This study aims to compare the omzet between offline and online sales in the shredded fish business unit in Makassar. This research lasted for two months using qualitative and quantitative research types with a purposive method in sampling. This research uses observation, interview, and literature study techniques in data collection methods and acceptance formulas for calculating quantitative data. The data used in this study are primary data that is data obtained after conducting interviews with three shredded fish business units in Makassar, interviews conducted related to offline and online sales efforts conducted by each business unit and secondary data obtained from the results report sales and literature that supports research from three shredded fish business units in Makassar. Based on the results of the study showed an average offline sales turnover of Rp 3.772.000 and online sales of Rp 24.132.430, where offline only uses production sites and entrusted to sell in stores, while online uses the application WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Gojek, and Grab so that the wider market reach.

A cashless transaction in India is an endeavor to travel towards a cashless economy by reducing the use of physical exchange of currencies for the transactions. In India, the most important element of the entire economic transactions by volume is being done mostly through cash. After demonetization implementations, a large amount of the people in India started using electronic mode of payments for their financial transactions as adopted the idea and practice of “Digital India”, which is a scheme initiative by the government of India to uphold the use of electronic payment channels as a replacement for cash. This research article is an attempt made to study the targeted set of audiences’ level of attitude and perception towards cashless transactions and an effort is also made to spot the challenges faced by them during their transactions. This study is basically an analytical study based on the primary data at first place. Data is collected by using both primary and secondary data collection methods to make the research to be effective and reliable. Questionnaire is used as data collection method, as it’s a quantitative research method. This study will result in the findings of the level of attitude and perception of the respondents towards the cashless economy..

Ayodia Oemah Strawberry is one of the tourism destinations in Kintamani which is unique and still rarely found in Bali. This agro-tourism-themed tourist venue has a variety of tourist facilities such as a restaurant, racetrack, tree house, spacious yard for outbound, padlock game of love, and the most special is the hydroponic strawberry garden where tourists or visitorscan also learn everything about strawberry and how to grow it. This research will be discussed what kind of tourism attractionare in Ayodia Oemah Strawberry so that tourists know everything they can do duringvisit this place. The type of data used in this quantitative research is qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and literature study. Data was analyzed by using qualitative descriptive data analysis. Result of the research concluded that Ayodia Oemah Strawberry has several complementary points of tourist attraction which are categorized into four terms, as follows attractions, amenities, accessibilities, and ancillary.Overall, Ayodia Oemah Strawberry has complied with the category as one of the tourist destinations in Kintamani. The purpose of this study was to determine the selling price setting strategy used by the dropshiper community in the Islamic University of Madura. The type of research method used is descriptive quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. With data collection methods, namely interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the strategy of fixing the selling price in the drosphiper community in the Islamic University of Madura used two strategies: first, the standard cost-based pricing strategy was determined by adding a certain percentage of costs to all items in a product class. second, using a demand-based selling price strategy. This skiming pricing strategy is determined by setting a high price for a new or innovative product during the introductory stage, then lowering the price when the competition is getting tighter. This paper examines the procedures for managing electronic files based personnel. The research locus is in Regional Office II of the National Personnel Agency (BKN) Surabaya. Human resource management organizations create personnel files or personnel files that are managed in a certain way in accordance with the vision and mission. Basically, personnel files created by the State Personnel Agency are a vital type of archive. The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, and literature study. Observations or observations made at the Regional Office II of the National Personnel Agency (BKN) Surabaya. The interview aims to add information through the staffing administration. Literature study is used to collect data in order to strengthen the exposure that has been described by the author. Management of personnel files at Regional Office II of the Surabaya National Personnel Agency (BKN) based on the storage media is done physically and electronically. Electronically, the management of personnel files is carried out starting from scanning or scanning, storing and maintaining.

Banking should always be assessed health to stay fit in serving the customers,<br />the Bank that classified unhealthy can inflict the bank institution itself and of<br />the others, namely the customers of the bank. To assess a health bank can be<br />viewed from various aspects of assessment, this research aimed to determine<br />whether the bank is in a very healthy, healthy, healthy enough, less healthy or<br />unhealthy. There were several methods that can be used to assess or analyze<br />the health of the banking, namely CAMEL, CAMELS and RGEC. This research<br />was a quantitative research, with descriptive approach. The data used was<br />secondary data on 34 banking companies consisted of 11 companies of Syaria<br />public banks and 23 companies of Syaria business units. Analysis conducted<br />in this study was to use the calculation of financial ratios that have been set by<br />the financial services authority. The results showed that the health level of<br />Syaria public Bank and Syaria Business Unit with using CAMELS method and<br />RGEC showed health predicate of the bank in accordance with the standards<br />set by Bank Indonesia, for the period 2011 can be concluded that the Syaria<br />public Banks and Sharia Business Unit of composite rankings ”HEALT”, the<br />period of 2012 with the conclusion of composite rating ”HEALT”, and for the<br />period of 2013 with the conclusion of composite rating ”HEALT”. RGEC<br />method can be said to be better than in the two previous methods, namely<br />CAMELS and CAMEL, through RGEC, BI (Bank Indonesia) wanted banks to<br />be able to identify problems early, performed the appropriate and faster follow-up improvements, and implemented Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and<br />better risk management so banks will be more resilient in the face of crisis

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menentukan wilayah jangkauan (service area) Tempat Evakuasi Sementara (TES) untuk permukiman di Kecamatan Padang Utara. 2) Menentukan dan menganalisis jalur evakuasi tsunami yang sesuai untuk menuju Tempat Evakuasi Sementara (TES) di Kecamatan Padang Utara. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Service Area analysis dan tools rute(route) pada ekstensi network analyst. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Shelter yang tersedia di Kecamatan Padang Utara yaitu sebanyak 26 (dua puluh enam) Shelter yang terdiri dari, 25 gedung atau bangunan dan 1 bukit. Jangkauan pelayanan terluas yaitu terdapat di Kelurahan Gunung Pangilun dengan luas 1.376.794,8 m2 (1.376 km), sedangkan untuk Jangkauan pelayanan terkecil yaitu terdapat di Kelurahan Ulak Karang Utara dengan luas 734.096,88m2 (734 km2). Jangkauan pelayanan shelter secara keseluruhan di Kecamatan Padang Utara sekitar 77,24% dengan luas wilayah jangkauan yaitu 6.420.094.96 m2 (6.420 km2). 2) Semua jalur evakuasi Tsunami menuju tempat evakuasi sementara berada dalam wilayah jangkauan TES tersebut. Panjang jalur evakuasi Tsunami menuju seluruh TES 38,40 km. TES tidak melalui semua permukiman yang ada di Kecamatan Padang Utara. Masih banyak permukiman yang berada jauh dari jalur TES. Data analysis techniques used are Service Area analysis and route tools (route) on extension network analyst. The results of this research are: 1) Shelter available in Padang Utara Subdistrict is 26 (twenty six) Shelters consisting of 25 buildings or buildings and 1 hill. The widest range of services is located in Gunung Pangilun with an area of ​​1.376 km2, while for the smallest service range is located in Ulak Karang Utara with an area of ​​734 km2. The total coverage of shelter service in Padang Utara Subdistrict is only about 77,24% of the area in Padang Utara Sub-district which is affordable by shelter service with a coverage area of ​​6.420 km2. 2) All Tsunami evacuation routes to temporary evacuation sites are within the scope of the TES. The length of the Tsunami evacuation path to the entire TE 38.40 km. TES does not go through all the existing settlements in Padang Utara Subdistrict. The implementation of court in Indonesia has not fulfilled as expected because any parties involving in court has a lack of capacity, consistency, and integrity to provide legal service seriously. Some people assume that court services are not still optimal. To settle the problems, the Supreme Court just has officially issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 regarding the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means on 8 August 2019. This regulation is believed as an appropriate solution to face those problems. To elaborate more, this study illustrates a judicial reform in Indonesia, e-court, and access to justice, the conception of e-court including the performance of e-court and its drawbacks and challenges in the digital era. The research method uses normative research by approaching legal review and literature study. The technique of primary data collection applies Supreme Court regulation while means of secondary data are collected from concept or theory as set out under bibliography. Judicial reform in Indonesia is indicated by issuing new regulation regarding e-Court and e-Litigation, the implementation e-Court itself has been attributed to 32 courts consisting of general religious, and state administrative courts. Through e-Court, access to justice more transparent and accessible. Besides, justice seekers have no worries regarding distance issues as of e-Court may allow them to fight in court without face to face. Parties have no doubt relating to the acceleration of court to settle any dispute in Indonesia.

<p><em>Suspects have the right to obtain legal assistance, especially for suspects who are classified as economically disadvantaged in accordance with Article 56 of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). The facts show that there are many irregularities in the implementation of legal aid, therefore it is necessary to know about the implementation of free legal aid for suspects who are incapacitated at the level of investigation and the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of legal aid. This legal research is an empirical legal research and this research is descriptive in nature. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The techniques used to collect data were document study techniques and interview techniques. The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>
