Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan dimulai dari pencarian data dan fakta, perencanaan, pengaplikasian program, serta tahap evaluasi. Proses ini merupakan rangkaian dari pengaplikasian konsep four step public relations yang dijalankan oleh humas Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Agama Provinsi Jawa Barat, yaitu tahap fact finding, planning and programming, taking actions and communications, and evaluations. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme , pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, mengenai suatu lembaga atau organisasi dengan berupa fenomena yang ada dan terjadi nyata disuatu lembaga atau organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa proses pengelolaan website menghasilkan data yang terbagi kedalam dua bagian yaitu fakta primer dan sekunder , setelah data didapatkan selanjutnya perencanaan program aplikasi yang memudahkan publik, lalu pengaplikasian program aplikasi seperti halnya E-MTQ, SIMKAH, dan lain-lain, tahap akhir yaitu evaluasi yang dilakukan seperti Rapat Koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Provinsi dan Kab/Kota. Kata Kunci :  Pengelolaan; Humas; Website       The purpose of this research is to find out the management process, Fact Finding, Planning and programming, Taking Actions and communications, and evaluation stages. This process is a series of applications of the four-step public relations concept run by the PR of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Java Province. Researchers also use a case study approach that is about an institution or organization in the form of phenomena that exist and occur real in an institution or organization. The results of this study explain that the website management process produces data which is divided into two parts, namely primary and secondary facts, after the data is obtained then the planning of application programs that facilitate the public, then application of application programs such as E-MTQ, SIMKAH, and others, the final stage is an evaluation conducted such as a Coordination Meeting with the Provincial and District / City Governments. ABSTRAK Manajemen krisis sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan yang sedang mengalami krisis khususnya di PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Manajemen krisis ini jika perusahaan mengalami krisis maka pihak manajemen harus mengembalikan kondisi perusahaan dengan menggunakan proses manajemen krisis ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa proses manajemen krisis yang telah dilakukan oleh Humas yaitu proses mengidentifikasi, mengisolasi dan mengendalikan krisis di PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Proses ini merupakan rangkaian dari strategi 3P yaitu strategi pencegahan, strategi persiapan dan strategi penanggulangan. Peneliti menggunakan konsep dari tahap strategi penanggulangan krisis dalam kondisi akut yaitu proses mengidentifikasi, mengisolasi, dan mengendalikan krisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dan metode kualitatif. Peneliti juga menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yaitu mengenai suatu lembaga atau organisasi dengan berupa fenomena yang ada dan terjadi nyata di suatu lembaga atau organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa proses mengidentifikasi yaitu mencari akar permasalahan,  proses mengisolasi ini bagaimana cara memberi pemahaman kepada internal dan eksternal, dan proses mengendalikan untuk memulihkan perusahaan yang mengalami krisi dan agar tidak terulang kembali krisis kepada perusahaan Crisis management is needed by companies that are experiencing a crisis, especially in Indonesian Aerospace (IAe).The management of this crisis if the company's crisis management it must restore the company to use the crisis management process. The purpose of this research is to know some crisis management process that has been done by Public Relations is the process of identifying, isolating and controlling the crisis in Indonesian Aerospace (IAe). This process is a series of strategies 3P such as prevention strategies, preparation strategies and coping strategies. Researchers use the concept of crisis coping strategies in acute conditions that is the process of identifying, isolating, and controlling the crises. This research uses constructivism paradigm and qualitative method. Researchers also use a case study approach that is about an institution or organization with a phenomenon that exists and occurs manifestly in an institution or organization. The results of this research explain that the process of identifying is to find the root of the problems, the process of isolating this how to give understanding to the internal and external, and the process of controlling to restore the company that suffered the crisis and so as not to repeat the crisis.

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in the field of Public Relations (HUMAS) of the Republic of Indonesia Television Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP TVRI) Jambi. A strategy is needed by TVRI Jambi as times change where the interest of television viewers is decreasing due to competition from both private television and new media. The audience follows a style that has value. Therefore it is necessary to have a Public Relations in order to expand public knowledge about what programs exist at TVRI in order to increase the existence of TVRI Jambi. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection methods used in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study the authors found that the Public Relations Strategy in promoting TVRI Jambi programs to improve the quality of TVRI programs in the eyes of the public to better understand and know broadcasts on TVRI Jambi therefore Public Relations itself uses a communication strategy Public relations strategy, communication, advertising , sales promotion, publicity , corporate design The problems of Public Relations in promoting LPP TVRI programs in Jambi, weak human resources, PR efforts in promoting LPP TVRI Jambi programs in collaborating with other agencies.

Public Relations has an important role in educating and providing understanding to the public in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic as it is now. In this case, Public Relations acts as an intermediary between the government and the community by conveying policies related to the government's efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This study aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of PR strategies in delivering information on COVID-19 using social media, such as: websites, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Then the withdrawal of research informants using purposive sampling technique, informants consist of people who are directly involved with the delivery of information on covid-19 by Public Relations, with qualitative data collection consisting of depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are several advantages, namely (1) wide reach and large number of followers, (2) fast information updates, and (3) presenting informative and educative content. The shortcoming in question is that the management of social media is not yet maximal, which is less interactive in responding to public comments through comments on social media. The limitation of this study is that researchers only focus on the PR strategy in delivering information about COVID-19 in Gorontalo Province through social media only and not at the level of other conventional media, namely through websites, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The value and originality of this research is the delivery of information and efforts to prevent the spread of covid-19 which is conveyed through social media PR. The contribution of this research to future PR practices is a deeper implementation of the concept of digital PR, especially during a pandemic like now where everything is done online.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang proses manajemen krisis dalam menangani pipa gas meledak tahun 2015 yang dilakukan oleh humas PT Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang Windu Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan paragdima kontruktivisme, metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses manajemen krisis dalam menangani pipa gas meledak oleh humas PT.Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang windu Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen krisis dalam menangani pipa gas meledak tahun 2015 oleh humas PT. Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang Windu Bandung tersebut dimulai dengan tahapan koordinasi penentuan masalah, observasi lokasi, ditemukannya masalah, analisis masalah, selanjutnya melakukan perencanaan dan pemprograman dengan tahapan membuat rencana, perencanaan target, koordinasi perencanaan, konfirmasi, lalu pelaksanaan dan pengkomunikasian didalamnya ada koordinasi pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan penanggulangan krisis, laporan kepada kantor pusat perusahaan, selanjutnya tahapan evaluasi yang dilakukan secar berkala terakhir peran humas kepada masyarakat untuk menyampaikan informasi terkait krisis yang sedang terjadi. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to explain the crisis management process in handling gas pipes exploding in 2015 by PT Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang Windu Bandung PR. This study uses the paradigm of constructivism, qualitative methods and a case study approach which aims to find out the process of crisis managementThe results of the study show that crisis management in handling gas pipes exploded in 2015 by public relations company with the coordination of problem determination, location observation, problem finding, problem analysis, then planning and programming with the stages of planning, target planning, coordinating planning, confirmation, then implementing and communicating in there implementation coordination, implementation of crisis response, report to the company's head office, then the evaluation phase is carried out in the last period of the public relations role to the community to convey information related to the crisis that is currently happening.

Public Relations has an important role and function in managing business activities. One of which is relied on to develop agro tourism products that can create a branding reinforcement of a product to the public. Performing a public relations strategy is done so that perception value can be well received by the public. This study aims to study the branding strategy of public relation of window Jendela Alam in developing agrotourism products that focus on building trust with stakeholders, conducting external activities and choosing the communication media. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that building trust with various stakeholders is needed in strengthening the branding. This can be done with integrity, credibility and capability. External communication is carried out as a means for companies to establish and develop relationships with stakeholders, as well as the use of communication media to publish all forms of the Jendela Alam activities in developing agro-tourism products so that the public knows various information about agrotourism products while strengthening the Jendela Alam agrotourims products.

The public relations concept is a basic concept that must exist in various organizations. The strategy taken might be affected by or affect a cultural image. In the current world, Islamic institutions have emerged and grown rapidly. In particular, in the financial industry, Islamic banking in Malaysia has become a pioneer and evidently survives within the industry. Having said that, the public relations concept supposes to engage within their activities, also. But then, as Islamic values are being their foundation, it might influence their public relations strategy. Hence, the objective of this study is to observe the Islamic values that influencing the public relations and the cultural image strategy of the Islamic institution which primarily is Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB). We chose them because Bank Islam is a first and pioneer of Islamic banking in Malaysia that expected to be a very Islamic banking version. By using a case study approach dependent on a circuit of culture (COC) model, this study found that Bank Islam as full-pledge Islamic banking has engaged with Islamic culture in their business activities and well-done in applying public relations strategies. Five elements of the COC framework consist of regulation, production, consumption, representation, and identity have been interlinked with the annual report as well as Bank Islam’s website.

Public Relations of the Bandung Regency Government realizes that its area has a lot of potential for various local wisdom and has a heterogeneous society. This study aims to explore and analyze the values of local knowledge in developing public relations strategies in the government of Bandung Regency, West Java province. This study uses a constructivist interpretive (subjective) paradigm through a case study approach. The results showed that the Bandung Regency Government runs its government based on local wisdom. Bandung Regency Public Relations utilizes local insight and the region's potential to develop a public relations strategy to build and maintain a positive image of Bandung Regency. The impact of this research is expected to become a source of new scientific references in the development of public relations strategies in every region of Indonesia, which is very rich with various philosophies.Humas Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung menyadari wilayahnya memiliki banyak potensi kearifan lokal yang beragam, serta memiliki masyarakatnya yang heterogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali dan menganalisis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di pemerintahan Kabupaten Bandung provinsi Jawa Barat.  Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif (subjektif) konstruktivis melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bandung menjalankan pemerintahannya berlandaskan pada kearifal lokal. Humas Pemkab Bandung memanfaatkan kearifan lokal dan potensi wilayahnya untuk mengembangkan strategi humas dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra positif Kabupaten Bandung.Dampak penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber rujukan ilmiah baru dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di setiap daerah Indonesia yang sangat kaya dengan beragam filosofi.

They try to provide public with information, based on the real facts, which lead to the establishment and maintenance ofthe benevolent relations and mutual understanding. Taking into consideration the fact, companies and organizations generate relevant departments, responsible for communication with Mass media and the public. These departments take responsibility for making the organization presentative, for publicity and transparent work. The aim of the research is to identify the opportunities, weaknesses and achievements of Public relations in Armenian Banking System and State Administration.

Perceptions of government and civil servants are shaped by a variety of factors including popular culture. In the public administration literature the significant role that film and other narrative forms have on citizens’ perceptions is duly noted, and there is ample research on politicians and military heroes in film, but a focus on civil servants remains largely elusive. Among the sparse literature centered on civil servants are studies that employ a case study approach or focus on a few films. In contrast, our research employs a large sample of 150 films. These films comprise the top ten box-office grossing films from 1992 through 2006; therefore we examine the films most likely to have been seen by a majority of movie-watching Americans. More than 60 percent of the films in our sample portray government as bad, inefficient, and incompetent. However, the data on more than 300 civil servants yield intriguing findings. Surprising, in light of the negative depiction of government, is the positive depiction of individual civil servants. Half of civil servants were positively portrayed, and only 40 percent were negatively depicted. Americans may view government negatively, but they see in film positive depictions of how individual civil servants can and do make a positive difference.
