Introduction. Industrial injuries are one of the most pressing problems in the field of occupational safety at enterprises of the main industries in the Russian Federation. Most cases of such injuries are noted when moving goods and people by means of various types of interfactory transport. A set of regulatory documents developed in recent years by the Government of the country is dedicated to solving this problem. In accordance with the current trends in the development of new technical solutions, the use of a complex of devices based on IT-technologies is effective. This article is devoted to improving the safety of interfactory and company motor and electric vehicles by introducing modern digital devices. Problem Statement. Almost all large industrial enterprises have a need to move goods and personnel both to the place of production activities and within the enterprises. Motor and electric vehicles used for these purposes do not always undergo a maintenance check, they often undergo technical inspection and repairs with whatever funds remains, and always the personnel operating these vehicles do not have permission to drive. Possible accidents with interfactory and company vehicles occurring as a result of insufficient control over the technical condition of vehicles and inadequate or absent medical and administrative checks of the operating personnel can lead to injuries at the enterprise. Theoretical Part. This article proposes methods for reducing traffic accidents of interfactory and company motor and electric vehicles of industrial enterprises and warehouse enterprises through the introduction of remote monitoring of operation based on IT-technologies, operating with the use of mobile applications that use Internet of Things technologies. The options for introducing security elements designed to reduce the number of transport accidents in internal transport of industrial enterprises and warehouse complexes are considered. An experiment was carried out to introduce system components to vehicles of an industrial enterprise. Conclusion. The use of the proposed monitoring and control system for motor and electric vehicles at machine-building enterprises and warehouse complexes will make it possible to quickly resolve issues related to labor protection, the economy of the enterprise and compliance with the labor discipline. In particular, it is planned to reduce vehicle failures due to mechanical failures, as well as to make timely decisions on the removal from driving the drivers who are not feeling well.

This article considers the issues on improvement of marketing complex of industrial enterprise, with the purpose of stabilization of its activity and strengthening of competitive positions. It is proposed to improve the activities of industrial enterprises on the basis of the formation of measures that will ensure the current support of domestic enterprises in difficult economic conditions. One of the ways of improving the performance of the company is to change the model “4P” into a model of marketing complex “5P” and use personnel (“Personal”) as one of the tools. On the basis of the conducted research the influence of external environment factors was evaluated on the basis of the model of the marketing complex “4P”. As a result, it was found that the surveyed company has low competitive advantages, but these competitive advantages may not be valid without preservation of highly qualified personnel, because of the instability of the activities of the company, constant differences in production, simple, reduction of workers or voluntary migration of manpower and as a result of the loss of highly qualified workers and the position of the leader in the field of machine building. The evolution of the marketing complex depending on the influence of factors of the marketing environment is examined. The application of the marketing complex not only contributes to satisfaction of needs of potential organizations in the framework of target markets, but also allows maximizing the efficiency of industrial enterprises’ activity. Practical relevance of the research carried out in the article lies in the fact that using recommendations and directions of upgrading the marketing complex of industrial enterprise will ensure stabilization of its activity on the market due to the influence of regressive external factors.

The article focuses on the application of process management models in industrial enterprises which best enhance their competitiveness and efficiency under the conditions of crisis development, increased risks, and uncertainty. The presented results of the study are based on the expert survey conducted among the heads and managers of Kuzbass machine-building enterprises on process-oriented management for the period 2015-2018. By interviewing 500 respondents – the participants of the conferences, seminars, round table discussions, and trainings held within the framework of various thematic exhibitions and fairs in Kemerovo and Novokuznetsk – the opinions of the managers and the leading experts representing 70% of the enterprises of this industry were analyzed and summarized to specify their perceptions about the organizations’ activities and identify the urgent management problems they face. The article raises the main problems of implementing process management in the companies identified and ranked by the authors in the questionnaire which are as follows: first, non-optimal organizational structure, the need to restructure it and adapt to the process model; second, insufficient staff skills and general knowledge of process management; third, lack of financial resources and high time consumption; fourth, unclaimed processes, weak linkages to performance and the need to reduce excessive vertical interactions in their implementation. The possibilities to improve management in machine-building enterprises are considered from the point of view of process management. Risk-forming factors have been identified and optimal methods of risk management have been justified to ensure the efficiency of business structures in the field of production, and mechanical engineering. Conclusions have been drawn on the possibility of applying such an approach in almost any organization under the conditions of standard management, as well as the need to create up-to-date methods of process management with the specifics of machine-building enterprises, to adapt modern software to the conditions of digital economy, and to improve the skills and retraining of the managers.

The article presents the results of the evaluation of fundamental capitalization of domestic industrial enterprises as well as the analysis of the key factors in its calculation, suggesting basic pathways to ensure growth of financial and economic outcomes in capital formation. Fundamental capitalization refers to the fundamental amount of capital, and the calculations are performed using the residual operating income concept (ReOI-model). However, despite the increasing dynamics of fundamental capitalization of industrial enterprises, the value added trends during 2010-2018 turned negative which has been underpinned in the first place by low competitiveness of domestic industrial products (directly affecting the spread of sales profitability and product sales volumes which are the key factors that drive value creation. It is argued that the main reason for the above negative trend is weak innovation activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine. Critical dependence of competitiveness upon the technological level of development of modern enterprises triggers the need to implement a consistent industrial policy in Ukraine based on the concept of neo-industrialization which implies the transition to a new technological mode through boosting technological, managerial and product innovations. The implementation of the neo-industrialization concept in Ukrainian realia can also be carried out by exploring and copying foreign technology and become a major source of economic growth for industrial enterprises as well as a method to reduce the gap with high-tech international companies. The basic premises to entry into the domestic business space of technological capital in the form of foreign direct investment assume the creation of favorable investment environment, the source and guarantor of which should be the government. It is argued that the roots of economic growth of industrial enterprises are embedded directly inside the companies, thus following the principles of "smart organizations" will contribute to gaining the desired performance and the outcomes that ultimately affect the fundamental capitalization of industrial business.
