<p>Mass media is one of the media publications to the public in the formation of the Image. Important positive images are formed to foster public trust. News in the newspaper media is still interesting to be appointed in an effort to build a positive image of educational institutions. In addition to targeting the masses of young people, higher education institutions also target parents who are still familiar with conventional media such as newspapers. The case study in this study was Dian Nuswantoro University (Udinus) and news in the Suara Merdeka newspaper. Suara Merdeka is interesting to be appointed because the local  central Java newspaper has amounts of printing and is still an alternative reading in the Central Java region where this segmentation is in line with Udinus segmentation which is domiciled in Semarang, Central Java.<br />This study aims to analyze the theme of news that often arises about the institution, the frequency of occurrence of coverage in certain periodizations. Furthermore, this can be observed how the reporting of a media that has the power to shape the image of the institution. The method used is quantitative content analysis, which describes how the contents of the media using thematic and physical recording units are analyzed using the concept of public relations about media and the formation of the image of the institution.<br /> <br />The result can be seen that there are 9 sections in Suara Merdeka which present Udinus related news, namely Semarang Metro rubric, Edukasia, Screen, Page 1, Business Economy, Around Young Tugu, Salatiga News, Youth Voice Expressions. Screen Rubric occupies the highest position in the news, which is 70.3%. For the<br />theme that is often reported, there are four types of reporting, namely news related to the world of academics (products), related to environmental responsibility (CSR), reporting related the environment and reporting related<br />to the activities of communicating the activities of the institution.</p><p> </p>

West Java is the province with the largest number of local television. The existence of broadcasting institutions should be submitted to the public by KPID West Java to fulfill the public's right. The media literacy socialization using Twitter to West Java people is done to to strengthen the existence of broadcasting institutions. The author uses a case study research method. The author has made a direct observation and recording systematically on the socialization of media literacy, the process of field observation during socialization, the programs undertaken to encourage media literacy movement during the research conducted the whole program which distributed to the community in KPID West Java Twitter. The function of Twitter's is to realize the media literacy program by aligning communication, transparency, KPID West Java activities information that have the ultimate goal to strengthen the public relations of viewers / listeners with KPID West Java. Keywords: KPID West Java, Media Literacy, Twitter

The effort to build good relations with the media is one way to make the institution's image better. Media use activities are carried out to influence the public to achieve organizational goals. Mass media is usually used by organizations or educational institutions to build the image of the institution.In order to be able to perform its functions properly, the role of public relations must be carried out by competent people in their fields. A publicist must be smart in choosing publications, so that the intent to be conveyed to the public can be appropriate and on target. Although the public relations and mass media have a mutually beneficial relationship, there are some things that need to be considered so that especially for educational institutions that have the aim of publishing educational institutions so that a good relationship between public relations and mass media is maintained.

Festival Ketoprak Pelajar event is a phenomenon that is quite unique when the rampant society with new media. Amigo Group initiated corporate social responsibility (CSR) which is divided into 2 (two) namely CSR Social and CSR Culture. Festival Ketoprak Pelajar is an event of Amigo Peduli Budaya initiated by Amigo Group. The purpose of holding an event is to continue to maintain the relationship between the company and the customer can stay well maintained. The purpose of this study is to know how the Implementation of Public Relations in Corporate Social Responsibility activities through Festival Ketoprak Pelajar event at Amigo Group. The theory used this time is Relationship Management theory, refers to the process of management relationship between the organization with internal and external public. While the method used by the author is qualitative, with case study approached. The results of this study explain the process of public relations work programs applied to companies that do not have a public relations division in particular and also without the help of the public relations agencies that exist.

Abstrak: Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Pamekasan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang tetap eksis di Pulau Madura. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya siswa yang mendaftar disana, juga prestasi-prestasi yang didapatkan oleh MTsN 3 Pamekasan menjadi perhatian tersendiri bagi para orang tua untuk menjadikan madrasah ini sebagai lembaga pendidikan rujukan yang digemari. Melihat fenomena ini peneliti merasa tertarik untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran public relations dan strategi public relations dalam peningkatan capacity building. Penelitian ini menggunakan pnedekatan kualitatif dekskrpitif. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dengan public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan, kepala madrasah, guru-guru, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan peran public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan adalah menjalin komunikasi dengan publik, pembentuk identitas dan mengenalkan madrasah. Adapun strategi public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan dalam peningkatan capacity building yakni merealisasikan human communications (membangun komunikasi dengan public internal dan eksternal. Kemudian media communications seperti website resmi, media partner, aplikasi whatsapp, facebook dan twitter. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Pamekasan is one of the educational institutions that still exist on Madura island. This is evidenced by the large number of students who have registered there, as well as the achievements obtained by MTsN 3 Pamekasan which are a special concern for parents to make this madrasah a popular reference educational institution. Seeing this phenomenon, researchers are interested in examining the role of public relations and public relations strategies in increasing capacity building. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection procedures used in the form of interviews with public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan, head of madrasah, teachers, and the community. The results of this study indicate the role of public relations at MTsN 3 Pamekasan is to establish communication with the public, form identity and introduce madrasah. The MTsN 3 Pamekasan public relations strategy is to increase capacity building, namely realizing human communications (building communication with the internal and external public. Then the media communications such as official websites, media partners, whatsapp applications, facebook and twitter.

Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten is a company or agency that carries out Human Relations through informal activities, informal activities are carred out by the Public Relations and protocol section unit in the field of experts in intermediate communication and reporting. Researchers are interested in doing this research with the aim to find out how the descripyion of Human Relations implementation through informal activities in Perhutani Public Division West Java and Banten Regional Division through the concept of POAC from planning, organizing, implementing to monitoring (controlling) the activity. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan dimulai dari pencarian data dan fakta, perencanaan, pengaplikasian program, serta tahap evaluasi. Proses ini merupakan rangkaian dari pengaplikasian konsep four step public relations yang dijalankan oleh humas Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Agama Provinsi Jawa Barat, yaitu tahap fact finding, planning and programming, taking actions and communications, and evaluations. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme , pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, mengenai suatu lembaga atau organisasi dengan berupa fenomena yang ada dan terjadi nyata disuatu lembaga atau organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa proses pengelolaan website menghasilkan data yang terbagi kedalam dua bagian yaitu fakta primer dan sekunder , setelah data didapatkan selanjutnya perencanaan program aplikasi yang memudahkan publik, lalu pengaplikasian program aplikasi seperti halnya E-MTQ, SIMKAH, dan lain-lain, tahap akhir yaitu evaluasi yang dilakukan seperti Rapat Koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Provinsi dan Kab/Kota. Kata Kunci :  Pengelolaan; Humas; Website       The purpose of this research is to find out the management process, Fact Finding, Planning and programming, Taking Actions and communications, and evaluation stages. This process is a series of applications of the four-step public relations concept run by the PR of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Java Province. Researchers also use a case study approach that is about an institution or organization in the form of phenomena that exist and occur real in an institution or organization. The results of this study explain that the website management process produces data which is divided into two parts, namely primary and secondary facts, after the data is obtained then the planning of application programs that facilitate the public, then application of application programs such as E-MTQ, SIMKAH, and others, the final stage is an evaluation conducted such as a Coordination Meeting with the Provincial and District / City Governments. In February 2020, the Bulgarian government established the National Operational Headquarters for Combating the COVID-19 Pandemic in Bulgaria. General Ventsislav Mutafchiyski, a military doctor, professor at the Military Medical Academy in Sofia, was appointed as its chairman. This paper presents a case study on the public image of Ventsislav Mutafchiyski, its readings and interpretations by the audience, and the specific fan culture that emerged around his media persona during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Bulgaria. Placed in the spotlight of the media at the very beginning of the crisis, Mutafchiyski became extremely popular as the public figure most strongly associated with the fight against the spread of the disease in the country. Around his media persona, shaped in the public imagination as a wartime leader, a fan culture has grown with all its characteristic features and dimensions: fans and anti-fans, affirmative and transformative fandom. As a fictional character, Mutafchiyski has appeared in numerous forms of vernacular creativity: poems, songs, material objects, jokes, fake news, conspiracy theories, and memes. In this way, the General has become the main character of Bulgarian pandemic folklore and the focal point of a participatory pandemic.

Esta pesquisa consiste no estudo de caso entre as coberturas da morte do ator mexicano Roberto Gómez Bolaños, o “Chespirito”, feitas pelo canal FOROtv, pertencente ao conglomerado de mídias mexicano Televisa, e pelo Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão. O aspecto cultural merece especial destaque e, por meio da problematização das distinções existentes entre a morte (substantivo) e o morrer (verbo), o presente estudo demonstra que as coberturas da mídia nestes casos se fazem a partir da relevância da personagem para a identidade do público. Conclui-se, por meio do estudo de caso, que ocorreu o ofuscamento do sujeito (Roberto Bolaños) em detrimento da personagem (Chespirito). A cobertura sobre o morrer de Chespirito serviu, na verdade, para reafirmar sua vida e presença na mídia.     PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Morte; Morrer; Roberto Bolaños; Chespirito; Cobertura de mídia; Televisão.     ABSTRACT This research is the case study of the coverage of the death of Mexican actor Roberto Gómez Bolaños "Chespirito" made by FOROtv, news channel belonging to the Mexican media conglomerate Televisa, and the Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão. The cultural aspect deserves special attention, and through the questioning of existing distinctions between death (noun) and the die (verb), this study shows that media coverage in these cases are made from the importance of the character to the identity of the public. So, through the case study, the conclusion is that ocurred the obscuring of the subject (Roberto Bolaños) at the expense of the character (Chespirito). The coverage of the death of Chespirito served actually to reaffirm his life and presence in the media.   KEYWORDS: Death; Dying; Roberto Bolaños; Chespirito; Media coverage; Television.     RESUMEN Esta investigación es el estudio de caso de la cobertura de la muerte del actor mexicano Chespirito, el "Power Board", realizado por el canal FOROtv perteneciente al conglomerado de medios Televisa de México, y el Sistema Brasileño de Televisión. El aspecto cultural merece una atención especial y, a través de preguntas de las diferencias existentes entre la muerte (sustantivo) y la matriz (verbo), este estudio muestra que la cobertura de los medios de comunicación en estos casos se hace de la importancia del carácter de la identidad el público. En conclusión, a través del estudio de caso, que se oscurece el sujeto (Roberto Bolaños) a expensas de carácter (Chespirito). His story gives a perspective on the question of, “How do public intellectuals get their start?” They almost certainly begin as “mere” intellectuals — the public part comes later. But how? How does a studious academic go from following the media to being part of the media?
