimana siswa dan wali siswa hanya bisa melihat hasil dari kemampuan siswa tersebut pada akhir masa pembelajaran atau yang kita kenal dengan istilah pembagian raport siswa.Untuk membantu pihak sekolah dan orang tua atau wali siswa dalam memantau nilai akademik siswa MI Al-Mursyidiyyah Al-’Asyirotussyafi’iyyah – Pamulang, melalui sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dan diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat memberikan informasi kepada pihak sekolah dan orang tua secara efektif dan efisien yang berkaitan dengan penilaian akademik siswa.Metode yang di gunakan dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem aplikasi yaitu SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan model proses waterfall, Dengan sistem yang dijalankan diharapkan akan meminimalisir kesalahan yang tidak diperlukan dalam pembuatan dan pelaporan nilai siswa. ABSTRACT Technological developments in the current era of globalization drove very rapidly and information circulating more and more complex and so the world of education must be able to follow the development of technology, especially in the field of computer technology, Along with the development of technology today. The human need for information at this time becomes so easily fulfilled by the presence of the internet, which allows the transfer of information in just a matter of seconds. But along with technological advancements coupled with increasing mobile lifestyle. The process of monitoring the academic value of students on the system that is running on MI Al-Mursyidiyyah Al-'Asyirotussyafi'iyyah done in a conventional way, where students and guardians can only see the results of the student's ability at the end of the learning period or that we are familiar with the term division of student report cards. To assist the school and parents or guardians in monitoring the academic value of MI Al-Mursyidiyyah Al-'Asyirotussyafi'iyyah Pamulang students, through a web-based application and hopefully this application can provide information to the school and parents effectively and efficiently relating to students' academic assessment. The method used in the development of application system is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with waterfall process model, With the system executed is expected to minimize errors that are not required in making and reporting student value.

CV. Yusti Karya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finances is an important requirement for smooth project management. CV.Yusti Karya often has to manage several projects simultaneously in remote locations. This condition makes it difficult for the finance staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also makes it difficult for project managers in the field and must report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya improved the project's financial management system from using spreadsheets to a web-based information system. Web-based information system will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object- oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The development of this system aims to enable Person in Charge (PIC) projects in the field to submit expenditures and can be immediately approved by the financial staff in charge. Online project finance management between project PICs and finance staff helps harmonize financial management. The Director can monitor the flow of the latest project finance developments online.

Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran bagi para siswa dalam mencari sumber referensi belajar dan berperan penting dalam menunjang proses pendidikan. Pada SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi perpustakan adalah salah satu sarana bagi siswa untuk mencari referensi pelajaran. Namun pada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini, perpustakaan masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan pencatatan pembukuan, kelola anggota, dan notifikasi peminjaman. Proses manual tersebut dinilai kurang efisien dan memakan banyak waktu, serta dokumen yang dapat rusak atau hilang disebabkan kejadian tertentu. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola manajemen perpustakaan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan smart library berbasis web. Model prototipe adalah salah satu Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang dapat membantu proses pembangunan Smart Library berbasis web. Sehingga dapat membantu manajemen perpustakaan lebih terstruktur dan dengan proses yang cepat, efektif, dan efisien. Hasil dari kuisioner pengujian beta rata-rata menunjukan 80% menjawab setuju pada aplikasi smart library yang dibuat. Library as one of the learning media for students in finding sources of learning references and plays an important role in supporting the educational process. At SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi library is one of the means for students to find reference lessons. But in the current system, the library still uses a manual system, namely by recording books, managing members, and borrowing notifications. The manual process is considered inefficient and time-consuming, as well as documents that can be damaged or lost due to certain events. Therefore we need an information system that can manage library management more effectively and efficiently by using web-based Smart Library. Prototype Model is one of the System Development Live Cycle Model (SDLC) that can help the process of building a web-based Smart Library. So that it can help library management be more structured and with a fast, effective, and efficient process. The results of the beta test questionnaire on average showed 80% answered agreed on the smart library application made.

Zidan Jaya Motor is a company that serves the sale and purchase of used motorcycles, from various brands and types of motorcycles. The problem that is often encountered is the ineffectiveness of sales services in terms of time and effort because they still use manual data collection in the company's parent book. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based used motorcycle sales application. This sales information system planning uses the SDLC (system development life cycle) development method with the PHP (hypertext markup language) programming language. This sales application makes it easy for Zidan Jaya Motor to manage goods data, sales reports, optimize services and maintain company data security. Exports and imports are driving the nation's economy and state revenue sources. Customs as a state agency is assigned to manage the country's income. Customs and its staff are still experiencing difficulties in reporting receipt of export and import of plant or company. One of the policy is issued, each factory or company shall make the information system to determine information about the export of finished goods and raw material imports. The problem is the lack of standardization in the information that must be made by the manufacturer or company. This study makes the design of information systems based on web-based exports and imports that can be used by all factories or companies in Indonesia, particularly in PT.Windu Eka. The design method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Analysis, Design and Testing Prototype. This information system consists of web-based software with PHP programming and MySQL database that aims to provide information online, so the reports more accessible and faster made to be reported to Customs.

Scenario-based techniques have been receiving increased attention in the design of human-computer interaction. A cohesive methodology or framework, however, has yet to materialize, and scenario methods have not been well defined. Claims are being made about the ability of scenarios to play a role throughout the development life cycle. The objective of this paper is to examine the ability of scenarios to serve as the primary design representations early in the system design life cycle for envisioning the system, requirements specification, user-designer communication, and design rationale. These findings represent a case study in the design of a world-wide web site for the Human Factors Engineering Center at Virginia Tech. Example-based narratives were elicited using a “micro-scenario” generating task that involved prospective end-users brainstorming user-system interactions. Conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of the technique for system development, and guidelines are provided for using scenarios to specify behavioral requirements.

Management and management of data is one of the most important things for neighbor administrators, so data and information related to the notulency, attendance, financial and assets must be accessed quickly and precisely. RT 07 Hamlet Manggung is the government line that is closest to the Community. Currently the recording of data for Notulency, attendance, family cards and assets is still Manual and has not used any technology that improves effectiveness in data management pillars Neighbors. This system is built using Unified Software Development development method process (USDP), with the Unified Modelling Language (UML) modelling. In the inception phase all RT management data related to system requirements, elaboration phase is done to expand management system concept that already formed in phase inception, phase contruction done making management system, and in the transition phase is done to expand the system. Management. This maturation needs to be done to analyse whether the information system that has been made according to user needs. Then the system is built with the language PHP programming and MySQL databases using the Laravel framework, once it is done test system using alpha test and beta test.

Research on Web-based Company Profile Design of the Association of Indonesian Construction Companies (GAPEKSINDO) is a research to make it easier for people to obtain complete and up-to-date information because information is considered very important in decision making and in achieving goals. In addition to obtaining complete and up-to-date information, the website can also send and publish information to the wider community online. The system development method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, or better known as the system development life cycle in system engineering and software engineering, is the process of making and changing systems and the models and methodologies used to develop these systems.
