Educators at various colleges gave both subjective and quantitative reactions in regards to their use CMS. The outcomes show that the best needs satisfied by CMS are appropriation of materials and correspondence with understudy. They additionally recommend that convenience and value of CMS are identified with perceptions toward it, yet that disarray in its use isn't. Ultimately, absence of clearness and time were the essential worries of the people who had not yet embraced CMS. Suggestions are talked about.

AbstractThis paper attempts to examine the paradigm shift in ASEAN from a state-based to a people-based organization. We argue that by adopting a people-based organization, ASEAN now enters an era of Neo-Communitarianism replacing the Old Communitarianism of the old generation of ASEAN. By using communitarian perspectives, we look at the continuities and changes in ASEAN with regard to how it deals with issues involving their members. Three important issues namely the debates on intervention principle; the adoption of the three pillars of the ASEAN Community; and the inclusion of human rights are seen as the signposts where ASEAN departs from their Old to a Neo-Communitarianism. Although there have been a lot of challenges to the realization of the people-based organization, we see that the dynamics of debates and the active participation of the community in the debates show good prospects for the new paradigm to realize. In this paper, we use debate on the formation of ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (ICHR), to show the involvements of people in setting the agendas for the future ASEAN.

BACKGROUND: Historically, every century has a remarkable event for which it is known. These events, apart from giving a peculiar identity to a century, influences the religious, political, and socio-economic lives of the people. Apparently, the underlying element in the plurality of the world-views of the people of a century is the peculiar events of their time. In this light, the 21st century is identical with globalization. METHODOLOGY: The study used a qualitative design. The methods used were historical, expository, and critical. The historical method was used to trace some centuries before the 21st century to examine their various understandings and approaches to the concept of humanity. The expository method was used to dissect the various anchors of humanity to see the relevance of a redefinition of humanity in the modern times. Finally, the critical method was used to access the 21st century humans to know the expediency for a paradigm shift on the concept of humanity in the modern times. RESULT: This paper argues that aside the positive effects of globalization, there is an urgent need to redefine the meaning of humanity that is already defaced by its inherent activities. CONCLUSION: This research recommends that an ethical redress in the understanding of humanity in the face of today’s globalization is expedient to promote reverence for human lives. This will help to avoid the collapse of this century into a game of exploitation of each other, the dead end of narcissism and invariably the dark age of a modern time.

AbstractAn important paradigm shift underway in education allows students to be partners in cooperative learning and to field test old answers to ever-changing problems in urban life through the continual journey into neighborhoods and the return journey into the classroom for reflection. The rhythm of journey in and journey out ofthe classroom allows spirituality, community and justice to embrace. Diversity is reflected through students' journeys into contexts where people's worldviews and faith suppositions differ from their own. Jesus educated his disciples by sending them out on journeys, sometimes going with them, other times processing their experiencesd when they returned. Students should likewise be allowed to journey outside the confines of the classroom and interact with the world in all of its complexities. Experiential learning in urban contexts calls for a "servant learner" approach rather than the "servant leader" approach that still dominates theological education. The servant learner goes into a context with the goal of understanding the culture, needs, agendas, and issues of a community as an alternative to the traditional method of seeking to set the agenda for the people of the community. Christian educators are called to slow down, reflect, re-evaluate, and re-direct the educational journey back from where it began-out in the world. In its commitment to free-floating thoughts and cognitive concepts, contemporary higher education is left unanchored and without concrete expression in the world. Theological education cannot justify itself based on what it has become, but must seek a new path based on what might become. It must return to its true calling of educating Christians in their faith journeys through engagement and participation in the real world. It must also allow those whom we serve in our communities to evaluate our efforts.

Law and Order acts as an important part of a country's peace and security. Laws are the rules of conduct established and enforced by superiors (authority, legislation or custom of a given community, state or group). When the people in a community abide by the laws made for them by their superiors, orderliness comes to that community. It acts as a guideline of what is accepted in a society or a country. Law and order also resolve disputes among the people and among the nations etc. As law and order is handled manually these days it takes lots of time and energy of the people. A person will be able to find a lawyer after visiting many lawyer's offices according to the case. In this process lots of energy and time is wasted by individuals, so to overcome this problem, we have decided to build an application which will help a person to find a lawyer suitable for their cases as well as it will help a person to keep track of each and every aspect of the case from start to end. This application includes activities such as a search for the best lawyer, uploading of case-related documents, payment of lawyer fees, hearing date alert, etc. It will also fasten the work of both users as well as lawyers. This application will be secured and the details of the case will only be known to the respective person and respective lawyer. This application is also eco-friendly as it reduces the lots of paperwork and the whole process will be digital.

Mobile technology, associated with mobility has led to the fluidity of knowledge transfer from any part of the globe. The rise in technology-enabled mobile devices tend to impact teaching and learning one or the other way. Thereby, mLearning and its learning activities engage students passively, behaviorally, intellectually and emotionally in learning (Yao & Wang, 2018). Especially, in a country like Maldives where the people live in small islands separated by sea, mLearning could be an advantageous mode that can be adopted in the higher education of Maldives. These remarks reiterate the view articulated in the book that the rise of modern democracy signifies more than just the expansion of the number of rulers, but rather a basic “paradigm shift” involving multiple dimensions of life and thought (comprising political, metaphysical, and even theological dimensions). By comparison, the remarks stress a more holistic breakthrough: the emergence of a new spirituality coupled with the deepening of a lateral or horizontal humanism under the aegis of a relational democracy. The constitutive elements of democracy—whose relationship has to be continuously renegotiated—are mainly three: the people as a whole (potentia), the political rulers or agents (potestas), and the goal or basic orientation of the community (telos, bonum commune). In our time, democratic rule has to be promoted not only domestically, but globally (without violence) to avoid the autocratic domination of some societies or people by others.
