<p>This devotion aims to madrasah teachers in the city of Semarang able to develop web based assessment and able to improve the quality of process and learning outcomes. Devotion is done by providing training and assistance of web-based automated assessment (web based assessment) to madrasah teachers in Semarang city. The training was conducted in Physics Computational Laboratory of Physics Department of UIN Walisongo Semarang. Web-based automated assessment exercises (web basedassesment) are conducted using schoology. The result of this program of devotion is the training activity of making web basedassesment has been able to increase the competence and teachers of madrasah aliyah in Semarang city and develop web based automatic assessment in madrasah. Secondly, through teacher training activities can improve the ability in developing online learning media as an independent learning media for students.  Teachers who have received training are expected to pass on their knowledge to teachers in their respective schools.</p><p> </p><p>Pengabdian ini bertujuan agar guru-guru madrasah di kota Semarang mampu mengembangkan web based assesment serta mampu meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan penilaian otomatis berbasis web (<em>web based assesment)</em> kepada guru-guru madrasah se kota Semarang. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di laboratorium Fisika komputasi Jurusan Fisika UIN Walisongo Semarang. Pelatihan penilaian otomatis berbasis web (<em>web basedassesment) </em>dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan<em> schoology. </em>Hasil<em> </em>dari program pengabdian ini adalah<em> </em>kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan <em>web basedassesment </em>telah mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan guru-guru madrasah aliyah di kota Semarang dan mengembangkan penilaian otomatis berbasis web di madrasah. Kedua, melalui kegiatan Pelatihan guru mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran <em>online </em>sebagai media pembelajaran mandiri bagi siswa. Guru yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan diharapkan dapat menularkan ilmunya kepada para guru di sekolah masing-masing.</p>

The principal concern of this research was to learn more about effective designs of learning activities in blended courses. A questionnaire was administered in three sections of a not-for-credit intensive blended graduate seminar in university teaching.  The online activities included readings, videos, discussion forum activities and other activities using a range of web-based technologies. Students rated each of the activities on four target criteria: alignment with the course learning outcomes, deep learning, engagement, and value. Students also were asked to identify the most useful activities for each of the five modules and evaluate the course as a whole in terms of navigation, expectations, instructions, availability of materials, instructor presence, and technical quality of media. The results suggest that students’ perceptions of the activities followed very similar patterns across the four target criteria. The most highly-rated activities had four distinct design, which are discussed.

Teachers of SMPN Kota Padang have problems in improving the quality of learning, so that impact on the achievement of student learning outcomes. To improve the quality of teachers' learning is recommended to implement PTK. In general, teachers of SMPN Padang have not done PTK to improve their learning. PTK is not implemented by teachers, because generally they do not master PTK strategy / innovative learning model that can be used as a solution in the improvement of learning. The solution offered for solving this problem is to provide training activities with a design approach, counseling, training, mentoring / mentoring from the instructor. The results of this activity are 1) 87.5% of teachers have mastered the strategy / model of learning well, 2) 81.25% of teachers have mastered the PTK with both theory and practice and 3) in the form of products, namely proposals and reports of PTK created teacher. Thus it can be concluded that generally teachers in SMPN Padang have mastered the strategy of learning and implementation of PTK. Therefore, it is necessary to have the continiutas in applying the knowledge and skills acquired by the teachers. If this activity is not done continuously, then the knowledge and skills that have been obtained will be meaningless.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di mata pelajaran dasar Pendidikan MIPA yaitu meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa dengan menerapkan penilaian pemikiran Tingkat Tinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan fisika FKIP UNIB yang mengambil mata kuliah Pendidikan Dasar MIPA pada semester ganjil tahun bahasa 2017/2018. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes. Lembar observasi data dengan skor 1-3 (1 = kurang, 2 = cukup, dan 3 = baik). Data uji diproses untuk mencari pembelajaran rata-rata, daya serap, dan penguasaan. Pencapaian inducor terhadap kecepatan aktivitas, yaitu siklus III> siklus II> siklus I dan dikategorikan baik. Hasil belajar membahas siklus rata-rata pada siklus III> siklus II> siklus I. Daya serap dikatakan meningkatkan siklus III> siklus II. Siklus. Pembelajaran individual berbicara siswa benar-benar baru ≥ 70 dan benar-benar klasik ≥ 85% siswa mendapat nilai ≥ 70. Kesimpulan dari studi Penilaian HOTS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di Program Fisika FKIP Universitas Bengkulu. Ini bisa dilihat dari kegiatan perkuliahan mahasiswa di Jurusan Fisika FKIP Universitas Bengkulu. Kemampuan penyerapan siswa siklus I adalah 64%, siklus kedua adalah 73,3%, dan siklus III adalah 82,7%, dan ketuntasan belajar siklus I adalah 65%, siklus II adalah 85% dan siklus III adalah 100%.   This study was conducted to improve the quality of learning in the basic courses of Pendidikan MIPA that is to increase student activity and improve students' cognitive learning outcomes by applying High-Level thinking assessment. This study is a classroom action research consisting of three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, observation, and reflection. The population of this study is physics education students FKIP UNIB who took the eye of Basic Pendidikan MIPA Course in the odd semester of language year 2017/2018. The research instrument used is observation and test sheet. Data observation sheet with score 1-3 (1 = less, 2 = enough, and 3 = good). Test data is processed to search for average, absorbency, and mastery learning. Inducor achievement of activity speed, ie cycle III> cycle II> cycle I and good categorized. Learning outcomes discuss the average cycle in cycle III> cycle II> cycle I. Absorption power is said to increase cycle III> cycle II> cycle I. individual speaking learning completely new students ≥ 70 and completely classical ≥ 85% of students got the value ≥ 70. The conclusion of HOTS Assessment study can improve student learning outcomes in Physics Program of FKIP University of Bengkulu. This can be seen from the lecture activities of students in Physics Department of FKIP University of Bengkulu. Absorption ability of first cycle student is 64%, second cycle is 73,3%, and cycle III is 82,7%, and completeness of study cycle I is 65%, cycle II is 85% and cycle III is 100%.

This service is carried out on the basis of statistics which is considered a difficult science because there are many formulas that require accuracy and precision in their calculations. As well as the many problems of students' inability to access data processing software caused by the low level of literacy in students. This service is a training activity for data processing research based on statistical software that aims to improve the quality of human resources through the ability of students to process research data. The partners of this service are universities around BODETABEK with a focus on training activities on statistical software-based data analysis techniques such as SPSS and JASP for final year students at BODETABEK. The methods used in this training activity include lectures, discussions, questions and answers, direct demonstrations and assignments. These methods were developed according to the current situation and conditions. The target to be achieved in the implementation of this activity is to improve the ability of students to carry out data analysis with the help of software such as SPSS and JASP. In addition, as an output, coaching participants are expected to be able to use SPSS and JASP software in thesis and research which can then be uploaded

Workers who have been declared competent will receive a certificate as proof of competence. The certificate serves as proof of competence, the certificate holder will treat the certificate as part of the pride, proof of ability as well as recognition of the knowledge it has. Based on the results of the study using the Frequency Distribution method, the results show that the presence of Experts and Skilled civil certified in Palangka Raya City has a significant effect on the progress of the construction world in Palangka Raya City with the relative frequency (F) value of 57.50% = 50, 00% ~ 75.00% and the high level of ability of Experts and Skills to overcome technical problems in the field with a relative frequency (F) value of 60.00% = 50.00% ~ 75.00%, which means it is satisfactory. Taking into account the results of research on the existence of experts and skilled workers who have had a real positive influence on the progress of the world of construction especially in the City of Palangka Raya, it is deemed necessary that every construction work is required to involve competent and certified experts and skilled civilians so that the quality of work construction can be maintained. Furthermore, in order to maintain continuity and anticipate the progress of the construction world, it is deemed necessary that certified experts and skilled civilians always learn and update their knowledge by always learning, either through training activities, seminars or workshops

Kahayan Market in Palangka Raya is more famous as a market for herbal medicines. The benefits of single black garlic are familiar, but for the people of the city of Palangka Raya, the single black garlic is still unfamiliar. Black garlic is known to have higher anticancer content than ordinary garlic, as well as anti-bacterial activity. The many properties possessed by black garlic, provide space for people to consume herbal medicines as well as considerable opportunities to become businesses. Seeing the high enthusiasm of the participants involved in the training activities of making black garlic it can be concluded that the training participants were greatly helped by the existence of this training. Participants can absorb training material and immediately practice making black garlic well. After the training activity, the participants were able to make quality products in the form of black garlic. With the high response from the participants and also the products produced, it can be concluded that the training activities for making black garlic were successfully carried out well. The suggestion of this activity is the need for ongoing monitoring related to the manufacture of Black Garlic going forward, it is necessary to increase the spread of market share targets to increase product sales, as well as the need for broader cross-sector collaboration to increase the productivity of black garlic going forward

The focus of this study on the effectiveness of education costs is specifically limited to the contribution of education costs to the quality of learning outcomes through improving teacher competencies and providing learning media. The problem is limited to the financing of teacher competencies and Mathematics learning media in high schools in the city of Bandung in the academic year 2011 - 2014. The method used is quantitative analytical descriptive with data collection techniques using, interviews, observations and questionnaires based on ratio / numerical scale. The population of this study were all senior high school principals in the city of Bandung. Sampling by using purposive sampling, the number of research samples determined as respondents as many as 27 schools. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Data processing using the SPSS program.21. The results of the study show: (1) the contribution of financing to increase the competence of mathematics teachers towards the quality of learning outcomes is 0.275 in the medium category. (2) the contribution of financing for learning media to the quality of learning outcomes is 0.562 with a weak category. (3) Simultaneously the contribution of teacher competency financing and the cost of learning media is 0.576 with the medium category.

Online learning is a national policy as a strategic step to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The quality of the learning media used by lecturers is to influence the effectiveness of online learning. Therefore, training is needed to strengthen lecturers' skills in developing interactive media effective in online learning. This community service aims to improve the biology education lecturers' knowledge and skills regarding interactive media design in online learning. Participants of this activity were 27 Lecturers of Biology Education at FSTT Mandalika University of Education. The training activity is carried out in three stages, namely (1) Preparation, (2) Implementation, (3) Reflection / Evaluation. Training activities are held online / webinar on Saturday / 25 July 2020 at 07.00-12.00 WITA with a series of events, namely opening, remarks from the Head of the Biology Education Study Program, delivery of training materials, discussions, conveying impressions and messages. The training activities were carried out well, even though there were some shortcomings. This is supported by the participants' messages at the end of the activity, namely (1) 100% of the training participants gave positive responses such as feeling happy, enthusiastic, enthusiastic, and helped by the holding of this training activity; (2) 75% of participants gave suggestions so that similar training activities could be carried out periodically at the beginning of preparation for each semester. In the end, the participants have the knowledge and skills in designing interactive media in online learning.

Improving the quality of learning in schools is carried out by various strategies, one of which is developing teaching materials. The development of teaching materials in modules is currently a very urgent need. Because the application of the module can make learning activities more well-planned, independent, complete, and precise results so that educators can assist schools in realizing quality learning. However, in reality, many educators have difficulty making teaching modules that suit the needs of students. Due to educators' lack of knowledge and training to make teaching modules. Therefore, this PKM activity aims 1) to introduce and equip educators about teaching modules, 2) to assist educators in making teaching modules. The implementation method used in this activity is lecture, practice, and discussion. The activities were conducted online using the Zoom application and offline at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi Empat Lawang. The steps in PKM activities are 1) preparation, 2) implementation, 3) reflection. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The implementation of PKM activities showed that the training activities ran smoothly, and the participants were enthusiastic about participating in the training. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that 72.8% of the participants stated that this training activity could increase their knowledge and understanding of the module, and 83.3% stated that this training activity could train the skills of educators in doing modules. This activity can contribute to educators producing practical modules to use in the learning process.

This community program aims to increase understanding and awareness to educators about the importance of media in the learning process. The subjects of this activity are the teachers of MI Citra Taman Siswa Menganti. In the implementation of this activity, the method used is lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice. The result of the activity shows that with the learning media training activities can improve the understanding and ability of MI Citra Taman Siswa teachers in using media in the learning process. The result of the community program suggests the school to provide supporting training activity with other relevant institution. Finally, the quality of training has to be carefully taken into account to improve teachers’ professionalism.
