Title: Merdeka Belajar on the Changes in the Form of STARS YKPN Yogyakarta in the Covid 19 Pandemic Era   Currently in all fields in the world have entered the era of revolution 4.0, with the advancement of science and technology and information technology in particular, universities are required to welcome and prepare themselves to face it. The current adjustment of the "Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka" curriculum has resulted from reviews for the curriculum, especially for the higher level of education in architecture. At the same time as the Covid 19 pandemic that hit Indonesia and affected all fields, including the world of education, especially the Sekolah Tinggi Arsitektur (STARS) YKPN Yogyakarta. STARS YKPN which is a change in the form of the Akademi Teknik (AT) YKPN, in carrying out its role as an educational institution cannot be separated from this situation. In addition to this, the existence of the Architects Law, and many new policies and regulations from the Ministry of Education and Culture, require institutions to change shape. AT YKPN which initially only had a 3 years Diploma Architectural Drawing Study Program, after the change of form to STARS YKPN, currently has 2 study programs, namely 3 years Diploma Architectural Drawing and Bachelor of Architecture. With these changes, it is necessary to change the curriculum and learning methods, both in the 3 years Diploma Architectural Drawing Study Program and the Bachelor of Architecture Study Program. This article aims to provide an overview of how various changes occur, especially the curriculum and learning methods.

In the world of education the utilization of information technology is something that must be implemented, one of which is the use of the internet which can be used as a medium for disseminating information. Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology is a study program that has graduated many alumni, but so far there is no portal that can manage information regarding the whereabouts of its alumni. This causes the study program difficulties in getting the latest information of the alumni when needed. Therefore, in this research a website-based alumni information system was designed which aims to facilitate the Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology in managing and searching for information related to alumni data. In building this system researchers used the PHP programming language with CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL as the database. Then for the development of this software is using Waterfall model. It is hoped that when this system is implemented it can be used by study programs and alumni in managing alumni information, making it easier and faster to conduct data collection and reporting of existing alumni data.

Studi ini adalah hasil tracer study pada Program Studi (PS) Teknologi Pangan Universitas Terbuka tahun 2017-2020. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif (qualitative research) melalui survei dan wawancara dengan variabel (1) Keterserapan alumni di dunia kerja; (2) Kontribusi perguruan tinggi terhadap tingkat komptensi yang dikuasai; (3) Penilaian alumni terhadap metode pembelajaran di PS Teknologi Pangan. Hasil tracer study menyatakan bahwa dari segi keterserapan alumni di dunia kerja, alumni PS Teknologi Pangan UT sebanyak 68% sudah bekerja dan sebanyak 70% sudah memperoleh pekerjaan sebelum masuk UT. Bidang pekerjaan alumni paling banyak di bidang swasta di sektor usaha makanan dan minuman. Kontribusi perguruan tinggi terhadap tingkat kompetensi yang dikuasai alumni yaitu lebih dari 50% alumni menyatakan perguruan tinggi berkontribusi sangat tinggi dan tinggi dalam pengetahuan di bidang ilmu teknologi pangan, kemampuan riset dan analisis, komunikasi, ketrampilan digital, manajemen waktu dan kemampuan dalam memegang tanggung jawab, serta soft skill. Penilaian alumni terhadap metode pembelajaran di PS Teknologi Pangan yaitu lebih dari 50% menyatakan sudah sangat baik dan baik dari tutorial online, praktikum, dan bahan ajar cetak. Masukan alumni untuk perbaikan layanan yaitu untuk tutorial online antara lain perlunya peningkatan server, tampilan yang lebih menarik, penambahan video dan studi kasus, serta tutor perlu lebih aktif memberikan umpan balik. Masukan mahasiswa untuk praktikum yaitu perlunya laboratorium sendiri yang dimiliki oleh UT, mata kuliah praktikum perlu diperbanyak, serta  integrasi antara mata kuliah praktikum dengan mata kuliah lainnya. Masukan untuk bahan ajar cetak adalah perlu dilakukan pembaharuan materi yang mengikuti dengan perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Tracer study in the Food Technology Study Program of the Open University conducted in 2017-2020. This study uses qualitative methods (qualitative research) through surveys and interviews with variables (1) Absorption of alumni in the world of work; (2) Contribution of higher education to the competency level mastered; (3) Evaluation of alumni of learning methods in the Food Technology Study Program. The results of the tracer study stated that in terms of alumni absorption in the world of work, 68% of UT Food Technology PS alumni were already working and as many as 70% had reached a job before entering UT. Most alumni work in the private sector in the food and beverage business sector. The contribution of higher education to the level of competence controlled by alumni is more than 50% of alumni who state that universities contribute very high and high in knowledge in the field of food technology, research and analysis skills, communication, digital skills, time management and the ability to hold responsibility , also soft skills. The alumni assessment of the learning methods at the Food Technology Study Program, namely more than 50% stated that it was very good and good from online tutorials, practicum, and printed teaching materials. Alumni input for service improvements, namely for online tutorials, including the need for server upgrades, a more attractive display, adding videos and case studies, and tutors need to be more active in providing feedback. Student input for practicum is the need for UT's own laboratory, practicum courses that need to be reproduced, and integration between practicum courses with other courses. The input for printed teaching materials is that it is necessary to update the material that follows the development of technology and science.

The curriculum has a position and a very important position in the education process, the curriculum is a requirement and an inseparable part of the education itself. Through the curriculum can provide the competencies needed by the world of work to students, so it is necessary for students to graduate they will be easily absorbed in the world of work in accordance with the competencies that they got during college. The purpose of this research is to see the relevance of the curriculum in the management of study programs for restaurants in South Sulawesi. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study found that the existing curriculum is relevant to restaurants this can be measured by the absorption of alumni who work in the hotel and restaurant sector as much as 98.94%. in addition, the waiting time for alumni to get an average job is 3-6 months. Relevant competence, it is expected that the Department of Hospitality Management Study Program of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic produces good products that are ready for work. Materials that are highly relevant to the needs of work must be maintained or improved because competition in the workforce is very fierce.

In facing the industrial era 4.0, college graduates in information and computer science are required to adapt to the developments and needs of current industrial technology. The link and match between the world of education and industry is the key to optimizing the absorption of skilled labor. To answer these challenges, the Information systems undergraduate study program at Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto, SUHU, and T-Lab held a Webinar Series "Link & Match of Information Technology between Academics and Industrial Needs" with the topic of Digital Business Roadmap: Exploring creative digital business ideas. This webinar activity is carried out using a mentoring method as well as sharing new knowledge with participants about Digital Business Transformation and how to explore creative digital business ideas. The result is that participants can understand digital business transformation and then explore creative digital business ideas to be developed in a business proposal.

The competencies of graduates of PMI study programs are very important, especially in the Social Service and Community Empowerment Service. Therefore research is needed on the study of scientific competencies of graduates of PMI Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Ar-Raniry in the world of work. So this kajin formulates information sources in the context of work, stakeholders, and supporting skills in supporting work professionalism. This qualitative research collects data by conducting evaluations, surveys, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that social work was still not finished by workers from social worker backgrounds. PMI graduates' competencies are currently adequate and good, but there needs to be an increase and development of self-capacity. The supporting skills needed by graduates of PMI's study program are to improve the scientific field of work, to be mediated, to master information technology, even as graduates of the Da'wah and Communication Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry must be able to practice religious values and be sufficient role models in the workplace. Keywords: Competence, Science, PMI, World of Work

Vocational High School (VHS) is a level of education that prioritizes the development of student's ability to implement certain types of work and preparing students to enter the world of work and develop a professional attitude. One of the majors in VHS is an Accounting with one of the competencies taught is tax. The development of information technology requires all activities to be fast and accurate so the government made innovations in taxation to be electronic and online. The Activities used tax applications such as e-SPT, e-NOFA, e-Invoice, e-Billing and the most recent is eFiling. With this training is expected to provide additional competence for students, especially to students who will enter the world of work, so they can compete in applying in business and industry.

Information technology today is very much needed by every society, especially during the current pandemic. The development of information technology which is increasingly rapid in the current era of globalization cannot be avoided anymore its impact on the world of education. Global demands call upon the world of education to always and constantly adapt technological developments to the steps in improving the quality of education, especially adjusting its use for the world of education, especially in the learning process. There are many learning media technologies in the form of platforms that are used in every educational institution, at the school level to streamline the learning process carried out, such as classrooms, google forms, quizizz and zoom. PLSP Group of the Indonesian Education University, Purwakarta Campus, endeavors to solve problems through extension programs and instructional media training for teachers. The goal is that the skills of teachers in making teaching materials using learning media based on information technology and the internet can be improved.

Not only for enterprises, educational institution use information technology for teaching and learning. Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) aware that IT is very important in the world of education. To measure effectiveness in IT governance, UMN needs audit information system using the COBIT 5.0 framework in order to determine the extent to which the performance of the IT department and also know the UMN produce a solution to every problem is unresolved. The object of this study is the Department of Information Technology UMN. This study uses COBIT 5.0 with 5 domains that is Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM); Align, Plan and Organize (APO); Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI); Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) and Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA). At 37 the process of the 5 IT governance domains belonging to COBIT 5.0 by using the stages of COBIT 5.0 is filtered into 10 processes. The data collection was done by interviewing the manager of IT department, observation of documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to the two heads of divisions within the IT department manager for IT departments demand UMN. The results of this study each domain is at 1 st level (incomplete). Capability level values achieved by EDM01 is 81.84%, EDM02 is 76.17%, APO01 is 73.28%, APO02 is 67.72%, APO03 is 52.30%, APO05 is 66.44%, APO07 is 64.20%, APO08 is 75.19%, BAI01 is 56.33%, and BAI02 is 65.20%. As we know now, Indonesia has begun to enter the era of revolution 4.0 which in that era had a lot of changes in all fields. Including in the field of education, the changes that occur in the world of education today are so significant with the abandonment of teaching methods that still use conventional methods. Track tasks with books, face-to-face communication, collect hard copy assignments, which of course will cause a lot of losses in a certain period of time, like many long-stored tasks that are hard to find when needed. Learning methods are considered a boring way, where students cannot explore learning searches for the number of files that have been collected. So from now on the application of learning methods is done with the concept of gamification. Gamification learning methods are made to follow the era when students prefer to play games rather than learning, therefore the gamification method can be applied to management of education at a higher level of education. It is hoped that this method can increase students' interest in learning so that it motivates to explore abilities in the learning process.Seperti yang kita ketahui sekarang, Indonesia sudah mulai memasuki era revolusi 4.0 yang di era itu banyak perubahan yang terjadi di semua bidang. Termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan, perubahan yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan saat ini begitu signifikan dengan mulai ditinggalkannya metode pengajaran yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Melacak tugas dengan buku, komunikasi tatap muka, mengumpulkan tugas dalam bentuk hardcopy, yang tentu saja akan menyebabkan banyak kerugian dalam jangka waktu tertentu, seperti banyak tugas yang lama tersimpan dan sulit ditemukan ketika dibutuhkan. Metode pembelajaran dianggap sebagai cara yang membosankan, dimana siswa tidak dapat mengeksplorasi dalam pencarian pembelajaran untuk jumlah file yang telah dikumpulkan. Jadi mulai sekarang penerapan metode pembelajaran dilakukan dengan konsep gamification. Metode pembelajaran gamification dibuat untuk mengikuti era ketika siswa lebih memilih untuk bermain game daripada belajar, oleh karena itu metode gamification dapat diterapkan untuk manajemen pendidikan pada tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Diharapkan bahwa metode ini dapat meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar sehingga memotivasi untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan dalam proses pembelajaran.
