The purpose of this study was to determine the selling price setting strategy used by the dropshiper community in the Islamic University of Madura. The type of research method used is descriptive quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. With data collection methods, namely interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the strategy of fixing the selling price in the drosphiper community in the Islamic University of Madura used two strategies: first, the standard cost-based pricing strategy was determined by adding a certain percentage of costs to all items in a product class. second, using a demand-based selling price strategy. This skiming pricing strategy is determined by setting a high price for a new or innovative product during the introductory stage, then lowering the price when the competition is getting tighter. This study aims to compare the omzet between offline and online sales in the shredded fish business unit in Makassar. This research lasted for two months using qualitative and quantitative research types with a purposive method in sampling. This research uses observation, interview, and literature study techniques in data collection methods and acceptance formulas for calculating quantitative data. The data used in this study are primary data that is data obtained after conducting interviews with three shredded fish business units in Makassar, interviews conducted related to offline and online sales efforts conducted by each business unit and secondary data obtained from the results report sales and literature that supports research from three shredded fish business units in Makassar. Based on the results of the study showed an average offline sales turnover of Rp 3.772.000 and online sales of Rp 24.132.430, where offline only uses production sites and entrusted to sell in stores, while online uses the application WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Gojek, and Grab so that the wider market reach.

There are problems happening in the marketing system of fresh catfish in Cindai Alusin which the profits received by merchants or middlemen are higher than retailers. The share or benefits received by fish farmers in Cindai Alus are higher than merchants and retailers. This share is as the selling price of fresh catfish from the farmers to the collectors and then to be sold again to the retailers, and finally to the consumers with a higher price.This study is aimed at finding out the marketing channels of fresh fish, especially catfish  (Pangasius sp) in Cindai Alus area, finding out the marketing agents either as producers or consumers, determining the differences in the marginal level of marketing and profitability of each agents as well as factors affecting the margin, finding out the share price received by the producers from the consumers price in different marketing channels, and finding out the structure, behavior and market performance of catfish (Pangasiussp) in Cindai Alus.This study applied survey and interview as methods of data analysis. The data collected included primary data, i.e. data from the fish farmer the main source which obtained through a structured interview (with questionnaire), as well as secondary data obtained from various sources, such as the results from other research, literature study and information from related institutions relevant to the study.The results showed that the pattern of marketing channels of fresh catfish (Pangasius sp) from the farmers to the final consumers in Cindai Alus consists of 4 patterns and marketing participants consist of manufacturers, merchants from local or from other regions, and retailers. In addition, the share percentage received by the fish farmers are efficient by 87.26%, and the marketing system of fresh catfish in Cindai Alus is considered as imperfect competition structure or oligopsony in which the amount of sellers are bigger than the buyers.

This paper examines the procedures for managing electronic files based personnel. The research locus is in Regional Office II of the National Personnel Agency (BKN) Surabaya. Human resource management organizations create personnel files or personnel files that are managed in a certain way in accordance with the vision and mission. Basically, personnel files created by the State Personnel Agency are a vital type of archive. The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, and literature study. Observations or observations made at the Regional Office II of the National Personnel Agency (BKN) Surabaya. The interview aims to add information through the staffing administration. Literature study is used to collect data in order to strengthen the exposure that has been described by the author. Management of personnel files at Regional Office II of the Surabaya National Personnel Agency (BKN) based on the storage media is done physically and electronically. Electronically, the management of personnel files is carried out starting from scanning or scanning, storing and maintaining.

The implementation of court in Indonesia has not fulfilled as expected because any parties involving in court has a lack of capacity, consistency, and integrity to provide legal service seriously. Some people assume that court services are not still optimal. To settle the problems, the Supreme Court just has officially issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 regarding the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means on 8 August 2019. This regulation is believed as an appropriate solution to face those problems. To elaborate more, this study illustrates a judicial reform in Indonesia, e-court, and access to justice, the conception of e-court including the performance of e-court and its drawbacks and challenges in the digital era. The research method uses normative research by approaching legal review and literature study. The technique of primary data collection applies Supreme Court regulation while means of secondary data are collected from concept or theory as set out under bibliography. Judicial reform in Indonesia is indicated by issuing new regulation regarding e-Court and e-Litigation, the implementation e-Court itself has been attributed to 32 courts consisting of general religious, and state administrative courts. Through e-Court, access to justice more transparent and accessible. Besides, justice seekers have no worries regarding distance issues as of e-Court may allow them to fight in court without face to face. Parties have no doubt relating to the acceleration of court to settle any dispute in Indonesia.

The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

<p><em>This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>

This study discusses the Performance Allowance in the perspective of al-'Adl in the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative descriptive study with a phenomelogical approach that explains the phenomena and their meaning for individuals by conducting interviews with a number of individuals and the location of the study was conducted at the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency. Sources of data obtained consisted of primary data sources of 12 informants, as well as secondary data. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of receiving performance allowances in the manner of payment and giving, addition, and reduction of performance allowances is in accordance with government regulations. In addition, the value of Al-'Adl is an imbalance in the receipt of performance benefits with employee performance which is assessed through employee performance appraisal. The value of Al-'Adl is that there is no equality in providing training opportunities and infrastructure for employees. The value of Al-'Adl is that there is a mismatch in the receipt of performance allowances based on the time of payment, employee workload, and employee obligations.

Most of the obstacles or problems that are most often experienced by householdcraft craftsmen are in terms of marketing or marketing management. Where the marketingthey do is still very traditional. In a sense, they trade manually i.e. go to the market and offertheir products to customers directly. E-commerce (Electronic Commerce) or in IndonesianElectronic Commerce is the activity of distributing, selling, purchasing, marketing products(goods and services), by utilizing telecommunications networks such as the internet,television, or other computer networks. The purpose of this research is to solve variousproblems in business which include services, product costs, and business strategies. Thiswhole system is used in order toanalyze other information systems on the implementation ofan organization's operational activities.The case study used in this research is a market expansion approach using targetmarketing opportunity analysis, system model design, customer interface facilities, marketcommunication and implementation design. The research instrument used interview andobservation techniques as well as literature study. Sampling using purposive samplingtechnique. The data of this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Thedesign of the application is to use the Waterfall approach. This approach is a classic modeland is systematic so that it is easy to understand because all the processes work sequentiallyin the stages of building a software.The results of this study were carried out with several research methods, namelythe Black Box method and User Acceptance. Black Box testing is a test with the system onlyobserving the results of execution through test data and checking the functionality of thesoftware, while the User Acceptance method is a testing process carried out by users which isintended to produce documents that will be used as evidence that the software or softwareused and developed has been accepted. by the user.

ABSTRACT This study aims To find out the constraints faced by extension workers in providing agricultural extension in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and To know the response of farmers to the implementation of agricultural extension in the Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was carried out in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in March to May 2017. The research method used is qualitative methods. While the sampling method used is simple random Purposive sampling will 28 samples of palm oil farmer. So the sample studied from members of the population as a whole that is as much as 28 oil palm farmers. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation methods. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Method of processing and analysis of data used is using descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. The results showed that agricultural extension facilities used extension workers are motorcycles, aids and props. Infrastructure that is not yet supported is not yet all extension workers get a service house near the location of counseling, Distance taken by agricultural extension workers in carrying out their duties is about 3 km for the location of the activities of the farmer's house and about 5 km for the location of agricultural gardens. Farmer's response to the organik fertilizer extension activiti b using cattle manure for oil palm plantation with total score or 47,50 which means getting high score.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi penyuluh dalam memberikan penyuluhan pertanian di Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dan Untuk mengetahui tanggapan petani terhadap pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah acak sederhana Purposive sampling dengan anggota populasi sebanyak 28. Maka sampel yang diteliti dari anggota populasi secara keseluruhan yaitu sebanyak 28 petani kelapa sawit. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode analisis diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sarana penyuluhan pertanian yang digunakan penyuluh adalah sepeda motor, alat bantu dan alat peraga. Prasarana yang yang belum mendukung adalah belum semua penyuluh mendapatkan rumah dinas di dekat lokasi penyuluhan, Jarak yang ditempuh penyuluh pertanian dalam melaksanakan tugasnya adalah sekitar 3 km untuk kelokasi kegiatan dari rumah petani dan sekitar 5 km untuk lokasi kebun pertanian. Tanggapan petani terhadap kegitan penyuluhan pertanian pupuk organik dengan menggunakan kotoran ternak untuk tanaman kelapa sawit dengan jumlah keseluruhan skornya 47.5 yang artinya memperoleh nilai tinggi.

This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.
