The article proposes a methodical approach for taking into account the information component when prices are set for the production of machine-building enterprises. It is proposed to form the price of the finished product of machine-building enterprises, including the surcharge to the price, which takes into account the value of the information component of the product. The methodical approach is based on the system of statistical and mathematical assessment of the risk of impairment of the information component of the product, thus taking into account the level of price risk. It is proposed to calculate the value of the information component of the machine-building enterprises' products and in supply chains, taking into account the different levels of value created by means of expert assessments and the calculation of the value ratio. The methodological approach is universal in the field of pricing in the management of supply chains.

Human capital is a key factor in the success of any enterprise. Since human capital, like other types of capital, is prone to exposure to various types of risk and an important task of any enterprise is to assess the level of human capital. This paper proposes the author’s approach to the formation of the structural components of human capital. Its structure included three sets of indicators that characterize educational, intellectual and physical capital. Also, a methodological approach is proposed to evaluate the human capital level of machine-building enterprises, which consists of three interrelated stages. The methodological approach is based on a point evaluation of the indicators included in the human capital structure based on the questionnaire (polling) of the personnel of the analyzed machine-building enterprises. The assessment of the level of human capital was carried out separately for two groups of workers. It is established that the total value of the integral index of human capital corresponds to the average level for all examined enterprises and ranges from 0,463 to 0,585. It has been found that the personnel at the machine-building enterprises have a great potential for development and a high propensity for change. The advantage of human capital assessment on the basis of its structural components is the ability to determine the optimal need for human resources and forecast the cost of supporting and developing human capital.

This article summarizes the scientific approaches to improving the quality of relations between the enterprise and business partners in preparation for the release and production of new products in today's economic realities. The study's main purpose is to substantiate and develop a methodological approach for determining effective relationship models between enterprises and business partners to prepare and produce new products. The article presents a developed four-stage methodological approach. The first stage of the study presents an analysis of existing approaches to forming relationships between the enterprise and business-business partners to prepare and produce new products. In the second stage, factual data on machine-building industry enterprises' functioning were collected to determine the effectiveness of cooperation and success, which are the key components that improve the quality of relations between the enterprise and business partners in preparing new products. At the third stage, partners' priority was determined to characterize the quality of the relationship between machine-building enterprises and business-business partners. The fourth stage determined the relationship between the qualitative levels of business partners' priority and appropriate relationship models to prepare and produce new products. The study used expert methods, multidimensional factor analysis, additive convolution method, structural-logical method, graphical method. A survey of enterprise representatives was conducted to assess the effectiveness of cooperation on 12 surveyed machine-building enterprises. Partial indicators were identified and substantiated by multidimensional factor analysis, generalized for making decisions about business partner enterprises' existing opportunities to prepare and produce new products. Based on the calculation of the integrated indicator, partners' priority was determined. That characterized the quality of relations between machine-building enterprises and business-business partners in preparing and producing new products. According to the Harrington scale specified for the economic conditions of Ukraine, the qualitative levels of partner companies' priority were determined. The proposed effective models of relationships for preparing and producing new products are put in line with them. The study results could improve the quality and validity of the formation and maintenance of relationships between enterprises and business partners in preparing and producing new products.

The purpose of this article was to study the indicator of the complex cost of procurement in relation to the use of coordination mechanisms in supply chains. Based on the analysis of various types of costs associated both directly with purchases and with the subsequent use and operation of the purchased products, the author proposed an approach to determining this parameter, taking into account the assessment of «complex proposals» of suppliers per unit of purchased products. The study was conducted on the basis of a comparative analysis of retrospective data from a group of enterprises that took part in the survey from February to May 2021. The enterprises included manufacturing and trading companies, freight forwarding companies, and warehouse operators working at different levels of procurement maturity. Based on the results of the work carried out, the author made a conclusion about the different influence of the mechanisms of joint planning, motivation, and resource integration on the dynamics of the indicator of the complex cost of procurement in organizations of different fields of activity. In the course of the study, the methods of expert assessments, statistical and comparative analysis, comparison by analogy, and questionnaires were used. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the scientific works of Russian and foreign authors on procurement and supply management, logistics management, and the development of partnerships with suppliers in supply chains.


The article stipulates that machine-building enterprises in a market economy in the process of carrying out any business operations must take into account the fact of the probability of negative developments and their financial consequences. In order to avoid the global consequences of the manifestation of risks, companies must have a system for diagnosing the level of sustainability of development, taking into account the impact of target risk parameters and innovative support to prevent significant financial losses. The proposed algorithm of the methodological approach to determine the impact of target risk parameters on the level of innovative support for sustainable development of machine-building enterprises allows to take into account both the requirement to maximize the expected total income and the requirement to minimize variance, ie lower risk than expected. It is concluded that the algorithm makes it possible to identify and identify risks, ie to determine the portfolio of risks and the impact of innovation on their level and vice versa, which accompanies the implementation of appropriate management decisions and delineation of their scope. One of the components of the formation of mechanisms for diagnosing the level of innovative support for sustainable development of machine-building enterprises is risk management. The importance of this component increases with the increase in the cost of covering or compensating for the risks faced by machine-building enterprises. Evaluation of the results and adjustment of selected methods occurs after the implementation of these methods directly into the work of the enterprise. This stage is crucial because it allows to draw conclusions about the methods that have been used to neutralize or reduce risks, namely: whether they sufficiently protect the machine-building enterprise from potential threats, determine the level of reliability of certain methods and areas for improvement and adjustment. selected methods of diagnostics of the level of sustainable development of machine-building enterprises taking into account the target parameters of risk and innovation.

The purpose of this article is to assess the results captation machine-building enterprises of Ukraine, determination of their causal relationships, as well as recommendations for ensuring growth of capitalization. In Ukraine, mechanical engineering has traditionally been described as the locomotive of domestic economy development, the dynamics that determine performance aspects of functioning of enterprises of engineering industry are descending. The features research of engineering enterprises development is a topical area in the aspect capitation, as it allows to determine the core list of issues that lead to negative dynamics of the economic results and allows you to define the priority focuses of managerial influence to ensure that the increasing trends of engineering business capitalization. Mechanical engineering is the most sensitive area of the industry to strategic technological innovations. Undoubtedly, the main focus on the development of innovative machine-building business should be made by the companies’ management. However, government support is essential in the situation, which is characteristic of the domestic business environment. While engineering companies have to fundamentally change their business models, target orientation which should be aimed at ensuring the intellectual parameters of modern engineering production. In this aspect, you cannot rely on short-term financial results, and perhaps within a certain time interval, there will be a process of decapitalization. Such methods were used in the course of writing the article: estimation of the fundamental value of capital, the VBM analysis, the factor analysis results in accordance with the ReOI model. The results of the factor evaluation of the capital fundamental value of domestic machine-building enterprises determined the causes decapitalization and formed the principles of the national strategy for the development of modern machine-building production according to the content of the concept “Industry 4.0”. Of practical value are the results of the methodological approach testing to assessing the enterprise management efficiency based on the method of fundamental capitalization. Key words. The current state and trends in developing logistics activities at machine-building enterprises is studied through evaluating the efficiency of financial flows. It is noted that studying the current state and trends in the logistics activities at machine-building enterprises is a necessary condition for the revival of mechanic engineering in our country. It is noted that the machine-building industry has specific features in management, which are associated with high costs for raw materials, energy, transportation, and labor resources. Mostly, products of machine-building enterprises have a fairly long usage (consumption) cycle, and are quite large, so their sale causes problems during periods of economic crisis, in contrast to, for example, food products. It is established that for the industry to undergo sustainable development, it needs to attract capital investments. The general problem with the level of financing, including the machine-building industry, negatively affects the prospects for reorganizing the production cycle, involving innovative technologies, introducing resource- and energy-saving processes in production, complying with environmental management. It is this set of conditions that is the key to making products of Ukraine’s machine-building industry attractive for global market consumers, and therefore, to increasing financial flows. As a result of the study, a methodological approach to evaluating the logistics activities at machine-building enterprises by selected indices of financial logistics is suggested, where the indices can be calculated on the basis of the annual financial statements of enterprises as for their balance (statement of financial position) and financial results (statement of comprehensive income), making it possible to identify both factors influencing the results of the economic activity of machine-building enterprises, and the degree of this influence. The calculated values of the relative efficiency ratios of financial logistics in managing accounts receivable and payable related to product flows can serve as input data to build a mathematical model for forecasting the efficiency of logistics activities at machine-building enterprises in Ukraine

Relevance of research. The actualization of the assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise from the standpoint of possible bankruptcy is indisputable, taking into account the impact of both external and internal factors on the work of the enterprise. The purpose of the study: to develop a methodological approach to preventive assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise, taking into account internal and external factors influencing its economic activity from the standpoint of possible bankruptcy. Methodology and scientific methods: methods of comparative analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, system approach are used. Research results: the article considers scientific trends and problems of assessing the financial condition of enterprises using different methodological approaches. The most well-known formed discriminant models of foreign and domestic scientists are characterized, taking into account their advantages and disadvantages in conducting economic assessment of the financial condition of enterprises. Features and possibilities of application of these models at the domestic enterprises of a machine-building complex are stated. The necessity to develop a dynamic operational model of preventive management is substantiated, which makes it possible to take into account both internal and external national factors and foreign indicators. Unlike the existing ones, this model considers not only financial indicators (profitability ratio, current liquidity ratio, asset turnover, autonomy ratio), but also their importance in the dynamics, as well as taking into account external factors of the country in which the company operates. A new methodological approach for assessing the financial condition of the enterprise with the inclusion of national factors of enterprises and performance indicators of foreign economic entities is proposed. The proposed method of assessing the company in the dynamics in relation to each time to the previous year in terms of bankruptcy characterizes the effectiveness of management and is a signal to take precautions regardless of the stage of the life cycle of the enterprise or its products. The information support of this model serves as a basis for the formation of the company's self-management system. Research framework / possibility of using the results: the proposed methodological approach has an international character and can be used by single-industry enterprises of different countries to assess their financial and economic, marketing, organizational, production, logistics activities, especially when looking for business partners. Practical significance: assessment of the bankruptcy probability index at 12 machine-building enterprises of Ukraine was carried out, conclusions were made on the location of enterprises in the bankruptcy zone. Social consequences: the results of this assessment lead to management decisions by the management of machine-building enterprises on the optimization of jobs, labor movement, internal and external staff rotation.

Machine-building complex is a system-forming element of Ukrainian economy. Functioning of other industries in many respects depends on the results of its activity. Harsh conditions of globalized economic environment and geopolitical changes taking place in the country have negatively affected the state of machine-building enterprises and determined the need for increasing the level of their economic sustainability. As a result of using the systemic-structural approach, which is being developed in the context of the provisions of systemic economic theory, systemic-structural analysis of economic sustainability of several machine-building enterprises was performed. The study was conducted based on a sample of 16 machine-building enterprises and covered the 2015−2016 period. Economic sustainability was analyzed by way of defining in the structure of enterprises, econometric modeling and assessing the state of four subsystems with different space and time localization and further defining the level of mutual balance. The set of individual parameters for modeling every subsystem was determined mainly by way of regrouping of baseline statistical indicators, as well as expert assessments. Using such an approach enabled to determine structural peculiarities of machine-building enterprises development during the analyzed period and their effect on formation of volatility and stability properties, which ensure their sustainability in space and time. During the analyzed period, the determined disproportions of the subsystems in the structure of enterprises had systemic nature. The identification of economic manifestations of the determined disproportions enabled to formally define non-trivial dependencies between the economic phenomena, which took place in machine building, and to define the nature of their influence on the mechanism of economic sustainability formation. The risks affecting every subsystem under study had volatile nature, that’s why the issue of systemic risk management remains relevant.

At machine-building enterprises of Ukraine, due to the use of outdated equipment and equipment, lack of long-term sources of financing of current assets, low level of innovation activity and investment attractiveness; low product competitiveness; insufficient number of highly skilled personnel, there is a decrease in financial security and slowing down of reproductive processes. The methodological approach to improving financial security, taking into account the acceleration of reproductive processes of machine-building enterprises based on multicriterial vector optimization, allows us to determine the optimal values manifestations of dynamics of working capital and net profit, taking into account the acceleration of reproductive processes of machine-building enterprises as well as establish the optimal relationship between them. The approbation of a methodological approach to improving financial security and accelerating reproductive processes on the example of four machine-building enterprises of Ukraine. To build optimization vectors uses financial statements for eight periods. To increase the financial security and acceleration of reproductive processes of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine, certain volumes of current assets are established, the periods of their circulation, their marginal cost, taking into account various sources of funding, as well as maximum net profit in certain manifestations of dynamics of working capital. In the process of implementing a methodological approach to improving financial security and accelerating reproductive processes into practical activities of machine-building enterprises, a significant role and place occupy highly skilled personnel. The decisive tool for their provision is: material stimulation (salaries increase, provision of premiums) and establishing mutual in the team (social justice in the department). Therefore, the further direction of research is to develop a methodological approach to improving the financial security of machine-building enterprises, taking into account staffing.
