Machine-building complex is a system-forming element of Ukrainian economy. Functioning of other industries in many respects depends on the results of its activity. Harsh conditions of globalized economic environment and geopolitical changes taking place in the country have negatively affected the state of machine-building enterprises and determined the need for increasing the level of their economic sustainability. As a result of using the systemic-structural approach, which is being developed in the context of the provisions of systemic economic theory, systemic-structural analysis of economic sustainability of several machine-building enterprises was performed. The study was conducted based on a sample of 16 machine-building enterprises and covered the 2015−2016 period. Economic sustainability was analyzed by way of defining in the structure of enterprises, econometric modeling and assessing the state of four subsystems with different space and time localization and further defining the level of mutual balance. The set of individual parameters for modeling every subsystem was determined mainly by way of regrouping of baseline statistical indicators, as well as expert assessments. Using such an approach enabled to determine structural peculiarities of machine-building enterprises development during the analyzed period and their effect on formation of volatility and stability properties, which ensure their sustainability in space and time. During the analyzed period, the determined disproportions of the subsystems in the structure of enterprises had systemic nature. The identification of economic manifestations of the determined disproportions enabled to formally define non-trivial dependencies between the economic phenomena, which took place in machine building, and to define the nature of their influence on the mechanism of economic sustainability formation. The risks affecting every subsystem under study had volatile nature, that’s why the issue of systemic risk management remains relevant.

The article is aimed at diagnosticating the effectiveness of quasi-integration structures on the basis of domestic machine-building enterprises. The relevance of the research is associated with the slow development of the machine-building quasi-integration structures in Ukraine. 11 quasi-integration structures on the basis of machine-building enterprises were examined, namely: public union «Ukrainian Aerospace Cluster» (Dnipro); aerospace cluster «Mekhatronika» (city of Kharkiv); industrial park «Vinnytsya cluster of refrigeration machine-building» (city of Vinnytsya); corporation «Scientific park «Innovation and Investment Cluster of Ternopil region»; aviation cluster of the corporation «Ukrainian aircraft company» of the State-owned concern «Ukroboronprom»; cluster of radiolocation, radiocommunication and special instrument engineering of the State-owned concern «Ukroboronprom»; cluster of precision weapons and ammunition of the State-owned concern «Ukroboronprom»; armored cluster of the State-owned concern «Ukroboronprom»; Mykolayiv shipbuilding cluster; Zakarpattya automotive cluster (Uzhhorod); machine-building cluster «AhroBUM» (Melitopol). On the basis of the information available on the Internet and by means of the analytical on-line system YouControl, an economic analysis of participants in the clusters of the State-owned concern «Ukroboronprom» and «AhroBUM» was carried out. A diagnostics of the effectiveness of these clusters represents an argument for quasi-integration of other machine-building domestic enterprises along with the interacting firms and institutions. It is concluded that the slow development of quasi-integration processes in Ukraine is connected with the ignorance of entrepreneurs and the lack of methodological recommendations for the formation of quasi-integration structures.

The article proposes a methodical approach for taking into account the information component when prices are set for the production of machine-building enterprises. It is proposed to form the price of the finished product of machine-building enterprises, including the surcharge to the price, which takes into account the value of the information component of the product. The methodical approach is based on the system of statistical and mathematical assessment of the risk of impairment of the information component of the product, thus taking into account the level of price risk. It is proposed to calculate the value of the information component of the machine-building enterprises' products and in supply chains, taking into account the different levels of value created by means of expert assessments and the calculation of the value ratio. The methodological approach is universal in the field of pricing in the management of supply chains.

The introduction of the Cluster of enterprises of machine-building industry of Sumy region is caused by a number of problems that the machine-building industry has faced recently, namely the unprofitable maintenance of large machine-building enterprises in Sumy region due to the unloaded production and downtime of production sites. This leads to job cuts, the removal of highly qualified personnel from the region and the country and, as a consequence, to the lack of income in the city budget. Therefore, there is an urgent need to implement a policy to support the economic development of the region, namely the machine-building industry as the foundation of the Sumy economy. Also, the Cluster approach as a form of organization of the national economy is widely used today by the leading countries of the world, and it is an effective tool for the development of the economy of the regions, this can be seen on the example of the economies of Japan, the USA, South Korea and other countries. Studies have shown that the formation of a Cluster in the machine building industry of the Sumy region is possible in the form of a triad (state - science - business). In Sumy region there are innovative and active enterprises that are dynamically developing in the field of mechanical engineering. At the same time, they have high scientific and technical potential and developed production bases. These enterprises can successfully operate and develop in the field of import substitution. A distinctive feature of their activities is the significant scientific and technical potential in the development of production of products for the oil and gas complex and the chemical industry. Therefore, the introduction of a Cluster of enterprises in the machine-building industry of Sumy region will help to increase the competitiveness of the national economy by achieving a balanced interaction between economic entities (business - state - science) and creating favorable conditions for the development and production of import-substituting compressor equipment for Ukrainian enterprises. The functioning of the Cluster involves improving the quality of both basic and vocational education to form a skilled workforce capable of introducing innovation, establishing synergies between research institutions and business structures for the purpose of knowledge transfer. The interaction between educational institutions and business entities should include: ensuring demand in the labor market (training specialists in the required professions); Improving the quality of educational services (concluding contracts with leading companies to acquire practical skills during training (internships and internships), attracting heads of leading companies to state examinations committees, which will facilitate a more objective assessment of educational services. The Cluster is that the state is one of three equal parties, each of which exercises its specific functions. The role of the state is to actively mediate and, as a consequence, eliminate a number of market failures (divergence of private and public costs and benefits). Thus, the main expected result of the Cluster creation is an increase in the share of compressor equipment produced by domestic manufacturers and is characterized by a high degree of localization of production in the territory of Ukraine, in the total volume of purchases of equipment for the needs of the economy of Ukraine and foreign trade. Keywords: cluster, business-science convergence, machine-building industry, import-substitution equipment.

Introduction. One of the leading causes of occupational health loss, especially in mining and machine-building enterprises, is the combined impact of industrial noise and vibration. The wide prevalence of cardiovascular diseases is one of the most important medical and social problems, due to persistent disability and high mortality, bringing prevention of health disorders to the first place as the basis for preserving labor longevity. The aim of study is to identify the main approaches aimed at preventing health problems in workers who come into contact with vibration and noise at mining and machine-building enterprises. Materials and methods. A survey and survey of 296 industrial workers was conducted. Group 1 (160 people) included men who were exposed to noise and vibration factors above the maximum permissible levels, group 2 consisted of 136 men who did not have direct contact with noise and vibration generating equipment. When conducting an in-depth laboratory and instrumental examination in a hospital setting, all workers additionally calculated the level of cardiovascular risk on the SCORE scale. Statistical analysis was performed using the software package "Statistica 6.0". Results. It is determined that the priority adverse factors of the working environment in production are noise and vibration. It has been shown that individuals who come into contact with these factors are more likely to detect violations of lipid metabolism and endothelial function, have a higher average heart rate and systolic blood pressure, and have an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Conclusions. Taking into account the obtained results of the proposed diagnostic approaches aimed at the prevention of health disorders among workers of industrial enterprises. If employees are found to have an increased cardiovascular risk, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth examination and timely medical and preventive measures.
